And everybody’s saying these terms, looks maxing, which is spelled with two X’s. It’s the double cross. He overdoses the exact same day. So they’re both in the news cycle. That’s a weird, strange thing. That’s freaking strange. So when your attention switches, you are stressing yourself out, actually also adding on to less arousal as well. Funny but true.

So long form podcasts are much better because it keeps you a longer stream of thought, you know, to put nuances together. And so writing essays, he’s saying that that makes you even more, you know, intelligent, I guess, which makes total sense. And I’m totally getting that vibe from writing. So I’m really loving it. I’m really loving it.
