What the F*** is Elon Doing There?: Trump Turns On Musk Over Secret Military Briefing About China

➡ Trump is upset with Elon Musk for secretly meeting with the Pentagon about war plans with China. Trump believes this is a conflict of interest because Musk’s company, SpaceX, does a lot of business with China. Trump had previously promised that Musk would not be involved in situations where there could be a conflict of interest. This incident has made Trump very angry.

It looks like we may have the first big feud here between Trump and Elon as Trump is furious after learning that Musk was getting a secret briefing at the Pentagon over war plans with China. Trump then abruptly canceled it. He said what the F is Elon doing there? Make sure that he doesn’t go. This is according to an official who relayed this to Axios. They say that the president was angry over this whole thing because Elon should not be in this position. And the Elon was getting briefed given the fact that SpaceX has billions of dollars of business in China.

So it’s a conflict of interest. And Trump had vowed that Musk in his role at the head of Doge would not be involved in any areas where he has a conflict of interest. So him going around Trump to get this briefing and then Trump finding out about it is taking him off pretty bad. Although he says they’re still cool. Like he’s not like banning him or banishing Elon, but he’s saying that this isn’t right. That we got to keep it separated. And who knows how Elon feels about this whole thing? Of course, I’m sure if he could have got the information you would have taken it, but I trust none of these guys.
