I used to hold the position of conscious eternal torment because that’s just what I was taught by people that I love and trust. I’ve learned that there are other positions and a very robust argument can be made for conditionalism or annihilation. To you teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites. You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people’s faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to woe to you hypocrites. You travel land and sea to win a single convert. And when you have succeeded, you make them twice as child of hell as you are twice a child of hell, Twice the child of hell.

Bible, particularly in the Old Testament, never talks about the eternality of the wicked souls. To you teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrite. Hello, my friends. Jacob’s here. One more time. Thank you for pressing the play button. Oh, what a day. We are in. There is one doctrine that on the channel I talk about probably more than anything else, and it is the idea of endless torture. Now, when I first started sharing on YouTube back in 2008, and I started doing videos on, you know, a different understanding of what has been taught to us by corrupt organizations, what I learned was far greater and far more valuable than what I had been told, which made me so scared and made and gave me the opportunity to discredit others because they don’t believe the way I believe and didn’t leave any real room for tolerance and acceptance and forgiveness and patience.

It’s love that draws a multitude to repentance. But the one thing that held me back in the very beginning was this idea of endless torture. So much so that I wrote about it in my novel. There’s a scene where Thomas talks to an old Irish priest, a conversation that I had probably when I was about 12 years old as well. It’s what we’re told. If you don’t do exactly the way the religious church teaches you, if you don’t say the magic words, get baptized the way they say you get baptized, and all of them have different ideas, then you’re in trouble and you’re going to burn endlessly.

Even if. If you didn’t know any better and were brought up in a Muslim country, or if you were raised by Hindu parents or, you know, it doesn’t really matter. It doesn’t really leave room for the fact that God’s actually in charge. Now, I’ve been sharing for a long time, and I gotta tell you something. I’M really excited about the day we’re in. The reason you’re clicking on this right now is one of two things. Either it’s because Zak Brown, the artist, the country artists that everybody is given a hard time for, because he did this huge concert in the Spear, the Las Vegas spear, basically transported everybody to the depths of hell.

You can see as he’s performing, there’s a string of people that are being tormented and everything else as he sings, Heavy is the head that wears the crown. We’re brought through the depths of hell and toward the end, what people are leaving out is the fact that Michael the Archangel from heaven comes down to destroy it. Now, I find this to be very significant, very prophetic indeed, because it’s happening in the world as we speak. How do I know? Well, because Kirk Cameron, you know who he is. Remember him? Growing Pains, Everybody liked Kirk. Well, he was one of the very first celebrities that became a Christian.

Kirk Cameron, ironically, one of the. The characters right now in the Apocalypse that is taking a stance on endless torture. He’s saying that there is no more the room for such a belief in his view. It’s amazing. You got to listen to this Plato, who weren’t Christians and talked about the soul being immortal, eternal. And so you’re going to go to one of two places forever. You’re going to go to heaven forever, or you’re going to go to the bad place, hell, or, you know, whatever it is, forever. And that they imported that and just considered it a given and then brought that into Christianity.

But that the Bible, particularly in the Old Testament, never talks about the eternality, immortality of the wicked souls. The only ones who have immortal souls are those who are granted eternal life. I don’t know if you realize what a big step this is. It’s a step in the right direction. Still does. Does leave out quite a bit. Basically, his view of annihilation is that you’re ultimately destroyed forever. But that word, forever, we’ve learned on the channel. If you go to the Greek, you know, forever and ever. Aonos. It means a period of time, a cycle. It’s like.

It’s a. It’s a period of time, an age or ages. The book in Revelation, the smoke of their torment that rises forever and ever. The smoke. In scripture, we learn it’s like the prayers of people that are going through a hard time compared to smoke. The incense from the altars, or our prayers or our worship, or our crying out to God. The smoke of their torment. The word torment, Bassanios, it Means to test the purity of precious metals on a touchstone. They used to do this on the channel. I talk about it a lot, how you strike it until you see what.

What kind of gold you got, what kind of metal you’re made of. Testing. You’re tormented. You’re tested until you’re made pure, which is what torment literally means. They’ve turned it into torture. I’ve been teaching this for many years, that hell is not what you’ve been told. It’s the one thing keeping you from entering into the kingdom of God. That righteousness, peace and joy. Jonah prayed from the belly of hell. David made his bed in hell and he knew that God would be there. Hell, as you know I’ve shared on my channel for years, is now. It is a place of ignorant suffering.

It’s that there’s an expression, it’s called the hell with the potatoes. It means literally to be covered. The truth of God has been buried within you. That’s why he called the Pharisees. Whitewashed tombs filled with dead men’s bones who make people twice the child of hell they are. How could they be children of hell if hell is someplace that happens in the future, down the road? I don’t think you realize this thing with Kirk Cameron is huge right now. What this tells me is we have one celebrity who’s coming out and saying it’s not in God’s character to torture somebody endlessly.

I believed it because that’s what I was told. Kirk has been connected to many big name pastors. In fact, he’s also been connected to this meatball when he appeared on the Joanie show for daystar many years ago when I worked there, ironically enough, in the dressing room. Would be great if he remembered this conversation. The topic of God’s love and the fact that hell is not an endless thing may or may not have come up because I love to talk to people about these things to plant the little seeds. And now here today, we see something come to fruition.

The truth. Zach Brown, who everybody’s saying, oh, it’s a Satanist thing. It’s a Satanist thing. In the end days, you will think things that are good are evil and you will call things that are evil good. And the amount of voices and opinions that we have to hear of people that would never say those things to your face, they would never come up and say that. The. The amount of things that can stay on for kids, like cyberbullying, the things people can come up with a narrative and put it out about you, it doesn’t have to be true.

And you have to live with the consequences of that. And people saying, I, I’ll never listen to him again, I’ll never do whatever, without knowing any of the truth that’s there. Like, we’re in a very wild west part of life and technology right now. That whole thing that went down in the spear, I watched it all the way through to the end where it’s destroyed by Michael. That tells me that God is showing you that this ridiculous idea of hell and the devil’s down there somehow waiting to. Everything works together for those that love God. And when you look at it with new eyes, when you understand that it’s.

It’s not what you thought, things become different. Take a look. Earliest days of the concept of infinite torture. You see, now, a lot of people don’t know that if you know anyone who is Jewish and you went to them and you said, hey, you know, do you believe that you’re burned endlessly and tortured for all of infinity? If you don’t believe in God, they would say no. And the reason is, is because in the Jewish faith, there is no such thing as infinite torture. This was a teaching of the holy Catholic Church many years later. The Hebrews did not believe in infinite torture.

They believed that hell was simply the grave, which is actually the definition of sheol. What I’m talking about today is just. It’s history and it’s the stuff that’s found in Scripture. And I am not in any way, shape or form attacking anyone’s religion because there are varying beliefs inside of all these denominations. Ironically, the scripture said that there’s not supposed to be any division. There should be no division in Christ. And yet all we hear about are different denominations because everybody is divided today. And why wouldn’t they be, right? Why, when the. The foundation that they’re built upon, one of these foundational doctrines, infinite torture may not be true.

Maybe something that was manipulated and misinterpreted and misunderstood so that it could keep people coming back to the church and giving money and filling the coffers to keep their relatives that died from burning endlessly. Yeah, the Pope used to hand them out. They were called indulgences. Now, let me tell you what the root word, the root meaning of the word in English, hell means. It means to be covered or to cover or to conceal or to hide. It’s interesting. There’s an old English expression. To hell with the potatoes, Achille, the seeds. In other words, you take a seed and you throw it into the dirt and then you cover it up.

And then after a while, you know, after you throw a bunch of fertilizer on it, the waters come down and it starts to grow and it breaks free out of the grave. That was called Sheol, that same word that we read about in, in the Old Testament. And in the note, Sheol is translated three different, three different ways in the Bible. Okay? So you have this one word, sheol, and it’s translated three different ways. Something like 31 times Sheol is classified as hell. I think it’s like 29 times Sheol is actually the grave and the pit is three times Sheol is.

So here we see in the Old Testament that word hell. No mention of a place where it’s endlessly burning forever and ever and ever. It just means the place of the dead. We could be talking about literal death and we could be talking about spiritual death. Being ignorant. There’s a scripture. To be carnally minded is death. Adam ate of that tree. You’d think that the punishment, everybody says you, you sin against God and your big punishment is infinite torture, right? That’s disobedience to God. Well, no, Adam’s punishment was, you eat of that tree, a knowledge of good and evil, you’ll die, right? That was.

He ate of that tree and knowledge of good and evil, and he died in that instant. But yet he lived physically for many, many, many more years. Death in scripture, many times is speaking of being ignorant. To be carnally minded is death. He ate of that tree, the knowledge of good and evil. He left the truth of God created. Basically an alternate reality of this fallen world that we’re in today, that we find ourselves in today, lies being ruled by that lower nature, being ruled by the ruler of this place, which is called the devil, okay? In scientific terms and biological terms, you could call it the reptilian brain, the snake that’s hanging from the tree, which is your nervous system.

You see, religion works really hard, okay? And the world, the world system, this corrupt world beast system that we’re in, okay, works really, really hard to keep us deaf, dumb and blind to the truth. Think about that. Deaf, dumb, blind, in the lame, right? You can’t hear the truth, can’t see the truth, can’t talk the truth, can’t walk the truth, right? Deaf, dumb, advice. You’re not living your life, you’re really dead. That’s why Jesus said, you know, those that are dead, if they hear me, they’ll live again. He was talking about people that were walking around.

He wasn’t talking about dead people in the grave because you can’t, you know, you’re dead. Can’t literally hear. He was talking about people that were dead spiritually, that were. That, that needed to be born again and awakened inside, that were living in this egotistical, carnal world where you’re mortally gonna die and there’s really no point. And you basically believe that, you know, you’re this terrible person and if you don’t do what these guys say, the guys with all the money, the guys that are taking your money, if you don’t believe what they say, you’re gonna go, you know, burnt Endsley.

They put that carrot on the stick and they put it in front of you and they say, you’re going to get your reward in the future. One day you’ll get that prize, right? And if you don’t, you’re in trouble. The problem is that wasn’t true either. Jesus never said that it was going to. The reward was coming at the end of your physical life. He said, I’m the resurrection and the life. You know, if you believe in the truth, if you understand the truth, you could be dead in the moment, but you’ll live again. It’s a now event.

So really, what, are we being saved from some future torture? Well, that’s what the religion, religions of the world want you to believe. Like most of what’s found in scripture, there is an allegory to it. Jesus spoke to the crowd in parable. Because he knew that not everyone could understand. Like, if he just came out and said, hey, this is the truth, they wouldn’t receive it. And why wouldn’t they receive it? Because they’ve been brainwashed. Like we’ve been brainwashed by the entire religious system. You know, a lot of people forget that it was the leaders of religion, those that were in charge of the temple, the Pharisees and the Sadducees and the lawyers, all the people that claimed God’s name but were like acting the exact opposite.

They were, he called them whitewashed tombs. Why they call them tombs because that was death, right? They were filled with dead man’s bones because all they did was they spoke lies and they basically created nothing but a bunch of dead men walking. A lot of people that couldn’t find their way out. And that’s why. Because they keep you a slave and a prisoner to this system. And they wanted Jesus dead because he was giving them the truth and he was saying it’s free. You know, the first mention of the word hell was in Deuteronomy 32, 22.

Now listen to this. For a fire is kindled in mine anger and shall burn into the lowest hell, Not some future place. That fire that is kindled in your anger, that anger. You ever been angry and you just get like. You just get out of control and you just, like you’re suffering, right? There’s no peace there. It’s interesting that it says that in hell there is no rest and no peace. That’s because hell is not a place in the future. In the New Testament, hell is rendered as Hades and Tartarus. And we understand that Hades is the place of the dead as well.

Now, many people say that hell is what you get when you disobey God. Now, I’m going to say that I agree with that to a certain extent. I don’t agree that it’s a place of infinite torture and by the end of the video it’ll be very, very clear. But I do believe that, you know, if. If you’re meant to go right in life and you’re going left, left lane is going to get very, very difficult for you. See, a lot of people don’t understand that life is only easy when you are in the flow of where you’re supposed to go.

Life is only easy when you’re operating in love. When you’re operating in love, nothing can offend you, you know, when you’re operating in the truth, you know, the truth can’t be offended and it doesn’t need to be defended. And that’s why, you know, if you’re upset that I’m talking about hell in a context that maybe you’re not okay with because you were brainwashed to believe that the God that you serve will torture anyone endlessly who disagrees with them, which then gives you the right to be made in that God’s image. But that’s not the God that’s in the Bible.

There’s not one Christian that I know. If I asked them, should there ever be an end to your forgiveness, that would say to me, yeah, we’re supposed to stop forgiven at a certain point. No, Everybody says there should never be an end to our forgiveness. And yet they’ll in the same breath say that. But God has an end to his forgiveness. See, that’s not really what the scriptures say. Scriptures say that God’s arm is not slack, that it cannot save. That out of all that was given Christ to save, he lost only one. The Son of perdition.

The Son of perdition is that child. That idea of who you are, that was birthed in hell. That Antichrist, it was portrayed as Judas in the story. That was the one that was lost. The only one that’s lost in the end is the enemy of truth and love and peace and joy. But I believe that if you’re operating outside of the will of where you’re supposed to go. And when I say that because I don’t want to tell you what God is, who am I to tell you? I just know that there is more. The Creator of us all, where we all came from, the source, whatever you want to call it.

I call it Father. I call it God. I mean, you pray and find out what that is, or you think about it or don’t at all. But listen, because it’s important. If you have the idea of the God that you serve being a horrible monster, it gives you the right to be a horrible monster as well. But that’s not the way the Scriptures depict God. The Scriptures depict God as an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. In other words, if you do wrong to one person, that wrong will be repaid to you in equal measure.

Now, I’m not. It doesn’t say in Scripture, by the way. This is where religion comes in and twisting. It doesn’t say that if someone stole from you, you are allowed to steal from them. That if someone hurts you, you’re allowed to hurt them. The scriptures don’t say that. It says that let God, you know, reward and punish those that need, you know. Let God. We don’t take. We don’t extract vengeance in our hand. We’re not meant to. Scriptures say that we’re supposed to forgive. But in the same breath, people that say that they believe that will say that God will not.

Even though it says at the end of Scripture that all of God’s creation, everything that God created, will sing his praises. That it’s God’s will that all be saved. And nothing can thwart God’s will. Let me read some of these to you, okay? Psalms 139, 8. If I ascend up into heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in hell, you are there. So much for the idea that God is not in hell. Hell, by the way, is destroyed in the lake of fire, along with every nature, every name that’s not written in the book of life, along with every terrible nature that’s within.

Man is literally destroyed in the lake, which is the word for haven of fire, which Christ comes as a consuming fire. Christ, the power and wisdom of God is gonna burn away the lies that You’ve believed. How does he do it with truth? With Kirk Cameron coming out out of the blue like camera on Kirk. You know what Kirk means, Charlie? Kirk? He means church. Church is the camera on. Kirk Cameron is saying that hell is no longer a place of endless torture. Gonna have a problem with that? I don’t have a problem with that. I see that as progress and I say bravo to him.

Now what’s weir is just a couple of days before this comes out. I don’t know if it was like a day before or two days before I, whatever reason had him on my heart and I DM’d him. Take a look. Look at the timestamp. Look what I wrote him. I said I wanted to bring him on and I thought instead of saying, hey, let’s debate the ideas to hell. Because I thought this dude still thought about endless torture. And it always struck me as odd because I’d watch him when he do his little videos about a camper and he seemed sincere.

How do I know if someone’s sincere about God when this stuff starts coming out? When he starts saying, you know what? Maybe there isn’t endless torture after all. He says, maybe I’m open to new ideas. Maybe he’s asking for the truth, no matter what the cost, and in so doing becoming one of God’s champions. But listen to all of these scriptures. The sorrows of death can pass me. The pains of hell got a hold of me. How could the pains of hell get a hold of you? If it’s something that happens afterwards, it’s the pain of ignorant suffering that you go through.

In Proverbs 9:18 it says he knows not the dead that are there and that her guests are in the depths of hell. These are people that don’t even know that they’re in hell themselves and that they’re dead. We all died in Adam. What does that mean? To be carnally minded is death. The truth is being revealed. In the end days, Christ comes like lightning from heaven. It’s like enlightening from a higher place. The truth bursts on the scene and guess what? You come on X and all of a sudden you’re like, wait a minute. Kirk Cameron doesn’t believe in endless torture anymore.

What do you mean? Jacob saying that that thing that took place in the sphere wasn’t demonic, but it was actually showing the world what God was about to do. Man, that gets me excited. Proverbs 15:24. The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath. When you’re wise you know, to depart lower carnal thinking, you know, to get out of there. In Isaiah 5:14, therefore, hell enlarges itself and opens itself daily without measure and their glory and their multitude, multitude and their pomp. Listen to what hell is described as. Glory, pomp, ego, pride, hate, lust, power.

And he that rejoices in their pomp, in their ego, in their hate, shall descend into hell. Hell is destroyed in the lake of fire when Christ comes. And Christ is coming. Christ is here. That word come means Erica may. It doesn’t mean to, you know, to come from like one place far away to the other. He’s in the Father’s house. Who’s the Father’s house? He’s with us. He’s in the kingdom of heaven. Where’s the kingdom of heaven? Within us. He’s not coming from far away. He’s here. Christ is here. The power of the living God, the Son of God, is in us all, in all, through all.

God is spirit. One spirit, one baptism, one truth, one Lord that is in all and through all. The Word from the very beginning, that is in all men, that is the light of all men. In the book of John. You don’t see, think that God can turn on the lights. When you believe that your God will torture people endlessly for just not knowing any better, then you believe in a God that’s of this earth, the world. And it’s, you know, it’s heartbreak, all of that. That’s what you’re putting your faith in. Evil things. Because a God of love will have you.

As scriptures say, reap what you’ve sown. Not more, more, not less. God’s gonna get us there. That’s why out of all that the Son was given to save, he lost not one. But who? The Son of Hell.
