We submitted a FOIA to the city of Charleston, West Virginia. We want the construction documents for the Kanawha county courthouse that was supposedly constructed and in 1892. And when I show you their response today, it’s going to shock the world. Why did I pull a FOIA request on this specific courthouse? Why is it that I requested to see the original construction documents for a courthouse in the middle of Charleston, West Virginia? I did this because this courthouse, it fits the exact same patterns that we’ve been tracking for years on this channel. It’s a late 1800s massive stone government structure with an official construction date that should 100% have produced detailed architectural records.

They should have the records. It wasn’t thousands of years ago. I also think a courthouse should be pretty good at handling legal documents, especially for their own building. So when we look at its narrative, we see that this structure, a palace, was supposedly constructed in a Single year in 1892. One year. A block long structure, we are told, built before the power tool was ever invented, which we know came in 1895. And then it just randomly tells us that the Charleston City hall is located across the street with the Charleston City hall also looking out of place.

Nobody’s constructing these kind of buildings today anywhere. We never see one of our towns just throwing a palace courthouse together, though. I heard it was on the table in my town. They said they were going to build a few palaces actually, until I woke up and I realized that it was just a dream. It’s not gonna happen. There are and have been laws in place which require county courts to formally record the construction documents and kept by the county clerk. And, and this dates back to the West Virginia Constitution of 1872, Article 8, and the West Virginia Code, 1868, with a revision in 1882, all before this supposed 1892 construction date.

I want the blueprints, I want the ledgers. I want to see the contracts that were signed by Donkeys Incorporated. I want to see those signatures where they were signing up for 200 chisels over here, all of the water for the horses over there. I want to see the ledgers that prove the construction cost. And we all know that this story right here, this short tale that doesn’t mention a single purchase. There’s no mention of how much it even costed the public to build this pretend story. It worked for so long, but today it’s going to be torn into pieces because I submitted a FOIA request.

Freedom of Information Act, a 1966 law that grants any person the right to Request access to records from federal agencies. And West Virginia, of course, has its own state version of FOIA under West Virginia Code 29B. We want transparency. We want accountability. We’re all done reading these stupid stories that make no sense at all. We’re all done being tested on it. We want some verification or else their stories are completely null and void. I’m on a mission right now to ruin the Mainstream Story Hour for all these historians, these people that dedicated their life to grading children on their favorite fake tales.

I’m going to ruin your books. Here we go. The senior staff associate, a lawyer representing the city of Charleston, they replied back to us stating that our FOIA request was reviewed in accordance with West Virginia code 29B11. We requested that they provide us with copies of the original construction documents for their county courthouse, including the sections built in 1892. And we also want the additions made in 1917 and 1924. Prove to us that you actually built this building and had these renovation projects going on. Just show us the documents. That’s all we’re asking. We also want a copy of all the original construction documents related to this design and construction of the Charleston City hall, which we all remember is right across the street, supposedly completed in 1921.

We want the documents for both of these structures. And this is when their attorney tells all of us that the city of Charleston has no documents that responsive to our request for the construction documents for the Kanawha county courthouse period. None. They have nothing. Zero documents marking this as the 12th structure that we have documented right here on this channel called My Lunch Break, where we’re closing in on 300, 000 subscribers on YouTube. And we’re doing this for a reason. This community. We want answers. We want documented evidence. Again, the 12th structure that we have documented, that we have gotten them to tell us in an email that they do not have the construction documents, the receipts to their story.

And I’ll be honest with you. I want to see the records, I want to see the ledgers. I think it would be incredible to show here on this channel. Imagine going through the documents and looking and seeing how much it costed them to buy some chisels. How much did it cost them to get the materials to the site, where did it come from and how long did it take the horses and wagons to bring it to the site. There is nothing. And they say that we should reach out to the county commission and that’s the end of it because then they just move on to the city hall building where they say that due to copyright issues, age and quantity of these documents, we cannot provide copies and we all totally believe that.

No, I actually don’t believe that even a little bit. Not 1% of me believes that actually copyright does not override public record laws for government created documents. So they have now tried to send me in two different directions and telling me to come view them in person. Now this person obviously doesn’t know my background and I’m going to be testing this individual and showing the entire world that this attorney just slipped up multiple times in this email. I’m going to expose them today right here and it’s going to be seen by thousands of people that we are all done just accepting these stupid stories.

You guys are all awesome and helping this channel out a lot. The attorney stated that the city reserves the right to assert any exemption from disclosure pursuant to West Virginia Code 29B1.4, the common law and other applicable law. The problem for them is that they never identified a specific exemption. So I’m going to email them back and I’m going to force them on record to be precise, on a legal basis. I replied back saying that for clarity, I will not be able to travel to West Virginia to inspect records in person. I am requesting confirmation of the specific statutory exemption under West Virginia FOIA that is being relied upon to deny us copies or even scans of the construction documents that you indicate exist.

We just want to know which specific exemption under their law is being used to deny us from seeing the documents. Because according to their own law, which I’m going to corner their attorney right now, their law, it provides us the right to inspect and copy, which I put in bold non exempt public records. We can copy these. We’re allowed to see them. So I want this individual to know if copies are being denied, please identify the precise legal basis for that determination. Again, we are all done with this nonsense. We just want the truth. We’re all done being brushed off.

It’s time to corner them on record for everybody to see. We have asked for original construction records for their building, a publicly funded courthouse from 1892. They responded back to us that they have zero documentation for this building responsive to our request. That is case closed. They have nothing and admitted it clearly. That’s building number 12 for us. As for the City hall across the street, building number 13, they say documents exist but can’t provide us copies and they didn’t identify a specific statutory exemption. So we forced them to clarify the precise legal basis for denying us copies.

And this is when they replied back to us. And this reply is shocking. February 4, 2026. They replied back to us after we pushed them on this. They had to completely change their stance. They had to pivot. They start by saying that every person has the right to inspect or copy, which makes it sound like they are agreeing with us because that’s exactly what we said until they immediately switch gears and say we may set up an appointment with the city engineer’s office. They know we can’t go there. We’ve already told them this and I’m going to show you that we don’t have to.

They introduce something shocking. Citing section 29B1 4A15, changing the tone of this completely from the copyright age and quantity talk, which we can see that they said in their first email in the first paragraph and they are now shifting it to terrorism in this second email referencing a post this date. And I’m not going to say that date because we’ve had an issue with it in episode 59, a security exemption that they installed after that date so that they could exempt the following to the public, preventing disclosure. They can try all this nonsense all they want, but this is not going to work with us.

I just want you to look at this email for a second. I want you to see how badly they don’t want to admit that they do not have the original construction documents for their own city hall building stating a terrorism law that was installed in 2001 is pathetic. So I’ve emailed them back and we all know they’re not gonna like my reply. We have a clear chain of events at this point. The courthouse has zero records. They have no idea how they constructed it. The city hall across the street supposedly has records, yet they’re being denied to us due to copyright and age, but then switching that over to a terrorism and security exemption and want us to come visit it in person, which they know we can’t do.

So I replied back to them and I’m going to show them what their law actually states and how they’re not going to brush us off with a bunch of lawyer talk following the rules that they have put into place. We are going to corner them right now. I said for clarity, I’m not disputing the city’s right to impose reasonable rules for inspection Under West Virginia code 29B1 3C. My request is for copies of non exempt records, which West Virginia FOIA expressly permits. If the records are non exempt, which these are, then the law states that we can inspect or copy them.

And here it is right on their website. Every person has the right to inspect or copy right here in section A or copy. Not come here to West Virginia and only inspect it. You’re allowed to copy it and it says it right here. And section C says the custodian of the records shall make copies available if so requested. And guess what? We’re all requesting it. We want it. So hand it over. We want the Donkeys Inc. Club to see their records. We want to see the hard work that they put in in 1892. Send it over to us.

We are requesting it. And they are now cornered. We all know that Donkeys Inc. Did this, but we just want a little verification. Again, they deserve their credit. These people rode on those donkeys and they trampled over those muddy hills. They bathed in ponds, no days off, and they knocked out palaces in just a year. These are the people that really deserve their spotlight in history. The wagons of the past should be in museums. We want to see the wooden wheels that hauled the thousands of pounds of stone in the rain. We all thank you for your support and your effort.

I want every single historian out there, I want them to admit that what they teach is complete nonsense. I’m going to be pressing them right now harder than I’ve ever gone before because I believe that this is the time in this pretend timeline that we’re all told about that they need to be exposed.

Here we go. I kept going. The second paragraph said with respect to the exemption cited under their law, that provision applies only to records whose disclosure would reveal current security sensitive layouts or infrastructure used to plan against or respond to terrorism. Our request has nothing to do with today. We want to see the historical construction documents related to the building’s completion from 1921 over a hundred years ago. And we point out that FOIA requires that reasonably segregable non exempt portions be produced. And we want them to clarify the following. Is the City asserting that all requested records are entirely exempt? If so, how historical construction documents from the early 20th century constitute records whose disclosure would compromise current security planning? Or alternatively, whether redacted Copies or non exempt portions can be produced in compliance with foia.

So if they’re going to deny us these copies, then identify with specificity the statutory basis for withholding each category of records as requested under West Virginia law. I’ve seriously had enough of their games. I want the records or I want them to admit that they do not have them. I’m all done with them teaching us these stupid stories that hold zero evidence. And this is when they reply back to me and they now know that they have just been cornered. They say to all of us, my apologies for not being more clear. They walk back the full exemption angle now saying that not all records are exempt from our inspection.

So the whole security comment, the terrorism comment is now gone out the window. Not everything is security exempt and we already know this. They also start throwing this in there. Another brand new reason that they cannot produce these documents to us. A comment that we’ve never heard one time in the previous two emails that the custodian of the records has determined that they don’t have the time or the to make copies for us. Can you believe this? They have been completely cornered. This is a FOIA request and I want you all to know that they cannot make excuses like this for a FOIA request.

We don’t have the time to fulfill your FOIA request. That’s just not allowed. And they are completely freaking out. In my opinion that’s one last attempt to get us to go away and it’s not going to work. So they again say that we need to go to West Virginia. I reply and state that traveling to West Virginia for an in person inspection is not feasible given that West Virginia code 29B1 3A1 provides for the furnishing of copies. I said I’d even pay for them to be reproduced or any other reasonable arrangement. They completely dropped the lawyer talk with me and are now stating that they have been in discussion with the city engineer if they could maybe take pictures with a cell phone and get them into an electronic format.

But we are trying to find the time and the staff to get this completed. And this was on February 4, 2026. And guess what? We have never heard back from them. Meaning in my eyes that they stalled intentionally and they are hoping that this goes away. But the problem for them is that this request is not closed. This is a FOIA request and legally speaking, an unresolved FOIA request. This is not allowed. It has to be resolved. This is not going away. We want the documents. We want the proof that their story is actually true. Otherwise we want it marked right now as unverified information.

They tried so hard to come up with any excuse possible as to why they cannot give us these records. The problem for them the entire time is that we all know that we have the master list that was given to Me by Nara from episode 159 and episode 162. And guess what? The entire time we have known that the Federal Archives have zero construction documents for either one of these buildings in Charleston, West Virginia. No. 1892, Kanawha County Courthouse. No. 1921, Charleston City Hall. And they are yet to produce construction evidence. These buildings, in my opinion, they were found.

They were built by the previous civilization. They were built by the old world, which is exactly why they don’t have the construction records today.
