account and by part number three it had to get cast out and he doesn’t remember it as his family sees this six foot four strong young man his eyes go black and having to be physically restrained and a different voice talking his mom says Eric wasn’t there you were not my son and yeah there’s there’s the whole thing so as far as messing around with rituals it’s a real thing and it really happens i i know from from my conversations with others most people will experience it on a less dramatic level but if people get active about here are the rituals by which you will do this you’re giving these unseen entities from the spiritual realm permission to do the driving this one uh this i guess last question is for time constraints and you’re not limited to a one to ten on this but i’m really curious about this aspect that are seer stones off the table now or could jacob israel or could some eight-year-old mormon kid or fourteen-year-old mormon kid stay like hey i’ve got these seer stones and now i’m interpreting something now or has the mormon has the official mormon church been like you know what joseph smith was the last one that was allowed to use these seer stones don’t you dare bring it up anymore like they’re defunct god said they don’t work anymore so you’re lying if you say you found one well the book of revelation talks about it that in the end days every faithful person is going to be given a seer stone into which they look and have all things revealed into them regarding anything that has ever happened on the earth i i view these digital devices this is the babylonian seer stone slash urem and thumbham we all the time look to this for information to learn whatever we want to learn about our surroundings or anything i do very much believe that god has physical objects here on the earth with properties with properties that give us access from the heavenly realm i don’t know how it works i know lds proper would very much discourage anybody from seeking out or using a seer stone i’m open to the idea that that god might provide that but i’m also open to the idea to where when we are seeking revelation from the spiritual realm there’s plenty of spirits of different categories willing to start giving revelation including spirits that want to gain control over you uh hat or no hat is was the hat just a practical thing to block out light or was this like a functional part right now i am in my garage and i have a heater under my table i’m gonna be quiet for just a little bit you’ll probably hear the hiss of it it’s blowing heat on my feet if you’re if you’re listening so at that time it was particularly cold and i put the hat on i i’ve had my hair looking more dapper recently but about once every six months i just buzz my hair and i start over again so that’s what i’ve done recently i am not attached to the hat i think it looks best on camera when i have my hair long enough that it gets combed over to one side well to be more specific i guess i was talking about joseph smith the picture that’s up on the screen i’m wearing a hat okay fair no it’s no okay and this is because uh my understanding is that the hat was not spoken of until nelson was like oh no by the way the hat was real so martin harris who who helped fund and the translation process of the book of mormon he describes having observed joseph smith putting the seer stone in a hat or the urem and thumb in a hat to block out the rest of the light and hold it up there and uh and get revelation from it i’m totally open to it like i i don’t i am not inclined to say martin harris is lying it didn’t happen that way i’m not inclined to do that at all um i’ll share with you just a fascinating interview that you might enjoy um please on this on this very subject um all right that is an awesome beanie by the way well thank you it’s i still got it i like it sometimes i need it all right this guy you’re seeing in a few different videos his name is matt guiles he’s a he even though you’re not zoomed in he’s a doughy face british guy he talks about like this and uh he’s got a seems like a bit of a refined kind of a country refined british accent and he describes being visited by translated beings being given ancient records as well as a urem and thumb and used it for translation and he’s being taken seriously in certain circles like he he okay and so i’m just saying that so you can look it up on your own because it’s fascinating when i’ve listened to interviews with this guy having never read anything that he’s published i don’t get the red flags of shysters of others that i know of who have claimed the ancient records revealed to me angelic visitations i’m inclined to believe this guy is given an honest account of what’s happened to him but he talks about now the the uh the urem and thumb um it’s the it’s described as the spectacles that you look into the end to get information when you look into it you’ll see you you will see the words form and then and it happens in different ways sometimes you see exactly what you’re supposed to say other times you’re giving impressions the way that it’s supposed to be said because there is not a direct translation from this from this ancient language that would be depicted so i’ll be shown a scene and i have to choose words that are going to depict that scene because it’s there is no direct way to just say say it in english this way his interviews are fascinating and he’s describing the use of the urem and thumb um i’m all about this man i’m absolutely gonna digest a bunch of these start with this first one because it’s fascinating and again i would recommend to anybody go through the dutiful is this guy giving red flags other than he says things that are not easy to believe ancient records angelic visitations my guard goes up even though i believe in those concepts my guard goes up because i believe in those concepts and i might have my own desires want me to believe somebody just because it’s so fascinating so i listen to him very skeptically i’m not getting red flags from this guy he may very well be giving an honest account of how to use these spectacles he never describes ever trying to block out light with the use of a hat but if joseph smith was doing that and i’ll even just pull up a picture because i like that joseph smith’s hat let’s see what it pulls up when i look up images so here here’s one that’s depicting and i think that’s depicting uh martin harris helping out right there um the purpose was to block out the light and get whatever’s being shown via the urem and thummim um whatever’s being shown you’re going to see it more clearly by blocking out the earthly light this guy matt guiles he says the urem and thummim it’s like a crutch for those who need that support it’s going to help with the revelation process and getting this but that comes at a point where you don’t even need it and that’s actually consistent with uh what’s described by joseph smith himself by the end of the translation he’s like here i don’t need these anymore because the principle yeah well it he had grown over the course of these months of using it how to receive revelation independent of a device on earth that’s giving heavenly manifestations i’m gonna have to absolutely bring you back for part two three four five six as many as it takes because i’ve got a
