Summary
➡ The text discusses the evolution of human consciousness, from a collective or ‘hive’ mind to individual thinking, which is seen as a spiritual awakening. This shift, marked by the incarnation of Christ, brought freedom and self-awareness to humanity, allowing for spiritual growth. The text also highlights the importance of self-awareness and critical thinking, suggesting that lack of these is not an intellectual issue, but a spiritual one. It concludes by emphasizing the significance of God’s incarnation in a human form, which impacted all of humanity.
➡ The text discusses the evolution of human spirituality, from a time when humans were guided by angels and spiritual leaders to the present day where individuals have more autonomy in their spiritual journey. It highlights the risks of this autonomy, such as egotism and materialism, but also the potential for spiritual growth and self-realization. The text also mentions the teachings of both Western and Eastern spiritual traditions, and how certain teachings had to be left behind for individuals to fully develop their spirituality. It ends by discussing the misconceptions about reincarnation and spiritual hierarchies.
➡ The text discusses the evolution of spiritual teachings and the differences between Eastern and Western perspectives. It emphasizes the importance of individuality and freedom in spiritual growth, and how these concepts have been interpreted differently in various cultures and religions. The text also mentions the role of psychology in understanding spirituality, and the need for it to recognize the soul for it to be truly effective. Lastly, it talks about the shift from a collective consciousness to individual consciousness in human history, and the challenges and benefits that come with this transition.
➡ The text discusses the evolution of human spirituality, from a time when humans were protected by gods and angels, to the present where individuals have the freedom to choose their actions. In the past, rituals were performed to create harmony with nature and the divine, not for personal gain. However, with the rise of individuality, these practices have changed, and now personal morality plays a significant role in spiritual power. The text emphasizes that true spiritual growth comes from personal sacrifice and living a life that produces positive qualities within oneself.
➡ Humans used to have a deep spiritual connection with nature, understanding the qualities of plants and animals. However, as we’ve become more individualistic, we’ve lost some of these spiritual abilities. We need to redevelop these faculties and take on a stewardship role, working with nature and understanding its elements. This can be a deep spiritual practice, but it needs to be adapted for our current times and consciousness. We also need to become more conscious participants in spiritual life, taking over tasks that were once carried out by angels. The power of transformation is now within every person, allowing us to grow and evolve spiritually.
➡ The text discusses the evolution of spiritual growth, from a time when spiritual energy was channeled through certain individuals to the present day where personal spiritual development is possible. It emphasizes the importance of inner work and self-evolution, rather than relying on external symbols or rituals. The text also warns against treating spirituality as entertainment or a means of control, and instead encourages genuine spiritual experiences for true understanding. Lastly, it highlights the shift from collective spiritual belief systems to individual spiritual journeys, brought about by the incarnation of Christ.
➡ The text discusses the spiritual journey of humanity, suggesting that we start as an unconscious collective, then become aware and individualistic, which can be painful. This individualism leads to a realization of our interconnectedness under God, and we return to being a collective, but this time as awakened individuals. The text emphasizes the importance of freedom for spiritual growth and warns against systems that restrict freedom. It concludes by stating that understanding past human perception can provide insight into our present and future, and that our desire for community should not hinder our personal development.
➡ The speaker discusses the concept of spiritual science, explaining that the Earth emits impulses that influence people and cultures, regardless of race. These impulses can lead to the creation and abandonment of civilizations in different locations. The speaker also announces an upcoming six-week course on spiritual topics, including angels and spirit guides, and encourages listeners to enroll. They also mention a monthly live Q&A session and ask for support through likes, comments, subscriptions, and membership.

And I think that one of the problems that we get into, obviously is that the Earth evolves over time. It evolves in condition over time. So the Earth is not the same organism. It’s not the same being epoch to epoch to epoch, even 500 years. And so there is this constant metamorphosis of the Earth and of the human being all the time, actually. But you really start to notice it, especially in longer periods of time, to the point that, like, if you go back a hundred thousand years, or you go back, you know, even 10,000 years, there would be actually organs in the human body, differences in our.
In the organs in the human body and things like that, which obviously is very difficult to prove because soft tissue and bodies don’t last, they decay. But there’s a lot of mysteries to do with the Earth and with humanity where the further you go back in time, the more different it is from the present. And the further we go into the future, humanity will be very different than we are today. And so one of the issues with esoteric analysis is, or even just like scientific analysis, is that it tends to look at humanity as though we are operating in some kind of frag like fragment, like isolated, like it’s always.
Humanity has always been in this exact same kind of consciousness, with this exact same kind of form, because consciousness is evolving over time as well. And then you go back in time and you project our modern consciousness into like the Lemurian Epoch or the Atlantean Epoch, or even like 3,000 years ago. And you just can’t, you just cannot take present day consciousness, present day humanity, and project it even a thousand years ago. You can’t, because there’s a constant metamorphosis. So the only way that we can evaluate esoteric systems with any kind of real insight or how people viewed spirit in the past or how people lived in the past is literally to understand the kind of consciousness and form that humanity has.
I’m not talking about vastly, wildly different form, different kind of human body, but enough of a difference that you can’t just project modern ideas onto the past. And that often comes from materialism. So this brings us to the question, how do we actually analyze our past? And how do we, how do we, you know, think about our future and how do we analyze esoteric systems? Like how do we look in the past and look at say like a, an early pagan belief system or a shamanic belief system or you know, the pre Christian traditions? How do we view that? Because we don’t view it with modern consciousness, that’s for sure, because the experience is just not even close to the same.
So the other thing that people will do when we go back and try to look at these earlier spiritual beliefs, these earlier esoteric systems is that they, you’ll always hear someone analyze like a pagan culture compared to whatever belief system they have now. And, and then if that ideology does not go along with their particular belief, then they immediately reject it. They don’t reject it because they actually understand what that culture or civilization was going through and what they were doing. They reject it on the basis that it is not what they believe. That’s not any kind of real analysis.
That’s superstition, that’s prejudice. You can reject a spiritual system in the sense of saying, oh, I don’t want to use that, or I don’t think that’s going to bring about anything good in anyone’s life. If they engage in certain practices, that’s fine, but you have to understand what they’re doing, right? And I see a lot of people getting involved in conspiracy culture that will just look at how people worshiped like 4,000 years ago or something, have no idea what they were actually doing or why, or the experience of consciousness in that time and then just say that’s evil because it’s not what I believe.
Well, that’s not analysis and that’s not any kind. You’re literally just not analyzing it. You’re literally just holding your present day beliefs in our current condition as right and everything else is wrong. You can do that, but that’s not analysis. To, to analyze something. You have to understand the consciousness in which that spiritual system was founded in. Where was humanity at the time? What kind of consciousness did humanity have? What kind of faculties, what kind of perception did humanity have at that time that that spiritual system was developing? What were they preparing themselves for what were they letting go from prior civilizations? These are the kind of questions that we have to ask and understand to honestly grasp our past.
So you have to see. You have to see the progression of the human being over time, and you have to see the progression of the earth over time. So in general, life evolves in stages of seven. Okay? You can see this with how Genesis opens and talks about the seven days of creation. You’ll find this in. In many different creation myths, creation stories, because seven is the number of life and metamorphosis and evolution. So when it comes to large scales of time, there are. There’s something called a epoch, like a planetary epoch. And what happens is that there are seven different epochs in that humanity goes through in order to develop.
Typically we are in the fifth, but there have been six prior, okay. And humanity evolves through all of these epochs. And every time the epoch shifts, human consciousness goes through a significant reorientation and change where it releases something of the past that no longer serves it. That is also what we consider to be evil, right? Something out of time, something that is no longer in step with creation. And then we must develop something new. So humanity to evolve, must understand what to release when what no longer serves you and to continue with that would be considered evil.
Evil is something that was once good out of time. It’s a quality out of time. And then, you know, you have to understand, okay, what capacity do I need to develop for this era? What do I need to take on? What quality do I need to develop? So that is what real spirituality is. What do we let go and what do we develop? That’s really what it’s about. So one of the main themes of our particular age and civilization, there’s seven civilizations in one epoch as well. So this is like getting into Plato’s Great Year or the Procession of the Equinox.
This is not just classical time tracked by planets. This is the evolution of the soul over long periods of time. And we’re like in a desert time when we don’t even remember this stuff. But that’s how, you know, the most learned and mystical and spiritual people would see things. They would see things in these long, broad periods of time. And that’s how they would understand the shorter breadths of time. So what we are doing now in our current epoch, in our current civilization is we are sort of divided between two different streams. We’re sort. We’re moving.
We’re moving away from a group consciousness and into individuality. So the vast majority of human existence has actually operated in a hive mind, meaning that humanity was literally interlinked in consciousness and the experience was more of being interconnected in one organism. There was no sense of individuality until really around the Greek and Roman era. Okay, so just knowing that looking back is going to have you understand a lot about earlier cultures that are from 3,000 years ago and before. Right. So in this video, I’m going to call that pre incarnation humanity and post incarnation humanity. So typically we get the incarnation of Christ midway, approximately midway through the planet’s development, which not only has the redemption ark and the mystery of resurrection, but it also allows a kind of consciousness to blossom in the human being and the human being begins to individuate.
So with the incarnation of Christ, we get the individuation of humanity. Objectively, there were certain people that were able to do this beforehand, but really when you get the incarnation of Christ, you start to. You start to see humanity operate as an individual. So this is the psychological reality of the Christ, the psychological reality of the incarnation in Christ and that impact on humanity. And you know, so there’s the pre incarnation humanity, which the further you go back, the more of a hive mind it is, the more of there’s no self awareness, there’s no independent thought that wasn’t appropriate for that earlier time.
We only get into this period of individuation after the incarnation. And that individuation period is what allows for the spiritualization of humanity to occur. So only when we can individuate from the group and think critically and develop intellect and observe our thoughts and observe the world based on our unique life experiences, only when we have freedom. Because when you’re in a group consciousness, you’re not free. So the incarnation of Christ can also be seen as bringing freedom to humanity as well. That’s part of redemption, that’s part of salvation. So we have freedom now. This is something that objectively exists.
We have a different kind of perception, a perception that can now go inward, be turned inward. And this is what allows the spiritualization of the human being out of matter, is we have to become individuals to truly be spiritual. So that is in general, the arc that we are going through. Right at about the midpoint of development, we go from being kind of like a child and being in a hive mind to individuating. And a lot of the struggles in culture are really between the different groups of people who have individuated or who have awoken, who are no longer sheep.
And all of this language that we See, and people who have not individuated, they’re still operating in a group consciousness. They don’t want to step out of line. They don’t feel comfortable thinking for themselves. They don’t believe they can think for themselves. They don’t use critical thinking. They just follow the herd. Okay? This is why we see that phenomenon in society is, is it’s not a intellectual issue with people, it is a spiritual issue. The reason why some people cannot critically think and will just follow whatever a celebrity says, or whatever a politician says, or whatever a doctor says.
That’s not a problem with IQ in the most traditional sense. That is a spiritual issue. And that’s why it is so baffling. That’s why you can have very classically smart people that cannot individuate from the herd, is because that’s a spiritual awakening that needs to happen. It has nothing to do with your reading comprehension. It has nothing to do with whether or not you can do one of those IQ tests and put the shape back in the right position. All these sort of mundane markers of intelligence that we have that don’t even include the most like, I think, sought after kind of intelligence, which is spiritual, which is spiritual awareness.
So this is what causes a lot of conflict, a lot of conflict between different spiritual ideologies at different degrees of this, different different cultures, different things going on. It’s really down to is there individ and freedom and is there this development? Or are people still operating in this hive mind, which is, which we are meant to develop out of? Okay, so let’s get a little deeper into pre incarnation humanity and post incarnation humanity and the rise of the individual. Because I think it really helps to, to know that we did not always have the capacity to think the way that we do now.
You know, these swaths of time are so massive that we, it’s. It’s hard to even track how our minds have developed and how the organ of thought has developed and all of this because we live one small life, maybe a hundred years, probably not. And that’s really, you know, a drop of a drop in a bucket of water, considering how long we have been living and evolving with the earth and in heaven. So Rudolf Steiner calls this period the consciousness soul. So in Anthroposophy, if you read Rudolf Steiner’s work, you can see that he chronicles the development of the soul from the sentient soul, the intellectual soul, the consciousness soul.
And he goes and he chronicles the development of the human consciousness from the very beginning. And he even chronicles it into the future as well, with the future developments that we will have, we’ll develop imagination, inspiration, intuition. So we can see that, you know, incredible spiritual teachers have left all of this for us. Right? But are we going to actually utilize it and integrate it and begin to work with it to get these deep results in the culture and in ourselves that we really want? So Rudolf Steiner calls the phase of awakening, becoming self aware or self conscious or self conscious to be called the consciousness soul.
And this is the phase that every single human being is tasked to meet. So there are, you could say collective initiations that every person goes through, which is you, is which in any epoch, you’re sort of tasked with developing certain qualities. And these qualities are not only to do with the earth, but they’re also meeting us from heaven. We’re also integrating them to draw us closer and closer to spirit. So it’s a cosmic heavenly ray, it’s a cosmic heavenly integration that we’re bringing into our physical form, right? So when, when a human being starts to actually become self conscious or self aware, the higher self of the person, which in anthroposophy is called a couple different things, and in spirituality is called a couple different things, the higher self can be called the true ego, meaning your true self, your true ego differing from the lower ego, which is your false self.
So that your higher self, the true ego or the I as in I am, that I am, I am in the Bible, okay, I am I. This is your highest aspect of yourself. This is your true self, your true ego, the higher self. In modern spirituality, that part of you begins to pierce down into your subtle bodies and then even into your physical body. So not only are we talking about a result of self consciousness and awareness, we’re actually looking at something going on in the anatomy of your energy body, which is that your higher self is piercing down into your subtle bodies, actually creating this effect.
So when we experience things, thoughts, feelings, emotions, spiritual initiations, that’s actually something that’s occurring in your energy bodies. And I talk about this in depth in my upcoming course. Actually, your guardian angel and spirit guides, you can sign up for that. It’s going to be coming out really soon. I have one more public lecture to do for that and then it will go through that together, if you’re interested as well. But all of these effects can be seen in the energy body. Thoughts are things, feelings are things in spirit. So we can look at that and we can see when someone is becoming self conscious, when someone is becoming self aware, you can see that their Higher self is literally permeating, drilling into their energy body from being more outside of it.
Right. So this also leads to the feeling of God being within. Okay, so in earlier traditions, the feeling of God actually was not within the individual. This only happens after the incarnation of Christ. This is where we get the saying, the kingdom of heaven is within. Right. The glory is within. Before the incarnation of Christ, people knew that they were divine. People understood that the world was divine and heaven and angels and all of that, but they did not sense themselves as an individual and they did not sense God within themselves. That’s very different. You can know that you’re part of God, but if you don’t sense it within yourself, there’s always going to be this feeling of separation and there’s always going to be this belief that you kind of almost have to project yourself outward or disassociate in order to connect with God, which is going to be a major part of this lecture and then some other lectures as we get further into the spiritual world and angels later on.
So this is, this is significant because really before the incarnation, humanity is sort of in this position of really preparing themselves for this stage, emptying themselves, attuning themselves, opening themselves for this time in which God would incarnate in a man on the earth and we would become self aware through that deed. Because God has to enter man for this transition to take has happened in the human template. This is why all those conversations that people have that like Jesus is a symbol or like Christ is a symbol, it’s like an energy. Okay, well you don’t understand the power of when God incarnates into the human being, into the human template, that affects then all people.
You’re not going to get that. If Jesus is an energy, archetypal symbol, that’s pre incarnation thinking. When God had not yet incarnated in man, man couldn’t even fathom it. Man couldn’t even think about how could God even enter a human being. And if God enters one human being, he has entered all human beings. But think about how that vessel had to be prepared. Think about how Jesus had to be prepared in order to have the Christ live in him. Right? So this is where we’re getting into the mysteries of resurrection and of Christ on a much deeper level.
Ok. So when we get that incarnation, people have a capacity that we didn’t have prior to that. So spirituality looked very different because essentially humanity was preparing to receive the Christ and a lot of the spiritual activity was essentially carried out by spiritual beings. So because man Was not an individual, could not think the way that we can now, and was not introspective, had no ability to be introspective in the way that we have now. He didn’t have a lot of agency in the astral world. He didn’t have a lot of agency in the spiritual world.
All of the spiritual activities that man had to do in order to evolve and connect with God had to be carried out by angels. So man could not enter the astral plane and from his own volition, move about and confront things and have interactions and learn things and know things. So when you look at the pagan period and the pre incarnational period, you’re looking at a time where man is almost like an infant and all the spiritual tasks and deeds are carried out by angels. Not only angels, there’s also a hierophant or a priest or a shaman that’s like an intermediary.
So the spiritual realm, the astral plane, where people would go in these different rituals and these different rites, all of their experiences were basically guided by angels. If there was an initiation to be had, if there was a vision to be seen, if there was like, you know, these different rights that you would go through, these different visions that you would go through, that wasn’t the person controlling that, that was an angel leading them through those experiences. Today we are in control of that. We are responsible for that today. Not only was there an angel that was essentially guiding the person and protecting the person in the astral world totally.
There was also a hierophant or a shaman who was on the earth and guiding and helping the earthly aspect of the initiate and protecting them in that way. So you had angels and a hierophant that were basically guiding an individual’s experience. So we had actually a very limited kind of spiritual experience from the sense of autonomy. We weren’t having autonomous spiritual experiences. We needed to be guided by a shaman or a priest or whatever language you want to use. A hierophant and angels. Right. So do you already see the difference of going back and looking at, say, the pagan period with a sense of full autonomy and a completely different effect on the spiritual world? Our consciousness has a different effect on the spiritual world today than it did even 3,000 years ago.
Not the same thing. Right. And the, the hierophant wouldn’t even be, you know, operating from his own agency either. The hierophant was the hierophant because this person was purified and built up enough that an angel or an archangel could overshadow Them. So the hierophant would be actually in a trance or in an altered state, and an angel would also be working through that person. So when you had a priest king, that meant that you had a person who was ennobled by an angel. And that’s what gave. That gave them the capacity to lead. There was no leadership.
There was no clan leader or tribe leader that wasn’t a shaman. There was no separation between the idea of a king or a shaman. They were. They were together because in order to rule, in order to lead, you had to be overshadowed by an angel. And this would, of course, develop your spiritual sheaths, okay? And that’s what original nobility was. Original nobility was not people who think they’re brilliant and think they’re so smart because they have wealth or something. Nobility was you had to have a certain spiritual condition. And then you had to leverage every possible ounce of yourself in service to humanity to maintain that condition.
That’s how it used to be in the earlier periods, very different than it is today. Today it’s hollowed out, right? So the one thing I can say, though, about this period of individuation that we’re in is it’s very treacherous. And I think a lot of people feel that, because with individuation, you gain the capacity to spiritualize, to become a completely integrated person and ultimately overcome matter and become eternal. That’s the potential that there is. That’s the task at hand. That’s the goal. But with individuation and this freedom also comes the potential to completely identify with the material world and to have your focus not be on God and not be on spirituality, but to completely leverage yourself into the material world more and more.
And so that’s the risk. The risk is egotism, right? Where you’re an individual, but all you do is think about yourself, what you want, what you need, and then further with that, how you can get things in the world, right? So the risk is materialism, and the risk is severe egoism where you never actually, as an individual, learn to attune yourself to God. You just stay in this really low level of functioning as an individual, but a poorly attuned one. And we can see that in our world today, too. Now, it’s not only the Western systems that talk about this.
Yes, we’re talking about the incarnation of Christ, but the Eastern systems actually understood this process as well. And in the east, they would talk about the development of manas or the higher mind. And in Vedanta, they would. They would talk about this point when man would finally say I am. And there’s stories in which man one day awakens and says, I am, I am, that I am. And so even in the east, though the real sort of individualistic teachings appear in Western esotericism. The east knew about it and they were experiencing the preparation for that. And so in the east you could also say that man awakens to Atman a T M a N.
That’s like the idea of the I am the higher Self. In the east, it’s called Atman. And you would awaken and you’d become self aware and self conscious when you would connect with, with Ottman. And the. The arc is that man first operates from like commas or comma, manas, which is like man first operates instinctively, man first operates with compulsion. And then over time he sort of becomes more complex and then has to awaken and take responsibilities for. For all of his complexities and spiritualize them. So attune himself to God consciously. So that arc is in the west and the east, though the west goes deeper in that because it comes about later and includes like the mysteries of resurrection and stuff which doesn’t occur to the degree in the East.
Now the west, as a result of falling so deeply into individualism and the pressure to. It’s a pressure. It’s not something that humanity just like decides to do one day, take it or leave it. The pressure of the cosmos and God on the human being drives the human being to remedy it by becoming an individual. So it’s something that we have to do. And we will experience pain within if we do not do that, if we do not individuate, we will experience spiritual and psychological pain because that is what our evolution is calling for. So but in this striving to achieve that, the west has lost certain teachings as well.
In order to fully develop as an individual and gain that perspective and honor that the west had to let go of certain teachings that are objectively true, but humanity was too attached to in prior periods that they had to fast from these ideas. And those. The two main ones are reincarnation and the spiritual hierarchies. So these very pluralistic teachings, the spiritual hierarchies are the teachings of all of the beings in the spiritual world, right? Right. From elemental to the consciousness of minerals, plants, animals, humans, all the way up into the highest angel. That is the teaching of a spiritual hierarchies.
And that is something that we sort of had to let go of in order to truly sense our individuality. Because we were always projecting ourselves into Things outside of us. And we were always seeing ourselves as part of this great cosmos. And we weren’t understanding that we’re an individual within this cosmos. And so certain teachings had to be left behind in order for the individual to develop, in order for the. For people to think spiritually about their inner world. Right. So the west cuts off the teachings of reincarnation and the spiritual hierarchies as though they’re objectively true.
And a lot of these teachings had also sort of degenerated as well. And, you know, we all know that in the east there were these caste systems forming and these obsessions with bloodlines. We still see this even in the west, like people obsessing about bloodlines because reincarnation would. They believed that reincarnation would happen through the blood and that if you were born into a certain form, that it was better than another form, when in reality that really. That stuff really stopped in Atlantis. That hasn’t been a relevant ideology in the post Atlantean period pretty much ever.
It’s not a dominant idea in our epoch. But you can see these hangovers that were attaching to. There were a lot of decadent ideas that were attached to the teaching of reincarnation. And even the teaching of the spiritual hierarchies wasn’t fully clear yet. So certain things were left behind because, listen, human beings are limited. You’re not going to have a spiritual system that is. Is able to teach and embrace every single reality of the spiritual world at once. You’re just not going to get that because human beings are not able to. To do that. Right. It’s not even important to understand these things until certain periods of development anyway.
So we have to understand that what is important for humanity to integrate at any given time is based on where they are in their consciousness. Right? So when we became individuals and gained that capacity, we had to let go of certain teachings in order to fully embrace and go deeply into ourselves as individuals without constantly thinking that, oh well, I’ll have another life and another life and another life and another life, and becoming disembodied and not appreciating your life today or thinking that the material world is just Maya, it’s only illusion. So a lot of the earlier, more pagan style teachings had the effect on some people.
Not all people, but many people were not understanding the importance of the individual and the importance of freedom and the importance of materiality, the importance of materiality in our own consciousness. And so that’s why we see this, this difference between east and West. Although the esoteric west holds all the mysteries of the east, and the east certainly knew everything that was going to happen in the west as well. But when you look at the dogmatic religions, you do see striking differences. But when you look at the esoteric side, you can see that they’re not really opposing one another.
Only the dogmatic versions of these faiths oppose one another because that’s what solidified based on where humanity was at the time. Whereas the spiritual science of it is just objectively true. It’s just objectively there. It’s just reality. Right, Because a spiritual world exists outside of whatever religion that we create. I’m sorry, but that’s true. The spiritual world objectively exists. There are objective spiritual beings that we try to relate to through certain rituals and practices and religions. But that world exists objectively and our task is to now know it objectively inside and out. Okay, so this isn’t only so the West.
In order to individuate and bring in the mystery of the individual and the mystery of Christ, for 2,000 years, we had to walk away from some of the teachings that had become decadent in the East. Okay, so when we move into. But, but also there was a risk with remaining in the sort of pre incarnation consciousness, which is that the individual does not separate from the collective, as I was saying, and never learns the mystery that God is within and how to navigate the world based on their inner world as a critical thinking, unique human being.
So the, the incredible overwhelming impulse for every person. And when I say east and West, I’m not talking about different cultures and races of people. I’m talking about the impulse of the east and the impulse of the west, which includes all different types of cultures. Okay, but that impulse that’s held within the east, that, that classified, that age can sometimes lead people into not wanting to, to individuate. If you fall too deeply in that Western consciousness and it gets into the dark side, then people individuate, but they’re not loving, they’re not spiritual. So whatever the impulse is, there is a dark side to it as well as the reality that the east has preserved a lot of very valuable esoteric secrets and wisdom and ways of being that the west has just frankly lost.
Right. So the east is also preserving so much incredible and valuable practices and teachings that the west has walked away from. So these are not competing. East and west are not competing. They are working actually together. And so I just hope that’s clear. All right, so this idea doesn’t just exist in like Eastern Esoteric systems or Western esoteric? Esoteric systems. This idea of the individual, it also is a psychological concept. Carl Jung got this from spiritual teachings. A lot of what people see in psychology came from the mysteries. It came from different spiritual teachers. So Carl Jung began talking about how in order to be a psychologically sound person, you have to individuate.
And that individuation is like the way in which you can take agency in your life, that you can see the world the way that you can be healthy. So even Carl Jung talked about this in a psychological way, in like an intellectual, mental way. And before him, the mystics talked about it. Except when the mystics talk about it, they talk about the higher self piercing the sheaths and the Christ. And then when the psychologists talk about it, they often leave out what’s happening in the spiritual body to create the sensation of individuation. They just talk about whatever’s happening as a result on the mental plane, which is why psychology will have to spiritualize to be effective.
Psychology will have to recognize the soul to be effective. Okay. To be truly, truly effective. Okay, so let’s go a little bit deeper into how did. I wrote my title backwards. I’ve just realized this. Sometimes when I’m in a, a state, that happens. So how did, how did people operate spiritually in the pre incarnation age? So again, the further you go back, the more people operated as like a group soul, as a hive mind. That means that you’re born and you, you automatically feel as though you’re just born into this organism. And you’re just like playing a part in a collective.
You’re a moving part in like a machine. Right. This is why the symbology of it is kind of like a hive. So you don’t actually, like you’re a separate person. Right. But you don’t feel separate. You feel like you’re a separate individual moving within an organism as a whole. And there are certain roles. So there’s no thinking about being an individual or what you want. It’s just your sort of playing a role within a greater organism that’s part of nature. So that’s how we operated for the majority of our consciousness. Actually, you know, being an individual is relatively new to humanity when you think about the thousands and thousands and thousands, tens of thousands of years, hundreds of thousands of years in which humanity was operating as a group soul.
You know, that’s why we have the difficulty we do in, with a lot of things is between, again, the process of individuation and people wanting to stay in this collectivist state, even though the. The task is to become free, and you can’t be free if you’re functioning from a collectivist standpoint. And collectivists, people who are still in this hive mind, will always seek to sort of recreate a hive mind. They’ll always seek to do that, which is where you get all the weird technology stuff, where you have to get hooked up to the Borg. We have to have, like, crazy communistic society that’s like one machine, like, running like a machine.
That is what people who are in that condition want. And they shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near governance. If you don’t honor freedom, if you don’t understand freedom and how important it is for people to be free, to be spiritual, to love, to relate to one another authentically, then you should not be anywhere near any leadership position at all, because that’s what’s required for us to grow. We have to be free. We have to be able to think. We have to be independent. All of that needs to be preserved and protected, because that is where our soul is going.
So the further you go back, that wasn’t even possible. It wasn’t like people could even think to do that. You go further back, and like I was saying, like, people would have these, you know, shamanic experiences, and they would just basically, like, bloop. They would just leave their body. And now they’re in their astral body in the astral world, and there’s a hierophant, you know, helping them, who is overshadowed by an angel. And then you’ve got angels in the astral world leading people through certain visions and certain experiences to impress it upon their soul, leading them through certain archetypal experiences.
Scary sometimes. Empowering sometimes. This is where all the rituals come from. The later rituals that we see in Egypt, that we see in that Babylonian, Chaldean age, those are all the memories of the earlier periods of humanity when they experienced these rituals in the astral world with angels and a hierophant. They didn’t have any agency in the astral world to control what they were experiencing or to respond. They were led by the hierophant and by the angels through. Through all of these gates, all of these experiences, through shadows, through light, through archetypal pictures, through archetypal actions and that pattern, the spiritual world as their soul, as though they’re little babies being shown these different things.
That’s what it was like. That’s what we were like. And you couldn’t really experience light or darkness, not really, because you were Never ever doing any of that yourself. So in the pre incarnation phase, there was a certain protection that was upon humanity because they didn’t have any agency. And we. When you don’t have agency and you’re like a child, you have the protection and guidance of the gods. The gods are the angels and you have the hierophant who is bringing through the angel. So there were certain things in the earlier pagan times, certain darknesses that could just never come forward.
They would just never come to the surface because there’s certain shadows in the world and certain evils that can only appear when man is free. So a lot of, a lot of the concern about, you know, going into like certain types of black magic and stuff is that you can summon things now after the incarnation of Christ that would never even appear on the earth before. It was kind of, they were kind of outside. But when man has that ability to be a free agent and is individuated, that brings in a different kind of evil because it also brings in the potential to completely become immortal and eternal.
And to. When I say immortal and eternal, I’m talking about the catalyzation of your physical body into a spiritual body body, which is the goal of all life. Okay, So I talk about that in my eternal life lectures. So that’s what I mean by that. So we were protected. You could only have certain experiences because the angels were sort of absorbing and protecting humanity in this kind of childlike phase that we were in. And a lot of the very early pagan rites are made with that in mind. A lot of them are very simple, nature based and were around the fact that there was this kind of protection upon humanity because humanity was functioning in this kind of organism with heaven, with angels, with each other.
And that was a different state than today. So when you would do a ritual, because this is what people were asking in the last video about people interacting with angels in the spiritual world in the past. So like, well, what does the, what was it like to do rituals pre incarnation, the pre incarnation of Christ? And so what it was like is that whenever you would do a ritual as a pagan, it was always about creating harmony. So whenever you see, you know, something druidic, truly druid, gathering in the oak groves, or you see someone on the plains of Africa, or you see something in the jungles of the Maya, doesn’t matter where it is.
Humanity was all exposed the same consciousness at the same time, or we really are one in that sense. All early pagan rites were about harmonizing as a group and harmonizing with Nature to be able to receive and interact with the angels and God. It was about harmony, it was about harmonizing. It was never about the individual because the individual didn’t exist. So when you see people saying, I’m a pagan, okay, and then all of their spirituality is about like manifesting something for themselves or going and controlling elementals to attack someone or doing something for their own, whatever, you’re not a pagan.
Because very early spirituality, people didn’t have a sense of self. There was no sense of I am, so you couldn’t do magic for yourself. The only time that people were ritualistic was literally just to create harmony. Because when they were in harmony with the earth and with God, they were connected to something greater than themselves. And then like if somebody in the tribe would become influenced or overshadowed by something demonic, which would happen at times, or they would participate in taboos or whatever, they would be out of harmony and they would experience bad weather or whatever it was.
And that’s where sacrifice came in, which is, which was not to get something for the self. It was to create harmony, to restore harmony. It’s hard to think about it that way because a lot of those, a lot of those practices, those real beautiful early pagan practices became very, very decadent by, you know, the time where we, where we get close to the turning point in time or the incarnation of Christ. A lot of those practices don’t even look like they originally did because human beings are now self aware. They’re not even in that childlike consciousness of a group soul anymore.
They’re getting out of it. And so now they’re doing all these rituals with nature and symbol and all this kind of stuff, but they’re doing it for themselves so they can get something, so they can get powerful, so they can have a lover, so they can attack someone. Revenge, selfishness. None of the early pagan rites were ever designed for the individual to do something for him or herself. It was always about creating harmony. And when harmony was created, then all would flow and visions would flow and life would flow and they would learn and everything would be good naturally.
Okay? So another thing about it was that because everything was so interconnected and there really wasn’t any agency, all you really had to do was sort of do a gesture and then the spiritual world would respond. And the most important thing was that you learned to do the right gesture at the right time, because that showed that you were in harmony, that you were in a relation, you were simpatico with spirit in the earth. So all you had to do was just Do a simple gesture and you could sort of affect the whole. You could interact and play with the whole just by doing a gesture, just by saying a word.
It got a little bit more complex over time, but you didn’t have to process anything within that was going on. And you can see this with some people in the culture who just think they can gesture something like virtue signal or, or do a gesture and the whole will be changed. You can’t just gesture and change anything anymore. If you want to create change in your life, if you want to create change in your world, you actually have to produce equality from within your own being. Magic now, meaning how you affect the world around you, how you connect with spirit, isn’t just an external gesture showing that you know what season it is and what is when and that you’re in harmony.
Now you actually have to produce something within you, a quality consciously. You have to produce a quality, a substrate, totally different. And you have to do that through living a certain life. And it, it actually comes from what are you producing within yourself consciously? What kind of life are you living? So now power comes through morality, actually, because before it was kind of impossible to truly be immoral personally, people would become overshadowed by demons at certain times or certain parts of the earth. And there was, there was experience with shadows and demons in the pagan era, but it was never because someone personally did something right.
There were other reasons why people experience darkness, but now it’s personal because now we’re individuals. So. So yeah, you would just have to kind of like in earlier periods, it was just about learning the archetypes of the spiritual world and the earth. So it was just learning the season, it was learning just the like. Like a babe in the woods. We’re just learning. We’re mirroring the cosmos, we’re mirroring the seasons, we’re learning. It becomes more complex over time. But, you know, you can’t. It’s not even possible to do the things that people could do, say in certainly in the Atlantean period or even the early post Atlantean period.
It’s not even possible to affect nature or whatever the way that people movies show it and stuff, because we’re moving towards individuality. And to actually affect you, to affect anything, it’s not about like just doing a ceremonial magical thing. You actually have to produce the right quality within you and offer that quality to the world and to heaven. So we’re actually in a totally different paradigm compared to that time. So like an early pagan. Yeah, an early pagan would never try to like use an elemental for any reason under their own will. They just lived in harmony with the elementals and would absorb energy or release energy or what.
It was very simple compared to, compared to what we are now. And even when it came to very early forms of sacrifice, it really meant that you were like offering to the gods, to the angels, something that was important to you, that you wanted. Right. Sacrifice is the means of evolution. Right. That’s how we grow on a large scale with great initiates, but also in our, in our life. It’s by this experience of fasting, by letting go of things that we think we need to create this space for God in our life. And so sacrifice was actually originally just taking something that you really wanted and then offering it to God.
And in that vacuous space, God would appear and then it turned into things later on. But yeah, And they really, humanity really also really did see themselves as stewards. They saw themselves as the stewards of the animals, of elementals, of plants, of minerals. They would walk around and see the elementals and the spirits of different plants and their qualities. A lot of plant, plant medicine people talk about like, well, how do people, how did the ancients understand that like this plant had this quality or like, like with ayahuasca, like how did people understand how to mix this vine with this leaf? Because when the plant medicines, and I’m not just talking about hallucinogens, I mean all plant medicine, when those things came to be, people were clairvoyant.
They knew the exact qualities of the plants. They knew where all the meridians were on the body because they could see the energy. So we also lose our, our spiritual abilities the more individuated we become. We have to build them back. That’s the other thing that goes on too. So you, we, we’re sort of meant to redevelop these faculties with the right attunement. And by the way, there is a way into what people would consider more nature based spirituality, what people might call paganism or, or different things. There’s a way into that where you can work with nature, you can understand the elemental beings, plants, minerals, animals, and you can take on a stewardship role, which is actually kind of what we’re supposed to be doing.
There’s a way to make that an incredibly deep spiritual practice. Right, But I wouldn’t, but I wouldn’t, I would say that is going to be different than obviously what we were doing like 5,000 years ago, because our consciousness is different. So we, so it’s not that you can’t have that deeply, that deep spiritual relationship with nature or even angels, right? You can do all of the stuff that we crave, but we have to make it for the time that we are in and incorporate the mysteries that we’re meant to deal with and incorporate the Christ at the center, because that’s the transformational aspect within every human being and within the world.
World. Okay, so in other words, we don’t lose, like we have lost in the west the incredible wisdom that the east had about the meridians, the energy body, look at Ayurveda, look at the, the Chinese medicine systems. We, the west doesn’t have that anymore. The east is, is preserving that. So we need to bring that back into the west actually, because the west is way too far into this allopathic stuff and it’s becoming demented, right? So it’s all about this harmony and balance. But we wouldn’t even go back into that necessarily the same because our bodies are also different.
So we need to reimagine it. We need to reimagine medicine and spirituality frequently to incorporate the fact that metamorphosis is law. We’re here to grow, we’re here to evolve. We don’t stay stagnant. And one of the reasons why I’m doing, I’m teaching so much about angels right now is because when you really think about it, when you, when we understand that a lot of the spiritual activity of our past was carried out by angels and we weren’t really conscious of it, we can see that we actually have to now consciously take over the tasks that the angels were doing.
So we actually have to become conscious and self aware enough and spiritual enough to start to carry out all of the sort of spiritual activities that the angels have been doing for us. We have to. And that’s kind of like our initiation. And so that’s why it’s important to understand the spiritual hierarchies is because that knowledge really helps us become who we truly are. Because we’re taking over, in a sense, roles that they used to do for humanity. And to do that we have to understand what those roles were, right? So we have to not be dependent on angels to carry out all of our tasks into the spiritual world and work to become conscious participants in spiritual life.
That’s the goal. And the other thing about our modern time compared to the pre incarnation phase is that a guru or a priest or a hierophant cannot initiate you anymore. Okay. So before the incarnation of Christ, it was possible to study under a, a Guru under a hierophant, under a shaman, and the shaman could sort of through an angel. However, it was never just like the shaman by himself. The whole point of the hierophant was that the hierophant was housing a very high angel. So even then, it wasn’t about the individual person. It was about what they were allowing to come through, right? They were like oracles.
And so ultimately there was a kind of catalyzation that one human could get from another. That was everything. So when you see these really ancient mystery schools and like the initiation, the, the degrees and the initiation, that hierophant would have had way, way, way, way more power over the individual than after the Incarnation of Christ. Now, you can still learn from someone who is very spiritually powerful. You can still experience some level of sharing and initiation between people. It doesn’t fully go away. Nothing that has been fully disappears, but it doesn’t. It doesn’t. It’s not a priority.
It’s not the main way that people evolve anymore, right? Like, it used to be so strict, because if certain people were exposed to certain forces through this individual, they could go crazy, they could go mad, they could go insane, right? But now with the Incarnation of Christ, what’s happened is that the power of transformation is now within every single person. It’s now within you. It’s within your heart. So within your heart is the power of the Most incredible shaman 3,000 years ago or 4,000 years ago, that’s now within you. You have it within you as a living fire that you can now use to advance yourself, not materially necessarily, but spiritually.
So you now have the power within your blood, within your being, to grow, to evolve, to awaken that people would have, like, sought out to just come in contact with before the Incarnation. That’s the power of Christ. So in the past, there was this hierarchy of initiates, and you had to study, like, think about Pythagoras and the Pythagorean schools, or think about these great initiates of the past. You had to be initiated by one of them because they had an angel working through them that had this power to provide these initiations for the individual. There really was no other way.
And there were these closed and open schools that were a funnel for that. After the Incarnation of Christ, those things still exist to a degree, but the power of Christ within every single person becomes the initiating force, the initiating fire, right? So now again, we have within us this incredible power that humanity really didn’t have until very recently. And it’s that power that leads to the catalyzation of our physical form, our astral form, and our etheric form into an eternal body. What does that mean? That means we no longer have to incarnate in the material plane.
It means we’ve overcome or we’ve transubstantiated, transmuted matter. That’s like getting your wings. That’s like overcoming. That’s the whole point. Yes, you have a spirit, you have a soul that. That moves and incarnates, but it’s to integrate all of it into one form that’s completely conscious. Mostly, we are dealing with a lot of unconsciousness. Right. We want to be totally conscious and eternal. Right. And again, watch my eternal life videos for that, because I know people kind of get confused and they think, well, I’m, you know, obviously I’m a spiritual being. I’m a spiritual person. Like, I have a spirit, so therefore I’m eternal.
That’s not what eternal means in initiation. In initiation science, eternal means that you no longer have to incarnate, which means that you get off the wheel of Samsara in the east, off the wheel of incarnation. And it means that you have completely healed your lower self. So you no longer have a false self. You no longer have this lower ego, this animalistic part of you. You’ve completely integrated yourself through the spine, right. Into one cohesive form. You have memories of all of your past lives like this. You have incredible capacities. You’re totally integrated person. Eternal life means a totally integrated soul.
If you don’t have eternal life and we’re still in the process of reincarnation, we’re technically not eternal, despite experiencing as a spiritual being. So in initiation science, eternality is different than what we would think about it in logic. Like, in the logical world, eternal life and immortality is the cornerstone of initiation science. It has a specific meaning. It means the integrated human soul. Right, Right. So we’ll talk about that more in the future. But I just want to. Just want to point that out because I know that it can be confusing because people always think, like, well, if you’re a spiritual being, which we all are, then we’re eternal.
That’s not what that means. That’s not what that means. Okay. All right. So in our time, we can look backwards and see the incredible culture of the guru, the shaman, where that person would literally lead an entire group, and what was coming through him would literally catalyze people’s energy bodies. And it had to come through that person because only so many people can sustain that kind of force. And not go insane or have it dissolve their body. When you’re overshadowed by an angel, angel or an archangel, it can be painful. Right. It’s an incredible weight that you have to bear.
It’s incredible pressure. So when someone can do that and serve, it’s a very big deal. It’s a very big accomplishment. And people would come from far and wide to hear what the Buddha would say or to hear what these different teachers would say and to experience their radiance so they could then take it on. It was contagious in a way, and it became more and more complex as people went on. Right. But that is no longer the mechanism of evolution of the soul. Today, vestiges of it still exist, but that is not the mechanism. You can evolve yourself through connecting inward.
This is the first time in the earth’s history that we’ve ever had this ability to evolve internally according to our own self as an individual through the Christ. This is an important time in human development. Right. And again, in the earlier pagan periods, all you kind of had to do, not all, but the most important thing to do was just sort of be part of this organism, this part of nature. And to learn nature, to learn heaven by mirroring it, by producing certain gestures, by creating certain symbols, by learning the rhythms, and by participating in rhythm properly.
But now that’s not enough. You can do that all day long. And that ain’t gonna do that. That ain’t gonna catalyze anything. Now you have to connect with the Christ inside of your being, and you have to produce certain states. So rather than just giving a symbol and a ceremonial thing, so you’re doing ceremonial magic. Okay, yeah. You can do these different things to a degree, do the symbols, do the movements, but can you produce from inside of your being a certain spiritual quality? Can you produce it and can you hold it, and can you maintain it, that that is initiation? Not just a gesture, not just a symbol, but can you become something greater in your entire being through your own efforts, through your own mind, through your own self? That is initiation.
Today, that was not possible then. Okay, so now we’re producing something from ourselves. And again, I talk about this in my upcoming classes as well. Okay. Or I can answer more questions about this on my membership site as well, too. So that’s the difference between the earlier pagan period. Right. And pre Christ period. And now is you. You actually have to produce something. You actually have to be something. And you do that through inner work, which you can only really participate in as an individual, as an individual turned inward so when you begin to heal yourself and attune to Christ, you begin to produce certain qualities that becomes spiritual power.
You can go do gestures and make symbols into the moonlight, but you have to be able to produce a certain energy. That’s what real spiritual power is. And it requires a certain orientation, okay? So you have to learn how to produce certain inner conditions which then create spiritual union and realization. Okay? And usually you do that through some kind of internal sacrifice in your life. So usually to become more advanced spiritually, you have to release something. You have to let something go, often something that’s controlling you or keeping you attached to the material plane. You got to create that void.
And in the void, God appears. The other difference is, is that after the incarnation of Christ, spiritual life should focus on initiation science. So I said this in the last video that I did, which was an occulted video, which is that, like, we shouldn’t be entering into spiritual conversations or considerations without the understanding that whenever we enter into the spiritual world, we do it for initiation. So we do it to evolve spiritually. We don’t go into the spiritual world as like a curiosity or as entertainment. That’s one of the traps, is that people are entering into spiritual considerations, but they’re looking to be entertained.
Actually, they’re not looking to genuinely evolve, to heal, to become enlightened. They’re just looking to be entertained, or they’re just coming into it from a sense of curiosity. Or the worst thing is to control. They’re trying to use the spiritual world to gain a sense of control in their physical life. So the problem with our individualistic age is that you can leverage your spirituality for all these weird reasons. Like you can get completely deluded by just treating spiritual knowledge as entertainment, right? And getting that feeling of entertainment from spirituality, which isn’t really going to evolve you, you know, or you can just be on this constant senseless search for knowledge, this burning desire to just know everything and intellectually understand the spiritual world, which you can never really do.
The only time you’re ever going to understand the spiritual world is when it percolates down from a spiritual experience into your mind, causing that aha moment. That’s when you’re really going to know the spiritual world is through spiritual experience. Until then, we’re just trying to create the right container, right? Not that you shouldn’t study, not that you shouldn’t learn. We should absolutely do that. But we have to know the difference between just studying spiritual science, studying religion, and the knowledge that comes through the experience of the spiritual world. Right. Because that’s real spiritual knowledge. Spiritual knowledge is not.
I read 452 books on the chakras. That’s not spiritual knowledge. That’s not wisdom. Spiritual knowledge and wisdom comes from your spiritual experience and that percolating into your mind as understanding that spiritual knowledge, right? So these are things that we have to understand. Because in our period, even though we have this incredible gift of individuality, it comes with the fact that we can be so out of attunement and try to enter into the spiritual world for all the wrong reasons, which ends up causing problems. It ends up causing a lot of problems in the soul. Another example of this, which I’m going to get into later on too, is like, I always see the new trend of like the west and the individual and all of the materialism is like more and more, more and more.
I just see scientists, like mathematicians or people who are natural scientists and materialists, and they’re doing these like, equations, like these long equations and dissertations, trying to materially ascertain what a spiritual being is or what the spiritual world is according to completely naturalist material qualifications. And it’s like, so you know what, that’s when you. You know what you’re not going to do? You’re not going to be in the astral world or like, pass away and then be thinking about the mathematical equation that you wrote symbolizing the spiritual world. You’re just not. You’re not going to have an astral experience and then be thinking about, you know, the scientific explanation.
You have to be able to produce a certain quality. You have to be able to be a certain person. You have to be a certain way. You have to develop inwardly, which is a total mystery to us. But the only way to understand the spiritual world and to. And to interact with it is to connect with it through silence, through contemplation, through humbleness, through service, through morality, through constantly creating the conditions in your life in which you can do so. So the mystery is spirit, and we have to become it. We have to become like it to understand it.
You’re not going to understand it through math, okay? You’re not going to understand it through machines. You’re not going to understand it through materialist concepts. You never will. It’s interesting, but it’s a delusion. You only understand the spiritual world through becoming it, becoming like it, which is a totally different faculty. It’s a totally different thing than what we’re used to. So we begin as. Just, just to summarize, we begin as people in a Kind of hive mind in a group soul in a collective. And there’s no ability to stand up and say, this is what I think of that, or this is what I’m experiencing.
There’s no resentment about that. There’s no desire necessarily to do that until maybe later. It’s just how things are. And that’s how we operate it. And that’s where you get the peak of these very like, naturey, kind of pagan, harmonizing spiritual belief systems. The further you get closer to what Rudolf Steiner would call the turning point in time, which is the incarnation of Christ and the crucifixion at the turning point of time or the mystery of Golgotha. That’s when humanity becomes an individual because God enters man and the eye enters the human soul. And we begin to deal with the incredible struggles of individuality.
That’s why when you get into the west, you suddenly see this, like all of this iconography about the battle between dark and light. It becomes much more intense of a concept than earlier. Because only when we get to this point of individuation does the shadow also become more obvious inside of us. And that’s in fact, the reason why many people don’t want to fully individuate or fully connect with Christ is because they fear that shadow, part of them that becomes more illuminated as you genuinely open up to the Holy Spirit. There’s a pain with becoming self aware.
There’s a pain with becoming aware of God. And that pain is confronting your shadow. That’s what that is. And that’s why people don’t want to do it. And that’s why sometimes the pain in the world has to become so. So. So bad, so terrible externally that they have no choice. The internal pressure is less than the external pressure. And that’s usually what makes people wake up, right? But that tension exists. That tension exists within every single person where it’s like, I don’t want to. I don’t want to fully be on my own. I don’t want to face the fear of what that means.
I don’t want to think for myself, because what if I’m wrong? You have to bear the responsibility of every mistake that you make. You have to bear the humiliation of every mistake that you make. And part. And humiliation is part of spirituality. And so was humbleness. But if you’re just constantly, like in a group soul, in a group think, then you’re not really responsible for anything, are you? There’s always someone to blame. It’s always someone else’s fault. But really, no matter what, it’s always our fault. Because whether we realize it or not, we are individuals. Whether we realize it or not, we’re also part of God.
We’re also part of a greater organism. Even if we’re individuating out of it, that reality is still true. So we are dancing between these different states. And in the future, especially around the year 3500, we’re going to come into a new civilization. Our era will sort of end, and we’ll come into a new civilization. And where we are now will seem a bit more rudimentary. And we will begin to return to the idea of being a collective, the idea of being a group and harmonizing with one another like we did so long ago. But this time as individuals will come back to a more collective worldview.
A more living as, say, brothers and sisters, but only through spiritual realization. So we can only truly live together in harmony if man, it has spiritually realized themselves to a certain degree. Okay? You cannot legislate community. You can’t force people to like each other. You can’t force people to work or to do this or to do that, or to share or to give. You cannot force it. You cannot force harmony. You cannot force charity. It has to come from the radiance of an awakened human soul. And when many souls awaken and become radiant, they naturally form that harmony again.
So we start out as a kind of a collective, but we’re not conscious. We then awaken consciousness, soul and anthroposophy, right? We’re now awakened. Then we return, and civilization actually begins to kind of move eastward again. And we become an awakened collective. So we start out as an unawakened, unconscious collective. Individuate, extremely painful, really difficult to do. And then we spiritualize as an individual into realizing that we’re all interconnected again under God. Objectively, that’s the arc. That’s the arc of human development. Okay? So that’s the metamorphosis. That is our destiny. And that’s why you see all these books, like, you’ll see these different books, like at the turn of the century or movies.
They’re talking about, like, Utopia. Yeah. No, there’s no utopia unless people are spiritually evolved. Okay? People have to be able to objectively understand what God is and feel God within themselves. To be in harmony with themselves and other people. Until then, the goal is freedom. And every single person has to be free and understand the value of freedom. And we must reject, reject any kind of governance or any kind of systems that take Away freedom. Because freedom is necessary to be spiritual, to be spiritual, you have to be free. And to be a true community, we have to be spiritual.
To be spiritual, we have to be free. So this is why we’re getting into this weird time where you have like the weird space techno barons and they’re, you know, you have, you have this consolidation period where people more than ever want to bring us back to feudalism, bring us back to this weird kind of slavery, techno slavery or whatever. But we have to understand how important it is to be free and to make sure that we have actual laws and things that keep us free, covenants that keep us free. Free. Because that’s what’s going to push us into our next level of development.
Again, in order to be spiritual, we need to be free. In order to be free, we need to be spiritual. Because if we’re not, if we’re free but we’re not spiritual, then we’re materialists and we are, you know, selfish. So this is our path forward. That’s the path. Okay, so, so I’ll read the conclusion and then I’ll let you be on your merry way for today. So we analyze spiritual traditions not based on whether a system adheres to our personal beliefs, but rather by understanding human perception, by understanding what human perception was like at the time.
I’m going to read that one more time. We analyze spiritual tradition not based on whether a system adheres to our personal beliefs or sensibilities, but rather by understanding what human perception was like at the time in which that system was created. And we just went from pre incarnation to post incarnation, even into the future. We just did a whole scope of, of the human spiritual metamorphosis today. So if we’re looking at a certain spiritual system, you know, what capacities did humanity have at this time? So if it’s pre incarnation, we’re looking at a group soul hive mind moving into individuality.
The closer we get to the incarnation of Christ, what level of awareness did we have? What was the goal of that particular stage in consciousness? What were we developing? What were we wanting to develop? What was the experience like? Like? These are the deep questions that are going to give us insight into the past and into the future and into our present as well. Because our entire perception today is not, is rooted in the thousands of years that we’ve existed. That exists as a latent form of perception and existence within us. We’re building on top of it.
So we don’t just get rid of the desire to be, be communal, to have family, to Have a tribe that always exists as a truth for us. It’s always something that is real. It’s always something we desire. Why? Because we are one. We are one in God, so we crave to experience that. But we cannot want that in our time at the expense of developing our individuality. So we have to have community, have this communal nature of, of brotherly and sisterly love, of caring about other people, of wanting to be. Of wanting to, to be with humanity, but never at the expense of our own personal development.
So not falling back into these kind of lunar old ways of being, you can never want to. To have a sense of community at the expense of you developing who you truly are. All psychological and spiritual problems today often refer to people wanting to return to old conditions of being. When we’re called to develop as an individual today. So like even the idea in psychology of the false self that people talk about, well, that’s the, that’s sort of a bunch of different patterns that we need to leave behind. That’s the lower self, right? So one way to observe this, this sort of evolution is through the lens of pre incarnation humanity and then, which operated as a collective, and then the post incarnation humanity, which is through the lens of an individual, and then again in the future returning to a collective, the ability to be more of a collective.
But everybody is an awakened individual, okay? That’s the goal. And much of the tension between systems between east and west has to do with this shift. Or just the tension between people has to do with this shift. And it’s from more of a, a group consciousness to an individual self awareness. And again, I want to be clear that when I say east and West, I’m not talking about races or cultures. I’m talking about where the impulse was at certain times. So the great gifts of the east often included the gifts that came within the soul from a more collective nature.
The gifts of the west come from a different impulse. But you can have anyone of any race be Western, you can have any one of any race be Eastern. So this is not about race or culture. It’s about the impulse for certain developments literally radiate out of certain parts of the earth. So America is the most Western, the most Western impulse peaks in America, moving westward from the east, peaks in America. And then the, and then the impulse moves east again. So it’s actually an impulse that comes out of the earth that affects the people living on it.
But today it’s not about race or culture or like being from India or being from China or something. And Then other people being from Europe. This impulse is beyond race. It is something that you can, you can have like a very collectivist ideology and you can be any race. You can have this independent, individualistic, and you can be any race. Okay? So I just want to make that clear because I know people get really sensitive about that. But in the sense of spiritual science, east and west begins as an impulse that’s radiating out of a region of the earth that affects the people.
So again, sometimes you’ll see certain temples just be built up in a certain area and then abandoned. And people are like, you know, why did somebody bury like Gobekli Tepe in the sand and cover it up? Or why was this temple abandoned? Or where did these people go? It’s because the ancients understood that the earth radiates certain impulses that they need to understand. And certain temples and cultures would be built up on a certain site. And then when the impulse moved greater or lesser, a civilization would be built up in a new place. So we’re not talking about like races of people necessarily.
We’re talking about the impulse coming out of the earth and the impulse that exists in the east objectively and the impulse that exists in the west objectively. But the soul can be of whatever orientation while living in these locations, though they will be under the influence of what is coming out of the earth in the sky. Okay, so you guys, thank you so much for joining me today. It’s my pleasure to be with you. I want to remind you that I am going to be teaching a six week course coming up here. I have one more public lecture to do and then we will begin this course series.
It is called your guardian angel and spirit guide guides. You can go to the link in the chat or the link in the description to make sure that you get a notification when I do open up enrollment for that. We are going to be going so much deeper into concepts like this, but focusing a lot on the spiritual world. Angels, the difference between angels and spirit guides, how attunement works down to a fine detail in the energy, body, experiences, technique. All of that is going to be in the spirit guides and angels course coming up soon.
We will do one more public lecture and then we will start that course. I thank you guys so much for your patience with me on this. And if you’re watching this at a later date, don’t worry, you can still take that class. It’ll just be. It won’t be live. It’ll be in the course section of my website or my store and you can still take it whenever you want. Don’t forget to like, comment and subscribe. That really helps me.
