This is DABU 7. We have reports out of New York that LaGuardia Airport’s terminal B has been evacuated and it is now closed due to this ongoing security threat. The law enforcement there are saying that they’re doing a sweep on the scene because dozens of passengers that were in the area were around some suspicious device. They’re not saying much about the device. They’re not saying the size, shape, anything about it. But they have temporarily halted all the passenger screening and additional emergency response teams are arriving to assess and to secure the area, but it shut down full scale at this point.

Authorities urging travelers to avoid terminal B and expect big delays and potential flight disruptions because of this. All this developing, but anyone that’s looking to travel and go through this area just know that as of right now, it’s not looking good up here. It’s backed up. People are kind of freaking out and kind of wanting answers. They don’t know how long they’re going to be sitting there. We don’t know as well. They’re still assessing this device.
