Sort of like the Steve Wozniak and the Steve Jobs. Adam Weishaupt was the, the, the Steve Jobs and Philo was the Steve Wozniak actually developing the Apple software. But you start off with little tasks, you know, so you just do something little. And the more little task you do and accomplish, and that could be just cleaning one cup. So if you got all these different dishes in your sink, don’t do the whole sink, just do one cup.

And if you could do one cup, you’re going to get a little bit of dopamine and then that will get you out of the depression.
