Whats Happening to Our Nervous Systems?

➡ Many people are currently experiencing heightened emotional reactions, or “triggers”, due to significant changes happening within their nervous systems. This is also linked to a broader shift or “upgrade” in our collective masculine energy. It’s important during this time to focus on calming your nervous system, grounding yourself, and avoiding unnecessary stress. Remember, we’re in a period of major change, so it’s crucial to take care of yourself and not get caught up in the heightened emotions of others.

Hi, everybody. So I wanted to chat with you guys today about being triggered. Hopefully the volume is okay. So there’s a lot of people that are triggered right now, and the nervous system is in a huge upgrade, which is causing a lot of it, but also the divine masculine is getting an upgrade right now. Which means everything that the divine masculine, and that includes women because we have masculine aspects within us, it’s all at the surface. So all the drama, all the things that have been suppressed, they’re all at the surface right now, and people are triggered very easily because the nervous system is also in the middle of an upgrade.

So I would like to just mention this today so that people can take a breath and talk to your nervous system. I actually did something which I released today about the nervous system, and that was on Healing with Honey. But really work on your nervous system right now. Get grounded. Take care of you because we’re in a huge pivotal point right now, and the outside world is showing us that, but also we’re feeling it in the body. So when you are being affected by the shuman, your body feels like it’s shaking from the inside out. That is part of what’s going on right now.

We’re being shook up, and we’re basically at the point now where we’re going to have huge change, and that’s why the nervous system had to get ready for that. But you also want to talk to your nervous system and allow it to calm down because we’ve learned how to react to almost everything. And that’s not good for us. It’s not our highest good. It’s not any kind of good to be stressed out over every single thing that is showing up. And right now you’re going to see a lot of triggered people around you, people that don’t know what’s going on.

So really work with your own nervous system and not engage with that. So it’s important at this point because we don’t want to walk around in that kind of stress. So just kind of keeping that in mind is important. I’m going to move this light. It’s driving me crazy. So just those kind of things. So just like what just with the light, it’s too much. It’s right in my eye. I can’t see what I’m doing, so I moved it. So think about how you feel in your body and see if there’s anything that you can do to help your nervous system calm down.

Grounding is really good. Taking care of just your body in general is really good. Being in the water is really good, especially if you can be in a lake or in the ocean. But whatever you need to do this weekend to really care, take yourself is important and let go of the noise. Extract the noise from your system because we don’t need it and it’s not helping. So I just wanted to bring that up to you guys and do a short video because I can feel it in the collective. And it’s wild. It’s a wild moment.

And we’re at the tower moment that’s going on in the world right now, which is affecting us, but also we’re prepping for the tower moment because everything comes from us. Everything comes from our consciousness. So we’re getting ready for it. And we’re almost bodily anticipating it at this point. But I don’t see it as anything that’s going to be harmful to anyone. But shocking is the word that always comes in from my higher self. And remembering to talk to your nervous system about shocking doesn’t mean dangerous. Chalking means it’s just a surprise. OK, so think about that a little bit.

Just love yourself through this process. We are doing so amazing, you guys. And as we come into all the abundance that the universe wants us to have, all that abundance needs to land on the shoulders of someone who can handle it. So start feeling into that. Start imagining. Start preparing your nervous system for abundance and happiness and joy. And then you will be able to step out of the triggered feeling that’s going on in the collective because it’s big.
