Bible Prophecy Update 2026 – Venezuela Yemen and Iran Fulfill End Times Bible Prophecy

The Bible has prophesied that these things will happen and we’ll look at these prophecies, but it also says that something else happens in connection with these events, something incredible unfolding in the tribulation. We may have been hoping and praying for no new wars, but anybody who studies Bible prophecy knew that more wars would be coming. Jesus told us a sign that we’re heading towards the end is that you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. In Mark 13, a parallel passage, we hear that there will be conflict among the nations.

Many people who try to disprove the Bible may say that all throughout history, there’s been nation versus nation and kingdom versus kingdom, but never on the level that we’re seeing right now, where it’s literally world powers at war. Practically every nation in the world is either at war or allies with another nation who’s becoming involved in a conflict. And what we’re seeing now is really the beginning stages of these things taking place again. Jesus told us the end is not yet. Later down the line there’ll be massive wars, world wars, Armageddon, and the red horse of the apocalypse.

Another horse, fiery red, went out and it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth and that people should kill one another and there was given to him a great sword. We’re not at the point in Bible prophecy of the red horse of the apocalypse or the battle of Armageddon, but we are moving in this direction, just like we’re seeing these nations rising against nation, and even the lawlessness that is prophesied to come. We’re seeing these things unfold with the conflicts in the earth. As we head out of Venezuela and move towards the Middle East, Yemen is now the center of a growing conflict.

Yemen declares emergency as Saudi Arabia bombs a Macaulay port over United Arab Emirates weapons shipment. In the last 24 hours, this video was posted online of Saudi Arabia pummeling Yemeni separatists with airstrikes. Let’s turn to West Asia now where a proxy war is unfolding in Yemen. On one side is Saudi Arabia, on the other side is the UAE. Two close allies now at odds. We have seen open threats, we have seen airstrikes. The question is will there be a full-blown confrontation? Let me tell you what happened today. This morning, Saudi military attacked a port in Yemen.

It is called Mughalah in the south. Look at the aftermath. It’s interesting because people often mention Saudi Arabia as being this blossoming, incredible country with such advancements in technology and infrastructure. But of course, as it turns out, it’s the Middle East. There will be conflict. They’re now getting heavily involved in this situation. And we’re actually seeing Saudi Arabia and the United Emirates pitted against each other. These are two of the most powerful nations in the Middle East. A decade ago, they led a joint effort campaign to curb Iran’s influence in Yemen. And now these two allies are finding themselves at war with one another.

This conflict in Yemen is actually centered around Iran. And Iran actually has its own conflict rising right now too, which we’ll look at in a minute. But this civil war that’s taking place in Yemen began in 2014 after the Iran-backed Houthi movement overran the north of the country and took over the capital. Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates intervened the following year, propping up the local government and the militias under a unified vision of destroying the Houthis. Since the Houthis seized Yemen’s capital, the country’s fragmented into multiple spheres of influence, giving Iran expanded leverage on the southern flank of the Arabian peninsula through its support for the group.

So Saudi Arabia is currently attacking these Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen. And Iran is having its own problems in its own nation. There’s been massive upheaval and people demanding the Islamic regime be replaced because they’re doing such a terrible job of leading their country. The violent protests forced a government shutdown in 21 provinces as protests spread over skyrocketing prices and economic collapse. Businesses, universities, and government offices closed in response to a government-ordered shutdown. The People’s Mujahideen Organization of Iran shared footage online showing violent confrontations between security forces and protesters in various provinces. Shouts of death to the dictator and death to Khamenei rang out as reports of at least seven people killed.

The protests are the largest in Iran since 2022, when 22-year-old Massa Amini died in police custody after she was detained for not wearing her hijab correctly. Israeli Iranian actress and commentator Sogand Sarah Fakhary says these protests are different from others in the past. Like if the past protests were just death to the dictator or get this regime down without any definition of who is going to rule Iran after, this one has a leader. They call for Pahlavi back. Fakhary says Iran has gone from being an amazing country with great capabilities to a state where people don’t have money for bread.

She said Iranians have been crying out for help for a long time. Since 2016, I’d like to say, I’ve been receiving messages all the time from Iranians who are asking Israel’s support to eliminate this regime. The Iranian president blamed the current economic crisis on an ongoing war with Iran’s enemies. Right now, the enemy has placed most of its hopes on knocking us down through economic pressure. You cannot conquer a nation with bombs, fighter jets or missiles. To defeat us, they would have to come and face us on the ground. The protests come after a report from Iran International on Sunday that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is developing chemical and biological warheads for its ballistic missiles.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed the possibility of a second strike on Iran this year in his meeting with President Trump in Mar-a-Lago, Florida this week. Trump said another strike was possible. And while in Florida, Netanyahu met with evangelical leaders and told them they represent Christian Zionism that made Jewish Zionism possible. He said the battle against Israel and against Judeo-Christian values is being waged around the globe, and Israel wants to be part of fighting it. And we’re also aware of the fact, as you are, that one country protects the Christian community, enables it to grow, defends it, and make sure that it thrives, and that country is Israel.

There is no other. For now, the focus of the Middle East is on the protests in Iran, and the world is waiting to see what happens next. As protests in Iran stretch into their sixth day, President Trump firing off a new warning to the regime. If Iran shoots and violently kills peaceful protesters, which is their custom, the United States of America will come to their rescue. We are locked and loaded and ready to go. What we’re seeing in Iran is also a fulfillment of another prophecy in Matthew 24 verse 12. Because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.

This Islamic regime, the way they’ve treated women and its citizens and the economy, people can’t even buy bread, the lawlessness of that regime has led the love of many to grow cold. And I would say the love of many has grown cold in all of the Middle East, wherever that ideology has been spread. So this has led to a massive increase of lawlessness, and also nation versus nation, kingdom versus kingdom, war and turmoil. Iran plays a role in several end-time prophecy frameworks, mainly mentioned to us in the book of Ezekiel.

Prior to 1935, Iran was known as Persia. And looking at some of these prophecies like Ezekiel 38 through 39, the Gog and Magog war, one of them at least, Persia, Kush and Put are with them. This makes Persia, or Iran, one of the only nations mentioned explicitly by name in an end-times military coalition. Daniel 820 also mentions Iran in end-times prophecy, the Ram with two horns, the King of Media in Persia. While this prophecy historically refers to the Medo-Persian Empire, Daniel’s visions are often seen as having dual fulfillments. It’s interesting because a fallen force, often referred to as a fallen angel, is told to us in Daniel 10.13, and it is also aligned with Iran.

The Prince of the Kingdom of Persia resisted me. There are very few mentions in the Bible of evil spiritual forces like this one that’s associated with Iran. The Bible is prophesied with 100% accuracy that all of these things will unfold. We’re seeing them happen. We’re seeing it all move in that direction. So we know what’s happening, but what does it mean? Well, first off, it means that the Bible is true and trustworthy. Jesus warned us ahead of time of the things that would come, so we would know that we can trust the Bible when we start to see them happen.

In the same chapter where he warned us of wars, rumors of wars, nation versus nation, and conflicts coming, he also told us this, For false Christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. Jesus gave us the warning that all of these things would come to pass. That’s why it’s no surprise when we heard there would be no new wars and now we’re starting to see new wars. Nothing can trump what the Bible says is going to happen.

But we don’t have to worry as we see all of these things unfolding. Jesus even told us in that verse about the wars increasing, See that you are not alarmed, for the end is not yet. Jesus also told us that the world will be filled of tribulation, but that in him we will have peace, in the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. The final message of the Bible, the fulfillment of the revelation of Jesus Christ, is not that there’s just war and turmoil and everything is destroyed, but actually that there’s a great hope to look forward to, if you’ve given your life to Jesus Christ and accepted him as Lord.

And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, there shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away. So as you start to see the Bible come to life and the fulfillment of the end times prophecies move closer and closer and be headline news every single day, if you’ve given your life to the Lord Jesus Christ, you have nothing to worry about, you have nothing to fear, and actually he gives us a great promise to look forward to, again only if you’ve given your life to Jesus Christ.
