Hi everyone. So good to be here. I wanted to share that detoxing has been a really big part of my life. All of my life I’ve done a lot of detoxes. I’ve tried different things. It’s a spiritual experience. It’s a very physical experience, energetic experience. And with the years, learned what worked really good and learned a lot about the different kind of fasts you can do, the different kind of detoxing you can do, and the supplements that you can take during to enhance your experience. I created a detox. I called it the 4-phase detox program.
It’s called the 4-phase detox program. You get so much in it. Let’s talk about the 4-phases first. The first thing I learned when you’re cleaning your body is you may have a lot of symptoms like headaches and nausea. Because if you’re a coffee drinker, for example, you get headaches. You get caffeine withdrawals. So if you want to do it in a way that’s really easy for the body, the first four days, all you focus on is fresh fruits and vegetables. And that’s when you get all the symptoms that are kind of harsh, cleaning the body, but not as intense if you were just juicing.
So you’re still having food, preparing your body to go on a heavier detox. So that’s the first four days. Phase two is a green juice fast. And in this fast from day five to eight, you’re making fresh juices. You will have an option in the detox program. By the way, I’ll show you’re getting a shopping list if you’re worried about, but I don’t know what to get. You get a complete shopping list of everything that you need to prepare you for this whole detox. It gives you all the phases, what you need, everything top to bottom.
It’s so thorough that you won’t have any questions. It’s going to be very easy for you to go through this. For your green juice phase, you have an option to do green juices with fruit or without fruit. If you’re trying to eliminate parasites, which we all have, we have, if you’re eating sushi, you got parasites. If you’re drinking water from spring water, you may have parasites. Live in the tropics. There’s parasites. If your intention is to get rid of all these bacteria that we don’t want in our body, you have an option to do it without fruits in this phase.
You’re flooding your body with minerals from fruits and vegetables or just from vegetables like celery and cucumber and lemon. Your body is getting all the minerals. When you go into phase three is water fasting. And this is where your body goes through such a beautiful transformation. During your green juice fast, you’re going to see that your mind is going into the shadow realm of our ego mind when you’re detoxing. And what I’ve noticed is the water fast takes out all the noise and you’re going through a deep spiritual connection with source with the divine in your body.
Phase four is optional. Don’t let this freak you out. It’s soft dry fasting where you drink eight ounces of water a day and you put electrolytes in that water so you’re not going to dehydrate. And it’s three days and it’s up to you if you want to do that. If you don’t want to do that, you can continue water fasting. If water fasting is too intense, you can continue juice fasting. You just go with what your body feels. The reason why we dry fast is because it renews your cellular structure in the body. If you have kidney problems, do not dry fast.
It’s not good for your body. If you have kidney problems, you do need to hydrate. You cannot dry your body. So you really have to just check in with your own body to see if that’s for you or not for you. Maybe you have experience with dry fasting, you know how good it is for your body. Plus you will lose a lot of body mass from your body and you’ll feel amazing afterwards. I call it the four phase journey because you’re going to go on a journey with your body. And it’s the most beautiful, thorough journey that I could think of and it’s a very safe way to do it.
It’s very gradual and you’re getting your body used to this process. I also offer for each phase four activations. The first phase activation is to open your heart. When we stop eating and our liver stops working to digest fats and do all this process for our body, all that chi and mana goes to the heart and your heart can open up for the blessings of the light. So the first phase when we’re clearing all the toxins, we’re preparing the heart. When we’re clearing all the toxins, we’re just eating fruits and vegetables. We’re actually preparing our body to go for a journey with our heart and source with more light and more mana.
The first activation, it’s a heart activation to open the heart to release identity and patterns that are keeping us from our body’s wholeness. Everything that we’ve been abusing ourselves in our thoughts, in our mind, in our heart, it’s to clear those patterns and the belief system to our body and how we think about our body. The second phase, releasing emotional density from the organs. When you’re actually detoxing and drinking the green juice, we are going to do an activation to release density from the organs so they can detox easier and we’re just really going deeper into the process of vocalizing our body.
The activation for phase three is meeting source energy with the light. Like I said, we’re going to have a really beautiful activation to connect to the divine, to the light, to do an inner shower with light and to connection to source. It is one of my favorite activations in this journey because you’re already feeling amazing after the juicing. You’re high and happy from juicing because all those minerals are in your body and you feel clear. Your mind feels clear and now you’re going into a deeper phase and it’s really beautiful. We do these activations live while I’m on the detox journey with you.
The fourth phase is to renew stem cells and reverse aging. This is tailored for a deep cellular rejuvenation when you are dry fasting. All these four phases, activations, we’re going to do in the journey together and in between those activations, I created four overnight meditations. You’re going to listen to the overnight meditation through phase one. There’s another one for phase two, another one for phase three, another one for phase four to reprogram your subconscious mind for the specific things that we’re working on in the activation. It’s really awesome and amazing. For your comfort and pleasure, I know that a lot of detoxes, which I’ve done with other groups, they do the detox but they don’t help you after.
They just say take probiotics but actually that’s not enough. It’s also a journey after the detox. You’re going to get a shopping list and then you’re going to get a book for the whole protocol. It’s thorough. You have 71 pages on why you’re cleansing, what is it that you’re cleansing. You got the shopping list here. It tells you exactly also for each phase through color so it’ll be easier for you to find everything. Each phase, what you need to get, what we’re actually cleansing, heavy metals, toxins, mucus and parasites. You understand what’s coming out of your body.
What kind of detox symptoms to look forward to. It’s normal when you’re releasing so much stuff from your body to understand the detox symptoms. It’s such a beautiful experience with your body letting go. The book has a lot of information and then post detox, you have all this information about food. Understanding the energetics and the integrity of your food, where to get the food, what kind of foods. Food groups, it’s a really beautiful book. What cooking where you want, things to make your relationship with food, a wiser one. Just to know, to have more wisdom around what to cook, what kind of fats, what kind of food groups.
And there’s recipes. All the food groups are here and then you got recipes. And the recipes are the kind of food you would want to add to your daily diet post cleanse. So if you’re worried about, I’ve never cleansed before, I don’t know what to do, I’m not sure. I’m letting you know that everything here is so thoroughly done so you won’t get confused. And all the information from everything I’ve ever learned is in this. And it will really help you through the journey. There’s all these recipes to keep a healthy gut, healthy body, different things you can cook with.
It’s amazing. So that’s just a sneak peek into the books. And I would love to have you on this journey with me. I’m going to be doing it right there with you. We’re going to have a telegram group so we can all share our experiences. We’ll all have this experience together. The beautiful thing is that you’re not doing it alone. We’re going to be on a telegram group. Everybody’s going to be able to share with each other and talk with each other and really share our experience together. I call it a journey because it is a journey.
But I guarantee and promise you that once you go through the post cleanse phase and you start to get your energy back, your mind is clear, your body is lighter, and you’re going to feel so much better. And you get a chance to reset the body. And doing this once a year is important. We did it last year, and I’m going to do it this year again. And a lot of the problems that I had in my body, I had a thing with constipation since Bali. It went away. My body just reset. Everything was fine again, and my body was reacting to food perfectly again.
And your relationship with food changes. You suddenly look at food in a different way because your body is clean. So you really are starting to be more mindful of what you’re putting in your body. And you have a spiritual connection to food. I would love to have you join me on this amazing journey. It’s really a beautiful journey. You’re going to go on a very deep experience. Sounds like a spa for the inside. Yeah, I think it’s beautiful. You’re giving a lot of information about what to do after two, which is really important because I don’t know.
A lot of other countries, the food is much better. But in the United States, a lot of the food, and that junk food has migrated into other countries as well. It really is important to know what to get after. It’s important to detox because we do have all this crap in our body. Mucus, heavy metals, parasites. We just have to learn what to put back in because you’re also cleaning good bacteria. But the good news is good bacteria can come back into your body through fermented food, through probiotics, through the food that you eat.
You just have to have wisdom around it and take it seriously because you do really need to put those good things back. But every detox I’ve ever done that was professionally done by others, never put the emphasis or the importance of that. And I’ve had the experience of not taking care of my body after a detox and feeling what that feels like. So I’m bringing all of my mistakes that I’ve learned from to you to do it in a wholesome way that your body is going to feel great afterwards. It does take effort.
It does take time to take care of your body just like anything else. So if you want to go through a transformation with your body, with your relationship with your body, and your relationship with food and cooking and knowing how to bring a wholesome experience to your body and having more wisdom around the food that you eat and how you cook it and how you prepare it, this would be a wonderful experience for you to reset and go on a new journey, a self-love journey. This is a deep way to love yourself and love your body because your body is your vehicle.
This kind of work is dependent on the quality of life that you’re going to have and the quality of life you’re going to have with your vehicle. What is your most important part of your experience here? Unless you’re always out of body, which some people are out of body a lot of times, but this is your sensory system and it’s where you get your messages from. If you’re not sure what to do about something your body tells you, it’s a really beautiful thing. And I think pretty much everybody I know right now is on some sort of health experience.
And that really begins with getting the old stuff out that we don’t need anymore. A lot of healers and starseeds, I feel like we’ve been focusing so many years on the emotional stuff. I can say that about myself and I know, honey, you mentioned that too. We’ve been working on healing our emotional stuff, our lineage stuff. It’s heavy stuff. And if you’re not that person that’s been doing this kind of stuff, that’s okay. But for those of you that are starseeds and healers and have been doing the lineage and healing after healing after healing, there’s debris of energetics that also need to leave the body.
It’s not just a physical experience. It’s an energetic one too. But when you combine both of those worlds together, then you get a really beautiful result. You really start to see big shifts with your body and with your energy and you’re going to feel a lot better. I’m really excited to share this with the world. I put a lot of love and a lot of effort into these activations. And you’ll see once you’re on the program, you’re like, whoa, this is really well done. And you’re going to be held with a lot of love.

I’m glad that you’re doing this. I think it’s really important for right now. Having wisdom around what you’re doing with food and how you’re cooking, it’s gold. That’s gold. That’s your health. It’s like everything that you do every day you eat. We need to know how to do it right. Yeah. And being careful when you eat out is so big. Not everybody is aware at this point. I don’t think that’ll go on forever, but not everybody’s aware right now. So got to take care of ourselves. Yeah, because restaurants, most restaurants don’t think about your health.
They think about cost and they’ll use the cheapest oils. They’ll use the cheapest kind of ingredients, table salt, the things that are really bad for you. And they put that in your food and they put all these chemicals and all these sauces and all the things. And it’s so bad for you. Oh my gosh. There’s so many things out there. They’re just really bad for you. Now, if you do it occasionally once in a while, okay. But if you’re eating out fast food every day, oh my God, that’s going to add up and you’re going to spend so much more money trying to heal your body rather than be healthy.
And once you learn how to cook and do it right, it actually tastes much better. Everything is balanced. I’m not saying don’t go eat outside, but maybe do some research on restaurants that use healthy, happy ingredients and then do that sometimes and learn how to prepare your own food with a lot of love and put the things that your body actually needs. And you have more control of what goes inside of your body. And it can be a really wholesome experience if you haven’t cooked for yourself before. And you got all the tips in there.
