So as always, we’ve got Sister Honey golden here. She just got back from her Europe, I think tour mainly. I don’t think it was for pleasure, but it was. She had fun. How you doing, Sister Honey? Really good. Yeah, really good. Happy to be home.

It was a beautiful experience. A lot of it was like things that are being created for the future too. So it was good. Well, I, I know, you know, I’ve been reading the, you know, so we didn’t have an episode last week and we had done the episode 13 the week before, which was very, very powerful and we’ll be referencing that today. But it, it’s interesting just the comments that are coming in and the amount of people that are being helped through these episodes and also the community at step into your power.com, which is just so beautiful.

I was talking to you before we started how there’s nothing that makes you feel better in life than helping others, you know, on their journey. You know, just not doing their journey for them, but giving them a place where they can get the help in order to move through it easier. Let’s just say yes, but. But if there’s so much going on, you know, we’re going to dig in into it again. This is called the courage to be seen. Your voice is sacred. Your presence is the gift. So meaning your presence in the is the gift.

Hopefully my Internet will for some reason when I do stream yard, I don’t know what it is. You know, I just tested my Internet with Starlink was 150megs going up and down or up download and then like 15, 20 megs going up, but likes to do that. So forgive me for that if that happens. But you still have Sister Honey here, so if I freeze up or whatever, when I come back, I’ll continue. But Sister Honey, you know, before we get into going through some of the teachings that we’re going to talk about on this episode, there’s a lot that’s been going on in the month of September in what we call the heavens and between, you know, starting the month of the blue with the blood moon getting into the 999 portal.

That doesn’t happen that often into the equinox, into the eclipses. Why don’t you Talk a little bit about that and where we’re currently at energetically, and then we can dig on into this. So I think at the moment, like, today, things are a little calmer, but the things that have been going on are still coming up. So those who kind of weathered the storm of it all are a little more calm. But there are people that have been extraordinarily triggered in September. So the three eye atlases here. And basically, there’s many layers to that. And I did a different show about that.

But the main thing that I think we need to know is that energetically, it’s shifting a lot of stuff. And if you can think of yourself as like, a screen, because only, like, we’re 99. Empty space, the human body is. So if you can think of yourself as a screen, like, you know, a window screen, a lot of energy has been pushing things. All the dirt maybe that’s collected. So if you can think about your subconscious mind, all the dirt, all that stuff you don’t need and all the behavior that you don’t need has been being pushed through those little holes, and where does it show up with everybody you’re hanging out with? So we’ve been triggering each other like crazy.

People have been doing behaviors that they haven’t done in years, and it’s been a very intense time. And there was a lot of interesting things going on energetically when I was gone, and a lot of beautiful connections got made, and there was a lot of weird, energetic things that were popping up that had to do with, like, ghosts and other things that were deep underground. So we’re just going through it right now, and ATLAS is basically bringing new codes and new things that were lost to us for a long time. So there needs to be room for that.

And in order to make room, you got to get rid of the old sludgy stuff. And a lot of that shows up as behavior. You know, it’s interesting you said that about a screen, because the other day I had forgot to clean my air cleaner in my office. It’s right over here in the corner. So it’s only been. I’ve been down here since the 15th of August, so I figured it was only like a month in a week or so. And so then I popped out the front, and my goodness gracious, you couldn’t see anything but that dust in that hair and all of that stuff.

And that’s kind of what I. When you were saying that, that’s what I was thinking. All of that cook and all of that stuff that doesn’t serve you anyone. It doesn’t serve you in your life right now for your highest purpose. That’s what is happening. It’s literally being stuck like sister Honey said on that screen. For you to what, Clean? It’s there to be clean. What did I do? I popped that screen off. I went on to the back of my deck. I should have brought the sweeper up, but I didn’t. I took my little blowing machine and I blew it all over the terrace and blew it off and made the screen perfectly clean.

And that’s kind of what we’re going through. I was telling you before we got on here that I had some triggers today. And, you know, I figure I’ve been doing this a long time and I can feel the energy. It seems like now Mother Earth is holding that higher frequency and we’ve talked about this before so that everybody can get to that higher frequency, that we all can get used to that, accustomed to that. And I. I feel it in every freaking cell of my body. I’m feeling this energy. I mean, it’s. It’s just all over me like pins and needles.

It’s everywhere. I can feel the energy. And now I’m getting, you know, and I’m kind of reverse here. So this is my left hand, you know, this is my receiving and this is my giving. I’m literally able to flow the energy through the left and out to the right and feel it as I move it across. And it’s the energy in the atmosphere. The energy everywhere is more intense than I’ve ever seen in my entire life. And then with all of these heavenly things that happened in September and we ended. I think I just posted something.

We just ended with another moon situation here yesterday. And now we’re going into October. There’s four. There’s three moon events and then there is something with meteor shower. And then this ATLAS is doing all kinds of stuff. They can’t even. They’re like trying to figure it out. I don’t think we’re hearing the truth from the mainstream, of course, never. We. We never do. But I heard that is also going to be dropping some things in the sun in order to keep it. The blast. I’m. I’m hearing and feeling and getting downloads that the sun is really going to be even extremely more active by the end of the year.

Like really super active. And this is part of its mission is to kind of soften that explosion of energy. We’re getting the upgrade, sister honey, whether people like it or not. It’s like we talked about the, you know, the dark. What is it? The dark day of the soul. And we should have an episode talking about that. But I know people going through that, and either you’re gonna. You’re gonna get through it, and then you’re gonna thrive like you never seen before in your life, or you won’t make it through it, and you’ll be raised, you’ll be.

You’ll come back, and you’ll go through a better process because, you know, this is going to be a really beautiful world as we get through this. But I feel the energy is just going to continue to intensify. And today we were talking about the courage to be seen, you know, people. We need more people to step up and be seen and have that courage to be seen and understand that, you know, your voice is a gift, your presence is a gift, and you are part of the divine, the. The infinite creator, and you need to embrace that, not in an egotistic way, but in a way to understand that’s how important you are.

That just your journey and your increase in who you are helps the whole collective. It really does. And it. So if you think about the voice, the voice has all these frequencies that are coming out of you. And if you think about just going, oh, that is vibrating everything in your body, and it takes you into theta. That’s why when you own for a baby that’s crying, they go to sleep because their nervous system relaxes. So really, people, what’s happening is anything that doesn’t match the new frequency is being tossed out. And if we’re hanging on to it, it’s not fun at all.

And we’ve definitely, as a species, gotten used to hanging on to things and resisting change. So lots of change is coming, and it’s continuing. It is. And, you know, we have to honor that. We may feel the call to step forward, yet fear judgment or rejection. I put that down in our notes because that’s so important. A lot of people are fearing judgment or rejection, but you don’t need to fear that because you don’t need to worry about what others are feeling and thinking about you. It’s. Listen, I know Brother Jimmy ain’t everybody’s cup of tea, and I’m okay with it.

And if you want to say something nasty about me because I say brother or sister or I wear a white T shirt because it’s fully 100 cotton, I’m okay with it. But what I’ve told my wife and I tell other people, be very careful what you say to Others. Because it comes back on you now tenfold. Yes. So if you’re out there saying hateful things to other people, it’s coming back to you like you’ve never seen in your life before. And that’s only going to increase and intensify because there’s no room, sister honey, in this 5D for the 3D behavior.

And the gap is becoming wider and wider between the 3D and the 5D. And a lot of people that’s been bridging the journey from one to the other are starting to move more into the 5D and less people. You know, I mean, I would be really focusing on getting myself into the 5D. And not that you’ll always be there there a hundred percent, but, man, work on it harder than you’ve ever worked on it before. Yeah. And it’s all internal. So it’s all about your inner child, your soul and your body right now and your subconscious mind.

So the subconscious mind and the body are very attached to the inner child, your human soul. The inner child will not leave the body unless the body passes away. So we, as big souls, are basically guides. That’s what we’re here for. And we’ve been guiding these beautiful little human souls for quite a while now, and some of us lifetime after lifetime. So you have knowledge that you may or may not be accessing, but please know how worthy you are to share that knowledge. Yes. You know, I got another a point here. It says true visibility is not doing more, but allowing your presence to radiate.

And, you know, you ever notice when somebody walks in a room and they just radiate and their energy feels so good, and it, you know, it goes the other way around too, unfortunately. But when you can go into a room and you don’t even have to say anything, but based on your presence in that room, people just feel the love, they feel the energy, they feel the positivity. And that’s what we all need to work on. Today I got triggered. I was saying, you know, I think I said a little bit earlier, I got triggered with a couple because people around me are getting triggered.

You know, business partners and teammates and all of that. And, you know, I have to, you know, deal with that because I’m in, you know, businesses and I have to address these things. And when it triggered me a couple times, I’m learning to forgive myself. I don’t get triggered that often, but when I do, I like said, oh, okay, hold on, let me just observe this trigger here. Let me check it out. Okay. I Love myself. I thank you. Divine. Let me just let it go. And it doesn’t serve my highest purpose. And I’m just letting it go into.

Dissolve into pure energy and just continuously take it easy on yourself because we’re. You know, it’s interesting. People are very judgmental about themselves. Yes, yes. Very judgmental. Right? Yeah. So judgmental. And if you’re judging yourself, then you’re usually judging others really harshly at the same time. And you know, you’re here. So because you’re here, you’re worthy. That’s it. It’s that simple. So what are you gonna do with it? You know, what do you want to do with it? And right now we’re creating the new world, and it’s kind of a blank slate. So what do you want your part to be in it? It’s time.

It’s so important because I was talking to a business partner earlier and he’s in the Patriot side of the equation with one, you know, how big of a Patriot network we got. And there’s a lot of stuff that goes on there that I’m letting. I’m going with the flow. I’m just letting things like that go. I know that all these governments around the world, big shift is happening, Big change is happening. Pluto’s in Aquarius. Just pull that up in Google, go into chat, GPT check it out. I just said Google. My freaking phone turns on and thinks I want to talk to it.

No, I don’t want to talk to you phone. So it’s very, very interesting that it does that when I don’t. When I’m not asking it to, but it’s, it’s so important that we, we really. And, and, and it kind of interrupted me there, that we really understand where we’re at in history here. And if you look at Pluto in Aquarius over the last 2000 years, and it only happens every 248 years and it happens, it’s going to be. I think it started popping in in 2023, then it went more fully in in 2024, and it’s not leaving until 2044.

2044. I’ll be a young. Almost 80. Young 80. But if you look at the transformation that happens in every single pillar of society, you will understand the crumbling and rebuilding that will be occurring. And this time it’s even. It’s more powerful than any time ever before. Yes. But it kind of gives you an insight to what’s happened during this period before. And I would, I would recommend that everybody dig in there and Just take a look. Don’t get, don’t be fearful of it. Just be, you know, you’re. You’re looking at it to be aware of it and understand that that’s the kind of transformation on steroids we’re going through.

Time to be alive. I know even though that there’s this crumbling happening, we need to stay focused on the new Earth and building the new Earth. And one of the great things about the community and being part of Ascension Mastery within the community is you’ll be a participant in building that new Earth. Yeah, actually physically building that new Earth. Absolutely, they will. So there’s going to be councils, there’s going to be communities. And the thing is, is that we’re the ones who are going to be starting them and helping them be created. So think about what you want your role to be and think about what do I need to let go of to allow me to fulfill that role? Because a lot of it is usually subconscious programming and feeling like you’re not capable to do it.

So what do you need to be capable to do it? What do you need to learn about? What do you need to discover about yourself? One of the things that we do on step into your power.com is called Ascension Mastery and that’s a community that, that’s what we’re doing in there is talking about all that stuff. So really it’s like, think about what it is that you want and how you want to create it and start creating for yourself and then start thinking about how you can expand that. Yeah, it’s interesting. You talk about Ascension Mastery and it is all about, you know, that we have the community that is free to everybody and then we have the membership that’s Ascension Mastery that costs less than a dollar a day.

But what it does is it’s bringing everybody together to focus on the new Earth, because in the community, you have a lot of people going through their journey. They’re in different seeker stages. Some are just waking up. You know, there’s a lot going on in there. We got the prayer circle on fire, prayer requests coming in, praying for dogs, cats, mothers, dads, brothers, sisters. It’s beautiful. And. But in the ascension mastery, you have folks that are a little further along in their journey, and they’re ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved in helping build this new world.

Besides, of course, giving their energy to the collective, which is very important. If that’s all you can do right now, that’s beautiful. That’s way more than most people are doing. Most people aren’t even doing that. They’re doing it in the reverse order. The reverse order. They’re doing it. They’re not doing it in the positive order. But ascension mastery, it’s interesting because sister honey was doing this. I was doing this with the. The llama till he went through the. The dark side of the moon or whatever you call it. And. And now we come together and we have my son.

We have other beautiful people, brothers and sisters, that are involved in this. And. And you see that everybody wants to focus on the new. They want to focus on the solutions of the new Earth, like cleaning up our water and cleaning up our. Our atmosphere from all this electromagnetic pollution. And, you know, bringing back through energy, wellness and frequency technology and frequency healing, just doing those good things. And that’s what I see. Ascension mastery growing and growing and growing to bring more people into this world, doing these things, leading, becoming guides based on the overflow, not depleting themselves or their energy because they have so much of it, they’re giving to others.

Yeah, yeah. And it’s about really just kind of sharing your knowledge. So if you look at, like, the evolution of some of us who have been in the public eye for a while, and our public eye might be a small public eye, right? You know, a small group of people that have been paying attention. But when I started, I started talking about the shape of the earth, because that’s what my higher self wanted. And then I started doing healing because I was shown which healings to do, and that was really helpful to the people that I was interacting with.

And then I realized when I was booked six months out and felt very overwhelmed by that because I couldn’t even have a day off if I wanted one, I was like, okay, can’t do this anymore. I’m gonna do groups instead. So then I started doing groups And I finished off my six months of people, and I actually closed that individual healing down. So now it’s like people have an evolution that they’re going through. And now I work with groups, and I talk to large amounts of people at once. And those people are also responsible for their own experience, because we don’t actually heal anyone.

They heal themselves by giving permission, basically, for us to walk them through the way to do it. That’s it. So what. Where do you want to start? Is. The main thing that I’m asking is where are you at? Where do you want to start? And what do you want your evolution to look like? You may skyrocket way beyond where, you know, I may be sitting right now in my own evolution. That’s possible, but we have to start is the main thing. And a lot of people get stuck on, oh, well, I have to learn more. I have to know more.

I have to do more for years. It’s time to start now. Well, their. Their presence like we have here. The presence. Their presence is a. The gift. Yeah, your presence. And if you’re focusing on making sure that you’re keeping, you know, you are the medicine to help others. Your presence is the gift. It’s very humbling to read some of these comments that they talk about us in the community for being there for him, for putting this platform together. And it’s the infinite Creator, the divine Creator that put all this together. We’re just here to do it.

You know, we’re like the builders. You know, it’s interesting, you know, Generation X and the baby boomers, you know, some of the baby boomers, you know, my wife, she hates me to say this, but she’s the last year of the baby boomer, But I’m gonna put her in Generation X because I don’t want to get in trouble. I love you, honey, but, you know, I’m the first year of the Generation X. We were the ones that drank out of the garden hose. We were the ones that were left out till midnight at night. And our parents didn’t give up two thoughts about it.

We were the ones that if you got a whooping by your mom and dad and you went to the police, you got a whooping by the police, and then they made your mom and dad whoop you again. And then you might get paddled by the print. The. The gym teacher at school, who knows? We were raised tough. Yes. I mean, tough. And to get it done. And what I feel very confident of, I really feel this all the way in my soul. My Heart is that it is going to be Gen X that’s going to lead this charge.

Of course, with the support of the baby boomers. Always, always those prayers, the support, the financial support. I mean, the baby boomers alone, they have double the wealth of Generation X, double the wealth of Generation X, double the wealth. So they’ll be there spiritually praying. Some will be there act in activity. But I feel that the core foundation to build this new world for the millennials, and the millennials will be in and Generation Z and all of the relating demographics around the planet are going to be of people that are in, you know, from in their 45, 40 to 60 range, years, young range.

And it’s exciting. And people need to understand. Your present is a gift. Yes. You being there is a gift. You have to believe in yourself. And you got to understand that you are part of the divine. The divine’s in you. You’re in the divine. All created from the divine. And what did Christ say when he was on this planet? You know, people might say, well, Sister Honey, she talked about healing. Well, I was on one of her sessions, quantum healing sessions with her and Sister Lisa. And I’m going to tell you something. The energy that was coming off the screen, I was bringing it into my receiving hand here, that’s my left.

And I was putting it all through my wife Cynthia, and she was passing out. She was like falling asleep. It was so heavy for her. So it’s real. And Christ said that you will do these things and much more if you only believe. Yes. You have faith in a mustard seed. We have to have courage, we have to have faith. We have to have trust. These are very important things. Yeah. And they’re all about your inner world. Trusting yourself first. Yes, yes. And trusting yourself to know which way to go. Like, do I go left or right on this street? You know, that’s how I ask people to start practicing with their higher self.

Go to the grocery store and pick. Ask your higher self which way to turn. And you may go a different way, but you will get there and you will get used to listening. And I think that’s one of the things that we’ve really begun to come into, is actually listening to our higher self. When I first started this, hardly anybody was doing it. And now almost everybody around me is listening to their. Their higher self, their intuition, and they’re following the things that they’re led to do. So it’s a beautiful time to be alive and it’s a beautiful time to be doing things, whether you’re just on a platform and you’re lifting other people up.

I talked to one of my groups today, and I. They asked a question. What is my purpose? This one person did. And I said, you just your presence and. And your lack of judgment on others and the love that you give, that is your purpose. It’s beautiful. If you’re just doing that alone. If we just had more people doing that and you know, that’s. That’s a good thing to segment into, you know, about that. People feel that they’re not good enough or they don’t love their self enough. Right. They’re very judgmental on themselves. And today when I went through the triggering, the triggering, let’s call it the triggering, I had to forgive myself for being triggered and understand that where I’m at, not everybody’s there.

And I have to let these people that are not there that are being triggered in themselves and they’re going through, you know, like a typhoon or a hurricane. I gotta understand that. I can’t expect them to be where I’m at. Right. Because I’m on my own journey. They’re on their own journey. But if you can give just your love, your light, your good frequency, your positivity into the field, you’re helping tremendously people. And what I would say is this too is if you don’t know what your purpose is, well, the first thing I would do is breathe, meditate, get more in touch with Mother Earth.

Build a real relationship with the infinite creator, the divine. The point of origin of all things. It’s always been and always will be, and everything’s in and it’s in everything and everything’s made of it relationship. Not like Santa Claus relationship, where you just put your freaking wish list, but a relationship where you talk throughout the day and you spend time in the morning when you start doing these things, and you go in to step in your power and you get into the practice portal and you join these three free lives that we have every single month.

And you watch these episodes that sister Honey and I are doing, and you plug into other brothers and sisters in there into the prayer request and the prayer circle. I believe in my heart we’ll ask sister Honey what she thinks. I believe that you will discover your purpose. Yeah, I do too. And it may take a little while, but there are people sharing the most beautiful things that they’re doing in that platform. And it’s about love when you come down to it. You know, they have a love for something. Maybe it’s art, and they’re Sharing their artwork.

You know, maybe they’re sharing something that they’re making. Maybe they’re sharing how they feel. Maybe they’re sharing the downloads that they’re getting. And that is how the world is going to work. It’s all about communication. That’s what Earth was created for. So all these glitches in communicating, they are being thrown up into the air. So everybody can see that communication is really important because when it doesn’t work, it creates chaos. And we’re kind of in that at the moment. The communication is quite bad, I think, and not with everyone, but with certain people that are still clearing things.

Maybe their screen is really dirty and they’re clearing those things. They’re hard to communicate with right now because they have a lot of stuff that they’re dealing with. Yeah, it’s. It’s interesting, you know, the sacred voice. Each voice carries frequency, words, tone, silence. So your voice carries these frequencies, and when you put out your words, the frequency you’re putting out comes back to you. That’s why I’m so, so cautious of what I do, even though I get. I got triggered today. And again, that’s been. It’s been a while since that’s happened to me, but I instantly forgave myself.

I instantly let it go. I let it flow in. In dissolve into pure energy because it doesn’t serve my highest purpose. It doesn’t serve why I’m here. And I understand very clearly why I’m here. Yeah, I’m very clear on that. Just like Sister Honey is. And you all might. There’s some of you that might be here just to work on yourself and just put that positive energy into the collective. And you would not believe how many people that helps. It’s tremendous amounts of people. And then some of you are here to go way beyond that, and some of you are here to go a certain way beyond it.

But we’re all here for a purpose. And. And the more people we plug into the light, the lighter it’s going to get. And the faster new Earth is going to be built, but also at the same time, the faster the crumbling is going to happen. We have a great episode on the crumbling. I forget which one it is. Maybe ten Episode ten and you should. Yeah, it’s great episode on the crumbling, but the crumbling is going to continue to accelerate. But also at the same time, there’s so much. So many beautiful things happening to build the new Earth.

Yeah, so many beautiful things happening right now. And it’s very malleable right now. So really thinking about how you want your world to look and what you’re excited about. Your soul knows so much about what’s happening and all the possibilities. So find the possibilities within yourself about what you want to create. What are you inspired for? You know, maybe you are inspired just to be really in your own being and radiating love, and that is big, but maybe it’s more. Maybe you want to do something with water or you want to do something with building or whatever, but it’s time to start, it’s time to start planning it and to start reaching out and asking for answers to come in.

Yes, interesting. I was telling you that all of these things start coming to you and I was looking at all of the things that have been coming into my life since 2020. And one of them is the devices that actually reverse all of the damage that has been done to our atmosphere and done to our ground and our plant life and all of that, because we’ve chopped down a lot of trees and trees put out a lot of negative ions and you can just go again on chat, GPT, Google and put in what are the positive effects of negative ions for the planet Earth and for the people and you.

It will blow your mind. It will blow your mind. When you read the positive facts on people in the planet from negative ions, you’ll be like, why are we chopping trees down? Why don’t we just grow industrial hemp that cleans the soil, by the way, and we can produce everything with these devices. The bigger ones are like a thousand from what I’m hearing. The new technology is like a thousand thousand Amazon rainforests. The ones that cover 140 acres in negative ions, by the way, that covers 140 acres. Not the smallest one, but the, the one from the big, the massive one.

Like we need 350 of them around the world. And we’ll bring the biosphere back thousands of years, strengthen the magnetic field, all of it, clean the air, clean all of the soil, all of that good stuff. The other one’s like a couple hundred freaking Amazon rainforests worth of, of negative ions. And that’s just one of the things it does. It does so much more. It like stops all the bad weather. I mean, it’s just amazing. Clears all of that electromagnetic pollution out of the atmosphere hundreds of kilometers up. And so as we start to develop these conscious communities around the planet, some that are existing communities, some that will be new communities, I’m planning on putting, working on putting, you know, having the Divine put one through me down here In Las Terranus, Dominica, Public, because I love it down here.

But they’ll be all over the place where Sister Honey is. All over the world they’re going to be. And I, I see these devices in all of these communities helping do what? Grow the crops bigger, reduce the water intake by 50%, eliminate the pesticides and all of that, and clean the air and protect against EMF, radiation and 5G. And this I had. I wasn’t looking for this. Just like I wasn’t looking for the domain name step in your power dot com. It was just. Yeah, it, it was just brought to me. And when you become open, when you really say, you know what, this isn’t about religion.

This is about my relationship. Even though religion can help a lot of people and I’m not downgrading it. I have my aunts and uncles and I was raised a Catholic and a Christian and I get it. And I know that some people, but we don’t. They don’t know. The things that have been held back, the changes that have been made are just unbelievable. We have this much information, like a grain of sand in all of the beaches of the world, worth of grains of sand. That’s the knowledge that is in the Holy Bible. And I’ve read a lot of religions, I’ve studied a lot of religions.

Lots of them in 80% of them are almost identical. Almost identical, right. There’s some nuances, but over. And still none of them have the whole truth. And what’s happening right now is more and more and more of the truth is coming to the surface. Like giants. I mean, where did David and Goliath come from? Giants, you know, book of Enoch. Where’s the 366 books of Enoch? So much disclosure is going to come out. But don’t overwhelm yourself with it. Take stuff in gradually. I’ve been doing this for decades, but take stuff in gradually. Focus on yourself, focus on your energy hygiene, focus on having community and support like you can have in our community at Step into your power dot com.

Come on over there. Cost you nothing but a little bit of your time to put your first name, last name and email address. And I mean anybody can do that and go in there and start congregating with people. Start loving on people, let people love on you and start making sure that you’ve got yourself putting that positive energy into the collective and you’re helping raise the frequency. Yeah, that’s what we’re here to do is raise the frequency. And you notice that as your frequency rises, sometimes it triggers other people because theirs isn’t necessarily rising at the same rate.

And just like when a sound hits someone and they don’t like it, you’re. You’re basically vibrating things up to the surface that they don’t want to see. And it’s like a vi. It’s totally sound creates light. You know, it creates the codes that make the light in the form that it is. So our whole body is created by sound, and our body is made of light. And all the light that comes into us from the sun and other things, it’s affecting us. So those codes that are going to be coming in from Atlas and the sun, and they’ve been coming in from the sun, they’re going to have a big effect on everybody.

So try to just let go of judging other people and the way that they act right now, because it’s not worth it. It’s their stuff coming up to the surface. Absolutely. Absolutely. And again, your voice is sacred. So understand that and believe that because it’s true. It’s really true. So one of the things we did on our last episode, we talked about trust and, you know, courage as trust and action. So you have to be courageous to trust, and you got to trust yourself, and you got to trust the divine that, you know, again, building that relationship with a divine is so important.

But you got to trust that everything is happening for you and not to you. A lot of people, Sister honey, they feel like everything’s happening to them. They don’t understand that it’s happening for them to move them down. Can you talk about that a little bit? Yeah. So we are, in the end, we are all one being. We all came out of the same source. We’re all drops in the water of source. Okay. So that is what people call God. I get that. Source is the word that God likes. Okay. So because they are the beginning, source is the beginning.

Basically, when you’re getting feedback from someone, either they’re reflecting to you what you don’t like about yourself, or their vibration is too different from yours. So you’re. The communication is really hard because we’re not all the same color. Right. So if you think of vibration in form of color, some people are pink, and some people might be an olive green. You know, some people might be a muddy blue or a gray, or maybe they’re holding on to things and it’s muddying up their vibration. And when they see that because they’re looking at someone who is brighter, it triggers them.

Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Well, some people can’t Handle other people’s energy. It’s just the way it is. They just can’t handle it. So I have this. This saying, this basically not a quote, but a statement. Your voice is not too much. It is a vessel of healing and truth. Where have you been silencing your voice? Think about that. Talk about that in the comments. Where have you been silencing your voice? And it’s time for you to step out. If you know again, focus on you making sure that you’re putting that positive frequency into the collective and that you’re handling life right in the now.

You know, my mind was wandering this morning in meditation, and I started thinking about, oh, what I got to do, you know, in a couple hours, and what I got to do here. And I need to handle this. I need to handle that. And I had to just go back into myself and say, shut all that noise down. Mind, right now. Focus on the breath, focus on the energy portals that I’m opening up and I’m letting the energy flow through me. Focus on the divine, the source, the infinite Creator. Focus on that. Give gratitude, blessing. I am that.

I am. I am grateful. I am wise. I am wealthy. I am healthy. I am love. I am courage. I am strength. And I just started saying these things in my mind. I was going over them, and then I forgot about all that stuff. And I had done very well for about, you know, about a week where that stuff wasn’t coming into my mind. But then all of a sudden, for some reason, could be the energy, whatever it started to. But I immediately went into that to remove it. What people don’t understand is that most people is the now is the most important to live in.

Not yesterday, not what happened in your past when you were a child or a teenager, a young adult, or even yesterday afternoon or what you got to do in the future. But right now, what are you doing right now in this moment? Yeah. Yeah. The present moment is the most important thing because it’s really, truly all we have, because we’re going through portals all the time. That’s how linear time actually works, is portal after portal after portal. So think about a slinky stretched out. And that’s why time has sped up. Like, I don’t know how you feel, Jimmy, but I feel like time is going like this.

Yeah. And we’re basically moving so much faster because we’re vibrating faster. And we’re not getting as much done in a day that we used to, because we’re not supposed to. So that makes us think that we’re not getting enough accomplished, but we’re in a transition where we’re going to basically accomplish effortlessly at some point soon. And who we are is going to guide that. So things will get accomplished easier and easier. And some of that will be done with AI, some of that will be done with energy. But anything that’s holding it back is that dense energy that we carried through our subconscious mind into this vibration.

So that’s what we’re letting go of. And it’s kind of intense. I will say. I always feel like, oh, are we done yet? Not happening. Like it just keeps on going. It’s interesting because it is, it is. It was coming in big waves. Now it seems like it’s is more of a steady, consistent level now. Like Mother Earth again is at a higher frequency and it’s not going up and down roller coaster. But it’s maintaining that to bring all of us up to meet her there so that we can all get utilized, used to that and our nervous system can get used to that.

And we, you know, we can breathe through that, we can meditate through that. You really are getting an upgrade like you’ve never seen before. And some people aren’t making it through the dark night of the soul. That’s what some, that religions call it, that spirituality calls it that. When people are actually having to deal with all of their dirt on their screen. I mean there is no piece missing. You have to deal with all of it. And some people aren’t ready to deal with it and you know, they, they don’t make it through it. But there’s a lot of people making it through it and coming out on the other end stronger than they’ve ever been in their entire life.

And they’re, they’re gonna. What’s beautiful about that too is they can go and share their journey with other people and give them the, you know, the, the courage and the trust and the strength that they can get through it too. Too. Yeah, that they can get through it too. And some people might just be here for that purpose, to share their journey with others, to give them strength and courage so they can get through it. Yeah, totally. And that’s where your voice comes in, you know, being willing to speak and you know, maybe you don’t want to speak.

Maybe you’re just doing things. You can have a video where you just create and you don’t say a word. There’s a lot of those out there on the Internet or just talking to someone in a chat group and encouraging them or praying for them because Prayer is actually really beautiful. It’s not exactly what was brought into religion, I will say because we are not small. Prayer is creation. It’s not begging for something. And I think that’s important for us to know. But it’s a beautiful time to be here. And some of us have stepped forward a few years ago, some of us years and years ago.

And now it’s time for another wave to step forward. And we have to all step forward because I’ve been talking about this for years now that I had the download about there is no more gray. So you’re either fully in the light or fully in the dark. You, you cannot sit in the gray any longer. Just like people can’t sit on the sidelines. You got to pick a side. Either you’re going to be supporting the light or you’re going to go into the darkness. It’s completely up to you because there’s free will. It’s not like the infinite creator, Divine creator is a dictator.

You have free will so you can do and experience what you want. And you are everything you’re doing everything that’s in your life right now is 100 your responsibility. And you’re experiencing it because you’ve created it. Yeah. It’s just the way it is. I mean it it there is no doubt. One of the things I want to talk about too that helps support our episodes. Like if I had done that for that period of time, like we were basically eight hours ahead and then seven hours ahead. So three weeks of being way ahead in time.

This has helped me adjust very fast to both time zones. Well in frequency technology, scalar wave technology. Frequency technology IT frequency created existence. Words are frequency and frequency can, can help heal. And what’s great about these bands, the ultimate wellness band is called in the disc that you put on your cell phone to make it a positive instead of a negative. Between the two of them there’s about 400 unique frequencies and it protects you six feet around and then there’s crystals in this band and then 300 frequencies in this holographic disc. You actually have to take it off like three hours before you want to go to bed.

It takes about an hour in the morning to get all of those frequencies start to penetrate into your body and then, and also your energy. It’s just amazing for your physical body energy body. But then you have to take it off at night and give yourself about three hours to let those frequencies come out of the body so that you can sleep. But yeah, it’s, it’s part of the, the new world as far as the new Earth. It’s going to be all based on frequency wellness, not this traditional stuff. And that’s all I’m going to say because I, we’re YouTube friendly here.

But it’s not going to be about the traditional health and wellness anymore. It’s going to be more about this frequency based wellness, light based wellness. And there’s amazing things happening, just amazing things happening with that. Yeah, well, and think about the light codes. So the light codes that come in, they’re doing things, they’re doing things with your body and this is codes too. So it’s codes that you’re absorbing. Your body understands what to do with them and it’s amping up your energetic field. So I’m glad that it’s one of the sponsors. Like I really do appreciate it and I appreciate all the different things that are offered from the company and I really appreciate the affordability of it.

Yeah, well, you want to make it, you know, we, you want to make it to where it’s obtainable for the masses, to give them the benefits of it. It’s not like when Cindy and I come down here to Minh Republic. We’re one hour change. We’re going from central time to Eastern time and not like going seven, eight hours. That’s a.

That’s a long. Quite a bit of a change. So I want to read another point here. Courage is not absent of fear. It is presence greater than fear. So let me say that again. Courage is not absent of fear. It is presence greater than fear. There’s nothing wrong with someone having fear. No. Okay. But you have to be greater than the fear. Your presence has to be greater than the fear. And that’s where also the courage that equals trust comes into play. Being courageous, that you trust the divine will bring you through whatever you’re going through and get you to the other side bigger and better.

And that’s when you start looking and journaling all the things that’s happened to you through your life or happened for you. Again, you notice that everything that you thought was the end literally lifted you up further. Yeah. It’s interesting. It’s really interesting. And it’s part of standing up for yourself. Yes. You know when you’re standing in your own divine knowing and you’re saying no to something. Yes. That’s not working. Whatever it is, it could be a relationship, it could be a food, it could be whatever. Like, we went to Italy. It was beautiful. We were exploring different places for different things.

But I didn’t eat tomatoes and I didn’t eat corn, but I ate everything else. But those two things don’t really work with my body very well. My body doesn’t like them, so I just didn’t eat them. And to be able to just say no, even though tomatoes are everywhere. In Italy, they adopted the tomato and they ran with it. And there’s pizza everywhere. Right. So I would get the white pizza, the pizza that’s just cheese. And being satisfied with that and not being wrapped up in, oh, well, I need to give in all the time or I should give in to this person, or I should give into this food, or I should give in to whatever’s going on around you.

Don’t do it. Stand in your own power. That’s part of stepping into your power. Yeah, yeah. Again, we’re hearing that more and more about stepping into your power. It’s so important that you have people around you to help support your journey, though. And that’s where this community comes into play, where you have a lot of people in there to support I watch people when they request prayers. Like one of the greatest things. After my morning thing, I call it my prayers, my meditation, my walk, my dip in the ocean and just giving gratitude. Looking at the sun, sun, gazing in that beautiful clear water and the mountains around.

It’s just. I wish everybody could experience it. I really do. But once I get to the desk here, one of my, my first things that I do is I go into the community and I go to prayer request and I put the search for the newest and I look at who needs prayer. Who needs it? Yeah. And then I give it to them. And the reason I do give it to them, because I know the secret. The more I give, the more I get. But I also love doing that. I love sending them prayer. And you would, would.

It’s just amazing what’s happening when people are putting prayer and what’s going on in there. And. And then you see all the people sharing beautiful things, stories of their journey, different things that have helped them on their journey. A lot of support and you need the support. You want the support. It’s so important. And we put this community together, the divine has put it through us together in order to help you get that support. So utilize it again. Your first name, last name and email. And if you don’t want to put your real first name, last name, don’t use Donald Duck or something, I don’t know.

But at the end of the day, it doesn’t take that much effort to do it. And the reward is tremendous to help you with this journey that you’re on. And that will only accelerate. No one is going to get out of the acceleration. It’s just which way are you going to accelerate? Are you going to accelerate to the dark, left the dark or to the light? It’s totally up to you. But acceleration is happening. The gap is widening and you’ve got to pay attention to it because you don’t want to say at the end of the day that you’re experiencing all of that ooky 3D garbage as the crumbling’s happening and the shaking, shaking.

You want to experience that 5D new earth, heaven on earth and being part of rebuilding the earth and leaving things better for our children and grandchildren. Yep, absolutely. It’s now to extract your attention from the emotion of the crumble. The crumble is going to happen. Let it happen. A lot of it is very staged and let it go through its process. There’s a whole new group of people awakening and that’s for them. You guys are awake. You’ve Been awake for a long time and enjoy the process of things changing. I watched a little video, one of those like mean videos the other day, and it was this crazy guy dancing around because he’d been awake for a long time and everything was finally happening.

And that’s the way that I feel. I’m very grateful that things are finally happening and we’re getting to the culmination of what we’ve been talking about for the last five years. And it’s a beautiful thing. It doesn’t mean it looks great and it won’t. When you’re scrubbing the toilet. It’s not a fun experience, but you get over it. And the toilet’s clean when you’re done. So those kind of things are necessary. But we don’t need to carry that 3D stuff around with us anymore. It’s all basically memory. It’s stuck in the hard drive of humanity and we don’t need it.

It’s time to clear the subconscious mind of all that construct because we’re the creators. So what do you want to focus on? Yep, yep. And you need to again, just have that courage and trust and believe in yourself and love yourself and understand that you are your presence is sacred and you are a child of the most high God. You know the source of everything. You know everything’s in it and it’s in everything. Nothing can live without it. Meaning if it was gone, we’d all be gone. You know, there would be nothing. It’d be just a black hole, probably just of nothingness.

But we’re moving into a new earth. That is very exciting. Make sure you weed your garden of life. Get rid of all of that negativity in all your feeds. Don’t watch the news. There’s nothing there that’s going to help you at all. Not one thing. Make sure you’re. You’re going to step into your powers community. Go over to the underneath the power portal, go to the practice portal and go to the healing frequency music. Listen to 528HZ, listen to 9.963HZ. Listen to 3.96HZ. Listen to 4. I mean, there’s so much beautiful music in there that you will feel it, people, feel it.

You got to start getting your environment full of positive frequency and positive things. And when you’re looking at, you know, a social media platform, you should be following things that are good for you. Because if you just look at it, that frequency hits you. So you might not even dig down into it. But just the title alone. Or the image. It’s. It’s hit you with it. Yeah. So you got to be really, really super careful. There’s energy in everything. Everything. And one thing too, when you were mentioning the music. So a lot of us have been listening to frequency music for a long time and it hasn’t necessarily been doing its job.

And I’ve been watching people debunk some of the frequency music that’s out there that it’s not actually in the frequency that they say it is. It’s in a different frequency. It’s not in 440. But it’s also not in a frequency that’s actually good for you either. Like it’s just a different frequency. And that probably has to do with technology and not having checks and balances when it comes to that stuff. I mean they’re just saying it’s in this frequency. But the frequency music on stepping your power is actually the frequency, you know, so that’s important. Those things are important right now.

And get yourself tuning fork. You know, I got myself a crystal harp and I can feel the frequency from that thing. I don’t know how to play it very well, but it has the great frequencies. And when I hit it with that soft mallet, I can tell it’s doing something that’s beautiful. Yeah music. You know, my son just put together that beautiful rap song. I love it. You know the. And I came out with the. The. The name of the song. But it’s interesting. Something about the throne. I gotta look at it. But it was talking about step into your throne.

And the other one, the Power is Mine. He’s put out some really good songs and when you put. And they’re tuned to 432 hertz and you can just feel it and you just play it over and over. And the great thing about the healing frequency music within the step into your power. We have so much more of it that we’ll be bringing in. It was created by a gentleman, David Paul that was. Was over 25 years in. In Tai Chi Gong, studying that. But also was a master musician in many different instruments, like a Mozart kind of guy.

And I mean I’ve heard so many comments about that, that frequency music and what it’s been doing and helping people and it’s just beautiful. Another thing, another tool in the toolbox within the practice portal that helps you with your journey to go through these stages that you’re in in life. And again, you can find out where you’re currently at by taking the seeker stage quiz. Truthfully, honestly, for yourself and answering those questions and see where you’re currently at. And then we recommend the tools to use for where you’re currently at, and you start utilizing them. And then guess what happens when you take the secret stage quiz again.

You moved up and you’re like, whoa, okay, let me participate a little bit more. Let me be on these lives. Let me get some prayer requests in. Let me give some love to people. And the next thing you know, you’re moving through the seeker stages until you get to total expansion and overflow is where you want to be. And so it’s so exciting to see that. I had a couple affirmations I wanted to read here, and then we can close this up, Sister Honey, with you doing your beautiful breathing and grounding for all of us. But one of the affirmations was I am safe to be seen.

So when you. When you, you know, put your hand on your heart and your throat and say, I am safe to be seen, because a lot of people don’t feel that way. And we need so many more people to help guide people, because as more and more information comes up about the giants and that we’re not let here alone, and all this stuff starts pouring out, and all the stuff, all these books of Enoch start. Oh, my gosh, people are going to be so lost and not know what to do, and they’re going to be looking, looking.

And that’s what this community is about. And that’s what our. The mission is about, is to help bring more people in that community. But also in Ascension Mastery, have more people become guides so that they can congregate locally and start building, what, these conscious communities together. Yeah. And really help transform and anchor the light and transform this planet like it’s never seen before. So that was one of them. Let me just read the other one. Your voice is sacred in the field is waiting for you. That was the other one that I wanted to read to you.

But, Sister Honey, we’ve been on here almost an hour and 15 minutes. Why don’t you close it up with your beautiful grounding and your energy basically reset for us all. Okay, so everybody close your eyes just for a minute and take a really nice, deep breath and remember that you have a beautiful toroidal field around your body. Okay? So I want you to imagine that the energy is coming out the top of your head and going around, and it’s meeting the bottom of your feet and coming back up through your body. Now I want you to think about what has happened to you today or what is going on in your life right now.

And I want you to see the holes in your energetic field, okay? And I want you to imagine that you have a spackle knife, okay? And it’s basically a big flat thing like a hand and it’s made of energy. So every time you connect it to your energetic field, you spackle closed those holes that have been made by other people. So we’re going to spackle them all closed. And as we do that, we’re going to pull all of our energy back from anybody that is holding on to our energy today. Your energy is yours. You came here with it.

It’s not to give away for people to keep. Okay? You can share and you can love, but you’re not giving away your vital energy to others because you will exhaust yourself. So as your energy comes out and it goes back into the bottom of your feet, I want you to collect energy that you’ve given away and clean it as it comes back up into your feet and goes back up through your body and out again. And I want you to imagine one of your angels is running around and spackling up your energy field. So at the same time that you are pulling all of the energy back into your body, that is your energy, your energetic field is being repaired and you can do that every single day.

Now as you do that and you feel that it is healed, I want you just to electrify it, make it buzz, light it up, take a deep breath, calm it down again and go ahead and open your eyes and know that you can do that whenever you need to. Yes. And I had to do that quite a few times today where I stopped and I breathed. Yeah, I just read and I caught quieted my mind. Well, we love you all very, very much. Thank you for watching.
