Hi, everybody. So we’re very excited today to talk to you about the liver. But before that, we want to say thank you to everybody that attended the manifesting and consistency activation that we did. And we were just talking about how different we’re behaving in our daily life. So we’ll probably get into that quite a bit. I know that I’m doing a lot of different things that I would have been really resistant to in the past, and one of those is having coffee immediately in the morning. So that really has shifted quite a bit. But we’re going to talk about anger and how anger gets in the way of a lot of things.

And anger comes and is like in synchronicity with the liver. So we have different organs that hold different emotions, and the liver is the one that holds the anger. So how are you, Mariana? I’m doing so amazing. So happy to be here. And, yeah, it’s funny that you said I stopped drinking coffee straight up in the morning because that’s a shift that I’ve been doing too. I’ve been drinking the big glass of lemon with. With lemon water. With a big glass of water with lemon. And actually following with celery juice, then doing my coffee, which has been a great shift for me.

But before that, it was really hard for me to put myself in a situation. I went straight for the coffee. And I think that there’s a shift in the willpower or the decision to, like, be kinder to your body and decide what you want to do for that morning. So it’s the little shifts that are making the big changes. And I also stopped eating at 5pm every day. 5, 5, 30. But it’s been incredibly easy, surprisingly easy. And I wake up with more energy. I wake up earlier. I sleep better. I’m noticing that my. My tummy loves it.

Like, there’s a really good feeling in my stomach when I wake up. So. And these are just intuitive hits of like, oh, what do I need to do in order to feel better in my body and reduce this body mass that we. The previous two activations that we worked together, that felt really good to do that. So. Yeah, it’s awesome. Yeah, it was. It’s been really good. So. And also being willing to adopt new things. So for me, it’s funny because I actually just watched a thing about lemon water, So I saw that on YouTube and I’m like, okay, I can do that because it wakes up the brain, just like the coffee wakes up the brain, but it doesn’t trigger cortisol.

So Doing the lemon water first. I’m in the middle of, like, I’m doing intermittent fasting, so I stop eating usually at 5. Sometimes it’s 6, depends if the day is really crazy. And then I’ll start eating again at 9 or 10 the next day. So that gives my body a really nice break. And I’ll have my lemon water first, then I’ll have coffee. And I’ll put only heavy whipping cream in there so that it’s just pure fat so it doesn’t interrupt the fast. And that’ll be at the end of the fast. And then I just, you know, eat at whatever time it’s been.

I’m trying to do 16 hours. So that has been really easy because I didn’t do the coffee first. And if I had done the. When I was doing the coffee first, it wasn’t easy because my body was irritated. So little changes. I got a new vibration plate, and I’m doing qigong. Not the leg stuff, but the arm stuff while I’m on the vibration plate. And it’s curved, so it actually moves your body more. And lymphatics are a huge thing for letting go of excess body weight because it’s usually to do with toxin, you know, and we’ve both been.

You’re about to do a cleanse. I’m in the middle of one that I’ve been doing for a while. So it’s like the willingness to change became much easier. Yeah. Almost like fun. I feel like, oh, every time I wake up in the morning, it’s another excitement to feel how my body feels after not eating from five. And it’s so funny because I didn’t know you were doing that. And kind of we tuned into the same information. That’s funny. That’s pretty cool. Yeah. Because it’s the little things. And it’s like, I actually am not trying to put my mind too much of the sick.

If I ate 16 hours or not, I’m just like, okay, I finished at five. The next day, I just drink water. I do my celery juice. Celery juice, by the way, is a cleansing. It. If you drink 16 ounces on an empty stomach, it will make you go to the bathroom many times until it cleanses. And it has something called cluster salts that it cleans heavy metals from the body. It’s actually really, really healthy to do. So if you want to give it a shot, go for it. But I used to do this for years, and then I quit.

I think in Bali, it wasn’t as accessible, so I kind of stopped and I was like, now I’m remembering the things that I did that were really good for my body and. And happy to do them again. So it’s been really beautiful, but it’s cool that we’re tuned into the same information. Yeah, it’s really good. Celery juice feels like a lot of work to me right now. It is a lot of work. It actually is a lot of work. But I did love it when I was doing it. Also. You have to buy a lot of celery.

I was so shocked. And I used to work in town and then go home and do all that kind of stuff, and that’s when I was doing the celery juice. And it did help. Oh, yeah. Cleanses. It cleanses you in the morning, and it does a really good job. I. I’m enjoying it, especially after fasting from 5pm in the morning. I feel like it’s really great for the body. Do it. If you feel inspired, you need to get a juicer. You do need to actually do it and then clean the juicer. And, you know, it’s. It’s a process.

But if it’s easy for you and it’s not that hard, I do recommend it a lot. And if you’re going to do the detox with me, which is coming up on June 15, then doing those little practices are going to help. Have a much easier detox when we do that journey together, because you’ll have less to release and it’ll also already start the process of cleaning heavy metals. Yeah. And heavy metals are so important to get out. I mean, that’s one of the biggest things I’m doing right now is doing that. So it. It’s kind of amazing how much heavy metal got into all the different things, whether it was a pesticide, something to do with, you know, just your food.

Like, it’s in a lot of food. It’s in products that you put on your skin. Anything that’s really manufactured in a lot of different steps, you’re looking at probably some sort of heavy metal. A lot of women’s products. Cookware. Cookware. Tampons, things like that. Had a ton. Yeah. Deodorant. So many things. Hair products. So many things. Have all these metals and just even going to the ocean, by the way, or eating fish. Can I can have that? We live in a world that’s kind of tricky right now. So I’m not saying get overwhelmed with that. Just cleanse your body.

Do the little steps to clean your body and enjoy your Life. But take the steps to make your body feel lighter and cleaner and do these detoxes once a year at least in order for your body to feel that it’s cleansing and it’s easier and your body will feel better and it’ll thank you later. Just keep it as a consistent practice. Yeah. And taking a break from eating three meals a day, two is huge. You’ll have more energy. I feel like that was a whole. I can’t remember who said it, but somebody said. Yeah. That was created by the cereal people because they wanted you to have some breakfast cereal in the morning.

So. Yeah. Yeah. If you think about being. If you lived in nature before and you’re a hunter gatherer, it takes time. Like you would eat more berries from the trees or things that weren’t accessible from the trees, but then hunting would take time. So you wouldn’t eat that much meat or eat that much dairy because it’s a process to make it. So everything that’s harder to make or takes longer to catch is what you’re going to eat less of. Everything that’s easy to pick or grow, you’re going to eat more of and eat seasonal. So, yeah, we’re not supposed to eat that much.

And honestly, if you practice, you’re just like, have a few days to get your body used to eating once or two meals a day. You’re gonna have so much more energy. So much more energy. And you’re going to feel better and look better. Yeah. And eat good fat. Good fat. Really good fats. Because that’s how the vitamins get in. That’s another thing. They villainized fat and then they give you bad fat and then they villainize the good fat. But the good fat helps. Most of your vitamins are fat soluble. Yeah. Avocados. Organic avocados. Yeah, Avocados. Olive oil.

Yeah. Coconut oil. Yeah. Yeah. There’s a lot of good things out there. And it’ll make you. It will release the cravings to eat sugars or anything like that when you have the good fats in the body. So yeah, just normalize it. You can also do lemon water and put one smooth of olive oil in it to start your digestive process. Plus it lubricates your digestive system. So it helps ease when you have. When you eliminate, it gives you an easier experience for elimination. So that’s. And you get your omega 3s in there. So also another little tip.

Yeah. The omega 3s are really important. And olive oil, that’s a good quality, is really important. It should taste like grass. So like you’re. You go and you like stick a piece of your lawn in your mouth. It should taste like that. It should have a little spiciness to it. Like a strong spice, a little bit spicy. I love not sour, not rancid. You know, a lot of the olive oil is not good. So single origin olive oil. Cold press important. First cold pressed, first cold press. Make sure that you’re going to get that one. So that’s really good.

We’re going to find the origin point of what you’re really angry about in this activation.

Because we’re going to do an activation for the liver and that’s going to open the heart. So this was inspired by Moriana opening the heart. Because if your liver, which is the garbage man and your vehicle, that is the garbage system, is the lymphatic system. But if your liver is not happy, then it’s not working at full capacity. And that affects everything in the body because were backed up with garbage basically. And we want to help however we can with that. So what are your thoughts about that, Mariana? So with what I receive from the divine and a channeled, the information that’s coming through me, this is coming out the past few years, is that the liver is directly connected to our heart.

And when our liver is clean and purified, it holds a lot of debris. Debris can be energetic. It can also be physical manifestation of our energetics. Let’s say if we have a lot of anger, it could be that you have some sort of parasite that is feeding off of like a physical parasite that is feeding off of your liver. They’re called flukes, parasites. And they, they take this debris can take away a lot of the vitality because our energetics manifest into physical, into physical and physical experience in the body. So when my guides call it debris, when we start removing the debris and removing the anger, the energetics of it, it also can affect physical symptoms in our body.

And when we do that, the liver is connected to the heart. And the heart is also holding a lot of emotions. It’s holding our where we forgive or we don’t forgive. It’s how we feel about ourselves. It’s how we feel about others. And so when we start to release this debris from the liver, it can give that chi mana prana, this life force to your heart and have that electrical. Electrical circuit which is plus and minus polarity. That circuit that really moves through your body, through all your chakra system. When it moves in a harmonious way in your heart, in it can bring more of that chi.

It’s like an electrical surge of energy to help heal the whole body. And so this is the information that I keep receiving from the divine. It’s always we want to keep the liver healthy energetically. If we do take care of the energetics, it naturally also takes care of the physical parasites are real. If you’re drinking water from a spring, if you’re having sushi, if you’re. Whatever it is that you are eating that’s raw, maybe you like raw meat, maybe you eat. I don’t know. It’s in everything today. Even if you go to the ocean and you touch something like things can.

There’s all these bacterias that live in the world. And if your body is not strong and your liver is not strong, then things start to manifest in the body and give more problems. Some people hold lots of water weight and not actual fat. The water. So when the liver is not you. You were talking about the lymphatic system. When the. When the liver is not working well and it becomes sluggish, it filter. What it’s there to do is filter out the blood. When the blood is not filtered out in a proper way, it starts to move blood with toxins.

When the toxins are in the blood, it creates more water. It’s like water pockets that hold toxins and those water pockets that hold toxins and your lymphatic system is not working properly, it stores water weight in the body. I’ve experienced this myself in Bali and I had somebody look at me and say like, that’s not even fat. That is all toxin, water weight. Something happened in Bali where I was not. This is my experience a few years ago where my body wasn’t filtering the blood in my liver properly. And I had to go through all this experience and understanding around it and channel.

That’s where I got all this information to understand why it’s important to heal the liver, eat the right foods for the liver and make sure that the lymphatic system is moving properly. So this is the birth of this activation. Why? You know, we’ve been working on our body mass and helping to create a body that is the right perfect shape for our body. That was the first activation. Second activation was to get our consistency and manifestation so we can manifest whatever we want through willpower to be consistent. And the liver is a really big part of.

We’re going to put more focus and more love into the liver. We’re going to go deeper into the liver so this process can be easier, easy for the body to let go of. And if you also decide to do the detox with me after this activation, your body’s already going to be in this like preparation for a deeper detox. If those, for those of you who choose to go on this 15 day detox with me, it’s going to be powerful. So yeah, all of this is to bring more vitality, more detox, more cleansing to our body so we can have more vitality, more happiness.

You know, a happy liver is a happy body and it’s where your unhappiness gets stored because it’s where the anger gets stored. And to let go of that and makes more room for happiness. And it’s just like the subconscious mind, like it’s got memory in there. You know, all the cells have memory. So as you release those memories, as you forgive and as we go through this process, you’re going to have a lot more room for your heart to be more open, to be happier. And also we have to remember where our soul spark sits. It’s right underneath the heart.

And to have that be free to express yourself and be really, you know, more of you. And there’s so many layers of all this stuff. So that’s why we’re doing them, you know, broken up this way. And we wanted to make it more accessible as well this time. So we’re gonna have a place where you can just come to the activation and you can get the recording. And that’s going to be one price which is going to be less. And we will have an early bird coupon below and then we’re going to have one that costs a little bit more.

And you’re going to get some written information, you’re going to get a sigil, you’re going to get some information about food and you’re going to get an additional meditation. I’m excited. I know that when I went back in and had to figure out what was going on in my own system, there was huge things going on with the liver, and people had seen them. But until I fixed, the emotional part of really wasn’t budging. Like, my. I wasn’t shifting. I wasn’t changing to create what I wanted for my health. And as soon as the emotional stuff was dealt with, it really started to move. But there’s layers. Like, this last activation actually helped me quite a bit too tremendously, actually. For me, the fact that I’m stopping to eat at 5 is.

It’s a miracle because I was. I was eating at night for a while. I was working late hours, like these little things, and also getting back on my yoga mat, which was gone for many, many, many months. So I just got back on track, really. The whole reason I was like, let’s do a consistency activation because I felt like I needed it, like, big time. And it’s working, so I’m so grateful. It feels so good to be back on track. And it doesn’t feel hard. Yeah. With ease. Exactly. With like, it’s easy. It’s not hard. I’m not in my mind.

It’s just like, oh. And it feels good and pleasant. And so that feels really nice. Just feels really nice. Yep. And before I would have been, oh, no, I have to do this other task. And now I’m like, no, get on the vibration plate and do your exercise things that you were supposed to be doing because you promised yourself that you would. And it’s just like that. It’s like the memory comes back in. You’re not bypassing yourself. Yeah. And the fact, you know, it’s even just if you had one shift, even if you had one thing that changed, maybe it’s that lemon water.

Maybe you stopped eating at 5. Maybe you went for a walk every day. Whatever it is that you added and did something good for yourself and it was just one thing and you were consistent with it. That’s huge. I feel that’s so big. And we sometimes forget that the little things create big achievements. But it’s that repetition, that repetition that’s gonna create the best results. So I’m really glad that we did that. And I do feel on my own life that it helped me a lot. So I’m so super grateful for what we created together. Yeah, I am, too.

That was a great one. And the. The one previous to that, the weight, you know, thing which, you know, it’s your perfect shape, so everybody’s going to be a little different. And not to judge yourself, you know, if you’re more curvy or if you’re naturally really thin, you know, one or the other, it’s totally fine. But this has been really fun. I really appreciate these activations. I’m glad we’re doing another one. And I hope to see a lot of people there to release the things that they may have been hanging on to. This is going to be a really powerful way to let go.

And I know that a lot of people are triggered right now, so it will be really good to let that stuff go because it gets in the way of what we’re doing next. And it’s going to help your soul come through more, through your heart and for you to have a more successful, beautiful life. Well, let’s talk about triggers real quick. Triggers, sure. What do you. How do you deal with your trigger? There’s a saying that my friend always used to say, triggers are treasures. They are there as a medicine. So let’s just say something happens and you’re triggered and you’re feeling in your body, are you reactive to it? Do you yell? Do you blame? Do you, like, mansplain? What do you do to deal with that trigger? There’s a lot of tools.

How do you deal with your triggers? Honey, let’s. Because I can share what I’ve been coming way more masterful with triggers and way more calm with triggers. I take a breath and I try and look at it from the other person’s point of view. If I’m getting triggered and then I disconnect from it and then look at why I’m triggered. So for me, it is a treasure, because it’s like something within myself that is not healed yet that’s being mirrored to me so that I can fix it and I can work on it and do my forgiveness or whatever I need to be doing.

It’s about me. It’s not about the other person. And it’s kind of interesting because I think we plan it that way. I think we come in after we’ve been out in the astral plane. We’re like, what do you want to learn tomorrow? Oh, let’s have a big fight and we’ll figure out what triggers us or whatever, you know? So I really do Think that most of what we’re doing here, if we’re going to be learning something, is engineered for our benefit. Yeah, Triggers. I like what you said that. You said it’s not if you’re triggered, it’s yours.

If you’re. There’s different triggers also to get triggered from. You can get triggered by a relationship, you can get triggered by your parents, you can get triggered by the collective and what’s happening and things that are out of your control. There’s many different things. So. So first of all, recognizing that it’s your feelings, not someone else’s taking a pause and breathing through it. And actually if you have any kind of fear, pain, sadness, is really pausing and allowing that feeling to move through the body without judging it, knowing that like a practice, okay, I’m feeling anger and rage.

I’m going to stop for a moment. I’m not going to like project this onto someone emotionally poop on someone. And I’m going to feel it in my body and allow it to move, breathe through it and then just let it move. And then come from the. If you’re in a relationship, you can come to that a lot calmer. If it’s a bigger thing, like for me, taxes, whatever it is that you’re going through, something that you really don’t like doing, but you have to do it because you have to, because you live in the society, then you kind of can take it.

You have two options is how I see it. You can go and be a upset and like have a whole whirlwind of upsetness and react to it. Or like if you were in an ocean and the ocean is in chaos, and if you were resisting the ocean’s waves and chaos, you are going to get hurt and it’s going to hurt only you, not no one else. But if the ocean is in chaos and you surrender to the flow and you let it take you, you wouldn’t be in danger. You would, at some point the wave would kind of like push you out in ease and you would be safe.

So the same thing with your emotions. The emotions can take you on a whirlwind and you can resist it and like man and throw tantrums. That’s not going to take you anywhere. It’s actually going to hurt you. Or you can just let it go, maybe even smile while you’re on that wave and kind of like, woo, this feels nice. Where am I going? And then just like pushing you out of the water in like a gentle wave. You might even enjoy the journey a Little bit better. So it’s a little. It’s a choice that we make, and it’s a choice that we can remember as we get triggered to change the perspective of why we’re triggered.

So normally there’s an exercise that you can do, and so, like, the first thing that happens. There’s four things normally happen when you’re triggered. There’s an experience that happens. You translate the perspective, your perspective, over that experience, then you feel something because of the way you perceived it, and then you react. Right. What is the only thing that you can change out of four of these experiences, these four things that happen, the only thing that you can change is your perspective. Right. So if you’re already feeling triggered and something’s coming up, the first thing you want to do is pause and try to play with your perspective.

Just like Tani said, I try to put myself in someone else’s shoes. And when you do that, your feeling will be different. Your response would be different. Yeah. So that’s a little practice that I like doing. And it’s more like an experiment. Like, when you feel the trigger coming up, you’re like, oh, I know this feeling. How about I take a moment and let me see how I deal with it from a rational place. Yeah. Just something I invite you to play around with because a lot is happening. We just had a conversation before the show.

There’s a lot happening in the field. I had to change, like, five flights and a hotel, like, three times this week because of a lot of things that changed for me and my plans that I had to do. So that can be really annoying to be on the phone for many hours with things to ch. You know, so you’re either going to be angry at it or you’re going to be like, okay, how am I going to work with the Matrix here to just, like, calm down. Yeah. Yeah. And it works so much better. It really does.

Yeah. I don’t know the last big trigger, because I don’t get triggered very much because I’ve worked through a lot of stuff, but it still does happen. And I think the last one I worked through was tailgaters, People that tailgate me. That really has annoyed me in so many ways for so long, and it really has just ended. It doesn’t happen anymore because I just was like, okay, this is my fault. You know, I realized that I was attracting it, and I pulled over and I let them go by. And this was a few months ago, but it was still a pretty big trigger for me because as you let go of your triggers, they seem fee and feel bigger than they normally would.

We’re all more sensitive, I think, to irritating things because it’s time to really get them clear. And this is going to be a great opportunity to work through that stuff. So I’m excited. I’m excited, too. Oh, my gosh. Amazing. Amazing. And work through our triggers with lots of love, lots of patience and wisdom. Yes. Yeah. So we love you guys, and we are excited to see you.
