Giving yourself the time and the energy that you need for self-development and to feel good in your body, to feel good with your heart, to feel good with your emotions about yourself. And it takes work. It takes action. And me and Honey, you know, we did that activation for reclaiming your perfect body weight. And we started talking also about repetition because we could take out all the negative beliefs and do the work and clear the body, mind, and soul. And then, but what if somebody doesn’t have a good relationship with discipline or consistency? We do need to develop that part of our brain for repetitive motion to bring anything that we want.
If it’s manifestation, if it’s having a beautiful body, your perfect dream body, if it’s having the best job of your life or sharing your gifts with other people, it’s always about a repetitive action that we are going to be doing and discipline. So that’s where the birth of this activation came up. Yeah. Yeah. And when you’re manifesting something, so let’s say it is a really healthy, happy body and you don’t really have the self-love, then you’re going to say, Oh, well, we are going out to eat tonight. It’s okay if I have like something that’s really unhealthy or, you know, it is okay if I go ahead and use the money that I was going to use for my new business on this new car instead and you’re sabotaging yourself.
So kind of thinking about what is the ultimate self-love it’s being consistent for yourself, whether that means I’m, you know, on a new exercise program and the exercise could be Monday, I do dance Tuesday, I do Tai Chi and, you know, Wednesday I do something else. I go for a walk. It doesn’t mean that you have to do the same thing every day. It means that you’re consistently working for yourself. You’re taking care of yourself. Yeah. It’s taking action. It’s consistently taking action daily, daily practice. If it’s yoga, if it’s exercises, breathwork, if it’s putting something up on Instagram or something on social media to promote your business every single day.
And I know that I’ve had problems doing that to, you know, maintaining a healthy body, maintaining repetition, maintaining when we’re doing so many other things in our life. And yeah, it would be such a gift to have that harmonize and stabilize. Stabilize is the word to stabilize consistency, that it is tangible and that it’s easy and useful for us and peaceful for us to do that. And then manifestation becomes the most easiest thing because when you start repeating your manifestation, what you desire consistently with devotion, then you start seeing results and it might even be overnight.
Sometimes things happen very, very fast. The more repetitive you are, the more that your brain is trained to think a certain way or to do a certain way or love yourself or to train your your mind to love yourself in a certain way. And you already did it enough times, things can be so fast overnight. Once you’re in that state of self-love. Yeah. That’s a really, it’s a choice. So once you make the choice, then it’s going to happen. Choice and action is what I hear. Yeah. Choice and action. Choice and action. Choice and action.
So we’ve made this really inexpensive for people in general, and we want as many people as possible to be able to attend so that everybody has these skills because it’s going to make the world a better place. And we’re also going to send you away with practices to do. You know, this might be keeping a notebook or, you know, doing certain things, how to actually look at your life too. From an objective point of view, that’s one of the very first and most important things to be able to do, to actually look at it and say, Oh, this part needs to be fizzled out.
And I want to bring this in so that I can have more success in whatever area it is. Maybe it’s getting a good, having a good relationship. And first you have to really have that with yourself. And then you’re going to have it with someone else. And that’s kind of how it works. But everything starts with self-love. It’s the most important thing that we can do in our life here and honestly everywhere. So I’m really excited that we’re going to do this because I think it’s going to have a lasting effect for everybody at this point.
And it’s going to be really beautiful because you’re going to get activated and then you’re going to have some things to go and do for yourself. I would like to add, if some of you are watching and when you hear the word self-love and there’s so much talk in the collective about self-love and you don’t really know what that means, does it mean I have to look in the mirror and love what I see all the time? Do I have to have the perfect body? Do I need to be perfect to actually love myself? And that’s not the answer.
The answer is no. What I perceive self-love is saying no to the things that you think are good for or they’re saying no to the things that you want or desire. For example, a pizza that looks amazing and you’re looking at that pizza and it looks so good but you know that you’re going to feel bad after eating that pizza and you say no to that instantly, you are loving yourself because you’re deciding what’s good for you. So self-love is a spectrum of things but let’s start with the little baby steps of self-love of just saying no to maybe procrastination.
Maybe I’ll do that tomorrow. Maybe I’ll go for that walk tomorrow. I’ll go to the gym tomorrow. Those little habitual self-sabotage repetitions that we do on a daily, we say no to those voices and say yes to what is easy for you to say normally no to when it’s actually good for you, if that makes sense. Totally. I mean, maybe you’re lactose intolerant and you go and you eat all that cheese and then what happens? You’re not going to feel good. It’s only good for the moment. Dynamite. Yeah. So, I mean, really that’s what we’re talking about is to avoid the things that you know are not going to be in your highest good but the little urchin inside of you, the ego, you know, that sits on one’s shoulders like, yeah, yeah, do it, do it, you know, and instead you’re like, wait a minute, I’m not going to be doing that.
I’m going to be doing this because it’s better for me. So, I’m going to have the artichoke pizza, you know, or whatever that maybe doesn’t taste as good but I know that I’m going to feel fine after I eat it and my body’s not going to revolt on me. I mean, that’s huge and being able to do that and not feel like you’re missing out on something, it’s really good. Totally and I also want to direct that towards relationships with people in your life, places that you live, whatever you’re consuming in social media, in the news, like all of the areas in your life, this is, there’s so many sections and layers of vices that we do on a daily.
So, it’s really just an invitation to see where, what makes you on a lower vibration and what makes you feel on a higher vibration, even if that higher vibration feels a little boring, sometimes it’s actually the right route for you and with consistent repetition of that boring thing that you choose, you’re going to see a beautiful change in your life and it makes space for the right things to come in. Absolutely. Yeah, it just, to me, this is like the foundational thing that we need and if I didn’t have this, you know, this self-love and I haven’t done it always with every part of me, you know, either, but if you don’t have it, then it’s really hard to get anywhere because you’re sabotaging yourself all the time and a lot of times you’re bypassing yourself and doing something for someone else instead and that’s what I’ve noticed.
Yeah, it’s big and it’s a big part of what we do as starseeds and that’s how we’ve bypassed ourselves is we’re like, well, I’m okay, so I’m just going to do that for this person, but I’m not actually going to take care of my own world, my own body, my own financial stuff, you know, whatever it is that you’re having a hard time with in your life, that means there’s something there that is lacking in self-love in that area. And priorities. You’re putting a priority. Your priorities. For example, I am a victim to putting my job and my work first, creating content, doing this, being in service.
I have that like really drive to do that, but sometimes I’ll put that before my yoga practice and when I do it, I do it with awareness. I’m like, why am I doing this? Why am I putting this first? Is there not enough hours in the day? And it’s these little acts and then one day you miss a practice, you’ll miss two days of practice, you’ll miss three days of practice. A week goes by, a month goes by. So these are the things that we’re going to be addressing in this activation.
So we put the priorities first for our self-love, for our body, for our vessel, for our soul, for our energy work, because when we feel good, it is also, that’s where we want to come into service, into people and humans and being in service of another person when you’re in service to yourself first. Yeah, and that way you’re using your excess energy. And we talk about this a lot, you know, as a group, we talk about this a lot. You give your overflow versus giving from the cup and actually wearing yourself out.
But we’ve learned that we have a lot of energy and we tend to give it away very freely. And then sometimes you have to call it back well, this way you won’t have to say, where’d all my energy go? What did I just do with all my energy? I felt okay yesterday and now I just feel exhausted. And oh yeah, I did spend two hours like doing something that was really, you know, energetically exhausting for someone else. So just trying to remember your first and loving other people and also allowing them to love themselves.
And you can totally assist, but it’s when we go too far that we’re actually a lot of the people on these kinds of platforms in your platform, honey, are here star seeds and light workers. And it’s really just a remembrance to be in service to yourself before others, you know, kindness, love and kindness, love and kindness to yourself, to your heart, giving the time, repetition and consistent motion and notion for your body, for your mind, for your soul to then have a full cup to share with others and an infinite wealth of energy because energy is currency.
And what we’re looking for is an abundance energetic currency to share with others. It is the most sovereign thing to be doing. And a lot of us are getting ready to do projects or we have certain things that we’ve been thinking about for a long time. And I mean, the world is shifting right now. And it could be right now that we’re getting ready to do something, or it could be in a week from now, but big things seem to be shifting right now. And there’s a lot of opportunity for us to do those big things that we’ve been thinking about.
But if you’re not consistent with yourself and your self love, then you’re going to exhaust yourself while you’re doing it. So thinking about that too is really important, looking at the whole picture. Think about the project, maybe a project that you have is something to do with animals. And you’re going to have a rescue for cats and dogs. And you’re going to create whole little worlds for them where they can have fun. They’re in their own space and you have this beautiful thing set up. Now, if you wear yourself out too much, then you’re not going to have any energy to go and enjoy them.
And you’re also not going to be able to give them the love that you want to give them because you’ve already worn yourself out doing that. So really it’s about balance. This is going to be about learning balance and looking at all the parts of your life so that you can be consistently self-loving through all of them. And if you do go too far in one area, then you can say, I see what I did over there. I want to pull that back. And maybe I need to hire somebody to do that.
Exactly. And if you feel like you’re in a lack or I can’t hire somebody, I can hear somebody in the audience say, I don’t have enough to hire somebody for this right now. Well, if you’re consistent with your manifestation and consistent with your law of attraction practices and your breathwork and meditation and visualization, then it will be available. It’s all about putting the time to really feel and see and witness what it is that you want to call in and just putting that time because when you do that homework, things start happening. It’s just inevitable.
It’s the law of attraction. So really just putting the time and consistency in those endeavors and those practices so we can pull in and magnetize what it is that we desire to create. And everything is possible. There’s nothing that is impossible. Everything is possible. Totally. It totally is. And really just being consistent with yourself is going to be the biggest thing. And that’s what we want to activate within everyone during this activation is so that you take a look pretty much every day and say, what’s working? What’s not working? What do I want to accomplish? If I want to accomplish that, let’s say you want to go run a marathon.
You know you have to practice running. You know, there’s things that we need to do to get to a certain place if you have a dream that you want to create. And this will give you the gumption to do it. It will give you the consistency to do it. And there’s been a lot of people that have really talked about. You can manifest this. I mean, Tony Robbins comes to mind. And people will go to these big seminars and they really didn’t think that they could do it. So they would walk away not believing that they could do it.
So they didn’t do it. So what we want to create is for you to walk away with the belief that you can do whatever it is that you wish to do. Yeah, and that’s just through working through your subconscious and rearranging, taking inventory and rearranging belief systems deep in the subconscious mind. And that goes into genetics. It goes into your soul level. It goes into your DNA. Like we’re going to go in there and just rearrange consciousness inside the subconscious where all the beliefs actually live. So it’s going to be really deep work.
And so your foundation of your subconscious is going to be reset and planted with new beliefs and new drive to do what you want to do. It does take action. Yeah, we have to decide to do that every day, but that resistance that you might feel will feel clear. That’s what we’re going to be creating and facilitating in this activation for you. We’re going to get rid of this little guy over here who says, Yeah, just go eat a pizza right now. Let’s go eat cheese. Let’s go eat cheese, or is it maybe a burger? Burger is actually better.
No, I’m not saying that pizza is bad. If you eat it every day or if you’re gluten intolerant, there’s also healthy pizzas out there. But you know what I mean? It’s just that inner voice of something that you know that might not be good for you. That pizza could be any other thing. That could be that relationship. That can be that relationship with sugar. That can be a relationship with alcohol. It can be the relationship with the partner that you know is toxic for you. It can be the relationship with social media or scrolling.
It can be any vice. That right here is just a representation. I don’t want you to stop specifically per pizza. It’s anything that we know isn’t good for us, and we do it anyway. I’m really excited about this. It’s going to be beautiful. We’ll have the link below. And we just hope to see you there because it’s time to go and create the beautiful world that we want to see. Any tools that we can gather are going to help with that. I feel like this is going to be a really big tool. And so it is.
