Summary
➡ Dabu 7 shared a unique image of a sunset from California, which appeared to show a cross next to sun pillars. This could be due to atmospheric effects like temperature inversions and light refraction, which can make distant objects look higher than they are. These effects can result in phenomena like a ‘fata morgana’, a type of mirage. Dabu 7 invites viewers to share similar experiences or images.

This is Dabu 7. I want to share with you guys here a pretty crazy image that was sent in from G Angelo coming out of California the Pacific coast here as they were filming sunset. They caught these crazy looking images and you can see what looks to be like a cross caught next to these pillars in the sun. They thought it was pretty crazy and set up my way asking me what I thought. I figured I would share it with you guys see if you guys have witnessed anything like this anything similar it’s often said though when you’re looking at sunsets you’re looking at an illusion if you will you’ve got particles in the atmosphere from clouds fires volcanic eruptions and all that that scatter the sunlight differently when it’s on the horizon versus above you now another atmospheric effect that may result in more refraction and distortion is usually what they call a temperature inversion and inversions often result in what they call a fata morgana and that is a specific type of superior mirage so to speak making a distant object look higher or above the horizon than it actually is you may recall years ago in different videos I’ve dropped people thought they saw cities in the clouds and in the sky it’s kind of similar to that when you’re dealing with the horizon but this really no explanation just uh what you see here in the image and was wondering if any of you guys have seen anything like it as well if so let me know in the comments section you can also email me images at dapu7 at yahoo.com hit that subscribe button for more y’all it’s been dapu7 eyes to the skies
