Hey folks, got a question for you here today. Are you actually thriving or have you just gotten very good at surviving? There is a difference and your nervous system knows it. And today on episode 28, or no, I’m sorry, episode 29 is called are you thriving or surviving? Sister Honey and myself are going to talk about that brother Jimmy here. So we’re very excited about this episode. There’s a lot of people out there that are just barely surviving and we really want to help everybody. So make sure you stick around and watch the whole thing. We’re going to go through a lot of good information today for you also.

Before we get in to our segments today, we are of course going to go over to Sister Honey. I got to go this way, Sister Honey, and she’s going to give us a nice energy update on what’s going on.

And then we’re going to roll into segment one. So really we’re having like a revamp right now, I guess I’m going to call it. We’re going through Mercury retrograde, but the whole world is going through it in a way and we’re recalibrating everything and you can see it in the drama that’s going on. But also we’ve had things happen too, in our own lives. We’re having old little injuries show back up. Little things that emotional things that maybe we hadn’t totally dealt with show back up. It’s time to completely release now. So really work on the emotion.

And that’s why we’re talking about this, because emotion is where everything starts. It gets into your energetic field, creates emotion, and then creates some sort of dis ease. And we don’t want any dis ease anymore. We want to be easy. We want to have fun. We want our bodies to feel good. And that’s really the flip side of survival. It is, it is. And you know, one of the things we talked about last week was that you’ve got to take the time out to enjoy yourself too. There’s certain things going on in the world right now.

I know that it looks pretty wild. It’s only going to get wilder. So get ready to go for the ride. It’s going to be a big one. But at the end of the day, you know, you got to live your life. You know, this morning, after I got done with prayer meditation, you know, I’m holding my. My different crystals and stones in my prayers. Me and Cindy, my wife, we went out, we went over to the beach, we walked about a mile and something on the beach. I’m just getting back into walking here in Dominican Republic.

But it was so wonderful and so beautiful and the air and just, you know, absorbing the nature and the sand between the feet. And whether you’re near a beach or near a creek or near a park or near what that is part of nature, make sure that you’re getting out in it, because this is only going to intensify. And there’s. I’ve always said, Sister Honey, there’s three things that I believe that people are going to go through, and we’re talking about two of them today on episode 29, the thriving and the surviving. But I’ve said this for a few years.

People are going to thrive, survive, or die. And we know that the dying has been increased, like, tremendously, even though there is really no dying. It’s more of a transformation because the soul never dies. You’re an eternal being. But we’ve been talking about that. And Sister honey and I want to help you thrive through this. I’m thriving through it. I could care less about the crumbling. That didn’t have anything to do with my day here today. Didn’t affect it in any way. Accuse the story. Yeah. And that’s what you want to do. Celebrate the crumble of the old world because we don’t need it anymore, and that’s why it’s collapsing.

And we’ve been kind of looping for years, since 2021, really. We’ve been looping and we’ve been seeing the beginnings of this crumble and expecting it, and then, nope, gonna do another loop. We’re not ready yet, but we’re actually ready now. And it’s happening. So we’re in a huge shift. And that’s not only for the outside world. That’s created by you, that’s created by your inside world. So the calmer and happier and more joyful your inside world is, the better the outside world is going to be. So really thinking about that and becoming very responsible for your own, Your own feelings, your own, like, what you’re putting out to the world, what you’re speaking and what you’re Feeling and minding your own mind and your own emotion.

That’s huge right now. It’s really important. It’s really, really super important. And again, we talk about the hour of power, that first half an hour when you wake and that half an hour that you go before you go to sleep. You really got to make sure that you’re speaking that positivity. I am. Affirmations. Just really visualizing your very powerful being. You’re super powerful. And if you’re thinking positive and you’re being positive and you’re giving gratitude and you’re giving love and you’re giving thanks and you really mean it and you’re being sincere and you’re being truthful and honest with integrity, man, the blessings pour down on you.

I mean, look, I haven’t always, you know, I’ve been a wild young man. I was a wild in my, my 20s and 30s and 40s. You know, I was wild, man. I, you know, I, I wasn’t perfect. But, you know, the one thing that I’ve Learned, especially since 2020, it’s really accelerated. Started in 2016 for me to really start like, you know, like the summer of 2015, and then rolled into 16 and started. And then in 2020, it really accelerated. But I found out in my own life, the more honest I am with integrity and truthfulness and love and thanksgiving and just being grateful, more things come my way because I’m in that frequency to get them.

They’re already there for all of us. Everything that you could ever imagine is already there for you. Are you in the right frequency to receive? Yeah, absolutely. Are you in the right frequency? And some people, if you’re only surviving, and that’s what you’re thinking as well, because the nervous system will disengage most of the brain if you’re in survival mode, which is fight or flight. But really think about that and do whatever you can to get grounded and to be grateful for the things that you do have. Yes, yes. This first segment, and we’re getting into that.

Sister Honey and I like to get into the segments before they start. We, we do that once in a while because it’s wonderful. But the, the, the first segment is called what Survival actually Looks like. And I want to read some bullet points. And then sister and Honey and I are going to talk about this. And you know, of course, listen, any comments get answered, we answer these comments. So we have our. I’ve been answering them. We’ve got people. We’re answering these comments. So if you got a question you just put it in the comments. But our goal is to take you out of the survival mode and bring you into the thrive mode.

So survival mode can look successful on the outside. Survival mode is driven by fear of falling behind. Survival mode measures worth by output. Survival mode resists rest because rest feels unsafe. Survival mode is always bracing for impact. What’s gonna happen? Survival mode reacts quickly but reflects slowly. So acts quickly but reflects slowly. Survival mode is efficient but not peaceful. And so you think about what I just read to you, the bullet points, Sister Honey. You know, a lot of people are stuck in that. They do think they’re thriving, but they’re only barely surviving because they’re caught up in all of these different programs basically that they’ve been indoctrinated with, whether it’s through the school system or the government or wherever they got indoctrinated.

Yeah, it’s like keeping up with the Joneses and it’s keeping up with all the different things. And it reminds me of like a soccer mom, you know, and she’s got to get their kids ready for school, get them off to school, go to work, make sure she’s done with work fast enough to get them to soccer practice and then get home and then make dinner and then, I mean, that is not fun. That’s not a fun existence. It’s way too much. And that’s the way that we’ve been taught we’re supposed to be living. And it basically just keeps you distracted from yourself.

Yeah, it’s not life. But you would see how that survival mode can look successful on the outside. You’re describing that where you have, say, a professional mother who’s working and taking the children to the soccer practice and cooking the dinner and, and cleaning and slaving away for everybody else, but not taking care of themselves, not giving time to themselves. And I’m not telling people to be selfish, but you are being selfish to yourself. Most people are very selfish to themselves and they’re not doing what they need to do within. And they are in the majority, I would say the majority of the people on this planet are running in survival mode.

What do you think, Sister honey? Yeah, and I think we have been forever, you know, like that’s been the program. And I think people are just now starting to pull out of it. And you can see it in the 30 year old group, you know, and they’re like, no, I don’t want to have a big house. I’m going to get a tiny house. I’m not going to be obligated to a huge mortgage. Right. I don’t care if my car is like 10 years old, I’m fine with it. Yeah. You know, that kind of thing that is basically stepping out of the Matrix.

And they’ve already done it, a lot of them, and they’re very popular because a lot of times they’re filming it. Yeah, well, yeah, they, yeah, they’ve got, there’s so many, so much opportunity for the youth. Those folks that are in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and like you said, you know, the, the, the baby boomer generation in the, in some of Generation X, the big houses, the big, you know, a lot of big, big, big, big. And now you’ve got other generations where they’re like, no, we ain’t doing that. We’re, we’re going to keep it nice and small and comfortable and we’re going to travel.

You know, that’s one thing I have a lot of respect for these, these young adults, you know, they’re, they do maintain that smaller existent footprint, basically, but they travel, you know, that, that home footprint where, you know, you’re locked down to a location. A lot of them are traveling all around the world and enjoying their life where, you know, you would never, I would have never been raised, I wasn’t raised like that. You know, I was raised to be basically in the survival mode, you know, running on the hamster wheel. Yeah, yeah. And travel is thought of as something like extravagant or scary, you know, and I love it.

Like, it’s so important because you step out of your point of view. Yeah. When you travel and you see other points of view and it helps with your personal growth so much. Yeah. It’s another one of these bullet points. Was saying about how when you’re in a survival mode, you resist rest because rest feels unsafe. So you’re not even comfortable to, to chill out, to take a break. And it’s so important. I, I am seeing more people waking, waking up. But overall, you know, some people were talking about, well, 80 of the people are awake. I don’t feel that 80 of the people are awake.

I don’t even think it’s even anywhere close to that. But more are waking up. And that’s a great thing because that is, you know, they’re increasing their frequency. They’re working on their mindset, they’re working on themselves. And as we get more people doing that, it’s increasing the frequency of the whole collective, which is really helping us, you know, move this, this, this heaven on earth into a right direction because we see, you know, My poor wife and I, I love her to death. She was talking about, you know, my son calls her up and my daughter, and they’re like, oh, World War iii.

And I’m like, oh, my gosh, who cares? That’s not what’s happening. Yeah, no, I know, but even if it was. Yeah. Because there is no death and we’re eternal souls. Who cares? You’re not even going to know it. I mean, then you’re in a place that’s my goodness gracious. I mean, compared to here right now, when you’re in a. In your soul presence and where you’re able to go and what you can do, you ain’t losing out. No, it’s much harder here. It is much harder here. And it’s beautiful because we’re changing that right now. But there’s no reason to be afraid of anything.

No, no. And fear is that flight and fight mode is part of that survival mode. And again, we talk about nervous system, and people are probably saying, well, you guys are talking about nervous system too much. Well, it is the control grid. And if you’re not paying attention to it and it’s getting overloaded, all kinds of malfunctions are going on in your software. Okay. Your hardware, your software and everything. That’s why it’s so important to ground. That’s why it’s so important to get out in nature. That’s why it’s so important to turn off the news, the.

The negative news. Stop listening into the fear porn. Go over and listen to Sister Honey and about the Furies and the dragons and stuff over there. You know, there’s a lot of people having fun and laughing. Get into something that you’re going to laugh about. Go over to step in your power and listen to those songs my son just released. Oh, my gosh. Even on the YouTube channel here, they’re amazing. They fire you up. They fire you up. Get stuff in your life that’s going to make you feel good because you aren’t going to thrive if you feel like crap.

No. It’s gonna get harder and harder to bypass ourselves, too, to say, oh, well, I’m. I’ll do that later. I’ll take care of myself later. It’s gonna get harder and harder to do that because the universe wants you to take care of you first. Yes. And that’s so important at this point. And if you don’t do it, you’re going to get like, something will happen that makes you do it. It’s pushing you back, right? Yeah, It’s Pushing you back. I’ve watched that happen last year, and now we’re sitting in. In the first Mercury retrograde of the year.

And again, I will say, folks, utilize these Mercury retrogrades to do your column exercises. You know, get your padding. Yeah, These are all my. My tasks from last week. I didn’t get them all done, by the way. And you know what? I knew I wouldn’t get all of them done, but I. I wrote them down anyways, besides my teamworks. And then I just put the first thing of this week, finish all the tasks from last week. I’m not hard on myself. I used to be really hard on myself. I mean, probably harder than anybody, but just grab a pad and right down the middle, you know, align.

And at the top, what the subject matter is. Wellness, relationship with kids, grandkids, spouse, whatever food, whatever you do, whatever you want to go through and put what serves you and what doesn’t and really go through that inventory, you know, through the Mercury retrogrades is a really good time to look at, like, what you’ve got already going on. And how can I optimize that personally, professionally, in all areas. Don’t start anything new. Don’t do it. No, no. And we’re being pushed to not start anything new. That’s why people, when they ask me what their purpose is.

Our purpose right now is to be present and have as much happiness and joy as we can to help the world shift into a better space. That’s the frequency to hold and celebrate that things are changing now because they kind of. Everything gets thrown up in the air as things change. Just like if you’re moving from house to house and you have a huge mess. That’s how it works. And that’s what we’re doing right now as a collective. And. And it’s beautiful because on the other side of that is something that we create together that’s so much better for everyone.

Yeah. And I don’t know if I showed this image. I don’t think I did, but. Bingo. Still, in survival, if that’s you, you need to really pay attention to what we’re talking about, because it’s really important that again, as you see these things falling apart all around us, you got to stay focused. I don’t care what’s going on in all these other countries. I really don’t. You know, it. I. I don’t care. And I’m not going to listen to the news and get wired into that stuff to where then my frequency and my vibration is in.

In the wrong. You’re going in the wrong direction. I’m not going to do that. Know another thing before we go into the next segment? Survival mode measures worth by output. How true is that, sister Ani? That it’s, you know, so true. And then not only do they have. We’ve been taught that. We’ve been taught to love people because of that. Like, if they don’t behave exactly the way that we want, then we won’t love them. Whereas unconditional love is what we should be doing. If they’re not behaving in a way that’s good for you, then you can say, I love them and I’m gonna let them go do their own thing.

But to carry anger about what they’re doing to you because of their behavior, that’s not really. Doesn’t really work either because we’re all one being ultimately. So, yeah, that doesn’t work at all. The output. No. And I was. I was driving that in my 20s, 30s, and 40s, like no tomorrow, you know, I was all about output, output, output, output, driving, driving, driving where I actually, you know, missed. Even though my kids tell you, they’ll tell you I was a wonderful father and all of that, but I worked 18 hours a day. I’m not kidding you, that when I wasn’t working, I was sleeping, you know, and then I was working, you know, I put that output out, Put that output out.

And it’s not what you need to do. It’s. It’s. You don’t have to do that. You can. You can slow it down. It’s another thing that they’re talking. You react quickly. I would. I used to react really quick. Really quick. And I’ve learned to slow that down too, because you gotta. You gotta react slower. You know, don’t react so quickly to things. But let’s go into the next episode, sister honey, what thriving actually feels like. And let me read some of these bullet points and then we can talk about that. Are you hearing me? Okay, do.

Is my Internet all right here? Your Internet got a little funky, but it seems better now. Okay, I’m gonna unplug one of these things. So if I. I had both the WI fi and the hard code plugged in at the same time. So I don’t know if that was affecting it. It might. Might have been. Hopefully it didn’t on the recording, but. So let me read these bullet points. Thriving feels spacious, not rushed. Thriving allows pause without panic. Thriving measures growth by alignment, not speed. Thriving includes rest without guilt. Thriving makes decisions from Clarity, not pressure.

Thriving builds sustainability. Instead of urgent, urgently thriving feels grounded in the body. Boy, those definitely make sense, right? Yeah. And how many of those are you doing right exactly? If you don’t feel grounded, then you’re probably in fight or flight. Unless your normal is to be floaty. Now some people are, their normal is to be more floaty. But if you’re not feeling grounded at all and you’re not making decisions well, and you’re not feeling good in your body, your body is your instrument. It’s your awareness here in this matrix that we’re in. So really pay attention to how your body feels.

Yeah, I, you know, I, I feel about, like think about when I was younger, I would always be rushing, you know, rushing and rushing and rushing. And it seems like the society that we live in, it’s all about rushing. You know, we gotta all just take it easy and understand that. I, I was this weekend, I was working with, with AI, you know, we had a conversation before this episode and I’m looking at what these things are doing and I’m thinking to myself, my gosh, you know, 50 of the people on this planet, they’re not gonna have a job, I mean, you know, or they’re gonna have to do something different because these things.

And you know what, it’s, what’s really interesting, it’s the plumbers and the electricians and those type of people that will still have jobs for a while. It’s the marketers and the lawyers and the other white collar people that will lose their job first. And so we have to, as a society, move into a situation that’s not this capitalism type of deal, you know, where you’ve got a few people benefiting in a massive way and the majority of the people not even making it, you know, they’re not even surviving. Some of them. You know, it’s terrible what’s going on around the, around this planet, but it’s going to change and it’s going to change quickly and again.

Where are you, where are you putting your, your focus? Where are you putting your energy? Where is your frequency taking you down what path? Yeah, yeah, that’s so important. Where are you going? And can you observe yourself? That’s another thing. If you’re in fight or flight, you cannot observe what you’re doing. You can’t zoom out and look at your life and say, oh, I see a missing piece over here, I’d like to fix that. If you, you know, you just can’t get to that point. If you’re in Survival mode. So. And that’s actually one of the most intelligent things that a person can do is zoom out and see your whole situation from up above and make changes.

Yeah, that’s really important. I. I’m looking here at this other. Because so many of these things relate to me personally too. As, you know, in the younger years. As you know, I’m 60 years young. Many in this lifetime. Many, many, many more years. But, you know, thriving allows pause without panic. I used to panic when I paused. I mean, really get, oh, I can’t stop. Yeah. And get into a panic mode for just pausing. Now I don’t do that any longer. But I know a lot of people feel like that. Like, they feel like, oh, I can’t stop.

I gotta keep going, or just everything’s gonna fall apart. I feel like it’s. If they look at themselves too, you know, if you pause, then you can actually see your life and see that, oh, maybe I’ve missed a bunch of stuff, you know, maybe I’ve missed my happiness. Right. Yeah. Right. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. And, you know, being in alignment with. With everything, you know, that that is in your best interest. The flow of energy, that’s one of the things I’ve really been working on, is not trying to go against the energy. You know, wherever we’re at, whatever the energy is, I’m better going with the flow of that energy than fighting against that energy, where then it could just put me back further.

Right. In a certain thing that I’m focusing on. I really am paying attention of where we are with the energy and making sure that what my actions are, are in alignment with the energy that’s out there and not worrying about how fast I get to where we need to go. Right. But just enjoy the process of that journey as we’re going there. Right. I was telling my wife as we were sitting, this is my office over here in. Dr. We’re on the back terrace here. And I was looking at the hotel they’re building. It was nothing before.

And it took them, like, for the foundation, you know, this has a point, by the way, too. The. So for a long time, there was nothing. Like, we weren’t seeing anything. Right. We bought one of the units over there for retirement. And so, like, we were wondering what the heck is going on. But all these cement trucks were coming in. All these cement trucks were coming in. All these cement trucks were coming in. And this is, like, right across from the Las Terrenas sign in Dominican Republic in Samana. And so all of a Sudden we’ve seen a little bit now, this was six months that they were doing whatever they were doing.

They were building the foundation. They were building the foundation so deep so that they could then build the structure on top of it. By the way, the roof is going to have a swimming pool on it in a bar and restaurant and all that. And. But they spent that time on the foundation. And I think a lot of people don’t spend that time on their foundation. The things that are important for you to thrive through, no matter what. I, like I was telling my family, I don’t care what’s going on. I’m thriving through. Yeah. I’m thriving through it.

Yeah. It’s so important. And that’s kind of when you remember people talking about their midlife crisis. So the midlife crisis is you get to that breaking point and then all of a sudden you have to figure out who you are. Yeah, Right. And a lot of people look crazy in that period of time because they’re stopping, usually whatever they’ve been doing, and maybe they go buy a sports car, you know, or whatever, and they’re having a midlife crisis. They’re trying to find their joy again. Yeah, but your joy is not found. Your joy is within you.

And you have to understand that the person that makes you happy is not anybody else or any other objects. It’s you. And you should be making yourself happy again. Just go over there and Sister. And he’s got some great shows. My son Tommy, he’s got some little scarier shows, but Sister. And he got some really beautiful, funny things going on and great education. But also songs like, I mean, after I do my meditation and my tai chi gun, I’ll listen to those songs. I get fired up, then I go for my walk, you know, and if the water is not rough, then I get in.

But it’ll get better as the months go on. But you gotta. You gotta. You gotta bring joy from within yourself. You can’t expect to get joy from any outside sources. Okay? It’s inner. It’s inner work that you need to do. Another thing that it talks about thriving, making decisions from clarity, not pressure. How many times in life do people make decisions because they’re pressured into it, oh, so much, and then you feel negative towards the person who pressured you into it, you know? Right. Or the job that you had to do this thing for or whatever.

I don’t really feel like that’s the future in any way, shape or form. We’re going to be balanced. And I, you know, being as balanced as you can now is important, and standing up for yourself now is important. That’s what happened, you know, throughout the last several years is people have been shown over and over and over again what it looks like if you’re not being sovereign. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah. And again, making decisions from clarity is so much better. When you’re really sitting there and you’re meditating on it and you’re thinking about it and you’re listening to your higher self and you’re listening to the divine and in the spirit, you just really not letting anybody pressure you into any type of decisions.

Your no is no and your yes is yes. And. And you’re a sovereign being and you don’t need to explain yourself to anybody. You don’t, you don’t. Yeah. You know, feeling grounded in the body, thriving, feeling grounded in the body, that’s something you’ve got to work on, too. You can’t just, you know, well, let me just stand on this, this, this grounding mat for five minutes and I’m good for the day. Grounding is a part of life, and you can ground yourself even without a grounding mat. Mr. Honey will tell you, you know, you can, you can do that.

So again, the nervous system has a lot to do with thriving in surviving mode. That’s why we talk about it so much. At least in this physical body that’s really light and water. You know, it might not be physical at all. It might be. But in this form, that nervous system controls that survival, thrive, thriving mechanism and even that dying mechanism. So you got to pay attention to. To it and you got to take care of it and take care of yourself. Anything else you want to talk about here in the. What thriving actually feels like.

Sister Honey, before we move on to no, I think we should go into segment three. Yeah. And I. Before we do, what I want to say here is we have our free community. Step into your power dot com. And if you really want to learn how to thrive and have support and people in that have your back that love you and will pray for you and will help you, you know what I mean? Because you need that community, you can join it for free. Doesn’t cost you anything. And come on in and see what’s going on.

There’s a lot of beautiful things happening. I’ve seen a lot of new members joining and, you know, people, if you need prayer, people send you good energies, people say you love. And it’s also a place where you can give what you get meaning. You can give great comments you can give good information you can love on people. You can, you know, go in and send some energy, prayers, some good thoughts to people that need help. You can do those things and guess what happens? Good things come back to you. Because the more good you do, and you don’t need to go tell everybody about it, but the more good you do, the more comes back around to you, right? Yeah, absolutely.

Okay, so the body’s role in survival versus thriving. So let’s talk about this. The body cannot thrive if it feels unsafe. Chronic tension signals, unresolved survival patterns. You cannot mindset your way out of a nervous system. Stress regulation, proceeds expansion. Supporting the body is not weakness, it’s wisdom tools that support regulation, acceleration, clarity. And this is so important for you to listen to those again and think, really think about that. And again, mindset can’t get you out of nervous system stress. So talk about these, sister honey. The body’s role in survival versus rising. How does the physical body have a role in that? Your physical body is your spaceship here, right? It’s your vehicle here on Earth.

And it’s going to tell you if there’s a tiger. But also it started to tell you there’s a tiger if you have an email you don’t like. So those kind of things, like those messages have gotten outrageous at this point. And I think that we’ve learned to allow that because we’re always on some kind of high alert all the time. So we’re going to come out of that. And the way you do it is you spend time with nature, you get grounded, you let your electrical system, which is your nervous system relax. You give out those, or actually take in those positive ions or negative ions that Jimmy’s always talking about.

So your negative ions, that’s when you put your feet on the ground. So I’m sure that Jimmy is walking on the beach barefoot. Yes, yes. It’s so important. And you need the ground and you need the sun. So really, if you can take time every day to get grounded and to get in the sun, everything shifts. Even if it’s cloudy, get in the sun, you know, get out there. Yeah, that’s important. I. I want to show this image because, you know, I found this image and give credit to the person there in the corner, go see their stuff.

But it really explained it because when people ask me about that nervous system, the master regulator, and it handles all of these other systems and including your entire electrical system. So just take a screenshot of this and read through it and you understand the importance of really taking great care of it and going out in nature and spending time. Look, so many people are waiting for the eb. Is it called ebs. Emergency Broadcast System on ebs. The ebs. The ebs. Look, if my cell phone’s over here and I’m at the ocean over there swimming, and I miss the ebs, I’m okay with that because I’m over in the ocean swimming.

Don’t get caught up in waiting for these things that everybody’s talking about, these catastrophes or the crumbling or whatever. Don’t sit by waiting for that, causing yourself stress and causing your nervous system to be out of whack. You need to think about good things. I mean, time is. Sorry, Jimmy. No, I was just saying time is speeding up. Yeah, it is. And we’re not. We’ve been taught to either look at the future or look at the past. And what is that? That’s bypassing your present moment, which is really the only thing that exists at the moment right now, as we’re talking here, as we’re doing this.

That’s what matters. This moment right now. Again, one of the bullet points, sport, supporting the body is not weakness. It’s. It’s wisdom. And one of the things I think, sister honey, and both. And myself and my wife and a lot of other people I know are getting more conscious about their. Their physical body and really, like, oh, like you see me drinking out of this copper bottle. My wife cleans this with lemon and. And baking soda and high sea salt every week for me. She has one, too. That’s all we drink out of. Now, I’ve got linen sheets coming.

I’ve got. I have grounding sheets at home in Austin, but I’m getting a pad here for my bed here. That way I’m laying on my linen sheets and I’m with the grounding mat. I’m drinking out of my copper. Well, every hospital in the country at one time, you drank out of copper water bottles. Not water, but, like, containers. They put the water in the copper. Yep. And the bed sheets were linen organic on the roof, too. Yeah, for the sun. Yeah, to get. Get the sun. So start doing those things. Start looking at what kind of frequencies are the things around you putting off and what can you do to shift the.

That frequency into things that are very positive for you, because you want to be vibrating in that positive frequency. You want to bring that good stuff around you. You want to attract that to you. It’s not tuned for our bodies yet. So this is how you can tune it, you can change it, and make it better for your body. Because I want all my nutrients coming in. Well, it’s a very, very economical way. You get this band and you get these discs, and you put the discs on your computer, on your phone, on your. Your modem, and the band now you got 400 positive frequencies, and these become an asset.

Now this thing becomes an asset. So it doesn’t even. It’s not even a problem. You just got to make sure you change it every year. Because it’s like a battery. Yeah. The charge goes. But these things have frequencies, and frequencies either have a positive or negative reaction on your body and your energy body and your physical body. Each one’s got even a different temperature and a different feel to them. And the more you hold them, the more you can feel it. When you start feeling energy, you start feeling like what Sister Honey said, the band and other things, you start feeling them even more than the average person feels them.

Love you very much. And this one is how to shift from surviving to thriving. So we got into all these different conversations today. Now at the end of the day, you’re probably saying, sister Honey and brother Jimmy, how the heck do I turn from surviving to thriving? And that’s what we’re going to talk about. So the first thing, I want to read the bullet points and then we’ll discuss them, hopefully. You like this flow? Let me know in the comments if you like the flow because Sister Honey and I like to do that and go back and forth and make sure we’re on point.

I know sometimes people come come on and they wing it. You know that that’s cool. But I want to make sure we’re touching on these points. So these are very valuable for you and help you. And if you feel that way, then make sure you comment and you share them with other folks. So let’s read these bullet points. Awareness is the first shift. Slowing down exposes survival loops. Clarity requires space. Community interrupts isolation patterns. Wow. Community. Step into your power conversations. Regulate the nervous system. Step in your power conversations. You need people to talk to. You do not have to recalibrate alone.

Thriving is built in rhythm, not isolation. So, you know, I sit here and read these, Sister Honey, and all I can think about is the community handles about like two thirds of those. It really does. And I would say the first thing is to be aware of your own stuff, your own thoughts, and remember that thoughts are frequencies, they’re made of sound. You know, there’s sound going on when you’re thinking about stuff and thoughts become things. So really thinking about and managing your thoughts and your emotions and then starting to spend time with people that are like minded, that are kind, you know, that are on the same awakening journey that you are.

And when you talked about how there’s 80% people awake, I was like, yeah, maybe 80% of the souls are awake, but there’s a lot of holographic stuff going on. There’s a lot of what we call non player characters going on and they are not here to wake up. So just knowing those things and having clarity within yourself and then taking that beautiful energy into a community and having conversations, wow, it’s gonna be amazing. Yeah, it’s, it’s interesting. Again, slowing down, how Slow can you go? And I know you’re probably thinking, well, brother Jimmy, that’s crazy. What do you mean? How slow can I go? How slow can, you know? Slow it down, slow it down.

I have to constantly remind myself to slow it down. Like, over the weekend, I just was like a machine because I was working with an AI agent, building out something that was very important for step near power. And I was like, okay, Cindy’s watching whatever she’s watching. I don’t want to watch tv. I’m gonna go in here and program this whole thing. I get it. It’s a. It’s a battle that I. I deal with, you know, get slowing down, taking some breaths, you know, relaxing, going to the beach, going out. You know, we got to do it.

It’s so important in order to move from that survival mode to a thriving mode. And, you know, I’m going to throw. I’m thriving through this. Sister Honey’s driving through it. My son’s driving to. We got lots of people, over 8,000 people, I think now in the community. And you’re going to add zeros to that as we continue to go on through this next three years. Is going to be shaking like you’ve never seen before, Crumbling like you never seen before. But you got to again, just keep focused on what you’re doing, and you’ll see. Like, I go out there, I see no crumbling.

I see no shaking. I see beautiful palm trees and sand and an ocean and happy people and friends, friendly people. That’s my reality. And you can have that same type of reality. Maybe it’s not going to be on the ocean or there. Maybe it’s in the park or at the creek or in the mountains or somewhere. But get somewhere where you’re going to feel good and get that energy, recharge, you know, community interrupts isolation, patterns. Talk about that. Because that’s one of the things I do see when people come into stephanyourpower.com the community. They. Some of them have no.

They had no one to talk to. Like, no to their family. Either disband them, or it’s kind of crazy because there are a lot of people that still don’t have anybody to talk to except for online. And the bigger that step into your power gets, the more local people you’ll also have to talk to because they’re in there, too. Like, people put in their location so that you can go have coffee with people that are in there, you know, and as it grows, that’ll get easier and easier. But we’ve been putting. Put in certain locations in this matrix that we’re in.

So. And we’ve done that because we need to have our energy doing something in that location. And that’s what’s called grid work. But we’re going to start moving around a lot and traveling around and meeting each other and doing things. So what a great opportunity to get to know people that are focused on the spiritual side versus the dramatic side. And this, it’s a great place to be to go in there and have that community get together. And I think people are making beautiful friendships in there. No, they. They are. I see that. I see the, the conversation and I just went over to the members to look and see how many people are in Austin, and there’s like 10 or 15.

So as it continues to grow, more and more people will be in your local area, like Sister Honey said, and you’re going to be able to congregate with them and become a support group for each other. And then you have your online family simultaneously. So when I’m looking at the surviving to thriving, how do you do that? Well, yeah, you’ve got to. Your, you know, your awareness needs to shift, your frequency needs to shift. This is an inside game. This is your game. This, yourself is your game. No one else’s game. You only can bring joy, but it is also that support from a community and other souls, and that’s what you have there.

I think whether you’re going to do it and step in your power, you’re going to do it somewhere else. You need to get that type of support. Besides working, you know, on yourself and working on your energy, you know, your energy is the most important thing for you to work on. Back to you, Sister. Yeah, I think everything is in balance. So take time to be with yourself. Take time in nature that’s going to really boister up you and your own energy. Make sure that you have all the things that you need. Make sure your body’s protected, make sure that you have your minerals, you have your vitamins, you have your good water, you have all those things.

And also have that community, but be sovereign within it. You know, don’t spend eight hours a day in any sort of social media, but spend some time, you know. Yeah, yeah, it’s important. You know it. You know what? One of these things, I don’t know if I read it. It’s a space for reflection, rhythm, and grounded in integration. This is exactly why the free step, your power community exists, right? It does exist. For that reason, you do not have to Recalibrate alone. Thriving is built in rhythm, not isolation. Conversations regulate the nervous system. So you going in there and having conversations with people help regulate your nervous system.

So, you know, there’s no downside. And we don’t let any type of attacks or negative behavior go on in there. I can promise you that. And there’s a lot of folks in there that are of the Light. We call this the Community of Light and the Sanctuary of Empowerment. It’s all about you stepping into your power. And, you know, it’s interesting, that name came to me back in 2022. It was actually created in 2020, believe it or not. The numerology on it is. Is crazy. Just grab the name and do the numerology on it and the gematria to blow your mind.

And now I’m hearing that word being, those words being said so much more often in the spiritual communities now about stepping into your power. And that’s what you’ve got to do. You’re either going to be stepping into your power, you’re going to be completely stepping out of it. And I would rather thrive by stepping into it than barely survive or die by stepping out of it. It’s your choice. It really, truly is your choice. And you can make it happen like this if you really want to. Back to you, Sister Honey. Well, I think that’s really important.

We all have a choice of where we want to be right now. And I think a lot of us want to go through this ascension process in the body, and there are some around you that may choose not to, and that’s okay because maybe it was just too much for them. But thriving through this process versus surviving. Surviving is going to go away. Like, the whole idea of people just surviving, that’s not going to exist anymore. Everybody’s going to be thriving. So you might as well start to learn how to do it now and really love yourself through the process.

This is your opportunity to give yourself unconditional love, which is what you are being given by the universe, by God, by source, whatever you call it. You’re being given unconditional love, and this is your opportunity to give that to yourself. Yes. Yes. We want you to come over there and join us. You’ll have fun again. It’s not something that you want anyone to be addicted to. You go in there, you love on people, you get prayer, you share. You know, you have communication, you can build some local relationships. You have a support mechanism. These are. These are beautiful people, the people that engage.

You know, again, if you have all this at your fingertips, and you don’t do anything about it, then it doesn’t mean anything. Right? You know, information without implementation is meaningless. It doesn’t mean anything. So let me go over this last stuff, and then we are going to close for today. But we really love you all very much. But if you. If you’re realizing you’ve been surviving. So based on this conversation, if you’re realizing you’ve been surviving, that awareness is powerful. There is nothing wrong with you. Your body did what it needed to do. Now you get to decide differently.
