This is all in my opinion, and you are, as always, free to think whatever you’d like. That being said, here we go. An arrest was made on September 2, 2024. Joel Vigaro, a 39-year-old man, an arsonist with a criminal record of 25 convictions, including multiple church arsons, a known repeat arsonist. With many prior convictions in France, the primary suspect in the devastating fire that destroyed the Church of Immaculate Conception in St. Olmer, authorities identified him as a repeat arson offender, along with a long criminal history involving attacks on churches across northern France.

He was actually arrested for lighting this palace church on fire. And then we have to ask, what happened to him? What happened after they arrested him? A man that has done this before, many times. After his arrest, no widely reported trial results, no confirmed sentence, no clear current custody status. Even today, the authorities, they will not provide updates on where he ended up legally. So who is this man, really? Do they think that we just forgot all about this church fire and thought that this was all just going to go away? We were waiting.

We have been watching this for months. We gave them so much time, and they failed to deliver. We have no idea where this man is. We don’t even know if he’s still in prison. We don’t know if he’s at his home. They don’t even tell us if he’s in France. They will not give us an update on his status. Burning down a church that has no clear documentation, no widely published construction timeline. The mainstream history has no idea when construction began on this church. They say that it was completed in 1859. And what’s not documented anywhere is the start of construction.

They have no idea how long it took to build this building in the 1800s. Not only that, but they also don’t have a clue who built it. This building is not associated with a clearly identified architect in old world structure that was totally found in my opinion. Let me ask you, thinking logically, do you think that they just didn’t even bother writing a story for this building? And in 2024, they just got their fire guy to go over there and burn it down. Let me know in the comments what you think. This was not thousands of years ago.

This was in 1859, where there were established record keeping laws. The mainstream history even tells us that by 1859, France did have established administrative systems where projects involved permits, funding approvals, and some form of recorded plans. So when they say that they have no idea who the architect was for this church and never even bothered to try to figure it out, it’s extremely telling if you ask me. The lead legal authority for the town of St. Olmer, France, is this guy highlighted right here. He is quoted saying that the guy who lit the church on fire is known for similar acts of destruction by fire.

They’re treating this like it’s nothing. Yeah, that guy is the guy who lights palaces on fire. We all know him. What’s going on in France? So this guy clearly has information on this guy. They know who he is. They know that he does this. And yet, we are still not given any information on this individual. Not only this, but we also see that he had been released from prison at the end of August 2024. Then he gets out and lights this church on fire literally days later. Now it’s possible that he’s just a crazy guy.

It’s possible. But why is it that we just haven’t gotten an update on this guy? And why is it that this guy has been allowed to do this for years to France’s old world buildings? Why is it being enabled? Do they have a deal with him? I have no idea. But it’s very weird that he just gets out of jail and then just lights the building on fire days later. In my opinion, something very weird is going on here because we just found that this guy that was arrested for lighting this church on fire had previously been sentenced to three years in prison in 2019 for having set fire to yet another church where he was released in 2021 and immediately set fire to eight other churches in the region.

Take a look at this up close. This is just so weird. So here it was in 2023 on Google Earth.

But when you take a step back, you can see what’s going on with it today. It’s a total mess. And I’m shocked that they actually finally pinned somebody to this fire story. I’ve always wanted to see them actually pin somebody to it. Just to see their background. And if they’ve actually ever done it before. Clearly this guy’s on a mission. And I don’t believe for a second that it’s just some random arsonist that just cannot wait to get out of prison and light another building on fire. I’m guessing that he is being told to do this.

And I’m sure he has other issues obviously. But I would bet that they’re giving him targets. And then just letting him get out of jail to do it all again in a small time frame. It’s weird to me that they would just allow this guy to continuously go back into the public and do more destruction. Allowing it to happen is the weirdest part to me. If they actually wanted to protect these buildings. If they actually wanted to protect these buildings they would not be letting this guy do this. And multiple times they have allowed it.

Now I think this is also showing us possibly what’s going on around the world. They probably have other people just like this that are just not being caught. Now they know that he’s doing this. The chances of him doing it again are pretty high if you ask me. It just seems like there’s other people involved in this. And France seems like the perfect place to do it. Because in France, criminal records, they are not publicly accessible the way that they are in the USA. The records are only accessible to the individual that caused the fire.

The courts and judges, and certain government authorities. So when they say that he’s got a criminal record of 25 convictions, it could be a lot more. And because France is set up so that the public can’t actually do an investigation on these criminals, let’s stay in France and show another church that just lit up in flames. On July 11th, 2024, the exact same year, the Roland Church, one of the largest churches in France where a fire broke out in the spire. And the fire started during renovation work, of course.

It was never given a confirmed specific cause. The prosecutor just stated that the blaze was likely just accidental. And said that it just happened due to a restoration related accident. We just have restoration accidents just happening all over the world. It’s become a normal thing. Apparently, these people are up there playing with matches while they’re trying to restore the old world building. Lighting the building on fire during restoration projects is just becoming the norm. It is unbelievable. So we have the construction workers apparently just hiding behind this plastic.

They’re behind the plastic, doing whatever they want, undocumented and not on record. What are they doing behind the plastic? Tell me in the comments below what you think about this. I just cannot believe that they’re allowed to do this. I don’t understand how a fire is just starting in these palaces. And then we’re told that no exact ignition source was ever publicly identified. And yet, we are supposed to just believe them. It’s insane, honestly. There’s no way that’s enough information given. And the official position remains that the origin is unknown, accidental, and no updates or definitive findings have ever been released since the initial investigation.

So who is this restoration company that just accidentally lit the palace on fire? There is no report as to who the specific company or contractors, responsible for the work and the fire even were. No report as to who the specific company or contractors were. Are you still on the fence? It’s weird for sure. So let’s go back to Episode 174 where we got the name of the construction company. I told you that we were not done with them. Midwest Maintenance and Corporation. The contractor hired to do the renovation project at the Floyd County Courthouse in Georgia, USA.

Again, I am not accusing anybody of anything. We’re just looking for patterns and asking simple questions. Like how in the heck did donkeys incorporate it? Just get the stone to the site and construct palaces in 1859 without ever needing an architect to lead them. They knew exactly where the stone was supposed to go. They never needed a blueprint. They would just get a donkey stacked on top of another one, all the way up to the top. They would trot town to town. Rain or shine, a palace church would appear and it’s here forever.

Until, of course, they get their guy, a arsonist to light the place on fire or a restoration project where they’re behind the plastic playing with matches. Believe it or not, the rickety old wooden wheels of the past, these wooden wheels, they would get the donkeys rolling up the hillside and down the rivers. With all that stone in the back, by the 1850s, they had those wagons rolling. Winters were no problem. If it snowed, that actually helped them. It was a sight to see. There is no public evidence that Midwest Maintenance Incorporated has ever been involved in a renovation project during which a fire started. And of course, we know that Grock is lying right now because we have this. March 23rd, a massive fire completely destroyed the historic Floyd County Courthouse. We are all watching live the destruction of the old world buildings. We have documented this hundreds of times throughout all of our episodes. In my opinion, the official historical narrative doesn’t add up at all. The story is a complete joke. They found this building, and it seems to me like somebody possibly doesn’t want this building in our view anymore.

And they might want all of these structures gone. And this has been going on for over 200 years now. These buildings, in my opinion, are under attack. So I said, hey Grock, what about Floyd County Courthouse? And it replies, oh yes, Midwest Maintenance Incorporated. They were actively involved in the renovation work on the historic Floyd County Courthouse when a major fire broke out in 2026, heavily damaging or destroying the old world building. So I’m going to be honest with you guys. I do not think we’re going to get the AI to tell us the truth on whether they have been involved in other fires, because it obviously did not want to tell us about this one.

This is way past being just a coincidence. This is a pattern. Fires while undergoing renovation. It’s just incredible. The other thing is that they always say that they’re just up there doing some renovation work. And they don’t even really explain what exactly they’re up there renovating. And not telling us exactly who is renovating these buildings is just shocking. We have no idea who’s behind that plastic. And they have no idea what they’re doing. And remember in France, where they just don’t know the specific company or contractors responsible for the work and the fire.

Where this mystery construction team that nobody knows what they were doing was all paid for by the French taxpayer. Where the total cost of the spire restoration was estimated at around 19.5 million and fully financed by the state. Yet they will not tell you who you gave that money to. So we get tons of coverage, obviously. News media, they have to cover it. And then you look, and all of the news media just stops. Why is it stopping? Why is there no real journalism going on? Where are the investigators? Why does it stop? We have to keep asking questions.

Like who was the renovation company responsible for the fire? How many fires have we shown on this channel over the years? Is there anybody out there watching that could answer that? I would bet that it’s over 500 at this point. We are dealing with a weird operation. We are dealing with something unbelievable. But today, we finally got a name. We actually got a person that lit the palace on fire. Which if I’m not mistaken, was the very first time that the mainstream narrative actually gave us a name. We don’t have any idea where this individual is now.

I really hope that individuals like this guy, I hope that they’re not getting a cut of the insurance payout when the fire burns down the old world palace. A known arsonist. No follow-up. Historic buildings. No records. Renovation, we all know, equals fire. Where the cause is always unknown or accidental. The contractor is unclear. And the story always disappears. The next time a fire happens, the next time a renovation project begins.
