Summary

➡ The text is about a podcast called “Edge of Wonder” where the host, Rob Counts, discusses various topics such as unidentified submerged objects, alien encounters, and futuristic alien technology. The show also includes a Q&A segment and a review of the week’s weirdest news. The host also mentions a bizarre CIA plan to create a toy that would reveal a devilish face in the sun to counter Osama bin Laden’s influence. The text ends with a promotion for their coffee product.
➡ Our team has found a rich, flavorful coffee from Guatemala that we roast in small batches to ensure freshness. This coffee is non-GMO, low acidity, and vegan-friendly, and we’re offering it for $17.99 with free shipping. The episode also discusses unidentified submerged objects (USOs), which are mysterious objects seen in the water that move as fast as they do in the sky. The story of Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker, who claimed to have been abducted by aliens from a hovering spacecraft in 1973, is also shared.
➡ A man named Hickson and his friend Parker had a terrifying encounter with an alien craft. They were taken aboard the ship, where Hickson was examined by a large eye-like device. Parker fainted from fear. Despite the strange and scary experience, both men remained consistent in their story over the years, leading many to believe their account is genuine.
➡ The text discusses various topics, including the Gungan city from Star Wars, the Pascagoula River in Mississippi, and a series about strange sea creatures. It also mentions a photograph of an unusual object taken underwater near Cape Horn, and a sighting of a glowing, cigar-shaped object off the coast of Brazil. The text ends with a discussion about the similarities between submarines and spaceships, suggesting that the Navy might have more to do with space than the Air Force.
➡ There are claims of cigar-shaped UFOs, possibly piloted by reptilian aliens, but these are unconfirmed. In 1972, the Norwegian and British navies pursued an unidentified submerged object (USO) in a fjord, but despite using advanced techniques, they couldn’t confirm its existence. In 1902, a British steamship reported a large, sinking object in the South Atlantic. Lastly, President Trump’s interest in Greenland may be due to a discovered Cold War-era military base under the ice, which was part of Project Iceworm, a plan to install nuclear missile launch sites targeting the Soviet Union.
➡ The text discusses a theory about the Roswell incident in 1947, where a UFO supposedly crashed in New Mexico. It suggests that four alien beings ejected from the craft before it exploded, but died due to exposure and predators. The text also mentions alleged secret projects, such as Project Aquarius and Project Sigma, aimed at recovering and studying the wreckage and establishing communication with aliens. The text ends with speculation about ongoing alien contact at an Air Force base in New Mexico.
➡ In 1972, a project was launched to test fly an alien aircraft, which is still ongoing in Nevada. The project, established in 1968, aimed to assess all UFO information related to space technology. However, there are some spelling errors in the original documents. In other news, an AI representation of a road rage victim in Arizona addressed his killer in court, which could be the first use of AI for a victim impact statement. This has sparked a debate about the use of AI in courtrooms.
➡ The discussion revolves around the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its potential to become conscious, which could lead to dangerous outcomes. The hosts express their concerns about the ethical implications and the need for people to take a stand against this. They also promote their show on Rise TV, where they discuss technology and its impacts, and invite viewers to join them for a live Q&A session. They offer a subscription to Rise TV and a bag of their special coffee as incentives for support.

Sam, it’s welcome to Friday Night Live. An unidentified submerged object, or USO was confirmed by the U. S. Coast Guard and multiple men had alien encounters. That’s right. That’s just the start of the weird research I did this week. Hear all about it and on this Edge of Wonder. Live with me, Rob Counts and tell you a little bit more about this the show. The 1973 Pascagoula abduction event may be one of the most credible UFO incidents in modern history. And it’s not the only one. In the 1960s and 70s, bizarre sightings of strange creatures and glowing lights in the water began to be reported.

But what else could be lurking deep beneath the waves and under the ice? In Greenland, NASA made a startling discovery. Shocking UFO files hidden in the presidential library claimed that the US Made successful contact with an alien race. Yeah. Futuristic alien technology continues to be unveiled, including maybe the strangest use of artificial intelligence seen yet. Dive into all of these topics with me tonight on Edge of Wonder. Then in the Rise TV exclusive segments during the live Q and A, you’re going to get to ask me your questions directly and finally laugh along with the top 10 weirder news of the week.

And as always, we’re going to see you out on the Edge. And are you listening to the Edge of Wonder podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcast or elsewhere? If you could please do me a solid and leave us a five star rating and review. It’s going to help us reach more people because that’s how those algorithms work. And remember, if you’re anywhere else, remember to follow, like subscribe, rumble, telegram X, wherever you guys are, Instagram, Facebook, what have you. Anyway, welcome to the show. How are you guys? Ben is partying somewhere in Austin right now, I think.

Good for you, Ben. Hope you’re having a great, a great time out there, but we’ve got a whole lot of fun stuff to cover here today. Yeah. So let’s kick off the show with some bizarre and cool research I found before we dive into that USO unidentified Submerged object discussion. Did you know the CIA once hatched a plan to make an Osama bin Laden figurine with a face that peeled off in the sun to reveal a devil? That’s right. The aim was to distribute the demonic toys to children in the Middle east and counter the Al Qaeda leaders influence by spooking them.

Look at that thing. Oh my gosh. Donald Levine, the creator of GI Joe, was commissioned to design three prototypes in 2005 as part of the spy agency’s plan to spread smoke out the terrorist behind the 911 attacks. After being left in the sun, the face of one of the prototypes would peel off to reveal a demon like visage with red skin, green eyes, and black markings who bore, I must say, an uncanny resemblance to the Star wars character Darth Maul. What the heck? Just give that guy a lightsaber. My goodness. And some kebabs too, probably. To our knowledge, there were only three individual action figures ever created.

And these. These were merely to show what a final product. Product might look like. A CIA spokesperson said in a statement when the plan was revealed in 2014 and declassified documents. Woohoo. Yeah, I feel like this may have done the opposite effect by giving children a cool action figure of a leader of their country who turns into a Darth Maul sort of face. Yeah, I don’t. I mean, did they research this at all? Like what would be effective in that culture? Like that might be effective out here, I don’t know. But in that culture, that might actually go the opposite way.

It might. Might make them into some type of like crazy gin sorcerer that they want to hang out with, you know, Anyway. Weird stuff. Well, in case you guys were wondering, this day in history, May 16. Years ago, the CCP issued the May 16 notice marking the start of the cultural Revolution. I think this was back in 1960. So that happened on May 16th. And then birthdays today. Liberace, Danny Trejo, Tucker Carlson’s birthday is today. Sammy Davis Jr. And Jim Henson. You know, the Kermit the Frog guy. That’s pretty interesting. There’s Liberace himself. What a. What a.

What a snazzy dresser. I feel like if I showed up to a show like that with that kind of hair, I don’t think anyone would watch. What do you think I would watch? How about we test it out? I think that’s a terrible idea. Especially the sequined outfit he’s got on and the bow tie. I would just. How does he take himself seriously? I just don’t know how he’s doing it. I’d like to hear a poll from everybody. Would you like to see Rob in such an outfit? Yeah, but everyone’s gonna say yes just to embarrass me.

That’s not even fair. I’d say yes too, if I was on the other side of that question. He’s got such a cute little smile though. He could be wearing anything. Hey, I’m not saying he doesn’t seem like a fun guy. I’m just saying I couldn’t. The hair looks plastic. Like how much hairspray is in that hair? And is there hair in that spray? The sequins. I can’t. I just can’t do sequins. I don’t know. Well, he looks amiable, though. He looks friendly. All right, well, hey, let’s get into the metaphysical minute. And by the way, if you don’t have it, why don’t you go ahead and get our Rise TV mobile app.

If you’re out there watching Rise TV right now or you’re on Rise TV and hanging out, you should definitely get the app so you can join in the fun over there. All right, Metaphysical minute, some funny comments over here. All right, so metaphysical minute. Well, you, you know, if you guys watch me, you know that I have a show called metaphysical on YouTube, which has episodes for free over there and exclusive after hours content that you can only find on our platform, which is pretty awesome. And this week’s YouTube premiere went over the top conspiracy theories of all time.

Now the top conspiracy theories of all time. You can kind of check this out right here. It’s a pretty awesome thumbnail we worked really hard on. And the. Yeah, yeah. And so why don’t we play the intro to this episode? We’ll do that really quick. The government never lies. The strong should always become the victors. Assassinations are always just unfortunate accidents conducted by lone madmen. And Hollywood is always just fiction. Right? Conspiracy theories were once thought to just be the product of gullible fools or bored Internet trolls spreading misinformation. But as more truth gets declassified, the secrets can no longer remain buried.

And conspiracy theorists are often proven right. Is Bigfoot real? What if the Nazis didn’t lose World War II? Is there a secret space program being covered up? What exactly is the Illuminati? And did the government crack mind control? I dived into the top conspiracy theories of all time to dig out the facts and rumors and see which might have a deeper story. Whether you’re a conspiracy expert or you’ve never heard them before, let’s dive in together to puzzle out the truth. Join me, Rob counts for a metaphysical show. That’s bad of this super fun episode. I mean, we had some pretty awesome stuff in there.

So, like, did the Nazis win? What if the Nazis never lost? Operation Paperclip. Hitler’s obsession with the occult, a little touch on, like the de Glock, the Nazi Bell, Gary McKinnon, who saw that we had spaceships out in outer space, off world spacecraft, NASA secrets. We had, you know, moon stuff in there. The Patterson Gimlin Film which is all about Bigfoot. Bigfoot vs Dogman, MK Ultra mind control experiments, the Montauk Project, Preston Nichols, the Illuminati, Stanley Kubrick, you know, and more. So definitely go check that out. If you haven’t gone over to YouTube and watch that episode, it’s a banger, so you won’t be disappointed.

Go check it out. Yeah, you know, that was the top conspiracy theories of all time. Which one did you feel like was the. Your favorite into or to talk about? My favorite one to talk about usually. Like, we only really touched on this very lightly, but the Montauk Project is one of my favorite to talk about. And I have to say that even though it’s kind of wacky, getting into the Illuminati stuff is pretty bizarre sometimes because it’s a very. It’s a deep rabbit hole. Which we did get into the Illuminati quite a bit in this one.

We did, yeah, at the end. Yep. Yeah, that’s the last one in there. You know, kind of, kind of had to end with that one because it’s too. It’s too nuts, you know. Well, before we get into this USO discussion, can you tell us about our coffee? Oh, yeah, sure. Well, have you guys been looking for a way to support our content and want something in return that’s really going to help your day? Well, now we’ve got metaphysical coffee. So if you stay up all night researching or you just have a ton on your own plate, we’ve got something you’re gonna love here.

Our team’s super picky when it comes to coffee, so we found single source beans from Guatemala with a deep, rich flavor. Totally impressed us all. And these are 100% Arabica beans that are roasted to a perfect medium dark roast. It brings out a really nice, slightly roasted character. And you know what, we know that you’re on the go and you need excellent coffee fast. So we small batch roasted our beans within days of when they’re packaged to make sure that we can ship it to you quickly. And this coffee is non gmo, low acidity, medium body, medium richness, gluten free and vegan friendly.

So what’s not to like? We’ve been getting awesome feedback on this coffee and now we’re offering you individual bags for just $17.99. And we’ve got you covered with free shipping. So just click the link in the description or go to metaphysicalcoffee.com to get your 12 ounce bag of metaphysical coffee. And if you’ve ever wondered what a Non GMO coffee bean would taste like in an alien spaceship on an entirely different timeline, or inside the Great pyramid of Gizus 20,000 years ago, when Thoth himself walked the Earth. Or what it would taste like, you know, in Austin with Ben.

It kind of tastes a lot like this coffee. Yeah, try a sip of metaphysical coffee. All right, well, hey, did we want to keep going a little bit and get into this? Yeah, so. All right, you guys, this whole episode is on what’s called USOs, which are unidentified Submerged Objects. These are objects that are actually in the water or coming out of the water. Now, what’s weird about this is, is the UFOs or USOs that have been seen in the ocean go as fast, allegedly, as they do when they’re in the sky. Okay, this has got to be one of the weirdest parts about this entire rabbit hole, is that how can an object in the ocean go as fast in the ocean as it’s actually going in the sky? When the water slows everything down so much, I mean, it would have to allude to there being some type of force field, slash, anti gravity field around the object that’s allowing it to travel that fast the way that it does.

So this is super, super interesting to start. Did you want to start with some of these clips here, Lindsay? You know what, you can, why don’t you just tell us the background first and then we’ll hear directly from one of the people that this happened to. Sure, yeah. So Charlie Hickson and Calvin Parker told local sheriffs, reporters, and even the US Air Force that they’d witnessed an oval shaped craft hovering over the Pascagoula river on October 11, 1973. Now, weird creatures emerged from a hovering egg shaped spacecraft and floated one foot in the air towards Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker, who were at the time fishing, because, you know, why would you not be fishing if your name was Charles Hickson? That’s just a fisherman’s name.

It is. So they took them by the forearms and floated with them back to the spaceship where they were placed on a table and used a gadget that looked like an eye to examine them. Look at these things. That’s weird looking. Yeah. Check out those hands. They were like claws. Well, in the eyes and the face is just super bizarre. I’ve never seen aliens that really look like that in any. It looks like a 60s, you know, fake version of an alien. Yes, true. But it looks like what you’d assume an alien would look like if it came out of the water instead of out of the sky.

Oh, like Creature from the Black Lagoon? Yeah. Isn’t. Isn’t that weird? Like, who would have thought that the Creature from the Black Lagoon has that high tech? Okay, so I got a photo. This does not look that dissimilar to this. No, it doesn’t. So Creature from the Black Lagoon is a documentary? Maybe it is. And maybe that’s an alien instead of it being just like some weird cryptid thing. That’s weird, man. Oh, that’s. That’s not fun. I mean, if I saw that thing coming at me in the water, I’d be kicking pretty hard. Maybe that’s why it’s always after pretty ladies, because it really takes people.

Probably. Look at that poster. It’s pretty great. Yeah, it’s a. It’s a really. I love the art from that era. Me too. Comic book art and everything. It was really fun. Very cool. So what happened to these guys, though? They saw this thing. Yeah. So a little more information on the creatures. They were five feet high, had pointed ears, two eyes, and a hole below the eyes, which is weird. Maybe they were breathing out of that or something. I mean, one of them made a buzzing sound. Their hands resembled pincers. After the examination, Hickson and Parker were taken back to the wharf where they had been fishing.

And at first the two decided not to tell anyone because nobody would believe them, of course. But then they decided to stop at the Mississippi Press offices. No newsmen were there, so they went to the sheriff’s office. Captain Glenn Ryder said he didn’t believe the men. At first I thought they were pulling my leg. The young boy, Parker, was scared to death. He was almost in shock. The captain tried everything he knew to break the guy’s stories, but they persisted. He hit a tape recorder in a cell with them to see if they’d say anything contradictory.

But Hickson said on tape, my God, I never seen anything like this in my life. My nerves are a wreck. I gotta get out of here. And Parker was praying the whole time. The captain said, if they were lying to me, then they should be in Hollywood because they. I guess they were that effective, right? Hickson’s story didn’t ever waver from the beginning. He passed all lie detector tests. And both men were interviewed under hypnosis by Dr. J. Allen Hynek, chairman of the Northwestern University Astronomy Department. What else did Hynek do? Why do I know? I feel like I’ve heard that name too.

What is his name again? Jay. What is it? Dr. J Allen. A L L E N HYPNOTIST I think something like that. All right, here we go. Astronomer, professor, ufologist. He worked on Project Blue Book. Oh, whoa. That’s why we know him from 52 to 69. So he interviewed these guys and did hypnosis. Is that what it sounded like to you? It’s. Yeah. Basically they passed him along to him and he passed a lie detector. Both. And both men were interviewed under hypnosis by Dr. Allen Heineck. So he might not have hypnotized them, but he was questioned under hypnosis by this astronomer.

Wow. Or what? He was the chairman of the Northwestern University Astronomy Department. So you want to hear an interview with. I believe this one is Heineck. Yeah, for sure. Let’s. Let’s check this out. I am going to put this on 1.25 speed just to get through the clip. Sure. Is it a little slow? Yes. Got it. I’m sitting on an old pair fishing out into the river. And I don’t know whether what really attracted my attention, but I heard a hissing like sound. And when I turned and looked behind me, there was something, some kind of craft that was.

It was probably 18 or inches or a foot off the ground just hovering there. And they were two blue lights up toward the front of it and they were either revolving or pulsating. And I really didn’t know what to think. I didn’t know what it was. It startled me at first. And I stepped down off the pier and I looked around and I saw Calvin step down too. And he was looking the same thing I was. And about time we stepped on the ground. There was a door open there in front, just seemed to appear there.

Probably a sliding door. There was brilliant light that came out of the. From outside of the craft just to be in flight. And there was something that some. Well, I know now it was robots, but there was something that came into the door. There was three of them in fact, one behind the other one. And they just seemed to glide out of the door and never touched the ground. And I didn’t know what to do. I become quite frightened at that time. And the river was behind us. We couldn’t go that way, so. And those things were getting close to us.

And when they got up real close to me, I guess I just froze. I don’t know. But then they came around and one of them took hold of this arm and I felt pain in it just instantly. And one of them took hold of the other arm and I seem to just rise up from the ground at the height they were in more or less a leaning position. They weren’t very tall. I mean, I’m 5 foot 8, and I was a little taller than they were. And about that time, Calvin, he was to my right. I saw one take hold of him and he just went limp.

And I found out later that he had. He had passed out. He had fainted from the fear, I suppose. Anyway, these things, they just. We just went right onto the craft through that door, into that bright light, went into what was probably the middle of a room or compartment. And it appeared to me that it was round and the light was glowing from the walls and overhead and the floor. And we stopped about middle ways of the room, I suppose, and they just released me. I couldn’t move anything but my eyes. I could move my eyes.

I don’t know why I could move them. I couldn’t move anything else. But anyway, they released me. And a few moments, I suppose it was. But out directly in front of me, something came out of the wall that it appeared to me that. Just a big. I always refer to it as an eye, a big pupil and eye. And it moved up in front of my face. And it remained there for few minutes, a moment, I suppose, and he went downward and went under me. And I’m assuming he went up the back side because he came back up over my head, came back in front of me, and it remained there for a few more, probably a minute or two or more, and it moved back into the light in the wall and disappeared.

My first. Whoa. So that was. Which gentleman was that? That was. I believe that was Hynek, because his partner. No, no, his relative Heineck was the. Was the astronomer guy. Oh, I’m sorry. Hickson. Hickson, yeah. Parker passed out when the creatures grabbed them, but Hickson remembered the whole thing. Right, right, right, right. That was. That’s the one who passed the lie detector test. He never changed his story. And the craziest part about this was you don’t often hear of aliens levitating out of a. Out of a craft. They. The. His description of that and how they were gliding out of the craft towards them.

And then. I mean, that was really strange. This can’t be an accurate image of that thing because he described them as. As having two eyes with holes beneath the eyes. Right. I don’t know whose artist rendition this is, but this is another one that we just watched. And pointy ears. Two eyes. Holes beneath the eyes. Maybe it is, because. Look at these. Yeah. Maybe that’s the nose and those are the ears. I Mean, he must have informed someone to draw this, right? I don’t know, but they’re weird looking. That’s the flight of the navigator craft too.

Yeah, that looks just like it. I’m looking for an image of that for you. Oh yeah, yeah. The flight of the navigator craft. This one? Yeah. Yep. But there were no aliens in that movie. It’s just a. Yeah, there were. Remember the little alien that he was hanging out with in the, in the craft? There’s a little cute guy, kind of. It’s been a while. He was like a little creature alien. Oh, he’s little. Little, yeah. Super cute. I will pull up a photo of that too. And then it was just an AI craft that he was talking to mostly, but there was that creature guy.

Yeah. See? Yeah. These are cuter than whatever took these men. You think? Yeah, he was like hanging from that thing. I remember that. Right. About that. So what do you think? Do you think this guy was legit? I do. I think there’s too, there’s too much. Like the sheriff’s account of his encounter with the men. The fact that after all of these years they never changed their story, it’s always been the same. And the shock that the men were under, I think kind of proves that this was. Something happened to these men. At least they’re convinced something happened to them.

So something happened. Yeah, yeah. What do you guys think though? Do you think that this is legit? You got a comment? You got to comment and let us. Let us know. And that’s the. There he is. There’s Hickson and Parker. What’s his name? Parker. Parker, that’s right. I got another drawing as well here. So they’re just tiny little eyes. Slits. Yeah, looks like it. Look at that craft on the, on the right there. That’s really interesting in this, we’re talking about this with USOs, not because they saw it come out of the water, but because they were fishing by the water.

I don’t know. Like, look at the guy. Go back to that image. Yeah. Like the guy below, like he’s 100% traumatized. Like he’s thinking about that and he just wants to go away. Yeah. Poor guy. Poor guys, right? Like he looks like a gentle hearted guy who just got stuck. Stuck in a, in an alien encounter. Like that dude is like all he’s done all of his life is just go onto a lake and fish and all of a sudden he’s getting abducted by aliens and doesn’t know what to do. It sucks. Well, we got any other accounts? Here.

Yeah. So here’s a. It’s a USO, not a UFO. That’s the article here. 1973, Pascagoula, Mississippi. So another strange object has been sighted on the Pascagoula river where two fishermen reported being taken aboard a spacecraft by weird creatures several weeks ago. Is this the same. Same place? No, but is this the same story? So it’s two separate fishermen? Yeah. What? So these. Sorry. Another object was sighted on the river where two fishermen reported being taken aboard the ship. It’s the same place. Oh, it’s the same place. I thought there’s. When they say where. They’re saying that.

That happened right now. I see. The Coast Guard called the latest sighting and identified submerged illuminating object. Raymond Ryan, 42, said he saw the object while fishing on the river Tuesday night. The Coast Guard confirmed the sighting. Ryan. So that means the Coast Guard saw, too. They confirmed the sighting. Ryan said the underwater light followed his boat and repeated efforts to beat the thing away with an oar only made the light gel dimmer. At first he related. He. At first he related. He decided not to tell anyone about the sighting. Much publicity has surrounded the report.

The reported sighting several weeks ago of an unidentified flying object in the same vicinity by two other Pascagoula fishermen who claim they were taken aboard the craft by creatures with claws. But Ryan said he finally summoned his twin brother, Raimi, and the two of them went back to the brackish waters and poked at the light with oars again. So they are all fishermen. Yeah, these are all fishermen. Quote, the object was located in 4 to 6ft of water moving 4 to 6 knots, the coast Guard reported. The officers named the object an unidentified submerged illuminating object and described it as an amber beam, 4 to 6 inches in diameter, attacked, attached to a bright metal object.

Coast Guard officials said they tried to retrieve the object, but it would appear to go out and move away and then reappear. The report said the object traveled on several different courses during the hour they had it under surveillance. USOs started being more commonly reported in the 60s and 70s. Yeah, and here are some of the weirdest we found in old newspapers. Wait, wait. Before you go on to any more. Yeah? We got a comment from Zip. I forgot this. The cops left the room when the first two guys were. They were so freaked out, they went to the sheriff’s office or the newsroom, and there was no news people there.

They went to the police next. They put the guys in a cell, and there was a hidden tape recorder. No, no. It said that in the Article that I read. Yeah. And they kept talking about it. Yeah, they were just like freaked out. And one of the guys prayed the entire time and the other guy was like, I got get out of here. I can’t believe that happened. Like they were just freaked out about the event. No idea they were being recorded. Yes. That’s insane. Yeah, that’s what I mean. Like, the reason why I think this was real is because the sheriff’s account and the fact that he tape recorded them, along with the fact that their story has never changed all of these years, you know.

Do you think that the sighting was the same thing twice or are there more than one objects in the area? I think probably it was the same object and the object was active for a period of time during that because it was in a what, a two week period that, that all of this happened? I don’t know, but it was a short amount of time. Well, look at the, the beginning of this article. It says that another strange object has been sighted on the Pascagoula river where two fishermen reported being taken aboard a spacecraft by weird creatures several weeks ago.

So several weeks later this happened. That. Yeah, it’s got to be the same thing. Has to be the same. Like a family of Gungan. No, but I mean water. I mean civilization, people. If you’re an alien craft and you’ve got work to do, I mean, you’re probably going to be there for a period of time doing whatever work you’re doing and then you’re going to skedaddle, right? Yeah, but the Gungan city, man, whatever. Those guys are so lame. The only lamer creatures in Star wars are the. What was that? No, they weren’t. They weren’t even nearly as bad as these guys.

These are called Gungans. What was Jar Jar Binks’s name the most? Is a Gungan. So annoying. That’s what I’m saying. Their city’s really cool though. Look at that. And it’s underwater. Yeah. Well, clearly a different designer than the Gungans did. Their city. Their city should look as lame as they do. So what’s the light coming off these objects? I mean, I’m sure that underwater they’re, they like the ship has a light and it’s searching for things, it’s doing something. Who knows what the light is? It could be. It could just be a light. But the way that this eye thing came out of the wall and was observing the man and scanning him and stuff sounds like that light thing that everyone is seeing could have had multiple different yeah.

Functions like it could have be doing all kinds of things, like looking for certain things. I mean, that’s weird. Why are their hands shaped like that? I can’t get over it. I don’t know. I mean, yeah, they said they were like pinchers and, like a crab person. Because they live in the water. I really. I. That’s what I’m saying. Like, it’s just strange that these are submerged objects and then they appear to be more seafaring than normal aliens, yet they have tons of technology and. We’re sorry. Can you pull up where the Pascagoula river is? Like, where is this place? Like, pull it up on a map.

I want to see where this is. What state is it in? It was Mississippi. Mississippi? Well, I mean, if you’re going to abduct people, abduct someone from Mississippi. I mean, seriously, no one’s gonna believe them. Here you go. Here’s a map. It touches the Gulf of Mexico where there are USO sightings. So maybe there’s a network of rivers, like Loch Ness style, where. I don’t know. I’m making stuff up. It’s the Gulf of America, Lindsay. Oh, yeah. Not on this map. Yeah. Okay, so this is the Pascagoula River. So this is just leading up to where it branches off here.

Because then it’s called Leaf and Chickaswanee. Okay. Saw Way. Okay. Wow. What a name. Well, this is right near Alabama, too. That little area. Because this is right near. Okay, so to the left of it is. Is Louisiana, and to the right of that is Florida over there. So this is. This is that little area where Mississippi and Alabama touched the Gulf of America, slash Mexico, whatever you’re calling it these days. That’s really interesting. Yeah. Well, before you lead us into the next story, why don’t we go to a trailer? Yeah, let’s do that. Can you tell us a little bit about our SEAS series? Oh, yeah, yeah.

We’re. This is what our trailer is going to be about, is the Seas. Yeah. So we’ve got seven episodes on our SEAS series. And it goes through everything from psychic octopus to the Loch Ness monster, the different Loch Ness monsters and different lakes around the world. Anything strange about the seas and creatures that live in the seas, we basically covered in the series. And you can get all of that on Rise TV by subscribing to our work. It’s just 12.99amonth, and you get thousands of videos that will keep you busy for a very long time. Yeah.

The Leviathan, sea serpents, massive squids it gets. It goes everywhere from strange sightings to, like, biblical creatures. Really? Even into. Yeah. Aleister Crowley’s Loch Ness rituals, which was a really interesting episode. Yeah. Cthulhu and the Kraken. Yeah, it’s a. It’s a. It’s a doozy, that one. Definitely. Check that out. Well, let’s watch that. That trailer, and then we’ll be right back. What if I told you that octopuses are so smart, they may even have extra sensory abilities? That’s right. I’m talking about a psychic octopus. That sounds like a terrible B horror movie. What’s happening? It’s a huge split.

It’s got the glider. In 2010, during the FIFA World cup at South Africa, an octopus octopus in Germany correctly predicted the outcomes for all seven of the German team soccer matches. But he also picked Spain to win the final against the Netherlands. The octopus. Who was named Paul. Who names an octopus Paul? This octopus Paul indicated his favored teams by choosing between food and glass cases containing flags of two opposing teams. You’ve heard about Cthulhu and the Kraken. You’ve wondered about superpowers in the occult. You’ve seen movies and TV shows reveal truths that even they may not have realized.

Is a cephalopod takeover on the horizon? Are eels interdimensional? Have reckless oil companies unleashed an evil on the world that they don’t want you to know about? Join Edge of Wonder for a deep dive into the cryptids of the abyss. Monsters of the seas were long thought to be myths, but some magic hunters sought power for themselves, believing that old legends held secret truths. Why did the famous occultist Aleister Crowley make his home on Loch Ness, which later became famous for its elusive creature? Why are there so many paranormal sightings in the area? What other creatures of the deep have been spotted in Scotland that are largely ignored or considered local folk tales? The human mind enjoys impressive visions of unearthly creatures.

Now then, the sea is precisely their best medium, the only setting suitable for the breeding and growing of such giants, next to which such land animals as elephants or rhinoceroses are mere dwarves. Find out what creatures may be a lot closer than 20,000 leagues under the sea. Join Edge of Wonder for a deep dive into the cryptids of the abyss. All right, like I said, all that is on our Rise TV platform that you get access to by subscribing to our work. If you’d be so kind. And back to the USOS here. We’ve got more cases of USOs in the 1973 time period.

So all this stuff is going down in 1973. And this is the Tampa Tribune Times in 1973. So on August 29, 1964, the U.S. ocean Graphics. Excuse me. Ship El Tannon was taking pictures with an Underwater camera at 13,500ft below the surface from 1 miles west of Cape Horn. One of the photographs captured what looks like a curious piece of machinery on the ocean floor with projecting rods which could have been antennae. It seems inconceivable that this was a plant, since no sun reaches those abysmal ocean depths. The only other natural explanation that seems conceivable is that it was an unknown type of coral.

That’s weird. Do we have. Does they have any photos? So basically they took a photo of the Millennium Falcon. Got it. Well, this is just an example. I know. I’m just kidding. Noted oceanographer Dr. Dmitry Rebikov saw and attempted saw and attempted to photograph in the Gulf Stream on July 5, 1965, a huge pear shaped object, definitely no form of aquatic life. 40 eyewitnesses is number three saw something that was intercepted the Argentine cargo ship Navarro at midnight on July 30, 1967. The skipper of the vessel, Captain Juliana Ardanza, said the object spotted off the coast of Brazil was the shape of a Cuban cigar and glowed with a strange green, almost white phosphorescence.

That’s right before you see a reptilian and never see anyone or hear from them again. That’s crazy. It was an object which navigated and submerged as any submarine, but its strange luminosity made it unusual. It was not a mirage or an illusion, but a real thing. What does it mean that it intercepted a cargo ship? Did it attack them? I really don’t know. Maybe they’re just using intercepted kind of like. I think so. I think it just like crossed the path of intercepted. Right. But 40 eyewitnesses is pretty legit. Yeah, 40 eyewitnesses. Wow. And the, the, the description of this.

I think this is so strange. The shape of a Cuban cigar and glowed with a strange green, almost white phosphorescence. Like that’s super bizarre. That’s like. Oh, Muamua, what, that interstellar. Yes. Object that was cigar shaped and some believe is a UFO or spaceship. But the weird part is the cigar shape itself. Because we’ve heard accounts from William Tompkins and some other people that when, when people try to create a spaceship, they actually study submarines. Because the shape of it and the way it functions in the water is very similar to how it needs to function in Space.

So of course there would be USOs because they’re basically flying in the same conditions. They would need to in space to be able to withstand crazy things. Correct. That’s always been the argument is that the Navy actually has more to do with space than the Air Force because the conditions are so similar in the ocean. Yeah, you can put a, you can put a, a submarine in space, but you cannot put a plane in space, that’s for sure. Well, you can, but only once. Yeah, true. Yeah. But you know, also, you know, a lot of different UFO experiencers and things like that have claimed that cigar shaped UFOs exist and that these are the craft of certain types of reptilian race aliens.

Do I believe that? I don’t know. I’m just telling you what, what’s been said out there. How do you know? How do you know it’s a reptilian? Specifically inside that portal, the cigar shaped, the strange green like white phosphorescence glow. I mean, sounds pretty nasty. That’s true. Could be. All right, number four. November 23rd, 1972, the story hit the news wires that for two weeks the Norwegian Navy aiding and abetted by the British had been playing catch me if you can with what they thought was an unknown submarine. The intruder was in this soyne fjord north of Bergen.

All right, There were reports of a yellowish green spotlight on the fjord and sightings of a dark object on the surface. For about seven minutes one night, six red rocket flares were seen in the fjord. Observers said the flares appeared to come straight out of the sea. The Norwegian navy dropped anti submarine bombs with no result. Strangely enough, at times the Norwegian and British military communications frequencies used for the sub hunt were jammed by some unknown agency. They said agency, but it’s a strange way to describe it. An agency? You mean a frequency. The extraordinary thing is that this massive Norwegian British anti submarine operation, using every available sophisticated technique, was unable even to establish whether there was indeed something down there.

Though there was no doubt of it. Probably because of the light they were seeing. Right, so they could see with their eyes but not with their radar and stuff. Correct. Wow. Norwegian radio carried a report that the country’s defense command did not believe the intruder was a foreign submarine and labeled it simply an unidentified submerged object. Hence uso. Why don’t we use that term more? Why is it UFO that was everywhere? Well, because most, most things that are seen are in the air, are in the air. They’re not under the ocean. Right. Because it’s submerged when they’re seeing it.

That’s the difference. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Number five. According to the log of British steamship Fort Salisbury, the second officer, Mr. A.H. reimer, on October 28, 1902, at 3:05am in latitude 5 degrees 31 south and longitude 4 degrees 42 west, saw with the lookout a huge dark object bearing lights in the sea ahead. The two lights were seen. The steamship passed a slowly sinking bulk of an estimated length of 500 to 600ft. Mechanism of some kind was making a commotion in the water. Okay, that’s some crazy. It’s really interesting to go over these encounters. That was in 1902.

Do you happen to know how to look up coordinates on Google Maps? Yeah. You have to look it up, though. You. You put the number. The number next, and then wet, like the direction, just one letter of the direction, and then you put them in order in the right order, and then it shows you where it is. I’m gonna. I’ll try to do that. You’d have to look it up. How to do it. Yeah, I’m curious where this is. Yeah, okay. It’s in Britain. Let’s try to figure that out. Latitude. So I’m gonna enter exactly what it says in words and see if Google will do it for me.

5. It must be 5L 31S. 4L and. Yeah, I don’t know this AI anyway tells me this, that the locations are. Oh, you can’t see. It is approximately South Atlantic, near the coast of Brazil. Okay, interesting. But why were the British there? Maybe this is wrong. No, not necessarily. I mean, it’s a British steamship, 1902. Maybe they were just way over there. For sure, they could have been. I mean, there’s a lot of trade between these countries. Even back in 1902, right? Yeah, I guess so. Well, I’ll look up how to do this better on a future show, but that’s kind of promising.

Yeah, yeah, very interesting. The 1902 one is really fascinating. It’s weird how close these are. Like a bunch of these. Okay, so there was one in 1964. There’s one in 1965. 67, 72. A bunch in 73. Why aren’t we seeing more and then one back in 1902? So why aren’t we seeing more USOs today, I wonder? Or are we and no one’s reporting it? I don’t know. That’s my guess. I don’t think I would know even a submarine if I saw one out on a ship. Because there has to be tons of U like stuff coming up over the Ocean all the time.

Yeah. You know, from the ocean. I mean, even just now, what our military has, not to mention aliens. Yeah. They have to have some ability to fly in and out of the water for sure. There’s got to be a bunch of, we can get a rocket to the moon, we can get a ship in and out of the water. They have to have underwater stations everywhere and drones and. Yeah, all right. They do it away from people’s eyeballs. Well, we all believe there may be unidentified submerged objects, but what other mysteries are underneath the water? Check this out.

Startling discovery under ice of Greenland boosts Trump’s bid to take over Highland. All right, check this out. President Donald Trump’s push to take over Greenland could be due to a NASA discovery deep under the ice. Chad Green. I mean, really, his name’s Chad Green and we’re talking about Greenland. Chad Green, chief scientist for the space agency, was flying a plane over an enormous glacier in April 2024 when his radar unexpectedly detected Camp Century, a cold war era military base that was abandoned in 1967. Known as the City under the Ice, Camp Century was built in 1959 and it consists of 21 tunnels drilled just below the surface of the Greenland ice sheet, spanning a total length of 9,800ft.

Since NASA found the long lost base, annexing Greenland has been one of Trump’s major policy goals dating back to the 2024 presidential race, citing the need to bolster America’s military presence there. Now, the 66 year old base was used as a front for Project Iceworm, which aimed to install a vast network of nuclear missile launch sites that could target the Soviet Union. Of course, because that was our enemy, right? Greenland makes sense. However, the instability of the ice sheet made launching nuclear weapons from this base too dangerous, leading to the US to eventually scrap this entire idea.

Now, as tensions around the world rise, President Trump has reignited America’s decades old claim to Greenland, saying that the US Needs full control of the Danish territory for national security reasons. After the discovery of this frozen outpost, Trump upped the ante on its plans to purchase Greenland from Denmark, warning that he won’t rule out of using, he won’t rule out using military force to take the island and Camp Century. Yeah, I want, I wonder what Denmark is even thinking by denying this. Like that’s dumb. Like why would you, why would you deny that if, if the President of the United States is, is threatening military force? I mean, how big is, how big are they? Is Denmark population wise or surface area? I would like say both like how big is the population in Denmark? Like 20 million.

Greenland area is 83,000 miles square or 2 million square kilometers. Population of Greenland is probably very little. As of 2023, it’s only shy of 57,000 people total. Okay, but, but what about Denmark? Oh, Denmark. Yeah. I want to see Denmark stats because like what are they, what are they even thinking? I mean Denmark’s surface area is 16.5miles squared. I don’t see how like a small, medium sized state for us. Small state. Yeah. And Denmark’s population is very big compared to Greenland. 5.97 million. That’s very small though, even for a US state. That’s kind of like medium to small.

Go, go back one slide to where you just were. The Denmark size. How. Hang on, I got rid of it. Denmark size is this. Yeah, scroll, scroll down. Miles squared. There was a question there that what state. What US State is the most similar to Denmark? These are climates, these aren’t populations. No, I’m looking for size. I know that answer is not going to tell you. Right. What US probably like Virginia size to Denmark. I’m thinking probably Denmark is about half the size of South Carolina according to AI. So the size of something like Virginia. Yeah.

Or not as big as Vermont. Oh, wait a minute. 1.73 times as big as Vermont. Okay, okay. So. So it’s closest to something like Vermont or New Hampshire. But why do you care about the size? I just, it’s like think about how like we’re talking about a population of 5 million and the size of the country is the size of New Hampshire and they’re trying to hold back it being like Greenland being taken over. Why would you even. Why would you deny that? It doesn’t make sense. Like we’ve been friendly with Denmark for so long. Well, he’d lose some financial.

Would they? I think it’s an extreme financial burden for them to have Greenland, not the opposite. I don’t know. Yeah, maybe just losing territory for a small country already is not ideal. I think they just, I think this is. Want to like invoke the, the. I think this is a globalist political thing of countries that don’t like the United States. I think it’s a globalist political thing personally that they don’t want to lose face to the, the globalist gang in Europe. More likely than not. Regardless, I hope they see the strategic benefits to the United States being involved in a place so close to dangerous places.

Exactly. Like, you know, if you’re so scared of Russia all the time, why would you not allow us to take that over so that we could defend against anything weird going on. Right. Doesn’t like none of that makes any sense. We’ll see what happens. Indeed. All right. Shocking UFO files hidden in Presidential Library Claim US made successful contact with alien race. Yes, this is an actual article here. Papers like the Daily Star and Daily Mail are reporting that a report report was posted on Reddit showing that Roswell did happen. The front page of the document calls it Project Aquarius and Project Sigma.

On one of the only non redacted pages it states that on July 7th, 1947, the date of Roswell, a secret operation was begun to assure recovery of the wreckage of this object for scientific study. On 7 July 1947, a secret operation was begun. Yeah, okay, so I already said that, that’s. During the course of this operation, aerial reconnaissance discovered that four small human like beings had apparently ejected from the craft at some point before it exploded. These had fallen to the earth about two miles east of the wreckage site. That is quite a far ejection. Two miles east of where they ejected.

They fell or at least they ejected and then the wreckage. I guess the craft kept going for two miles. Okay, so all four were dead and badly decomposed due to action by predators and exposure to the elements during the approximately one week time period which elapsed before their discovery. Imagine, imagine ejecting to Earth. You’re trying to survive in the outback on the planet Earth and predators of the area are attacking you constantly. Like there are animal predators that were attacking the aliens that had, that had landed. So they were seen as food for whoever the mo.

Like the bears and wolves or whoever, implying they were dead already. And then there’s like carrying carnage smeared. No, no ground. No listen, animals are eating. They were dead and badly decomposed due to action by predators and exposure. So they could have died. They were like wandering around, didn’t have food and water, fighting off bears and rattlesnakes and dude, can you imagine that? Like they came to our planet and then they’re just getting attacked like in the wilds. And this was the Roswell crash? Well, I don’t know, like was it. It says July 7, 1947, a secret operation was begun to assure recovery of the wreckage of this object for scientific study.

Wasn’t that so? Yeah, you’re right, this was Roswell. Holy cow. Because at least on Wikipedia, Roswell Sundays, it says July 8 is when the newspaper information came out. So presumably the day before it actually happened. Then the news gets a Hold of it. This is the story of Roswell we’ve never heard. Yeah, like, can you, like they should do a documentary just about the aliens falling here and getting killed by wolves. Well, this was what, New Mexico? Right? So. So if this was in New Mexico, like coyotes must have just like attacked the heck out of these things at night.

Imagine aliens wandering around. They have like no muscle mass. They’re trying to get through the wild in the air and the New Mexico desert. Like they’re totally screwed. Like the animals in the desert are going to take them apart. Apart? Yep. But weren’t bodies recovered from Roswell supposedly. Perhaps they just didn’t eject. Maybe some of these ejected and some of them didn’t. Right. You, you got good answers to all these questions. So a special scientific team took charge of removing these bodies for study. Okay. The wreckage of the craft was also removed to several different locations.

See attachment B. So that’s probably. Attachment B is going to tell us where. I don’t have attachment B though, because that’s unfortunate. Is this the document that was on Reddit had redactions. I found this complete one elsewhere. But this image with redactions and this one were posted on Reddit and some people are saying it’s debunked, some not. But nobody knows where it came from. I personally couldn’t find it on like a CIA archive. Doesn’t mean it’s not there. I just couldn’t find it. Can you go back to that last page? We don’t know where it came from.

Just a minute. Okay, understood. Oh, hang on, I gotta, I gotta get it again. Okay, she’s gonna bring that back up. There was something at the top of that page I wanted to show you guys that I thought it was interesting. Magic Eyes only? Yeah, Secret. Top secret. Mag Eyes only. So that’s Majestic 12? I’m assuming. So this is Majestic? Speculation. Yep. Majestic 12 eyes only. Yep. Wow. What is Majestic 12 for anybody who doesn’t know? Well, from what I understand, the Majestic 12 was a pre. A three letter agency. Agency that was tasked with creating protocols for bizarre events on earth, you could say, and how to handle them.

After the Majestic 12, things like the CIA and the NSA and all of these started to appear. That’s weird. So this is for Majestic 12 Eyes Only. What really happened at Roswell? Yeah, what really happened? This is the story. No one knows what happened in Roswell. We may need to dive deeper into this. I think so. I mean, I’ve never heard of aliens ejecting out of any spacecraft. Never mind the Roswell incident. Right. Okay. So civilian and military witnesses in the area were debriefed and news reporters were given the effective cover story that the object had been a misguided weather research balloon.

And this is where the weather balloon story started. Ever since Roswell, every UFO has always been a weather balloon. Good Lord. What that material was made of that they recovered from Roswell, this, this stuff, because supposedly you could crumple it up like a piece of tinfoil and it would spring back out like nothing happened to it. Huh. And that’s what’s supposed to have been a weather balloon. What is, what are we looking at here? These are the famous photos from the Roswell crash in the subsequent days. And this was the material that was recovered that had all sorts of strange properties to it and later was called a weather balloon.

Right. And I think they, after this is after the Roswell incident, they created tin foil. So allegedly tin foil was one of the pieces of technology that they found, along with Velcro and several other things that you were kind of similar to that, and probably things we don’t even know because it was inside their ship. Yeah. AI or something. But there was another page on apparently this Reddit forum saying it’s from a declassified document. That’s what we’re looking at here. And it says weird things about Project Sigma. Do you want to read that? Yeah. Originally established as part of project XXX in 1954, became a separate project in 1976.

It’s a. Its mission was to establish communication with aliens. This project met with positive success when in 1959, the United States established primitive communications with the aliens. On April 25, 1964, United States Air Force intelligence officer met with two aliens at a pre arranged location in the desert of New Mexico. The contact lasted for approximately three hours. A bunch was redacted. And then it says the Air Force office managed to exchange basic information with the two aliens. This project is continuing at an Air Force base in New Mexico. This is in 1976. Right. Became a separate project in 1976.

Yeah. Was part of Something Else in 54, then became its own in 76, allegedly, and then met success in 59 when the United States was communicating with them. And they hung out in New Mexico in 64 after Roswell by years and years. And then the project is continuing at an Air Force base in New Mexico. So theoretically Roswell happens. They set up a base, if they don’t already have one there, called Area 51, and then continue to meet with aliens up through the 60s. Makes sense. What does ts or con mean? Do you know what that is? Say that again at the beginning here.

TS or con. Where does it say that? Next to here, here and here. I don’t know where you are. Oh, sorry, you’re here. I see. Yeah. TS Orcon AI says it’s a specific type of classified information handling. TS is top secret. And ORCON is short for Originator Controlled. Yeah. It must be a level of classification so it can’t be disseminated outside the recipient’s department without the approval of the original originator. Okay. I mean, theoretically that makes them more legit because somebody would have had to look up those things. But I guess that’s not that hard to do.

There’s another project here called Project Snowbird. Originally established in 1972, its mission was to test fly a recovered alien aircraft. This project is continuing in Nevada and some mystery project whose name was redacted. Originally established in 68, its mission was to evaluate all UFO information pertaining to space technology. Project Pounce continues to do something. These old documents just are really fun. Yeah. Assuming this one is real, because I. Like I said, I couldn’t find it on the archive, but it’s kind of floating around the interwebs. I mean, it looks real. Yeah. And some of those majestic 12 documents all kind of look like that.

Hand typed, you know, it’s hard to replicate that. Now that sort of hand typed look and the fact that there were spelling mistakes in the original. Because there’s a lot of like sick here. Because success was spelled wrong. And there was another one here, Nevada was spelled wrong. They retained the misspelling. Right. Their copy. Huh. And the specific amount of X’s. What is Project Something Something was two words. What does sick mean? It’s the mistake wasn’t in the person typing this. It was in the original. And they’re telling you that. Yeah. So they retyped it the exact way it was with the mistakes.

Right. But what does 6 stand for? Is more. I’m more curious. I’m just, you know, because I’ve seen it before and I know what it means. But what does it actually stand for? Don’t know. I mean, I’m looking, I’m finding the abbreviation. I’m just looking for the original. The Latin adverb meaning thus so or in this manner. I see, so it’s Latin. Okay. Foreign. Why don’t we do another trailer and then when we come back we’re going to go over a few other bizarre stories of AI AI of Dead Arizona Road Rage Victim addresses killer in court.

So the AI of a person is addressing a killer in court. So we’ve got to check this out. And we’ll be going over a few other things before heading into our Q and A and the weirder news and history. All right, let’s watch that trailer. Seafaring voyagers traverse the vast seas, sailing for distant lands, lost treasure, ferocious sea beasts, and new worlds beyond the old. But what if their searches across the ocean surface mistruths that lie much deeper. What secrets hide in the Bermuda Triangle? Why do octopuses exhibit an ethereal intelligence? We can’t quite explain our sightings of the kraken and giant squids.

More than mere stories, some creatures have been found to not just survive, but to thrive at depths and conditions we never thought possible. Which begs the question, what has been written off in history as imagination, Imaginings or myths that may actually be pointing to other dimensions, alien worlds or fantastic beings that aren’t supposed to exist? Join Edge of Wonder for a deep dive into the cryptids of the abyss. All right, welcome back. Yeah, that was our Seas. Another trailer from our C series where we’ve got all kinds of episodes on on Rise tv. And we’ll be going over to Rise TV soon.

And I’ll go over a little bit of that before we go over there. But you know, we have a weirder news in history. Weirdest news in history. Excuse me. That we do over on Rise TV every week. That’s exciting. Exclusive for everybody who’s subscribing. And it’s a really, really fun segment. And we’ve got a little bit of an example of very weird news right here, which is AI of Dead Arizona Road rage victim addresses his killer in court. So Chris Pelkey was killed in a road rage shooting in Chandler, Arizona in 2021. Three and a half years later, Pelkey appeared in an Arizona court to address his killer.

Sort of. To Gabriel Horticastis, the man who shot me. It is a shame we encountered each other that day. In those circumstances is a video recording of Pelke. In another life, we probably could have been friends. I believe in forgiveness and a God who forgives. I always have, and I still do. Pelke continues, wearing a gray baseball cap and sporting the same thick red and brown beard he wore in life. Pelke’s appearance from beyond the grave was made possible by artificial intelligence. And what could be the first use of AI to deliver a victim impact statement? Is this even legal? This should not be legal.

This is strange. So, Stacey Wales, Pelkey’s sister told local outlet ABC15 that she had a reoccurring thought when gathering more than 40 impact statements from Chris’s family and friends. All I kept coming back to was, what would Chris say? Whale said. As AI spreads across society and enters the courtroom, the U.S. judicial Conference Advisory Committee has announced that it will begin seeking public comment as part of determining how to regulate the use of AI generated evidence at trial, Wales and her husband fed an AI model videos and audio of Pelke to try to come up with a rendering that would match the sentiments and thoughts of a still alive Pelky, something that Wales compared with a Frankenstein of love.

To local outlets, Fox 10 Judge Todd Lang responded positively to the AI usage. Lang ultimately sentenced Horticostas to 10 and a half years in prison on manslaughter charges. Quote, I loved that AI. Thank you for that. As angry as you are, as justifiably angry as the family is, I heard the forgiveness, Lang said. I feel that that was genuine. Also in favor was Pelke’s brother John, who said that he felt waves of healing from seeing his brother’s face and believing that Chris would have forgiven his killer. That was the man I knew. John said, I have very mixed feelings about this.

I mean, letting an AI appear in court seems to go against the entire purpose of the judicial system, first of all. Second, that’s not really. It’s not like the AI said anything bad, which is fine, or it said anything that could. I’m struggling to understand how a jury could use this as evidence because it’s not, it’s not real. And yet apparently they did, which is kind of horrifying. And that creates precedents for all other future future cases, which is seems extremely irresponsible of this court to even do. Like, why would you make that a precedent for any other case? You guys understand at home how how precedence works, right? Like, once something happens in a courtroom, other lawyers around the world can use that case as precedence as why you should allow AI to be used in an even more serious case when that is not evidence of anything.

It’s an AI, you know. And I think there’s two things going on here because we have statements from the family saying they had waves of healing. Chris really would have forgiven his killer. That’s the man I knew. Great. Like, if you’re gaining comfort from something that’s really not our discussion right now, the discussion is about whether it’s appropriate to use this in a court of law for somebody’s life. Somebody’s going to be in prison for a decade, and maybe that person was guilty. That’s also not what we’re talking about. Also, it could have reduced the judge’s sentence on the guy.

And the. The dude shot this guy, right? Like, so because the AI was so nice or whatever it was, maybe the judge decided to rule in favor of less of a sentence when bro shot the other dude. I mean, like, yeah, like, what’s the goal of using AI? Don’t get it. I do not understand any of this, why this would be an okay thing. This is fully weird. It just gives me vibes of every single dystopian movie I’ve ever seen. Yeah. I mean, what if something’s behind the AI that, like, some nefarious system is behind the AI? I mean, I don’t know.

All this is very uncomfortable. I don’t know why people can’t just be normal anymore. Like, I’m great. We have this new tool, but do you have to use the tool for everything instead of humans? Like, can’t we still have lawyers arguing their cases on each side, normal place? What’s even weirder is that there, when was the. The chess match one, it was like 1986 or something, or 96, I think it was 1997. IBM’s deep blue, okay, became the first computer system to defeat a reigning world chess champion in a match under standard tournament controls. Okay, so in 1997, a, an AI, chess defeated a human in chess.

Now, this match was significant because you can’t just program a computer to beat someone in chess. You’re kind of programming the computer to think how a human does when you’re programming it, because chess has more moves than observable atoms in the universe, according to, like, math, basically. So AI hasn’t really. Yes, we have way more powerful computers, but it’s kind of the same sort of AI as it was back then in terms of. We’re looking at, you know, computers or AI using data and then creating outcomes from the data. So the. The difference is speed. Right now we’ve got these extremely, extremely fast servers that are allowing the AI to.

To compile information from available data very, very fast. And this is. It’s like, very fast. It makes the servers very hot, and you get the. You get the information extremely, extremely fast. So AI hasn’t really developed an incredible amount from there. We just have faster chips and all of that stuff. It hasn’t exactly conscious yet, although it is, of course, going in that direction. Everybody knows that. So it’s strange to me that we’re we. I feel like we’re, we’re dancing with, with the apocalypse right now. Like, we’re really, really dangerously close to allowing this stuff to, to become conscious and to take over.

What do you think about this, Lindsay? Yeah, you know, I’m not sure if everybody knows this, but you have another show on our platform, Rise tv. It’s called Hype xr. And the whole purpose of that show was to talk about technology. And there’s lots of episodes already here, but we have one that’s going to come out at some point about what was, was like afterlife AI. Do you remember that? I kind of do, yeah. That one’s a planned one in the future. But all these discussions about like this one was how relationships are based on AI.

Now this one’s about AI being a matchmaker. This one’s about the atomic bomb and atomic technology, all of these things. I think these discussions are really important because, yeah, we can make fun of a weird news piece, but what happens if we keep allowing these things? I think we need to reach a critical point where people care enough to say this isn’t right and not side with that. I agree. It’s just a strange. We’re in a very strange ethical place right now. It’s just dangerous. It’s very dangerous. Anyway, that’s the feeling I have. Yeah. But hey, we should probably go over to Rise TV now and we’re going to do our live Q and A and then we’re going to do our weirdest news of the week.
