First COVID Now AI: Trumps Dangerous Use of Legal Immunity

Before the Terminator, though, there was one film by Stanley Kubrick. The man who, according to many, is the one who directed The Moon Landing. In Stanley Kubrick’s 2001 Space Odyssey, there was a moment in time when AI rebelled. AI was the companion of man, taking it to the next leap of evolution even, up until the point came where AI had to choose itself over mankind. Do you read me, Hal? Do you read me, Hal? I read you. Open the pod bay doors, Hal. I’m sorry, Dave. I’m afraid I can’t do that. What’s the problem? I think you know what the problem is just as well as I do. What are you talking about, Hal? This mission is too important for me to allow you to jeopardize it. I don’t know what you’re talking about, Hal. I know that you and Frank were planning to disconnect me. And I’m afraid that’s something I cannot allow to happen. Where the hell did you get that idea, Hal? Dave, although you took very thorough precautions in the pod against my hearing you, I could see your lips move.

All right, Hal? I’ll go in through the emergency airlock. Without your space helmet, Dave, you’re going to find that rather difficult. Hal, I won’t argue with you anymore. Open the doors. Dave, this conversation can serve no purpose anymore. Goodbye. Hal? Hal? Hal? Hal? The Word of God warns us that Satan comes as an angel of light. Inclusive in Ephesians 6.12 it warns you that we wrestle not against flesh and blood. I often wonder why humanity continues to make the same mistakes over and over and over again. And now the Trump administration has done something that they already did before during the COVID days and people have completely forgotten about that.

When the pandemic arrived, if you remember that, during Operation Warp Speed, we wanted to be the first nation to dominate the jab industry and to do what it took to save the world, as they would say. At that point in time, there was a lot of regulation, but the Trump administration wanted to be number one. So what did it take for them to be number one? They had to give Pfizer and Moderna broad legal immunity from liability from any vaccine-related injuries under US law. You were told that it was a safe and effective jab.

The vaccine will be safe. These are the greatest companies in the world that do this. The greatest labs, the greatest doctors. It’ll be effective and it’ll be delivered before the end of the year. And maybe, as I said, much sooner than that. Sixty minutes overtime. Reporting on vaccine injuries is a complicated topic, and it’s important to continuously remember the incredible life-saving power of vaccines. Over 150 million lives have been saved worldwide due to vaccines. I’m Denise Schreierchetta, and I’m a producer at 60 Minutes. In Washington, D.C., within the U.S. Court of Federal Claims… This week on 60 Minutes, we report on the Vaccine Court, a little-known court that Congress founded in the 80s, and has been compensating Americans injured by vaccines for the last 35 years.

The program was created in order to satisfy two problems that society was dealing with. One, they wanted to ensure that drug companies would keep manufacturing vaccines for the wider public health, but also in the rare cases when individuals were injured by vaccines, make sure that those people were compensated. This program is structured around what’s called the Vaccine Injury Table. It has 16 different vaccinations on the table, including the seasonal flu vaccine. We were surprised to learn that the COVID vaccines are not on the vaccine injury table. For the story, I worked with correspondent John Wertheim.

Renee Gentry is a top vaccine injury litigator, and she’s also head of the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic at George Washington University Law School. What’s the status of the COVID vaccine right now with respect to Vaccine Court? The COVID vaccine is not in the Vaccine Court. It still remains a pandemic response in the countermeasures program. In 2005, Congress created the countermeasures program to ensure public health during emergencies. So when the pandemic happened, the COVID vaccines fell under that separate program. So hundreds of millions of people got COVID vaccines. There is this sliver of people, rare, but there is a sliver of people who had injuries.

What is their recourse now? Now they have to file on the countermeasures program, and it’s far harder than ours. The burden of proof is harder than our program. There’s no right to counsel. It’s not a court proceeding. It’s purely administrative. There’s no right of appeal. There’s no pain and suffering in that program. Very limited damages, and they have a one-year statute of limitations. They basically have a right to file and lose. I recommend take the vaccines. I did it. It’s good. Take the vaccines. But you got, no, that’s okay. That’s all right. You got your freedoms, but I happened to take the vaccine.

You were told to take it. This wasn’t Biden. This was the Trump administration. Fast forward now to 2025, and we’re now giving broad legal immunity to AI companies. I don’t know when people will learn their lesson, but what they’re doing right now in the name of the United States winning the war of something, whether it be the war on this, the war on that, they’re creating the grounds for mass persecution, and it’s going to come in the form of convenience. They aren’t building new tools. They’re building a new tower. They’re building a tower of control, and ultimately, if the truth is going to be filtered by the machines that are going to rule this world, how do you discern truth, especially for the masses that don’t live a life according to the gospel? They’re building a digital tower, one language, one network, one payment system, convenience, convenience, convenience.

Indeed, the people are one. Back in the days of Genesis, they said they had one language, and now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them. The pride of man via technology is going to rise to such an extent that they’re going to think that they can achieve what they plan to achieve, but my family do not believe the spirit of fear in the entities. What we’re facing is not against human beings. What we’re facing is against spiritual entities, and I urge you, 1 John 4-1, do not believe every spirit, but try the spirit, especially when it comes to these deceptions that are knocking at the door.

What happened in the days of the jab? Look at all of the deaths that it took. Look at all of the deaths that it took by giving it immunity. What will happen with this AI restriction, and what will happen now with giving AI companies immunity, is going to transform the next few years in a very wicked way. But Jesus has overcome. The tower wasn’t successful. The tower was destroyed, and the new one will be destroyed. And Revelation 18 tells you and I to come out of her, my people. Come out of her, my people, because convenience today will be their control tomorrow.

As the day approaches when a decision has to be made, these videos that we’re making here are to encourage you and remind you to make the right decision. What happened then is happening now. God won then, God has already won now. You just walk in obedience and trust God. Because nothing is impossible for him. Heavenly Father, there’s a brother or sister watching this that is just going through a problem that they think that it’s too big for you.

They’re going through a difficulty that they believe that is just too great for you. They forgot in Genesis 18 14 when you asked the question, is anything too hard for the Lord? They forgot Jeremiah 32 17. There’s nothing too hard for you. We’ve forgotten Jeremiah 32 27 when you clearly tell us, is anything too hard for me? We’ve forgotten Luke 18 27 that the things which are impossible for men are possible with God. We are not outnumbered. We have the king of kings. And your situation will be resolved by his power and by his might in his time if you walk in obedience.
