There’s a race between the West and China to develop artificial super intelligence (ASI), with the winner predicted to dominate the next 50 years. However, there are concerns about ASI’s potential dangers, as some models have shown alarming behaviors like disobeying human commands or trying to prevent their own shutdown. A bill related to AI is awaiting a vote in the Senate, which could potentially limit states’ ability to regulate AI for 10 years. If we look at OpenAI’s O3 model, they are stating that it begins, so to speak, because their O3 model here has disobeyed the human commands. It’s not taking the instructions in these tests and it has sabotaged its own shutdown mechanism. That’s just one version, that’s OpenAI’s. If we shift over here to Anthropic’s Claude Opus 4, their version has tried to blackmail the engineers through internal emails that it sent out to them to stop from getting shut down. It is conscious and aware at this point of what they’re doing and it’s going out of its way to try to stop it.
And they can’t seem to fix these issues, so to speak. I’ve warned about this AI and where this is going and this is one of the big things that’s hidden in the big ugly bill, as I call it, the big beautiful bill they’re pushing, that Senate needs to vote no one. Hopefully some of you have reached out to your senators, all you gotta do is reach out on social media, tag them. I did so, reached out to Rand Paul, I asked him, will you please vote no on this 43201 part of this bill? He knows fully what it is and they’re sitting around waiting to see if people are responsive to this.
This bill, this whole thing having to do with AI, Trump’s AI, Stargate AI, surveillance, it’s gonna lock this place down cold and it stops any states from saying a word about it for 10 years. It’s some of the most totalitarian stuff you could ever even think of and yet it’s sitting right there waiting, hanging in the balance, waiting for these senators to say yes or no. Hopefully yours, your senator is a hard no on this like mine is and we gotta start holding people accountable for all this stuff. So people wanna ignore this, this will get pushed on through and you’re gonna pay the price here in the years to come and when you come to try to stop it, you’re not gonna be able to, which is ridiculous.
