Transcript

What they do not mention is that Andrew Tate’s father was in the CIA. So these guys, it’s just every single time, right? Dark. Ahoy, matees. This is under the Docks with Parado American and Uncle Sean charting through the treacherous waves of documentaries to let you know, do they sink or do they swim? Have a doc you want reviewed? Contact us at paranoidamerican.com under the docs.com kill the mockingbirds.com and don’t forget to, like, subscribe and share the show. And today’s show, we’re going to invite you inside of our manospheres. I’m not sure what those are. Have. Have you ever heard of a manosphere before this documentary? I thought that was some, like, pornhub like Pride month thing, but I wasn’t sure.

Links below. We’re gonna red pill you today. You’re gonna get so red pilled and Jack, bro, that you’re gonna get a Lamborghini and you’re gonna get a broad and you’re gonna tell her, you know what? Go make me a sandwich. If not, I have five more. And if it doesn’t work, it was the Jews. All right, let’s plot the course on this one, which I gotta just say off the bat, this entire premise is that Louis Thoreau is kind of now like the out of touch boomer dad that’s like going around like, what are these kids doing on this Internet these days? Dude, I.

I know Louis Thoreau through his Scientology documentary, which we’re gonna have to cover is like one of my favorite Scientology documentaries of all time, where he just goes to interview and he’s like, why are they acting so weird? It reminded me a little bit of like the Tickled series that we ended up doing. So anyways, Louis Thoreau has kind of been on the scene now for a couple decades as this guy that does documentaries with weird subcultures. And in this particular documentary, that subculture is called the manosphere. And here’s the description is that acclaimed documentary documentarian gains rare unrestricted access to explore a rising ultra masculine network and its polarizing influencers.

And then they end up having Louis have direct interviews with Sneako, Nicholas, Ken De Blazy, Myron Gaines, HS Tiki Talkie, who’s Harrison Sullivan, Justin Waller, and Ed Matthews. And let me just say off the bat, I hadn’t heard of any of these names before here. I heard of Sneako before, but I thought that it was like a sneaker company. I didn’t know it was like a person with like a YouTube or anything. So, anyways, apparently that these are the. The personalities that your 8 to 12 year old boys are watching online, most likely. And I will say, I do know some of these people.

I don’t know this HS Ticky Talkie, which is one of the lamest names I’ve ever heard. One of the gayest names, which is ironic because they really don’t like that stuff. And I’m like, why would you even think of that? But, like, sneak. Yeah, true. And Myron Gaines. Myron Gaines is on the Fresh and Fit podcast. He’s in that Andrew Tate realm. And I have a lot of hot takes on these guys because it kind of irritates me. I won’t get too much into it yet, but they. I know who they are, unfortunately. All right. I mean, the.

We kind of plotted the course. LRO goes and hangs out with a bunch of manosphere blogger guys, and eventually I think that his take is to show that maybe they’re lying a little bit about what they’re doing, how much money they’re making, how open their relationships really are, like, how confident they really are. I mean, yeah, of course. That all of them kind of freely admit. Like, bro, do you not understand? This is how social media works, is that you show yourself driving a nice car and in a nice house and, like, it’s part of the act.

That’s part of what gets you. The clicks and the following and all that. And. And I guess the whole time is just Louis Thoreau being like, but wait, isn’t. Isn’t this contradictory? Wait, isn’t this hypocritical? And you can almost hear them being like, bro, shut up. Of course. Of course it is. Yeah, we’re not idiots. Like, we’re making money here. This is a business. So that’s like the whole premise of it. And there’s some interesting awkward parts where he’ll go into, like, their home, and it’s like, their mom’s there or their girlfriend’s there, their wife’s there, and he’ll just be like, so this is your girlfriend, huh? Like, and you said that she’s cool.

Like, if you went out and just got like another three girlfriends, if you just went out and, like, banged someone right now, she’d be cool with it. And. And they’re like, yeah, yeah, of course. Yeah, she’s totally cool with it. And the camera pans to the girl and she’s clearly, like, not cool with it. Like, yeah, I guess that would be okay. You know what I mean? Like, that’s essentially the entire documentary over and over again. And then when they go to HS Tiki talkie at the end, I think his girlfriend had left him at this point, or one of the girlfriends, I don’t know how many.

But then the mom’s there and he’s like trying to say things under his breath and his mom’s just like, oi, what did you just say? And like hitting him with a slipper. And like, you go clean that up. And he like, absolutely is like a mama’s boy. Does anything that she says. And anytime that he mentions his thoughts on, you know, like, women, she’s like, that’s disgusting, that’s horrible. And he’s like, yeah, but this is what they’re like. And even she tells him, she’s like, you’re talking to like 14 to 18 year olds. Like, I’m a 40 or a 50 year old woman that has life knowledge.

You’re talking to children and basing your entire stick on all this. But again, I think that every single person he talks to is totally self aware. And the whole time they’re basically just like, xnay on the ICR a Louie, you know? Yeah. They’re like, hey, man, you’re ruining my scam, bro. Like, I got a good thing going on. And one of the scenes you’re talking about is Myron, Myron Gaines from the Fresh and Fit podcast. And if you are not aware of what they do on their podcast, basically they bring on a couple guy guests, right? And they have him and his co host and they bring a bunch of women that are Instagram models, specifically, like, only fans, girls and Instagram models.

So I’ve not liked these guys for a long time because I think they have disingenuous conversations because you’re like, come on, bro. Like, of course they’re gonna say stupid. They’re Instagram models, they’re influencers. They’re only fan models. Like, they’re not gonna know these things. And then they equate that to be like, this is how women are. You know what I mean? Like, one thing I, I want to mention that they always say, because this is a hot take of mine, is that they’ve always going on the, on there and going like, you know, a man should never date a single mom.

That’s like, that’s horrible, man. Like, you know, it’s a. And, and I get what they’re coming with it, right? Like, statistically, like, if you break up, like, obviously, like, you’re not getting the kid, right? You’ve invested in that child And I’m like, I get that. Like, that could be painful for a man. But then in the same breath you say, single women are the reason children are. Are horrible. And you’re like, okay, well, we’re not gonna stop this. Single women and. And single mothers without someone stepping up. So wouldn’t you want a man to be in that presence at some point and put some, like, good influence into them? They’re just a bunch of grifters, right? This is the real word of what grifting is.

Like, I know that word’s thrown around a lot, but that’s what they do. They. They rage, bait people by saying stuff. And when he’s talking to Myron, his girlfriend unexpectedly comes up, and you could tell they weren’t prepared. And Myron is prepared and he’s media trained where he’s like, hey, man, I know the cameras are always rolling. I’m playing the game. Yeah, I can have 25 wise. Like, I’m looking to have 10 more wives and this and that. But he didn’t expect. And you could see the uncomfortableness when Louie’s like, yeah, so you, you don’t mind if he gets a couple more wives? And she’s like, you know, we’ve talked about it, like, it’s been on.

And he’s just like, yeah, yeah, we’ll come to that bridge when we come to it. And you could tell, like, he’s deflecting. And Louie even calls him out, like, hey, man, sounds like you’re trying to avoid what we’re saying. And then he kind of brushes it off. But that is basically what Louie is doing. He’s trying to get you gotcha moments. Like, you know, you guys are liars. And he. The one thing that he did poor job of is like, yeah, they know they’re lying, bro. Like, they know they’re being disingenuous, but they also know that they’ve built an audience on this, that they have to continue it.

Like, they’re not going to get paid. Do you think they’re going to just go, you know what? Thanks, Louie, for coming over here, man. And now you’ve shown me the light and I’m going to change. No, they’re not going to make money doing that. Like, and some. There was just a lot of that going on where you’re like, louie, get. You get a reality check, bro. Like, do you not know how the Internet works whatsoever? Do you know, not controversy, like, NWA saying the police was not like, oh, wow, bro, you shouldn’t say that about the police.

Yeah, people thought that, but controversy sells. So that. I think that’s one of my biggest criticisms of this one, is that Lou Theroux is kind of acting like this really dumb, like, oh, is this how the Internet works? Is this how. Wait, aren’t you lying about that? So walking away from this, I didn’t know what the manosphere was. I didn’t know what any of these names were, except when they brought up Andrew Tate. And I know Andrew Tate because I’ve got some friends in, like, education that are constantly complaining about how, like, Andrew Tate is, like, causing havoc among the boys and causing all these, like, bad behavior and everything.

So Andrew Tate comes up quite often, but they don’t actually have him in this documentary. Maybe he was smart enough to just not be involved with it. And they get all like these B and C level, sort of like manosphere influencers. But my, my takeaway, which I think is accurate, maybe you correct me if you’re more familiar with some of these guys, but the premise is that all of these social media male influencers is that you have to be like, ultra rich. Not just like, doing well, but like millions lambos. You got to have like a nice villa with a, like a pool, hot tub, and like three levels and all glass walls.

And you, like, you got to be balling out of control. That’s one of the. The requirements. Got to be jacked, that’s fine. Got to be at the gym all the time. Then you also have to have a girlfriend, sl. Wife that is totally open to you, having open relationships, but clearly, like, they wouldn’t be allowed to have an open relationship. And I. My understanding is that, I guess that otherwise you’re whipped and that if you’re monogamous, then you’re whipped. And that means you can’t be an alpha male because an alpha male needs to spread his seed like Jeffrey Epstein would or something, right? So, like, so if you’re, if you’re not meeting all these criteria, then they’re going to tell you what you’re doing wrong with your life and how you too can be rich, be jacked, and have, like 20 girlfriends and all the girlfriends won’t be angry at each other or something.

And everyone’s, like, on board because they see how baller alpha male you are. That’s. Is that the premise? Am I missing any, like, nuance out of that? Yeah, you got it, man. And, and really, I guess just the cat’s out of the bag. Paranormal American’s new podcast, Jacked in, Red pilled. Right. You Know, get rich. Yeah, that’s pretty much what the premise is. And I find it hilarious because they’re always talking about getting out of the Matrix, right? Like, I think they. That Andrew Tate is kind of considered, like, the. The start of all this, but it’s not.

It’s all these guys. They. Someone saw that it was going like. Like wildfire, and they’re like, let’s all jump on the train. But they’re talking about getting out of the Matrix. And I find it funny because they’re like, in some thoughts, I’m with them, right? Like, a traditional job is like, hey, you’re just plugged into the system. You got to do what you got to do. I get that thought process of, like, try to get out of the system. But then they’re like, hey, make sure you’re dressed right. Make sure you have this kind of car.

Make sure you’re like this to women. Like, you’re like, bro, you’re still in the Matrix. It’s just another. Another form of it. You’re just re. You’re. You’re the woman in the red dress. You’re the one that’s trying to be like, look at me. Flashy. And you’re trying to TR. Us. It’s like, you’re not unplugging. You’re not. They do in a breath kind of say some of this stuff, but also it’s kind of propaganda if you think about it. Myron. Former. They. Even Homeland Security, they. They mentioned in the film. What they do not mention is that Andrew Tate’s father was in the CIA.

So these guys. It’s just every single time, right? Like, when it’s a hot rock band or somebody, like we see in the 70s, all these movements, and then you’re like, oh, yeah, his dad worked for Intelligence or his mom or somebody, and. And again, the guy that’s pretty much the godfather of all this, his dad was in the CIA. And he’s even mentioned it. I’ve even put videos up on it. And people will not. The. The Andrew Tate stands will not let it go, bro. They’re. They’re like, no, you don’t get it, though. You. Because you’re not jacked.

And I’m like, whatever, bro. Like, he’s manipulating you. So I gotta say, let’s. Let’s just jump right into Overboard and Hidden Treasure moments and all that. Just. It’s like, all mixed together on this one. So part of this, though, is that I 100 recognize some of these same different, like, archetypes, right? It doesn’t like, you don’t have to be in the, the male social media manosphere to have some idiot hawk crypto onto you or tell you about like, oh man, you got to break out of the Matrix and sign up for my newsletter. That’s $14 a month.

And you’ll totally break out of the maid. That’s the one thing that you’re missing in your life is signing up to my medium articles or to like my, my Patreon, right? Once you’re on that Patreon, bro, the whole world’s gonna turn around for you. It’s like that happens in every single little bubble online. It’s not just this one manosphere thing. The one thing though that starts coming up halfway in is after they get into the Matrix stuff, then they start getting into like conspiracy theory stuff. And then it’s like, well, they don’t want you, you know that the people ruling the world, they don’t want you to be self reliant and they want you to live in this like, enslaved matrix system.

And as they’re saying this, I’m like, okay, yeah, yeah, I get, I mean, at least they’re, they’re giving kids some sort of real information out there. And then you see Louis Thoreau, Louis’s like, and who’s they, by the way? Like, who, who would be, you know, the people that are keeping you down. And it just goes to like the five different people he’s following single one of them is like, oh, it’s the Jews, bro. It’s clearly the Jew. The Jews are, are running this whole thing. And then Louie sort of turns this into like, and now anyone in the manosphere, they’re probably.

It’s just a code word for being anti Semitic. And you want to keep your kids away from this because they’re going to get in the crypto and get into gooning and get into anti Semitism. And that’s really why we should steer them away. And as soon as the documentary started taking that kind of eternals, like, wait a minute, what happened to just like, hey, these guys are hypocrites. They’re clearly lying to make money. Like, sure, that’s great to point out, but now you’re gonna be like, and they’re conspiracy theorists and they hate all the Jews. It’s like, whoa, whoa, whoa, we need to like, I’m catching some strays over here.

The now you’re saying that anyone that believes in conspiracy theories is also gonna be like, empowering and fueling anti Semitic conspiracy theories. Here’s Where I feel like we. We need to have a longer discussion. And it does actually brand people that way. Because when I met my girlfriend three years ago, and I’m like, you don’t tell everybody, like, hey, I do a podcast. They’re like, hey, what kind of podcast? You’re like, might not be for you, man. It’s not for everybody. I always try to preface that because I don’t know how people think. Even though I’m kind of like, I consider myself a little neutral, right? Like, I try not.

I don’t follow either side, but I’m like, yeah, I hate the government, man. Like that. That’s. It’s not easy to say that. And one of my episodes was called Red Pill something. And she’s like, oh, God, you’re one of the Nazi. Yeah, what are these Red pill. Like, and she had a term for. I forget what it was. And I’m like, what the hell is that? And then they’re like, yeah, you know, the guys that are all this red pill stuff. And I’m like, let me tell you this. A traditional conspiracy theorist didn’t even talk about red pill, blue pill.

We just watched documentaries. We. We learned information. We were like, hey. I was just like, bro, this is crazy. Did you see this? I wasn’t like, you’re so red pill, bro. I was like, this is a new Internet you’re based. And this is my problem with. Now Louie is out of touch too. But this is one of my problems with, like, guys like Sneako, it’s like, yeah, you’re kind of telling people, like, some truths. You’re like, hey, look at the. Did you notice that they all just show one eye? And like, he’s. He’s giving some. Like.

Like, it’s so surface level, conspiratorial. You’re like, bro, he’s not going and breaking it down, like, where this all comes from. And like, what it is. He’s like, it’s Satanism. It’s only Satanism. So it’s the Jews are Satanists. And now it’s funny because with what goes on with, like, the Middle east in general and everything, that other people are like, yeah, Muslims, just Satanists. And I’m like, so is everybody just Satanist, bro? Like, is nothing else. If you’re a bad guy, you’re just a Satanist. And it’s just as dumb thing as just saying, oh, the Jews did everything.

You’re like, bro, there’s so much. It’s laziness, man. It’s. It’s pure laziness. And you’re telling your audiences because it’s simple. It’s an easy hook and punchline for social media where you can go on there and be like, yeah, man, it’s not my fault, it’s the Jews. And you’re like, well, if you analyze what you’re doing, how are you making money then, bro? I thought you weren’t able to make money because they’re holding you down. So maybe you’re a little bit more connected to these things you’re talking about. And I will say that one of the I think is a hidden treasure in all this is that you get this where then now I’m on this.

So I’ll go back and forth. I’m like, ah, Louie’s a piece of. Like, Louie’s an idiot. These red pill guys are idiot. But then I bounce back like, oh, Louie made a funny point. Like I thought it was funny when he exposed them to be like, even though we know it, but I just liked it from my own personal self because I don’t like them where you’re like, yeah, bro, you’re not gonna have 10 wives, bro. You’re really behind closed doors, you’re like, hey, babe, I love you, babe. Stop this that you’re talking about. Like, they’re just trying to like, you know, that was all for the camera, right, babe? We’re cool, right, babe? Yeah, we’re so cool.

You know, I had to do it. You know, how do we make. That’s how we make money. Like, you knew that. But then I also liked it too, that the. These manosphere guys or red pill guys started going at Louie like that HS tiki talkie was like, ah. So like, like you’re gonna expose me, huh? Like you’re. Hey, don’t you have a famous pedo friend or something like that, that Jimmy. What is it Jimmy Devine or what? Yeah, and he’s like, yeah, and he kind of back, backtracks and then they go hard on him even. It’s funny too when they make fun of him because they, they hit that boxing glove thing, you know, the.

The test, your test, like your strength. Like that tiki talkie guy hits it, you know, it’s like 900 something. And then he just. With the most effortless, like woke liberal left like stereotype. And then that was hilarious. So I think there is some like, good parts like the Hidden Treasures are. There was funny moments of them kind of going at each other. And I will say too that these red pill guys, as annoying as they could be, They’re a lot smarter than people give them credit for. They’re not dummies. They know exactly what they’re doing and they’re making money off of it.

And they’re keeping their character and shots out to them for at least being able to, like, stay in the moment no matter when the camera’s rolling. Yeah, I mean it. To me, it was evident that they were all self aware, every single one of them. Like, they don’t say this because they can’t. It’s like the magician that’s never allowed to be like, yeah, of course it’s all fake. Yeah. Like, look, it wasn’t even a real rabbit. Like, I’ve got all these tricks. Like, they don’t really come out and say any of that, but you can hear it in just their responses and, like, the looks they’re giving Lou.

And it’s just like, of course I wouldn’t say this in front of my mom. What are you da. Of course I wouldn’t. And like, the mom’s there. And, like, the mom’s like, damn right he wouldn’t say that in front of me. I raised them to smarter than that. So, like, clearly it’s this. This different Persona that he’s getting into. I. And I think that one of the other hidden treasures here, too, is that part of this is Louie trying to show, like, this toxic online male community. They’re just a bunch of hypocrites. And that they’re just trying to make you feel insecure about your masculinity or your wealth or whatever it is.

They’re trying to make you feel insecure and then sort of harvest on top of that. But you can see that it actually got to him because then at the end of the documentary, he’s like. And look at this. And he goes and he punches one of the. The arcade punching things, and it gets, like, into the 800s. And you could just tell that that had been eating him inside the entire time, that he didn’t feel like a real man because he didn’t know how to make the arcade game score go beyond a certain level or whatever.

Let me just say, like, there’s people that can just learn how to hit those machines in just the right way and at the right time to get a high score. Like, hitting an arcade machine punching bag doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re strong or skilled or any of those things. But I just thought it was funny. I don’t know if that was a self aware, like, little, like, joke that Louie was like, hey, look, here I am doing this punching bag because I’m insecure, but it’s about a documentary about not being insecure. I don’t know how much of that went into it, but I thought it was a great way to end it.

But although ultimately, I don’t know if anyone learned anything new, I don’t know if Louie learned anything. I don’t know if the influencers that he was talking to learned anything, because again, the whole time, it almost felt like Louie. Like, Mr. Magician. Mr. Magician. There’s no way that 800 rabbits could have came out of that hat. The hat’s not big enough. And they’re like, yeah, I know. Kids, shut up. Sink or swim inside the manosphere. You don’t learn anything. It’s a kind of a waste of time. Even if you don’t know about. It’s just gonna play to the side.

If you’re already all about it, then you’re gonna be like, ah, they’re. They’re trying to take them down. And this is going to empower them. This is. That’s probably why they did this documentary. They’re not dummies. They’re like, oh, this is just going to fuel my audience more. The people that already hate me. Who cares, right? And then the other side, that is like a Louis guy that’s like, I can’t believe this trash is on the Internet. It’s just gonna fuel them more, which keeps this fire going. So it’s a sink for me, man. Yeah, this is a saying.

This is. I don’t use this word often because I guess it’s like a Gen Z thing, but, like, this is Boomer material, right? This is totally. Can you believe what trash these kids are watching right now? This is crazy. I don’t know, man. There’s a million different influencers out there. This seems like such a tiny little niche of people that are ultimately insignificant. The things that were influencing me between the ages of, like, 8 and 11 probably weren’t the greatest either. They just didn’t have documentaries being made on them in real time of, like, look at what this is doing to your kids, right? So part.

Part of it was like, I didn’t really learn anything new. There was anything here that, like, rocked my view of the world of any kind. It was like, oh, yeah, there’s people that are grifting on the Internet and making money off it. That’s kind of what grifting is. It’s kind of what the Internet was sort of made for. And the documentary itself is just like, A higher corporate level of grift where they’re like, look at all these peasants trying to grift you. Like they should have corporate sponsorship like we do when we grift you. Otherwise it’s kind of like an amateur grift.

And if you want to get grift, we have no problem. You could go to Kill the Monkey birds and get grift or you can go and fight and show real support for a cause like birds aren’t real.
