Now, Nioshan Island is the closest point between China and Taiwan. It lies about 66 miles away from the self-ruled island. And again, the timing here, just two days after the US and Canada each sent a warship through the Strait to kind of flex to say, Hey, you guys got to keep this peaceful. Whatever. We know the United States is trying to back Taiwan in this whole situation and China doesn’t like it one bit. But this is some of the latest. We don’t know what they’re going to do from here. What kind of drills are going to happen from here? I mean, they’re launching missiles, live fire drills in motion, and they’ve surrounded the place with multiple drills.
I said, any time I feel like this could go live, they may wait till around the holiday season or into 2025. But it seems like it’s all on the table. There’s only going to be so many times that they run a drill or an exercise. I feel it will go into motion sooner than later, especially if you see things start to die down on the Ukraine front. This is the latest, though. Join me for the live streams Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 p.m. Eastern, right here on DABU 7-7, where I talk about this in a lot more and greater detail.
Hope to see you guys here. Much love. [tr:trw].
