And if you’re slick, you can get your AI responses for free if you know where to look. And I’ll tell you how to do that in just a moment. But if you’re on Windows, let me walk you through how to install WSL from scratch so that you don’t fall behind. So first, you’re just going to open up your Windows PowerShell, you’re going to type in WSL install the Ubuntu, it’s going to download the latest version of WSL and Ubuntu 22.04. So after the installation is complete, you generally need to restart your computer and then type in WSL and hit enter.

Then you’re going to be greeted by the screen where it asks you to make your user account and your password. And then you’re going to be ready to go. And you can just type in WSL list. The way that you get into WSL is type WSL. The way that you get out is exit. And if you want to check to make sure that you have everything working correctly, you can just type WSL list. And you’ll see here I have two versions here running, but I’m using this one for this demonstration. So what I’m going to do is I’m going to enter back into WSL.

And I am now ready to start on my way with installing Docker. So I’m going to sudo app update and sudo app upgrade. And it’s going to ask me for the password. Next, you’re going to type in this long phrase here, sudo app install. Yes. And then CA certificate. Curl, and we’re going to get GNUPG and release. And now that we are ready to go, I’ve cleared my terminal and I’m going to type in sudo app install. Yes, to CA certificates, curl, GNUPG and LSP releases. It’s going to download everything for me there.

Next, I’m going to sudo app update again. And I’m going to now install Docker. sudo app install yes to Docker CE and CCLI. Now, I’m going to Docker compose plugin. I’m going to type in Docker compose plugin. And I can see everything I have here. And just so that you don’t have to type in sudo each time to run, I can just say sudo user mod. I can just set myself up here. So now I should be able to use it without, for instance, I can say Docker version, check here that I have my Docker installed correctly.

And I can make sure that it runs as well by doing Hello World. And you can clear the screen by just typing clear. Now I’m just going to make a directory for persistent n8n data to be held in. And then I’m going to Docker run. And we’re going to use ports 5678. And we’re just going to copy paste in this, we’re going to run it. Now you can visit your local host at port 5678. And you’ll be greeted with a login screen where you’ll have to enter in your email and your password. But after that point, you’ll be here, you can click on create workflow to get started.

So you’re going to click for your first setup, choose trigger manually. And this is just to click to get the workflow started. Next, you’re going to set up an edit fields node. And you’re going to choose manual mapping. First field is going to be your prompt, which is a string. And this is going to be the text that dictates the nature of the video. So for instance, we’re going to say f 22 jets bombing a lush forest with many explosions. And we’re going to go over to our API documentation here on po.com slash free VO three API.

And here we can actually see in the chat window, the different flags that this free VO three model takes. So first, we’re going to start out with AR, which is the aspect ratio. This is a string, we’re going to choose the 16 by nine aspect ratio. Next, we’re going to enter in the duration flag. This flag is for eight seconds. So this is going to be a number that will make our videos eight seconds long. Next, we’re going to add the enhanced flag. This is a Boolean, which means it’s either true or false.

We’re going to set that to true to use it. And our last flag we’re going to ignore. So next, let’s go to create our HTTP request node. And we’re going to choose post. And let’s go back to our API documentation here to find our endpoint API dot po.com slash v one, but you’re also going to have to add on chat slash completions. And your authentication is predefined, you’re going to choose the bearer off. And here, since you probably don’t have an API key from po.com, you’re going to go over to generate API key, and you’re just going to copy it from here.

And then you’re just going to paste right in. And you’re set to go with your API key from po. Next, click on send body, choose raw. And the content type is going to be application JSON. And for the body here to use an expression, we’re just going to press equal, brings us into the expression, and we’re going to copy paste this and notice that we’re using the free VO three model, which we can see from the model listed in the API documentation area. And all we’ve done here is we’ve used our flags, AR and prompt duration enhance.

Now, we should be ready to use our next edit fields node. Here, we’re going to take the prompt. Again, we’re going to press equals for a function. And we’re just going to type in JSON and grab the prompt back from ourselves. And now for the actual video link payload, this is what the API returns. We’re going to press equals for the function. And this comes back in a JSON response under choices as the zero with or first choice. And this is going to be message and content. And we can see all of this here, see messages, user content, etc.

So this is the endpoint that we’re grabbing onto. And we’re just going to grab the time, why not equals and we’re just going to say now, okay. And now we should be able to execute the workflow and see what we get. So we’re going to click in and we’re going to watch for the return here, which will be a link of some kind. All right, and we got back the link here, which we can just enter into our browser, press enter and play to see what we get. Okay, so it looks like it worked well.

Now, if we want to change this for the other endpoints, now we’re just going to go back to this same workflow that we have, we’re going to duplicate it. We’re going to call it number seven, maybe, and open it up. And we’re just going to make a few minor changes here. So when we go into our fields, first, the other model is cdance. And it has three flags. So we’re just going to change any flags that we need to, for instance, resolution here. And we’re going to just use 1080p, we need to make sure that this is a string in order for that to work.

And let’s see, we have no enhance. So we’re just going to use duration instead, and call that a number. And let’s see, five to 10 seconds, let’s say 10 seconds for ours. So yeah, we can just go back to our canvas. And the HTTP request, we can use the same endpoint here. But what we’re going to do is we’re just going to go into the API section and copy paste in this free seed Sundance into this endpoint. And because we have AR and duration, but no enhance here, as you remember here, we have resolution instead.

We’re just going to change this to res. And we should be good to go. And of course, let’s go back into here. And we look like we’re ready to go. And let’s give this a try. Let’s try military cats, skydiving at nighttime. Okay, and let’s try to execute the workflows, who we get. And we’ll just wait for this link to come back again. All right, and we got back our response. So we’re just going to copy paste this in. And let’s see what we got. That is a military cat indeed skydiving. There it is cute too.

And if we want to recreate yet another for our third and final text video, we’re going to click duplicate, let’s call it workflow number eight to make this simple. And we have everything we need. Now let’s go back over to po.com slash N4JDEV. This guy hosting these models for free. And let’s go check out these flags. So we have duration, fast, and enhance. So let’s check what we have. Duration, let’s say fast is Boolean. Whoops. And let’s call that true. And duration is a number. And let’s say 10 seconds for duration. And now let’s change our API.

The name of the model here. We’re just going to go to API and copy paste in free, high, low two. And remember, we are using enhance and we are also using AR. So we’re going to enter in free, high, low. And remember, we are using the duration, fast, and enhance flag. So what we’re going to do is just change AR to fast. And we’re just going to cheat and copy paste this in so that we have our duration, fast, as well as enhance. And make sure we’re all set to go here, which we are.

And let’s change our prompt here and say something like title wave hitting a city and exploding. And let’s make sure that the duration is correct. We have an extra one here. There we go. Let’s delete that. And we’re just going to open up our edit fields and make sure we have everything set here, which we do. And we can set our text here. And let’s give it a try to see what we get. And here’s our final return. And we can just enter this in and let’s check it out. There it goes. That looks pretty good.
