The character Jerry is actually speaking truth when he says the bank is just a clearinghouse and doesn’t hold the underlying note. This is real and verifiable. Here’s what’s actually happening. When you sign a mortgage, you create a promissory note. That’s your signature. Your energy, your promise to pay that note is a negotiable instrument with actual value.

The bank you think you borrowed from typically sells that note within days or weeks to investors on the secondary market through entities like Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. They bundle these notes into mortgage backed securities and sell them to investors worldwide. So the bank foreclosing on you? They’re just servicing the loan, collecting payments and sending them elsewhere. They’re a middleman, a clearinghouse. They often don’t hold the actual wet ink signed promissory note anymore. This is why Jerry’s demand to see the note is legitimate under law. The movie wants you to think this is crazy talk, but here’s the truth.

So they committed robo signing fraud. Had low level employees forge thousands of documents falsely claiming they had reviewed the files and had authority to foreclose. The nightmare. People paid off their mortgages but couldn’t get clear title because the bank servicing the loan didn’t actually hold the note and couldn’t release the lien. Or worse, people got foreclosed on by banks that didn’t even own their mortgage. Some people even got foreclosed on by multiple banks claiming to own the same note. Courts eventually caught on. But most homeowners didn’t know to challenge standing. Those who did and demanded produced the note.

Sometimes one because banks literally couldn’t prove they had the right to foreclose. This is exactly what Jerry’s talking about. And it’s real documented fraud. This is spiritual warfare disguised as entertainment. The real Jerry Kane understood exactly what he was doing. He knew the banks operate through fraud. That they securitize promissory notes without maintaining proper chain of custody. And that jurisdiction requires consent. The 14th Amendment created a new class of citizenship, citizens of the United States, which is distinct from state citizenship that existed before 1868. This isn’t conspiracy theory. It’s in the Supreme Court record. In Slaughterhouse Cases, 1873, the Supreme Court explicitly stated. It is quite clear then that there is a citizenship of the United States and a citizenship of a state which are distinct from each other. The court recognized these are two different statuses with different rights and jurisdictions. Why this matters. State citizens derive their rights from natural law and state constitutions. These rights existed by the law of the land, long antecedent to the organization of the state.

Per Hail v. Henkel, 1906. These are the unalienable rights from Creator that founding documents acknowledged. Federal citizens of the United States are subject to federal jurisdiction and statutory codes because they accepted that status, usually unknowingly, through Social Security enrollment, voter registration or driver licensing. This is the contract. Jerry references that the movie mocks the propaganda technique. Notice how they make Jerry sound unhinged while he’s citing actual legal distinctions. When you record an affidavit of truth. And it goes unrebutted for a specific period. It becomes established fact in the public record. This is administrative notice procedure. A legitimate legal mechanism they don’t want you knowing about. Because it bypasses their controlled court system. Second, corporate fiction versus natural person is real law.

Executive Order 10995 provides for the seizure of all communications media in the United States. Executive Order 11000 authorizes the seizure of all American people for workforces under federal supervision, including the splitting up of families. Good looking, sharp man. Missing one thing, though. Gentleman always carries one. Cost you 50 cents. Here’s what they don’t want you to know. Every single citation the sun reads is real and verifiable. The movie uses dramatic music and rapid fire delivery to make constitutional truth sound crazy.

But let me break down what’s actually happening. Frankenhauser v. Rizzo. This is real Supreme Court precedent establishing that citizens can enforce constitutional rights. As private Attorneys General. The Court recognized that when government violates rights, the people have standing to act. This isn’t fringe theory. Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. That’s 50 years of emergency powers at the time of that report. Now over 90 years. Why the propaganda? Jerry is teaching documented fact about fractional reserve banking. When you sign a promissory note for a Mortgage. That note is the money. The bank doesn’t loan you their depositor’s money. Your signature creates the credit. They take your promissory note, deposit it as an asset, then loan out nine to ten times that amount to others.

This is admitted banking practice. The legal foundation. They don’t want you knowing. In First national bank of Montgomery, via Jerome Daly, 1969, the Credit river decision, the court ruled that banks create money through bookkeeping entries when they make loans. The bank president admitted under oath they created the money with a bookkeeping entry, loaned nothing of value, yet claimed the house when Daly couldn’t pay. The court ruled the contract void for lack of consideration. Biblical principle, Proverbs 22:7. The borrower is slave to the lender. But what if the lender loaned nothing? What if they used your promise to pay as the actual funding source? Then who’s really the creditor? Maxim of law.

He who takes the benefit must bear the burden. If the bank fractionalizes your note 22 times and profits from it, where’s your share of those profits? The truth they’re hiding. The distinction between traveling and driving is not made up sovereign nonsense. It’s established constitutional law. In Thompson v. They deliberately portray Jerry as reckless and violent with the aim for the head comment making lawful firearm ownership appear sinister. But here’s the truth they’re hiding. The second Amendment exists precisely because the founders understood that an armed populace is the final check against tyranny. As stated in District of Columbia vs. Heller, the right to keep and bear arms is an individual right predating the Constitution itself. Rooted in natural law self defense principles, the movie conflates responsible gun ownership with violence to prime viewers for the tragic ending. The Prince conversation twist. He was a Washington D.C. special police officer who couldn’t keep a functional firearm in his own home due to DC’s handgun ban.

The right to keep and bear arms is an individual right that predates government, not a collective militia. Right. Heller proved that one man challenging unconstitutional statutes can restore rights for millions. They mock people like Jerry in movies. The school indoctrination scene. Notice how the teacher subtly undermines parental authority and natural law education.

She says, your dad already had his chance to grow up. You deserve that chance too. This is state claiming superior authority over parent violating natural law principle that parents hold divine responsibility for their children. The teacher never asks if the child is learning, only whether he’s conforming to state testing requirements. Exodus 20, verse 12 commands, Honor thy father and mother. This is divine law. The state has no authority to interfere in parent child relationship. Absent actual harm, the teacher’s manipulation violates Proverbs 22, verse 6. Train up a child in the way he should go. The father exercising religious exemption is constitutionally protected under First Amendment and Wisconsin v.

Yoda, 1972, which held parents have fundamental right to direct education of their children free from state interference. The removal of civics from public schools was deliberate spiritual warfare. Before the 1960s, American students learned constitutional structure, natural rights philosophy, jury nullification, state versus federal citizenship distinctions and how to hold government accountable. This was replaced with social studies teaching obedience to authority rather than limitation of Authority. Elite families never stopped teaching real civics. Their children attend private academies learning constitutional law, trust structures, jurisdictional distinctions and asset protection. Before age 12, they study founding documents, natural law philosophy and how to navigate both common law and statutory systems.

By 16, these children understand corporate structures, beneficial ownership and administrative remedies that public school graduates never encounter. Meanwhile, public schools teach federal citizenship as default, government as supreme authority and compliance as civic duty. They show Jerry teaching legitimate administrative remedies, then immediately cut to suggesting violence, making viewers unconsciously associate natural law education with violent extremism.

This is deliberate false equivalence. Jerry’s actual teaching about invoicing for unlawful detention and administrative process is completely lawful.
