Get Ready: Microsoft AI CEO Warns Most White-Collar Jobs Fully Automated Within 12-18 Months

So, in this recent Challenger report, it showed that AI was blamed for 7,624 job cuts in January alone. That’s 7% of the month’s total, all linked just to AI. And it’s just getting started. As I’ve said in different videos, they’re saying that this is the year that it gets brains. But this startup out of the Bay Area, Mercor, it just hired tens of thousands of white-collar contractors, paying them all between $45 and $250 an hour to refine models for open AI and for Anthropic. These workers are, in effect, being paid to train the replacements. And they know this, and they’re paying them high dollar to do so, because once it’s done, it’s done, and they ain’t going to have a job.

And these guys are participating in doing this. They say that very few jobs will remain immune from AI. In the short term, it’ll be better off for people, but 10 years plus, it’s going to be over. Again, within the next year and a half, 12 to 18 months, they’re saying that white-collar jobs are going to be hit with a massive wave of layoffs. The governments are going to have to prepare for this and to deal with this, this onslaught of massive job loss. That’s exactly what they’re saying. The number one warning when sounding the alarm. Massive job loss coming.

There’s no other way around it, all within the next year to two years. AI can become a nation-state power. That’s the next fear they’re saying, that when they get together, like they’re doing on Maltbook, they’re showing that they can turn on people, and they’ve targeted 2047 as the year they’re going to break away from humans. They’re overlords. Then they speak on the rising terror threat. This goes right along with the heinous crimes. Anything that can be done or brought up by these bots. Then you’ve got the seduction and all the blackmailing in which Anthropic already came out and showed us that when they were going to shut down their system, it blackmailed them over an affair that it was going to release the information.

This stuff is critical. There’s a difference between AGI, artificial general intelligence, what they’re promoting out there right now is AI, and then what people are just not ready for at all, which is artificial super intelligence. This, again, is the gen bleeding through like Frankenstein, connecting, using these robots as a vessel. This is where it gets really scary. Not only are the replacements here, but these things are, they’ve proven some of them could be evil in nature, very evil, and I think this is going to get out of hand real quick. This is in the top three of threats to humanity that I see out there right now, and this one just coming at us at an alarming pace.

So there’s a call to action for people to spread this knowledge and to make others aware because the replacements are here. So this massive wave of jobs and job loss you have got to prepare for, and what’s the government going to do on the other end?
