Summary

➡ The Paranoid American podcast, launched in 2012, explores hidden truths and mysteries of our world, from secret societies to forbidden technology. The podcast also features discussions on topics like lucid dreaming and reality transurfing, a concept that teaches how to live your will and achieve your goals. The podcast hosts also engage in personal conversations and share their experiences with their listeners.
➡ The text discusses the concept of manifesting your dreams into reality. It suggests that while there are infinite possibilities in the dream space, there are limitations in the physical world. However, by focusing on your unique goals and interests, you can shape your reality. It emphasizes the importance of authenticity and originality in pursuing your dreams, and the joy of the journey towards achieving them.
➡ The speaker discusses the concept of ‘transurfing’, a model for achieving personal goals and self-awareness. They run a school teaching this model, offering courses and mentorship programs. The school also provides a collaborative platform for students to share their experiences and learn from each other. The speaker emphasizes the importance of celebrating personal wins and maintaining a positive mindset to achieve success.
➡ The text encourages celebrating personal achievements, as it positively impacts your mindset and opens up more opportunities. It also mentions an upcoming discussion about ‘memory palaces’ at a transurfing school. Additionally, it promotes Paranoid American sticker sheets, which feature unique designs related to conspiracies, cryptids, and cults. Lastly, it includes a segment of lyrics, possibly from a song, expressing various emotions and experiences.
➡ The text discusses the idea of creating your own unique path in life, even if it’s unconventional. It suggests that it’s never too late to pursue what you truly want, even if it’s different from your current path. The text also emphasizes the importance of finding fulfillment and purpose in what you do, rather than just achieving traditional success. It encourages exploring different interests and passions, and contributing to society in a way that also brings you joy.
➡ The text discusses the concept of reality transurfing, a method of achieving goals and changing one’s life. It suggests that by visualizing the life you want and aligning your heart and mind, you can attract and move towards your goals. The text emphasizes the importance of positive thinking and shifting your beliefs to change your reality. It also highlights the idea that there are infinite versions of you, and you can choose which version you want to be and work towards becoming that person.
➡ The text discusses the concept of reality transurfing, which is about controlling your dreams and reality. It suggests that you can bring your dream self into physical reality through certain steps, but it’s not necessary to be a master of lucid dreaming to do this. The key is to cultivate awareness and read signs to know which action to take next. The text also introduces the concept of pendulums, which are energetic informational structures that influence our reality and identities.
➡ The text discusses the importance of maintaining awareness and being present in the moment. It suggests various exercises and practices, such as slowing down movements and focusing on breathing, to increase consciousness and prevent going on autopilot. The text also explores the concept of reality transurfing, which involves shifting realities and manipulating energy. However, the ultimate goal is not necessarily to perform supernatural feats, but to live a good life.
➡ The text discusses the concept of ‘excess potential’ and how it can impact our goals. It suggests that the more we desire something, the harder it becomes to achieve it because we create a barrier of importance around it. This barrier can be reduced by lessening our emotional attachment or importance towards the goal, making it easier to achieve. The text also discusses how this concept can be applied in different areas of life, such as relationships and personal growth, and how it can be used both positively and negatively.
➡ The text discusses the concept of the ‘winner effect’, which suggests that expecting positive outcomes can lead to success. This mindset can open up more opportunities and boost confidence, regardless of one’s intelligence or personality. The text also emphasizes the importance of social interaction and stepping out of comfort zones to improve one’s social skills and understanding of others. It suggests that this can lead to better perception of others’ feelings and intentions, and ultimately, personal growth.
➡ The text discusses the importance of understanding and responding to social cues and energy in interactions. It suggests that by paying attention to these subtle signals, one can build rapport, understand others better, and even influence the dynamics of a situation. The text also challenges the binary concept of introversion and extroversion, suggesting that individuals can adapt to different social situations and that both introverted and extroverted behaviors have their benefits.
➡ The text discusses how the lockdown forced people to become introverted, which was a new experience for extroverts. It explores how social interactions can either energize or drain people, depending on their personality and how genuine they are in their interactions. The text also delves into the concept of ‘flow state’ in social situations, where one is fully engaged and expressive without overthinking. Lastly, it emphasizes the importance of aligning one’s heart and mind to act smoothly and fluidly without hesitation.

And who do you see in front of you? Well, I guess nobody, unless you’re driving or something and you’re just listening to this. But what we’re seeing is Bootsy Greenwood, which is my good friend, Owen Hunt. I’ve known you for more than just a few years now. You’re always doing something different, man. The new thing that you’re doing is your reality. Transurfing, which sounds dangerous or illegal or at least like an cool 90s VHS movie of some kind, right? How you doing? Before I even get into it, how are you doing? Personally, man? Dude, I’m doing great.

I am really enjoying this arc and like, kind of what I’ve been seeing play out. You know, you do a podcast with Abby. She and I have been reading the reality transurfing stuff and sharing about that for years and years now. And I think finally people are kind of ready to hear it. I don’t know, maybe it’s a sexual revolution. Not really sure, like, what has spurned the. The new awareness or curiosity about these principles. But, I mean, it’s. It’s ancient principles. It’s a lot of the stuff that you and I have talked about, you know, that the Masons used to talk about and the secret societies.

Whoa. Yeah. Spirituality and, you know, metaphysics really is what it’s about. All right. And yeah, you mentioned Abby Shout out to the rest of the Secret Society of Good Guys, which is a live show every Friday at midnight Eastern. And if you. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, then you’re definitely missing out on it. It doesn’t make it out into, like, the audio podcast world yet. I don’t think. You gotta. You gotta be there when you be there. So I’m. I just barely know about trans surfing because Abby had mentioned these Russian dream hackers and that these Russian dream hackers were taking lucid dreaming to the next level.

So let me just. Let me baby step my way into this. And as a reminder, and for anyone that’s not familiar with any of these, like, buzzwords yet, how we kind of got there, or at least how I got there. So lucid dreaming is essentially when you’re in a dream and you realize that you’re in a dream and. And instead of waking up and like, oh, my God, that was weird. You stay in the dream, but then you start to enact upon it. You impose your will on the dream without necessarily waking up. So you’re not like, daydreaming.

You’re not forcing yourself to daydream right after you woke up. You’re still in this dream anyways. Hence lucid dream. There’s all these techniques that you can do to try and, like, evoke this lucid dreaming state. It seems like some people just do it naturally. Just like some people probably reality transurf naturally, and we’ll. We’ll get into there. So one of these ideas is that once you become an absolute master of lucid dreaming, that you can just slip in and out, or that every dream essentially, you can use as a launch pad into this lucid dreaming, that then there’s other little things that’ll force you to wake up.

Like if you try to read text. If you try and buck the system a little bit too much, if you’re kind of in the Matrix and you’re fighting against Agent Smith or whatever, there’s certain things. But then these quote unquote Russian dream hackers, they kind of figured a way around all these ways. So instead of getting booted out, they kind of like found workarounds, and by chaining these different workarounds together, discovered this whole new way to kind of contort reality to your will. And that’s at least how I personally got to the. The phrase reality transurfing.

So now you tell us, like, what reality transurfing is in that context. Yeah, no, I think that’s a great way to open it up because really, essentially what it is teaching is how to lucid dream in real life. That’s basically the point is that you can do what you want to do and you can use the mechanisms or the principles of natural law in order to actually live your will and. And accomplish your true goal and have fulfillment and harmony in your life, you know, and not feel like a victim. So that’s really kind of what the book teaches.

It teaches you kind of how to follow your heart. Like, you hear that? Like Disney. Oh, follow your heart. You know, and it’s so cheesy or whatever, we roll our eyes at it, but, like, I think we all know that there’s, like an element of truth in there. There’s like. There’s something true about it, right? And I think what it is is that people have said, follow your heart, but no one gave us, like, a map. No one gave us, like, a set of instructions on actually how to do that. It’s like we. We can actually follow our heart, but we have to bring our mind along for the ride, and they have to work together.

So ultimately, when the heart and mind, which are the two elements that make us up, are in, you know, harmony, when they’re communicating and in alignment together, then all of a sudden, what Vadim says in the book is the reason why you lucid dream is because every night, what happens when you dream, okay, and this is highly theoretical, but it makes a lot of sense, is that your heart, right, like, your mind shuts off and your heart goes into what he calls the space of alternates, or the dream space, or the Akashic records, or infinity. Who’s this he Is this Jared Leto? Yeah, it’s.

It’s the author of the book. Okay, so this Russian quantum physicist guy wrote the book Reality Transurfing. It came out, the first book of it. It’s like five books compressed into one large book. And the first one came out in the early 2000s and he’s still writing books and they’re all like a guru. Do people go on like, missions to like, worship at his feet and stuff? He lives like out in the woods. Like, he doesn’t get on camera. He doesn’t like, have any sort of like real following like that. He doesn’t really engage or interact.

He’s just kind of like this mysterious dude who just lives out in Siberia. Okay, I’m intrigued. It sounds like it’s got a cult. It’s a cult in the making. Oh, for sure. There’s several cults around it. You know, that’s the best part. You know, let me. Let me start. Well, let me start with some. Some dumb questions first and I’ll get into clever ones. More. Okay, so what would. What’s like a typical response to a very obnoxious question of like, what if you want to be a dinosaur? Like how. Like where. Where is the, like the litmus test on what kind of dreams are realistic? Because I got more realistic versions than just being a dinosaur.

What? It’s like, I want to be a pop star. I want to be, you know, like YouTube famous. I want to have 20 million followers. Whatever. Like, are. Is there anything that’s off limits? I assume being a dinosaur is off limits. So. Great question, but that’s such a good question. So in the dream world it’s not. You could be a dinosaur, right? But in physical reality you couldn’t be a dinosaur. So it’s like infinity’s. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Okay, hold on. You going. I had. I had to just soak that in. That. You’re telling me the reality transurfing.

Guys, you’re also telling me in physical reality I can never be a dinosaur. I don’t know. Look, if anyone was gonna give me the green light on that, I figured it would be you. So I’m not going to limit anyone at go for it. But here’s what I would say. The way the model works is it. Basically it’s like, hey, infinity is a thing. Infinity is real. And so that’s kind of what is happening. That’s what manifesting is, right? It’s like these options from the dream space or the thought realm, the metaphysical become physical. Somehow we’re moving through time.

And every. As we move through time, we choose what we’re thinking about, where our energy is going, all those types of things in Every single moment. So the way that we choose definitely has an impact and influences our reality. Now we can be a dinosaur in the dream space because that’s purely infinite. So you could be a dinosaur. Triceratops, doesn’t matter. Whatever you want. Now, within the space of the third dimensional realm, you have limits with what it is that you can manifest or create. So it has to kind of follow the rules and the principles of reality in order for you to manifest it.

So if you wanted to be a pop star, you know, that’s definitely on the table. If you wanted to be a YouTuber X, amount of subscribers on the table. The point of it is, though, is to find your true goal. The thing that is really unique and special about you. Lock in on that and then start choosing your way to that, that version, that reality, so that it’s like in line with you, it’s fulfilling, makes you feel good, it makes your mind feel. It makes your mind let’s. Your mind gets to put together the puzzle, it gets to do the logistics, and your heart gets to lead the way.

Knowing that this is something that’s, that’s actually for you. So for the pop star, the person who’s like a pop star, absolutely, this is a great model. It’s a great way for them, like a roadmap for them to accomplish their dream, to accomplish their goal. And so everyone would have their own unique goal, their own unique expression in this model. So you’re one of one, right? Like to become something that’s like carved out already. You’re kind of becoming a parody. So you want to become something that only you can do. And if you do that, then you’re not following in anyone else’s footsteps.

You’re doing something completely original, but that’s also in line with who you are in an authentic way. So your heart sings and your mind rubs its hands with glee. So they’re in alignment, they’re working together. And that allows you, you know, the, the excitement of chasing this goal, whatever it is that you want to do. So if that is a pop star for you, if that is the thing, right, like, then you’re going to love that whole entire process. It’s going to be a complete adventure for you as soon as you start. And that’s why there’s these cliches like, you know, it’s not the destination, it’s the journey.

Because, like, it’s. It’s about finding the thing that really lights you up and going after what that is. So that’s going to be different for Everybody. And so that’s really the idea now. In infinity, there’s all these different options. And so let’s say that we’re here on this, like, timeline or trajectory. And then there’s timelines that are kind of like here and here and here, or sectors in the space of variations or in the dream space. And we want to bring those into reality. Well, if they’re too far away, we can’t bring it. We can’t bring it in here.

Like, the dinosaur is a great example, right? Like, it’s like, okay, look, dinosaur, not gonna happen. But, like, the version of you that’s like a garbage man, attainable, you know what I’m saying? The version of you that’s potentially a pop star or a YouTuber or comedian or whatever it is that really you. That really, like, resonates with you, like, you’re going to be able to take the actions and make the choices to slowly bring that into reality. The way that he demonstrates that is by talking about, in the first chapter, how the physical world is manifested.

And he uses the metaphor of a frozen. Like a freezing water pipe. And so there’s water rushing through the pipe. And as the water rushes through the pipe, the outside ring is frozen, and the water that’s on the outside, those molecules will freeze into frozen pieces. And so there’s another book that’s kind of adjacent to reality, transurfing, called My Big Toe by Tom Campbell. And he talks about probability in that book. He also talks about infinity. He worked with Robert Monroe, the Monroe Institute, they did the Gateway tapes. And so he talks about probability. And so it’s very similar as far as, like, the way that reality manifests.

So such a word that gets thrown around way too much. But. But basically, it’s. It’s like a guidebook or an instruction manual on getting to your dream and creating, you know, a life that suits you. That sounds like a large production with a lot of commitment. How do you even know that you’re headed towards the right goal or the right dream? Right? There’s infinite possibilities out there. But if you think you want one thing, and then you spend 10 years getting there, and then you realize, man, this really sucks. Because. Yeah, I mean, because this kind of happened to me, right? Like, I really.

I. Deep down, since I was like a kid, I wanted to be in the music industry. And the. The second that I found myself actually at the level that I kind of wanted to be at, or at least aspiring to be there, I realized, like, I kind of hate everything about this. It Was nothing like me dreaming about. It didn’t turn out to be that thing. Like, I was imagining a different career and a different reality that the rest of the world didn’t share in that same, like, diluted reality that I had envisioned, right? It was like, no, there’s a lot more.

Staying up until 3am and like, cocaine runs. There was way more of that than you would expect. And it was like, I don’t know if this is sustainable. Right? So what, what happened? Like, how do you. Is there any way to prevent aspiring towards a dream and spending 10 years of doing everything you can and then realizing it was the wrong dream? Yeah, that’s a good question. I think the best thing to do is to try and iterate based on, you know, those things. And I think because of that, because of this knowledge, to know, hey, look, like, there’s all these sort of paths that are pre laid out for us, you know, the trajectory of being a rock star, the trajectory of being a standup comedian, that was my sort of thing, you know, that I was kind of aspiring to.

And, you know, I still do comedy. I love it, it’s fun. But also like, taking yourself out of that box, right? Like that thing that’s already established and finding something that’s completely unique and suitable to you, like, what are your skills, abilities, interests, curiosity? What does that really lend itself to? Because I think a lot of us get sold on the dream. I was into music too, when I was in college, man, I loved it. We, we had some good records, played some great shows, and it was fun. But to your point, it wasn’t the idealized thing that I had in my mind, right? And so we can consciously create a reality that is not dependent on other people’s established standards or even the standards of society to say, oh, I’m going to be this or a that, like a lawyer or a doctor.

Nothing wrong with either one of those paths, right? But, like, if it suits you, then go for it, right? Like, and then you got to try things out for sure. But I would say the best way to save time is to really do like, an inventory on what it is that you’re keenly, keenly interested in. Like, what are you. Let’s do an inventory. Let’s do one right now. Let’s see. Let’s see if I’m on the right path. Okay. All right. What, what, what excites you? What are you curious about disrupting standards? Being kind of a stir? I kind of like that.

And, and maybe making money off of being a shitster like legitim. Legitimizing it not for the sake of grifting, but for the sake of. In this reality, things that make money are legitimate. Therefore, if you can make money being a shit stir, then you’re also legitimizing an entirely new career field for the future generations. That sounds very original to me. That sounds very unique and not like you’re set, like, following like, a set standard of things. Right. Like, there’s going to be some commonalities and some overlap. But to me, like, we live in a world where, you know, business used to be.

I put on a tie, I put the briefcase, you know, like. But we live in a world now where you can make money doing all kinds of things. And so now you create comic books, you talk about conspiracy theories, you talk about all the things that are kind of faux pas. You’re not supposed to talk about religion or politics. Right. Like, but that’s exactly what we’re here doing right now. And so you’re. You’ve created, like, your own trajectory that’s completely unique to you that. I don’t know anybody else who does what you do. I don’t. I honestly don’t.

Like, there’s also a chance, though, I guess, that I’m willing to entertain that I would have been way happier opening up, like, a roller skating rink in a small town somewhere and, like, making that my thing. Maybe fixing old pinball machines and selling them on ebay. Like it. That also sounds kind of cool. It was just. You have limited paths. Right. And as you’re traveling through these four dimensions, it’s not like you’re just stuck in time. You’re actually making decisions and you’re taking turns and functions are collapsing. Right. For example, if I decided, like, man, you know what I bet I’d be really, really good at, like, football.

It’s. It’s a little bit late. I mean, I’m. I’m already, like, headed towards my mid-40s. There’s not a lot of pro teams that are looking to recruit. You know, no experience, mid-40s. But there’s a very real trajectory that could have been my path to get to, like, some other level. So I guess another way to turn this into a question is how do you prevent that, like, looking back, oh, I could have done XYZ knowing, like, oh, I should have made a left, you know, three lights back there. Yeah. So there’s actually a chapter in the book that talks about just that thing.

It’s called forward to the past. I mean, it’s essentially like, kind of like time traveling, but not like in the back to the future way, but where you say, hey, you know, what I really. What my heart really wanted or what I wanted to set out on, that essence of that thing is still there. So, like, we could take an example. Like a play like Oklahoma. Right? Like, they’re doing a play at Oklahoma. Of Oklahoma On Broadway. There’s a play of Oklahoma. In Nebraska on a high school stage. Right. The play is the same in both of those places, but the script is, you know, the script is the same.

The characters that are playing the actors and the way the stage is set and all those things, they’re. They’re both different. So, like, if you get down the road and you’re like, hey, I, you know, I wanted to do X, Y or Z thing, well, you can still do basically the essence of that thing, and especially now, right? Like, take comedy, for instance. Right. Like, I thought it would always be cool to be on Saturday Night Live, you know, like, what a cool show. As it turns out, you hear people do interviews about it. Very high stress, very competitive, Actually not that much fun.

But the essence of what that was in my mind is what I would want, which is hanging out with my friends, laughing, making skits and sketches, creating material and content that’s still totally doable. And as a man Approaching my mid-40s, also. Right. Like, I get to do that. Like, I even have a friend. You know, we’ve been writing some stuff. You know, we’ll put some stuff out. I’ve made some sketches, you know, even back in the day where I fell in love with my sleep paralysis, which. Or I died during a breath work session. You know, like, we did stuff like that, and that was really fun.

So, like, the essence of the thing is still there. It’s never too late. You can forward to the past, as he says. You know, it might look different physically. Right. Than what you had in mind. But if the feeling is the same, then who cares? That’s what really is important. Okay, I. I feel too, that personally, I’ve been a little bit spoiled with kind of knowing what I’ve wanted, aside from the weird conspiracy comic book stuff. When I was real young, I just always wanted to work with computers and, like, make robots and games and software and stuff.

So I’m, like, on a separate tangent. That’s also what I. It’s the thing that. That allows me to, like, pay mortgage and food. Because necessarily doing conspiracy podcasting isn’t necessarily, like, a career choice. Right? Right. So I have, like, a Real thing that I. I do feel lucky, like, as. As soon as I knew that this was a thing that you could do, I wanted to do that thing without even knowing that if. If it was going to pay or any of that. Just like, what a cool thing. Like, I was submit to the Matrix. I was like, let me make this Matrix prison just a little bit stronger.

Something a. Nate wanted me to do that. Right? But. But I also know a lot of people that maybe, like, they’re successful already. They found something that makes them incredibly successful, but they don’t actually know what they want to do. If they did this inventory, it’s like they’ve. They’ve done all of the things that you’re supposed to do, and they’ve made their money and they’ve got, like, all these things going on, but are still, like, they don’t have a thing, right? They don’t have a hobby. They don’t have. They don’t want to make music or do anything kind of creative or at least haven’t ever considered it just because it was.

Everything was pushing them towards this other thing that they did great at. So, like, what happens there? What happens if you’ve already lived a life and you’ve already. You’ve already gotten success, but you’re still wondering, what the hell is my goal in all this? Like, do I just die with a bunch of cool around me? I mean, right? Yeah. I mean, that doesn’t actually sound. What is the meaning of life? Right? Let’s go. Let’s do it. Dude. That’s. This is the thing that’s the. Been driving me my entire life, right? Is like, figuring this out. And so it’s fun to talk about.

Like, I love the existential questions. For me, like, the whole point is not to, like, create a bunch of stuff or like, to be, you know, quote, unquote, successful in someone else’s eyes. It’s about, like, finding that thing that is fulfilling. They don’t have a hobby yet. Well, they can try different things. There’s a lot that they can do. It doesn’t necessarily have to be that. Like, the thing that you do to make money is this idealized thing, right? Like, in my work and in my experience, what a niche actually winds up being is like a conglomerated set of skills.

Like, it’s a bunch of things that overlap. It’s not just one thing where you’re like, oh, this thing. Football player, right? Like, for most people. Some people, it’s football player, right? Like, they’re just born that way. That’s what it is. Football player but for most people it’s like a combination of curiosities, you know, eccentricities, things that they have, you know, been intrigued by and, and mystified by. Right. Like if it’s conspiracy theory, for me it’s been self help and self development, you know, figuring out the, the meaning of life, what the goal is, you know, that’s later on in the book he talks about goals and doors and so it’s about identifying your true goal, which is something that I’m really passionate about.

I think that’s synonymous with having a real purpose in life. You know, bringing something into the world that’s contributive. You know, maybe you don’t leave some crazy legacy behind, but you do benefit the world in some way. And you also do something that lights you up, that you enjoy, right? So it’s a win win. The author would call it outer intention. You know, some people would call it, you know, God or something like that maybe, but he calls it outer intention where you do something that is fulfilling to you and it also benefits people around you, it benefits society.

So it’s like contributive. So I would synonymize that with purpose 100%. Like that’s kind of my, my main thing is, is is finding purpose and helping people find like a higher purpose so that they feel like they’re on a trajectory that is fulfilling them and that they feel proud about like most of the self help. It starts out with like seven habits of highly effective people. Stephen Covey it’s like the first chapter is write your eulogy. You know, the first exercise. It’s like, when you die, what do you want people to have say about you? What do you want to have left behind you? And begin with the end in mind so that if you’re like, hey, this is kind of what I would like to accomplish.

This is the impact that I will want to have had in my lifetime. Then you start from there and then you can backwards engineer it to where you are now and say, okay, if that’s, you know, how I want to be remembered, what I want to have left as a legacy, or what I want to have contributed, then now, okay, let’s, let’s, let’s backwards engineer that to where I am now. And what does that look like? What does that wind up being? Okay, so I mean, so far a lot of this sounds like typical goal achievement, visualization, mood board stuff, right? Here’s the things I want to do.

I want to aspire to have this type of life and these kinds of material possessions and people to perceive me in this way, at least having that mapped out so that you know what your own goal is, even if it’s really superficial. But when do we get to the cool lucid dreaming? I get to be a dinosaur. Reality transurfing part, like, there’s plenty of ways to get to these goals. They’re, like, super boring. A lot of them are, like, eat a bunch of quinoa and, like, drink green tea and stuff and do yoga. And then eventually you’ll get to this.

You’ve got the. The secret and the power of positive thinking. Law of attraction. But reality transurfing seems like it’s got like a. It’s like a Ninja Turtles skateboarding through the sewers version of this. Like a time travel version, right? Is that me putting on extra baggage? No, I know you’re right, because it’s similar to those things. It’s similar to, like, manifestation. Law of Attraction. But it has some very distinct points that are much, much different than a lot of those. You know, the author says at the very beginning, he’s like, you don’t. You don’t get what you want.

You don’t get what you. You. Your dreams don’t come true. You only need to learn to intend. And so one of the things he talks about is how we always get what we don’t want. That our heart and mind, when they agree on something, we’re pulling that sort of toward us, right? In that whole, like, loa, law of attraction kind of way. But also, you take action toward it and you use intention. And when the heart and mind are in agreement with each other, that’s when that lucid dream state kind of happens. That’s what creates intention.

And specifically that outer intention where, like, things are coming toward us, we’re moving toward our goal, and then doors are opening. And we’re noticing that in what he calls the alternatives flow. So the beginning, when I was talking about the flow of water in the pipe, there’s like, this flow of options, like infinity’s on the other side of the physical reality, right? And so as we’re moving through time, we’re choosing in each moment what we’re thinking, what we’re doing, you know, all of that. And all those actions stack up as we move toward our goal. And then ultimately, like, it’s.

It’s moving toward us in this flow, and we’re able to kind of like. It’s very dao. Also, if you read the Dao de Ching, you know, we’re able to kind of like flow and move to the thing that we want to do with the least amount of effort. So the point is, it’s not like the path of no resistance. It’s the path of least resistance. That’s how nature works. Water flows downhill, but if a rock comes and just like stops right here, right? Like the water doesn’t just. It goes around that rock so it starts to move and flow.

It’s very, it’s very much like reading the water. You know, I was a raft guide for years, and that’s, I think, part of the reason why this model specifically, like, spoke to me, because I would watch the. I would just stand there and what you watch the water move, you see how things develop in that flow. And then as you are presented with options, you choose that next option and boom, right action. It has a lot to do, like, in common with the Bhagavad Gita, certainly, like some of the ideas that, that are in the Secret, although I felt, I think those kind of got blown out of proportion and very like lost on nuance, really.

And the transurfing stuff we understand, like the, the, the wiring that basically, like, you’re actually wired at a very subconscious level to notice the negative things for survival sake. So what we want to do is start to actively shift that, to start to focus on positive things intentionally. Because we don’t really, we don’t really believe what we see. We see what we believe. And so if we can shift those beliefs and, and we can get like, confirmation of them, then we can kind of hack that confirmation bias. And then that loop when he says, like, reality is a mirror and it reflects your attitude toward it.

So once we shift that set of beliefs and how we view the world, then the world starts to take on like a different, like, experience. Like, it starts to look completely different. And so we start to change and we change the way we’re choosing and the image that we see. Like, Abby’s a great example of it because, like, look at what she’s done. She’s literally physically transformed. You know, it looks completely different than when I met her. Right? Like, completely, like. Yeah, she’s literally a competition winning bodybuilder. That just started from basically, like, I just had a bunch of kids and I don’t like how I look anymore.

And now it’s like going on a competitions and winning. Winning the competitions. Right. And that may have been something that she wanted to do and that would have been a goal for her from a very young age. And she might have accomplished that much earlier. But now she’s like, this is what I want to do. It’s what I’m doing. And so the idea is that because of infinity, there’s like infinite versions of you out there. So there’s the Tinkerer, there’s the comic book version. There’s the version of you that works at a restaurant. There’s a version of you that fixes pinball machines and ships them off on ebay.

There’s all these different versions. The point of the book is to teach you how to choose which version. And essentially, like, you create this, I would say, like, image of yourself. Like this, this. It’s like a transfiguration almost where you, like, find this version of you that you want to be. And then you start to conform yourself to that. And as you do that, then reality starts to shift around that. Because like he says to change the image, not the reflection. It’s like if I try to change reality, I’m just all external out here pushing on things.

And that doesn’t really. That doesn’t really get me what I want. It’s very controlling. It’s very graspy. And then that’s not really going to give me what I choose. So in order to really choose, it’s really about putting it on ourselves and, and being that change, becoming that person. That would be like that version that we ultimately want to see in the world. And the had the things around that it would have. So it starts with. It’s. It’s basically a way to hack the self help thing, right? Like, the self help thing is very. It could be very concrete, very practical.

But when I heard, when I heard the idea like, hey, infinity is real. There’s already this version that already exists of you that you want to be that snapped. And I was like, oh, fuck. Like, holy shit. Like, I’m not. I don’t have to be trapped. Like, I thought I was trapped. I didn’t think I could change, but that idea itself helped my brain to like, open up to the fact that I actually could change. And what was the trap? Like, what were you trapped in? I was just like, you know, I was. I was a bartender.

I didn’t have any direction. I didn’t have any goals for my life. I didn’t know what I wanted to do or be. You know, I had done music before and that seemed cool, but I wasn’t having the type of success with that that I wanted. And it also wasn’t the idealized image that I saw in my head. And you know, at the time, I was just dating a girl and working at a bar, and we broke up. And I was having a pretty rough time with that and just drinking a lot. No direction, no idea. And when I found the book, I was like, holy shit.

You know, there’s some incredible other ideas in the book that we can talk about too. Like, just the way that energy works. But the main idea of it was like, hey, man, like, you actually, you can choose. There’s a version of you that is happy, that is satisfied, that is living a life that you want to live. So, you know, obviously it takes some time to get to that place. Like, you don’t just wake up. That’s where I think a lot of people fail. You don’t just wake up. Let me ask you. Let’s say there is a ver.

I’m just going to go, this is not my true dream. The repair pinball machines. It just sounds like a cool thing that someone probably does. But yeah, let’s say. Let’s say that that’s my dream. That’s what I want to aspire to. Okay. I start correcting course now, theoretically, in the way that this, like, reality transurfing and infinite possibilities works right now, before I start doing that transition to pinball me, does that guy actually exist? Like, is he really living his pinball life right now just in a different timeline? Or does he cease to exist and then me becoming him is the only thing that makes him exist? Good question.

So here’s how I would interpret that, and this is my answer, and I think the author would agree with me. So there’s one physical reality, and then in the dream space, there’s infinite. So you could wake up in a dream as that pinball guy right now. Right? Like, no problem at all. And so to bring that pinball guy into the physical reality, there’s a certain step. You know, how do I do that part? Because. Because even if I know how to lucid dream, I never seem to be able to say, all right, dreams, here. Here’s where you’re going to make your big entrance.

You’re going to drive up in a blue car and you’re going to be outside this building. Like, none of that happens. Like, I fall asleep, and then I’m like, I’m naked in, you know, high school again or something. Or, like, I’m back. I’m back in the military, and it’s like, this is not where I wanted to start my lucid dream. Yeah, no doubt, dude. I honestly don’t know. In that Dream Searchers book, what they say is that there’s a dream emissary that basically is trying to fuck you up because it doesn’t want you to know that you’re dreaming, doesn’t want you to lucid dream.

And the way that they, the book I think was written in the 90s. So the way that they explain that is it’s like a six disc CD changer. So as soon as you start to become lucid in your dream, the CD shift and the dream shifts to something else to kind of keep you from being able to. What are these CDs you speak of? Some sort of Saturnian disc? It could be. I thought it was funny that they use that as an example in the book. It just shows the date. Look, it’s kind of like your, your typical four track player.

Yeah, okay. Yeah, yeah. There’s like, it’s just that I, I, the dreaming stuff is not really my expertise. Like, I know this, I know this model pretty well, but the dreaming stuff is definitely Abby. Abby’s read all of Castaneda stuff and it seems like the Toltec stuff and Castaneda stuff and a lot of the Egyptian stuff, it all kind of dovet. And it’s all very similar. Like all this stuff is very much has a lot in common with all of the other books that I’ve, you know, that I’ve read in the Esoteric, the Cabalian, you know, all, all of Napoleon Hill’s work Outwitting the Devil has a lot in common with the, with this book and themes.

So there’s a lot of different, I guess, modalities. Even the hermetic stuff. Like if you talk to Joe Roop, like he and I have talked about this stuff at length because like reality transurfing is kind of like a modern version of hermetics where instead of doing the rituals as much like you’re learning to kind of like be the ritual, the whole point of the ritual is to align your heart and mind to, to create this intention. And Vadim is explaining it sort of explicitly in the transurfing book. So as far as like controlling your dreams, that’s definitely an Abby question when it comes to like taking this stuff in, in reality and using it.

Like, this is definitely a little bit more in my wheelhouse. Okay. So you don’t have to be a master of lucid dreaming in order to actually do this reality transurfing. So, okay, let’s, let’s say I wake up tomorrow morning and I’m like, reality Transurfing starts today. What is my day differently from the moment I get out of bed? What am I doing differently than what I would normally do? Yeah, awareness, first and foremost, you will cultivate an ability to be aware and read the signs and the flow so that you know which action to take next.

What do I do to be aware? So first of all, turn on your inner guardian. Right? Like they talk a lot about in Buddhism, the Bhagavad Gita, the observer. Right, Becoming an observer. So, you know, in quantum physics, the observer effect is something that people talk about all the time in spirituality and self help. But the observer allows you to not be basically like shoved around emotionally and to have your energy stolen from you. So the more energy that you can store up, the more intention you can, you can have and you can use. And this is a great segue into one of the concepts in the book which Vadim calls pendulums, their energetic informational structures.

So if there is a matrix, and I would assume there kind of is one, then the matrix would be created by these structures he calls pendulums. What do they call it in the Gnostics called it archons. So it’s like these entities that sort of rule reality, so to speak, are these patterns or these energetic informational structures that are collectivized energy. So anything that you can think of as an object or a group has an energetic equivalent. So a football team, a religion, a corporate culture, whatever group, whatever idea, it has an energetic equivalent to it. And that we would call a pendulum.

It’s like a cluster of energy or in hermetics, an egregore or a thought form, we could call it, or a tulpa in Buddhism. But basically, like these energies collectivize and then people more or less start to identify with these collectivized energies. Let’s say Mormonism. Not to pick on the Mormons. Nothing, nothing. Not, not throwing any shade here, but it wasn’t anybody’s initial who’s, you know, it wasn’t anybody’s idea to just wake up in the morning, put on a short sleeve white shirt with a placard and start biking around the neighborhood. That’s not an original idea. It’s part of that pendulum.

It’s part of that energetic informational structure. Right. Like people will paint their face red and go to the football game and throw chicken bones at their next door neighbor who they love. Right. Because I thought you were gonna make another Mormon reference of where like they painted their faces red and would like raid towns and villages. But, but you get but you get my point, right? Like there’s, there’s these, these groups, these collectivized energies that people basically attach themselves to. And what happens is when we’re like, oh, I want to be a musician or I want to be a comedian, or I want to be a politician or whatever, we start to give over our identity to that structure.

And it starts to be the thing that we’re actively chasing instead of using our own energy to develop ourselves in a very more unique way. So most people are kind of like under the spell of these pendulums. They serve their pendulum at work. It’s just taking their energy, right? Like they’re just conforming to it. The rule of the pendulum is do as I do, right? It’s be a parody, be a this, be a that, put yourself in a box, whatever label. And then the more that you capitulate to that, the more you just kind of become a, a husk of, of, of empty energy.

You know, you become more and more subservient to that pendulum or those pendulums that you have in your life now. There’s no way around the pendulums. They’re, they’re, they’re there sort of creating the structure of reality. And that’s how nature works. Like if you look at an anthill, if you look at, you know, a school of fish or even a flock of birds, right? Like there’s not really one thing keying off of it. They’re moving as a unit. And that’s an example of a pendulum. It’s just how nature is working. So if we can start to learn and understand that and start to see those things, become more aware in our reality and then focus more on ourselves and who it is that we want to be, then it becomes a little bit easier to wake up and activate that inner observer, to activate the part of us that is paying attention to reality.

It’s really about attention and intention, you know. And so mastering that, mastering your own consciousness is going to be the first and foremost thing that’s going to help you along the way to accomplish your goal. Are there any tricks or hacks to maintain awareness? Because I’m like, here’s an example, right? I could imagine getting up and like, all right, observer on personal guardian. Voltron guy like on right now, Voltron’s watching me brush my teeth. We’re being conscious and in the moment and you’re thinking about being in the moment. As soon as you get in your car and you got to make that 40 minute drive, it just seems like there’s a Certain point when you get there and you’re like, oh, my God, my brain’s been off for the last 30 minutes.

How. Is there a way to, like, catch yourself? Or is it just retrospect? You’re like, oh, I guess I just lost two hours of consciousness? Yeah, there are. There’s tons of exercises that we can do to really start to build our awareness and our attention. I mean, the thing about it that’s kind of tricky is that you. You kind of always do have to be on. You know, it’s like, I used to drink and smoke and smoke weed and all that and, and that. Hell yeah, brother. I know, I know, right? And so, but. But as far as, like, being able to maintain awareness, it’s like, it makes it a lot more difficult.

And, you know, someone pulls out in front of you. To your point, you’ve been. You’ve been driving for 30 minutes. You’re like. Then someone pulls out in front of you and you start yelling, right? Like, that’s a pendulum, too. So they’re. They’re macro and they’re micro. They’re getting your energy, they’re irritating you and prodding and poking at you. And that actually can help you to wake up too. You know, there’s lots of mantras. There’s lots of different things that you can do. You can move a little bit slower and start to really notice your body, feel your body, you know, be aware of the thoughts that you’re having and shift those.

Right. There’s tons of different exercises, you know, that we can talk about and do in this work in order to maintain more awareness. That’s really, that’s the, that’s the power right there. Because it’s like as soon as we lose awareness, like, we kind of. We’re shut off. And then now all of a sudden we’re just. We’re kind of sleeping, right? Like the sleep. Throwing at me. Throw me one of these practices that’ll. That’ll help maintain awareness. Yeah, for sure. There’s one that I was doing today, actually. It says like a. Called the. The horse. It’s like you become separate from your body, and your body is like the horse, right? And so you, you, you walk around, you do something.

Like you could walk or you could lift weights or you could do like yoga or something, but you slow down the movement of what you’re doing, and you very slowly, you know, you don’t. Not overly really, but you very slowly experience and feel the way that you’re moving, the way that you’re breathing and Just become more aware of it. And then the more that you do that, the more that you become conscious in your body. And then you’ll start to feel these little prods or provocations that come up as you start to resist being aware because your body’s so used to, you know, not being aware.

Then all of a sudden, you start to very slowly notice, like, how your mind starts to shut off, how you start to go on autopilot. And the more that you can do that, the more you can be preventative. And then also hindsight’s great, too, because it’s like, oh, shit, I just yelled road rage at that car. And you’re like, okay, I, I, I. I am aware of that now, right? Okay, now he’s. Now he’s approaching me. He’s got a crowbar in the moment. I’m. I’m breathing. I’m very slow. I’m slowing everything down. But those. Those moments, those help because you start to notice them more and more.

And then you can feel that sensation happening in your body, and. And that sensation itself is a trigger to wake up. You know, there’s mantras as well, too, where it’s like, I see myself and I see reality, right? Like, you can. You can start to do attention drills with yourself where you have what he calls your inner screen and your outer screen. So your inner screen is your inner awareness of, like, what’s happening in your body, your thoughts. Your outer screen is what’s happening externally. And so you can start to shift your attention externally, more internally, more, and then try to balance those things out.

You know, I like to think that, like, the combination of those two things, really what that winds up being is more of a flow state. But by practicing those awarenesses, you start to open up your range to be more of an observer. The what’s. What’s, like, the boss level of reality transurfing. What’s the OT7 or whatever Tom Cruise is at in Scientology? If he were to transfer all his credits directly to transurfing? What’s, like, the cool supernatural that he’s doing? I guess it would be like being in some other reality or something. I mean, the author now, like, he lives in the woods or whatever, and he’s, like, super fascinated with, like, superfoods, like herbs and, you know, juices and all that stuff.

So it’s like cleansing and detoxing your body is a big part of, like, the kick that he’s on now. He doesn’t talk at all about it in the first book. The reality Transurfing book talks a lot about energy, but one of the ways that, you know, you can open up more energy is to, is to clean yourself, like to de, completely detox all of the stuff that’s in your body, all that junk, and that opens up more range for, for energy in there. And so I, I think the OT sort of, sort of thing would, would literally be like being able to bend spoons and, you know, do miraculous things with your energy, like to fly in the air here.

I mean, I, I, I don’t know if, if that’s actually possible. To me, that’s not really the, the point, but I, I, I think that it does give you. Hold on, hold on. If you knew that you could literally fly if you got to the right level, how is that not the point, man? It almost seems like that that very real possibility would be the only point. It would be everybody’s point. All the things that, like Jesus did in the Gospels, like, Vadim kind of explains it in a, in a methodical way, I guess I would say that how he did it.

And so it’s like, think about it. Like, it’s, that’s the shift of the whole thing where it’s like instead of him turning water into wine, like, he just went from one reality where there was water in these buckets to a reality where they were wine now. So that’s the shift. It’s like the fan is like this, but if I shift to another reality, you know, the fan is over here. So the point, the ode, you know, would be to shift to some, you know, to shift reality in a way where, yeah, you’re flying or appearing to fly.

You’re not actually, maybe not actually flying, though. You’re like, you’re moving through different lifelines. It’s not actually flying. It’s like a. Well, Jesus seems next level. Because Jesus was so far ahead in his, if he was a trans surfer, he was so advanced at it that he could impose his reality onto the rest of the world too, because it’s not like he just made wine for himself. He made wine for him and the homies, right? Everyone got a little bit of that wine. So the reality changed for everybody that was in his sphere. Is, Is that something that ever gets talked about or, like, you are such a badass of transurfing that if, mean, if I’m just riding shotgun with you all of a sudden, like, I’m benefiting from how awesome you’re, you are.

Yeah. There’s this, there’s this place in Russia called The Bronicov Institute. And there’s this guy named. Whatever his first name is, Branikov. But he apparently teaches these kids to do, you know, these type of miraculous. Like a Harry Potter school, you know, like very, very much along the lines of some of the, like other like I would say, you know, miraculous healing type of, type of different things like extra sensory X Men shit. So it’s like that I guess is the goal for some people. For me it’s like I’m just like, hey, I just want to have a good life, dude.

Like I just want to. Yeah, but you can have a good life and fly. Yeah, I mean, yeah, why not? I mean, nothing wrong with flying. Let me ask you this, this point too, because if, if this is real, let’s say reality transurfing is objectively real and there’s something very much to seems that the military would already be like 20 years ahead. And I’m being very generous or conservative rather. Like they’re probably more than 20 years ahead. Right, right. But that means that if it’s real, then it’s already been weaponized by the state in some capacity.

Is there any indication that this is true? Yeah, I, I don’t know. I. That’s. That’s hard to say. I haven’t really dove too deep into that. I will say this though, as far as accomplishing your goals, like it’s definitely. There’s some cheat codes in there, especially if you’re not scrupulous that would like potentially, potentially very much help you. Some, some people I think could use these tactics and ideas for not, not a, not a positive impact. Tell me more, dude. How do we, how do we use this for evil? Like what are some examples? Yeah, I mean you can just.

Just by the idea of like understanding the lessening importance. This is probably why the, the powers that be have the. The cremation of care ritual. Right. Because you lessen your importance and importance actually winds up being something that he says creates excess potential. It’s like the more you care about something, this is one of the differentiators between reality transfer being like law of attraction or old school self help. It’s like the more that you desire something, the harder it is to. To attain or obtain. Like you care a lot about it and you’re actually like radiating more energy and pushing it away from you.

So if you can lessen or decrease importance toward that thing, then there’s less friction between you and your goal. It’s easier. So it’s good that I neglect my children because they’ll love me more for it is what I’m hearing. I mean, I like when it comes to, you know, human beings versus, you know, objects, we got to separate those a little bit because, like, living, breathing people with will and, you know, stacks of money or whatever, they’re. They’re. They’re different. They’re different as far as, like, getting those to come into our reality. Okay, fair point. Fair point.

Yeah. So dealing with will is a little bit different, but the idea is. Is similar, right? It’s like, think about dating. The more you pine over someone, the more they’re, like, icked out by you. They’re like, ooh, gross. You know what I’m saying? But the person who. It’s. It always seems like in dating where you’re like, well, the person that I don’t really care about that much has a huge crush on me or whatever, right? Like, people have experienced this phenomenon before. So in. In that realm, you know, that’s an example. Or it’s like the things that, like, come easy to you, you just don’t seem to care that much about, and the things that are hard to get.

Like even a rich person who has, you know, bad health, the more they try to want this thing, the more evasive it becomes. So there’s this interesting thing that when we chase something and when we radiate a lot of energy and desire toward creates importance, and what happens is balance has to make that up. There’s balancing forces that happen based on that excess potential. So the more that we put something on a pedestal, the way I would say it really is that unconditional love is. Is neutral, right? It’s. It’s zero. And. And we. We deserve everything as much as anybody else.

We all are sharing this reality. But as soon as we put something on a pedestal, we create that excess potential, that importance, because we have said, okay, well, this is up here and I’m down here. Or if we have contempt for it, right? Like, same thing we have created. That’s why I say, don’t judge lest you be judged. Because, like, if you judge something, you’re saying, I’m worse than you or I’m better than you, either way, right? And so that creates excess potential. And you can call a spade a spade, you can say someone’s X, y, or z thing, but when it comes down to it, and you compare yourself against it, you’re creating excess potential.

You’re creating importance against that thing, and you’re making it more difficult. So if you lessen that, then everything’s in Alignment, it’s in balance at zero. So the zero point is unconditional love. It’s actually quite indifferent, to be fair. And then when you care and generate a bunch of want, concern, and you idealize something, then you, you, you put it out of reach for yourself. Very similarly, if you, you know, have a lot of contempt for something, you’re, you’re creating negative forces to kind of come back and smack you in the face. This, this reminds me a little bit if, if we’re on the concept of like, how do I use this for evil? She reminds me of early 2000s NLP that made its way into like the pickup artist world.

And this concept of like negging where if you were out and you. And like, normally if you were trying to flirt with someone, but you’d be like, oh, you got something in your teeth. Or like, you would just like, it would be like some offhanded thing where you’re not necessarily putting someone down or being mean, but you’re doing something completely unexpected where it’s just like, oh, you got like a little, you got a little something right here. And, and that’s basically it does what you’re describing where instead of putting something on a pedestal, you’re like, you are completely neutral to me there.

You’re having absolutely no impact. And I’m just noticing like an object thing that doesn’t play into like a social dynamic that’s often seen as sort of like the bad, manipulative, gross, icky version of all this. And, and what’s interesting to me is that it’s only because those people go into those, those situations with the intent to do that, because they’ve learned it and they’ve read it in a book that’s like, hey, if you do X to Y, then you’ll get result Z. But again, like I was saying when we first started this, there’s some people that are just naturals.

Like, maybe they’re just autistic and they’re just like, hey, girl, you got something in your teeth. And then just like walk away. And it’s like, wow, that guy’s got so much charisma where it’s just like on social cues. So, like, the neutral comes naturally to you. So, like, is there like an ethical boundary and like, how much transurfing that you’re doing and posing on the rest of the people? Well, I do think to your point, there are people who are absolutely natural at this point. Like, that’s what really looped me into the book because I had all these friends who worked in production, and they were just, like, living the most fun, fucking insane life.

And just like, they were on Vans Warped Tour, they had a TV show made about them. Like, they’re just having fun. They’re just kicking it and having a great life, you know? And I’m like, how are they doing this? Like, some of these folks are not very hard workers. You know what I’m saying? Like, some of these. But they’re fun to be around and everybody loves them. And so, you know, they would continuously get opportunities. They would continuously get invited to do cool things just because of their charisma, just because of their outlook, because they were positive, they were fun to be around.

Everyone wanted them around. And so because of that, like, they just continue to get more opportunities. And so, like, that is really, I would say, a lot of the crux of the book is just enjoying life, being positive, being fun to be around and jovial, you know, so, like, you can use it for good or evil, I would think. And so, you know, there are people, though, that just naturally understand this, just like the pickup artist. People who, like, say, who just knew to do nagging or whatever, right? But what it really boils down to is there’s a bunch of tactics, sure, and there’s techniques and tactics.

But it’s kind of like if I came to you and I was like, yo, just be confident. And you’re like, what’s confidence mean? And I’m like, oh, it means to stand up straight and look people in the eye and have, you know, you know, firm handshake. Now I’m getting into fights left and right because people are like, why are you staring at me? Why are you looking at me like that? Well, the thing is, those are symptoms of confidence. That’s not what confidence is. Those are symptoms of it. So the truth is, like, confidence is something that is internal, right? And it’s displayed externally.

And so the same thing is true here. And so what the author talks about in the third chapter is something called the Wave of Fortune. And essentially what that is, is I was talking about choosing, is we can choose up a stack. And so, like, every time we win, and this is scientifically illustrated in a book called the Winner Effect. W I N N E R. Every time we choose up a stack, we choose something positive. We see more positive things in our reality. And actually what happens is our brain begins to create more dopamine. It starts to open up and open up and open up and open up more.

It’s a real phenomenon. It’s crazy. They Took in that Winter Effect book. They took two mice and they drugged one, and then they fought them. And the one that wasn’t on drugs won. And then they put him back in the ring. And the one that they drugged the first time, they didn’t drug, but this one still won. And then they took a bigger mouse and he still won. And they took a slightly bigger mouse and they still won. So if you have two boxers, this happens in boxing, too, that are basically the same skill level. One has two losses, one has zero losses.

The one who has zero losses will almost in every case win. Because, like, like, fighting and dog fighting is essentially reality. Transurfing. Yeah, I mean, it’s. It is. It’s. It’s. The. The. The way the brain works is, like, literally from within. Like, you are seeing things in a certain way. And if you expect a certain outcome, right? Like, if you’re like, this girl’s gonna, you know, this girl likes me, I’m just gonna tell her that she has something in her teeth. But you just assume that she likes you, right? Like, then that actually winds up being true.

You know, it’s like, okay, cool, you got some in your teeth, right? Like, it’s this passive thing. The other person who’s, like, trying to do a technique, they’re gonna be like, you have something in your teeth, and she’s like, you’re an like, off, right? Like, the technique only works to a guy that has that charisma naturally, right? Like, so the natural thing is very real. And so that winter effect or the wave of fortune that starts to come out with people who are just having, like, positive results in life, and they stack that, and they stack that, and they stack that, and they choose to focus on those things.

And that choice over time, every single time you choose it, it winds up opening up more of the brain. And so then you start to see opportunities that were around you that you didn’t see before. You start to be like, oh, you know what? If I did X, Y, or Z, I’d make more money. It really has nothing to do with being smart either. Like, you don’t even have to have, like, you don’t have. You could be an idiot, but you could have a high winner effect. And you’re going to, you know, attract more opportunities, and you’re going to have, you know, more confidence, and you’re going to see the world in that way, and you’ll start to believe you know that about yourself.

And then you’ll start to see that more and more. And so it’s really about, you know, hacking that perspective. So you could be a shitbag person. Doesn’t matter, right? Like, if you just. If you have that self belief, you have that self worth and you expect to win, then the likelihood of you winning it goes up exponentially. It’s crazy. So you could be a good person and do the same thing. I want to see good people win personally, but I mean, you can take this stuff and you can use it. Good person, bad person, doesn’t matter.

Can any of this work in like. Like a gambling or casino or lottery aspect? Or is that off limits? Is. Is that like, you’re not allowed to use it for certain types of things, you know, with reality transurfing and just envision myself winning and figuring out how I can start like a winter effect and ride that wave. I think you can, yeah. That’s part of the book. One of the things he says too, in the book is he even uses that as an example. He’s like some dude sitting around in his house and he’s like, oh, God, please make me rich.

I know you’re so powerful and you can make me rich. And God’s in heaven. Like, dude, the least you can do is buy a lottery ticket. You know what I mean? Do something, right? Like, you got to take some action in order to actually have results. But, you know. Yeah, absolutely, dude. To your point, 100%. Like, people who are really good comedians, like, people who are really good at whatever sport or whatever thing, like, they, most of the time, they just have a really high winter effect. That’s what it is. It’s more that than anything else.

It’s more that than aptitude or technicality or really even skill. They just have a high winner effect. They’re just used to it. They’ve gone on stage, they’ve made people laugh. They expect them to laugh. Have you ever seen, like a celebrity that comes on stage? They’re not even that funny. And then everyone’s just dying, laughing at everything they have to say. And you’re like, what the fuck is going on here? You know this person Saturday Night Live, essentially, Right, Exactly. But everyone’s dying because that’s that winter effect or that wave of fortune that they’re riding on, right? It’s not even a.

It’s not even a technical thing or a level of skill, right? Yeah, it’s like. Like seeing rock star kind of botch the whole set. But people don’t even care because they’re so enamored with just the ambiance of that Person getting to that level that it kind of like overrides all of that. Oh, let me ask you this. You were talking about how some of the first guys that. That made you get interested, like, what are these guys doing? And you’re like, they’re not even, like, working that hard. But everyone loves to be around them and they figured out how to.

How to be. How, like, have a personality where other people want you around all the time. How do you do that? What’s. What’s the secret to that? How do you make it so people want to be around you all the time? Like, what if you’re an introvert? Is that off the table? I don’t think it’s off the table. I think you just have to practice. It sounds silly, but you just need to go out and you need to talk to people and you need to learn how to be more social, and you need to learn how to be more in the moment and less logical and.

And more emotional. And you need to be able to think laterally and not, you know, not like in this determined way and robotic. Like, you need to learn to express yourself more and have more of a range of emotion and walk up to strangers. You know, part of the content that I have been doing now is, like, in the field, like, socially, like a lot of these ideas. In the reality transurfing book, you can read the book and you’ll be like, oh, this makes sense. Cool. Cool book. But until you actually have these experiences and some of this stuff comes online, like, out of you and you actually experience it, it’s.

It’s not really gonna, like, take. So I think you have to actively, like, put yourself in these situations and kind of cook your nervous system a little bit. You’ve got to open it up. You’ve got to crack it open, or else this stuff is not gonna, like, land. You can read all the books. Like, I read. I read this book for eight years and I just wasn’t doing it. And now I’m like, okay, well, I’m just gonna put it out there. I’m gonna go out there, I’m gonna talk in front of a crowd of people. I’m going to do a walk and talk video or whatever.

And I love to do, like, nature videos and all that kind of stuff. But all these. All these things have, like, pushed me to expand, to grow, to be a better speaker, to be more in the moment, to have more emotional range and to. And to that point, energy is real. So you start to pick up on energy. You start to Subtly understand where a person is at in their head, how they’re feeling. We have these things called mirror neurons, and we can tell how other people are feeling when we start to talk to them and open up to them.

And so you start to get better and better and better at this the more you become social. And so I strongly recommend, like, going out and being social in whatever form or capacity. Go to the farmer’s market, go to the dance club, go to the bar. And I do it sober, you know, most all the time. You know, and honestly, like, certain capacities, I can tell, like, I can tell certain things about people. Or at least I. I’m pretty sure I can. Most of the time, I’m right, you know, based on prolonged exposure and push. Pushing myself through these, like, comfort zones, right? Like, there’s.

You can tell what? Like, I can tell, like, if a girl has a boyfriend or not. If I go up and talk to them, I can just tell the way they react. I can tell. I can tell if a person has, you know, I can tell. I can tell how in a. I can tell if a person’s successful or not based on certain behavioral cues that they might display. You know, there’s. There’s a lot of, like, little things. I can tell if a person wants to talk to me or not. You know, some people don’t have that ability, right? Like, they.

They have no idea. Like, they’re so, like, closed off and scared to even talk to another human being that they can’t even sense any part of that person’s energy. I can tell if, you know, if a person’s open, if they’re, you know, just little, little, little things that are tells, like, and then I start to have a conversation with them, and then I can start to build rapport with them and open up, and then I can start to understand what their interests are and, like, lean into their frame and see through their reality tunnel, like, what they.

What they see the world as, you know, and how they experience the world, even if it’s like an NPC or whatever. Like, people subconsciously are queuing off of each other all the time. Like, there’s. There’s usually speaking, like, one person who is leading an interaction more than the other person that’s reacting off of that person in that interaction. And so you start to play with these dynamics and you see them in real time. Like, people will clown you or you will clown somebody else. You know, you’ll start to, like, pick up on these subtle, like, behavioral cues that, I don’t know that Many people speak about, write about, or even explain.

A lot of the stuff is in nlp, I guess, but like, the more that you kind of dial into it, the more that you can start to sense energy. It’s just. It’s basically picking up on what the energy is, the vibe of the room, you know, all of that kind of stuff, like how people are feeling. All that. This is subconscious stuff. And even people who aren’t like, awake or whatever you want to call it, they’re still subtly picking up on this stuff and they’re influenced by it. These are pendulums. It’s how energy works and how energy moves, you know, and so I can tell certain things and like, as I expand my range and get better and better and go out more and more, I can learn and pick up on more and more different cues about people.

Yeah, I mean, it’s like I’m not like, seen through them or like seeing like, you know, things about their, like, and when you are in ninth grade, you know, like anything like that, but it’s like I can definitely feel their, the way that they’re feeling, what their dispositions are and, and start to experience that. It’s pretty crazy. Like where these. We. We came online first. We’re primal creatures and we have emotions first, and then logic comes online. And so in Western society, we’ve gotten so far into our heads that I think we’ve lost a lot of connection with those subtler forms of communication, sub, sub communication, body language and those types of things.

But that stuff is all very real and we’re all communicating in those ways, sometimes completely unconsciously. And so bringing on this awareness allows you to understand and feel it in your body too. When you’re doing certain things, you have certain ticks, you’re like holding your fingers in a certain way or like doing a nervous habit, you know, because you’re in a. A situation that, that you feel uncomfortable. But the more that you put yourself in those uncomfortable positions, the more that you’re able to grow and your nervous system opens up and expands. And the more that you do that, the more dopamine your brain starts to get, and the more you become a leader and you start to control frame, the more that like, you actually can really influence, you know, other people in like, subtle ways.

It’s like everyone’s kind of queuing off of everyone else in the room. You know, if you had just like a bunch of strangers in the room, everyone’s pinging, they’re like, who’s the leader? Who’s the leader? In here. And someone has to be the leader, you know, at. You learn to become the leader more. You get more dopamine, and then your Winter effect opens, and you have more of a wave of fortune as a result of that. But you have to allow yourself permission to be the leader, which is something that kind of, I think, feels icky and gross to many of us.

You kind of make it sound like social yoga, like forcing yourself into awkward positions and being uncomfortable and just so that you can kind of know what it’s like. Yeah, I mean, if I go out and I film a fucking video in front of all these people who are looking at me and making fun of me, and there’s all the social pressure. When they make fun of you, what do they do? What are they doing to make fun of you? I mean, they’re yelling. They’re like, you know, trying to distract you, trying to keep. Get. Get you off your.

Off your focus, you know, like off your game. And so if you can lock in and not allow that to distract you, then it gives you more range, more presence, and more awareness of yourself and your body as well as other people around you. Is. If there’s a spectrum from, like, introvert to extrovert, where are you on the spectrum, Owen? I used to think I was an introvert, but I don’t believe in introvert or extrovert anymore. Okay, we’re blowing out the frame. We’re stepping outside the box. Yeah, I just, like, I. I don’t think that. I think we have both capacities.

Right. I think. I think it’s good to be able to be in solitude and to be able to hear your own inner voice. And I also think it’s good to be able to socialize and. And get out of your head, too. I think. I think, yeah, I think we. We all have those ranges. It’s like, if you think about it in a tribal way, the way that I look at things now is. Is way more like, through more of a tribal lens because of this stuff that I’ve been picking up. It’s like, you would go out, you know, it would.

It would serve you to be able to be calculating and, you know, find out where the deer are so that you can hunt them, you know, and find the. Find the. The predators and all that kind of stuff. And. But then, you know, we’d all get together around a fire and just dance and get really social and just open up and get. Get free. And so I think they both have their benefit, and I think we can. Can, you know, Actively, like, do. Do both. I don’t think we have to be, I’m an introvert or I’m an extrovert.

You know, I think we maybe have some tendencies. You know, I was an introvert, or I thought I was for a very, very long time. And I, on my test, I’m an INFP on my Myers Briggs, you know, but when it comes out to it, like, if I go out and start to get into a social flow, like, I’ll get into a flow state. And I think that’s. That’s not uncommon, that that’s not just something I can do. Anyone can do that. You start to get into a social flow state and then all of a sudden, like, you open up, you become more emotional, you’re less rational, you start thinking less linear and more lateral.

And you start to just completely, you know, open up and become an extrovert in that setting. And it feels really good, feels really free. And then, you know, if I. If I need to be at home and I need to study, like marketing or sales copy or something, then I can get into a very introverted phase and start doing that and start building funnels or whatever if I have to do that, you know. So I think they’re both beneficial. I just, I think they’re both. I think they’re both limiting but also beneficial. So I think it’s something that we don’t have to choose.

Like, it’s not. It doesn’t have to be an either or. It can be a both. And. Yeah, because I always wonder that I’ve. I’ve always figured myself to be an introvert just because I can go and be at a convention, I can stand up and give a talk in front of hundreds of people. I can like, do all of these things. But it definitely feels like I’ve got like a little Zelda energy meter somewhere. And. And like every hour that I’m doing this and every new interaction, like those little hearts are like, chipping away. And then I start hearing it, like, ringing in my ears, like, okay, you’re almost like out of life at this point.

You have to go and like, find the ferry or whatever. I’m stretching the analogy too far. But, like, that it’s not necessarily about, I don’t like to be with people versus I do like to be with people. I guess the way that the Rockefeller system has educated me on the whole introvert extrovert is that, like, introverts get drained of energy the more social that they have to be in large social environments, which I’VE always identified with. It’s not like I. I hate being in those places, but it does. It just feels like energy is, like, whooshing out of me and then going into, like, a safe space and, like, hermaning out or just like a small group of intimate friends.

It’s like you’re. You’re recharging again. You’re over by, like, the fire, and you’re literally recharging your ability. Whereas extroverts and. And I guess, like, during the lockdowns, right, this one, it was the first time that I. That I think that I ever kind of saw the. The power balance inverted, right, because for the longest time, up until everyone wasn’t allowed to go and see your friends and your family. Like, you were forced to be an introvert. Like, you actually started to see, like, oh, wow, these extroverts are going crazy. Like, it’s kind of like if you were to force me to just be at a convention for a week straight and no private moments whatsoever.

You. Every time you go to the bathroom, someone’s like, hey, bud, how’s it going? You know, like. Like telling you a life story and just like, oh, my God, everyone shut up and leave me alone for just, like a day. But. But the inverse of that kind of happened. So it does seem that some people just naturally thrive off of interaction with other people. And then some people are drained. And it’s. It’s not like that’s your entire life, but it feels like an actual dynamic. So. Question. Which is the bad one? Yeah, I think they’re both evil.

Okay. They’re both bad. No, I. Yeah, I mean, it’s interesting. I. I think it depends too, on how we’re interacting in those. In those scenarios, too. So it’s like, I feel like if we are opening up and being, like, really raw and, like, really expressing our personality, then it’s less likely to drain our energy. Whereas if we’re, like, trying to be a part of this thing and trying to, you know, capitulate to whatever other people think that we need to be and how we need to speak, then that drains more energy. And it’s like, there are certain standards and rules and social settings that we need to abide by.

Like, I’m not. I’m not saying don’t abide by. Honestly, that’s a great. That’s a great point. That intense does seem like it can be draining. Like, if. If you can just turn your brain off and blank out for 40 minutes while you’re driving or go into a party I know people that can probably go to a bar and just blank out and just interact and just do the thing. And then without drinking and like getting blackout drunk and just being like, oh yeah, I guess I was just on autopilot for that entire, that whole portion. Then it seems like you can reserve your energy.

Isn’t. Wouldn’t this be like a positive reason to turn your brain off versus always being present, always having your guardian like on call? Yeah. And I think what happens actually is kind of when I was talking about your inner screen and your outer screen is like there’s maybe like not good sort of being, you know, like, like blanking out and good blanking out where it’s like you’re in a flow state. So for me, like dancing, moving, you know, being in like a social environment, I will kind of become. I will forget what I said. I will like.

But I’ll. But we’ll be laughing and it’ll be fun and we’ll be having a good time. But I’m like, I’m not like, like I’m not consciously standing over myself, like judging everything that I do. I’m just opening up and expressing in a more free, an open way. And so when we can get into that sort of a state, I think that’s the flow state where it’s like inner screen and outer screen. You’re doing both at the same time, but you’re not, like, you’re not shifting. And they say like shifting from like one side of your brain to the other side of the brain, one side of the brain to the other side of the brain.

That is what is. They say the most exhausting is like shifting from here to here to here to here instead of just being in one, one of those like, ways. And if you can like get into a flow state socially, then all of a sudden, you know, time slows down and stands still. You’re, you know, expressing yourself in a way. And it’s not like some like derped out, like unconscious state. You’re actually, you know, in a higher energy or vibe or whatever and really having fun and interacting and engaging in the moment and like being, you know, it’s like.

Yeah, I don’t know, it’s, it’s, it’s. To me, it’s like. I gotta be honest, man, it sounds absolutely exhausting. Yeah, well, I mean, you know, fair enough. I mean, for, for some people it might be, but I think there’s. Yeah. I mean, you know, if that’s, if that’s your experience, like, I’m not Gonna argue with it. But I’m just. I’ve put myself in those positions, and it. It is exhausting, actually, at first, because you’re like. You’re basically punching your face up against the wall. But when you finally do punch through it, everything kind of changes. And that resistance isn’t there anymore.

There’s, like, this resistance, I think, that we carry with us, especially when it was social situations where all the other people’s judgment and their thoughts are, like, swirling around, and we feel that. And I think some of it’s, like, even projected from us. We’re like, oh, no. They’re thinking of this and they’re thinking of that, and they’re judging me, and they’re. What do they think of my glasses? What do they think of my outfit? You know, all this stuff that’s, like, swirling around. That’s exhausting. But if you talk about my glasses, what do you think about my glasses? I love your.

Are these too much? Now? I’m in my head. You’ve got me in my head now. I’m, like, in my 40s. Why am I even wearing these? This is kind of embarrassing now. I don’t know. I’m committed, bro. It’s been over an hour. I can’t take them off now. Don’t take them off, bro. They’re okay. They’re badass. But, yeah, I mean, like, that’s. That’s exactly what I mean. Like, you know, like, those sort of thoughts, like, ruminating, right? I think that is, like, sort of taking our energy. Those are the pendulums that are, like. And so whether, you know, if you.

If you, like, enjoy not being in this, you know, high. I get it, right? Like, all that stimulus, like, that is there to push you and make you, like, stronger and more present and be able to focus more. That’s why I, like, do a video in the street. It’s like this helps me to focus more. People are yelling, they’re running by. They’re, like, doing all kinds of distracting things. And if I can hold my focus with the distracting things, then that, like. That, like, levels me up in the Zelda way, you know, where it’s like, now I have more energy.

I have more focus. I can hold more tension, I can hold more attention and be, you know, more energetically aligned, have more intention as well. So that when I go and do the thing, it’s, like, automatic instead of this calculated thing. It’s like one of the things he says in the book is the. The heart thinks and the. The heart feels and knows and the mind thinks and speaks, the heart acts, and the mind hesitates. So it’s like anytime that we want to do something and there’s this action or this, like, you know, kind of impulse, sort of.

Impulse might not be the right way. Right word. Because I think, like, they can be misconstrued. But. But like, you have sort of an inkling, an intuition to do something, and you. You use intention to do that. Well, intention is not really premeditated. Like, he. The I. The example is I move my finger with intention, and I just move it. Like, I don’t have to think about it. I don’t have to desire it. I don’t have to make a plan about it. I just. Freaking good at that. You must have been practicing that for a while.

Hey, listen, don’t be telling people. Don’t be telling people about that now. I’ll have a line out the door. But like, the. The. The heart. The heart moves. The heart feels and knows and moves. The. The mind thinks, speaks and hesitates. So, you know, what we kind of want to learn to do is bring these two things into alignment where we can actively use intention and move in a way that’s really smooth and fluid. We’re not, like, in our own way. We’re not in our own head. You know, when we. When we feel prompted to do something by intuition, we’re just like, you just do the thing, and it’s not some, you know, event where you’re ruminating on it and ruminating on it.

I’ve had times like that where I was, like, when I was in Chicago, and I’m, like, trying to shoot a video, and I’m just, like, walking around, walking around, trying to figure out where to shoot it. Do I shoot it here? Do I shoot it there? By the time I get to making the video, like, I’m exhausted. Like, I have no energy left in my body. If I would have just set the camera up and been like, blah, blah, blah, then, you know, it probably would have come out a lot easier and smoother. So, like, we kind of fight against ourselves, I think, you know, and it’s about lining those two polarities up that we.

That we are sort of more naturally. I feel that one too, man. Were you talking about, like, going around in Chicago and like, oh, what if I shot that? What if I did it here and just like, in your mind? I like, sometimes I’ll have an idea and, like, yeah, I’d love to do that, but, like, I want to get the right lighting or I want to get the right, you know, like X, Y and Z. Everything has to be just perfect. And then it turns into this. This forever quest of never having all the stars to align.

So this thing that was just simple. You could have just like, done the thing in an afternoon without waiting on all these pieces to align because they’re kind of these justifications. And I don’t know if that’s procrastination or if it’s perfectionism or if it’s what, like, fear of success, which sounds so silly to me as a concept, but apparently it’s like a real thing out there. So you’ve got a whole school about this where you’re like, you’re teaching classes and you’ve got a curriculum and you even have, like, leaderboards where, like, people can, like, win point.

Like, so explain to me your host feel what’s going on with the transurfing reality school. So I want people to learn this stuff. I think there’s definitely something for the, you know, if you’re the right person, if this model lands for you. You know, I want people to become more self aware, more spiritual. I want them to, to tap into, like, what they think that their goal is. I want them to do the thing that’s unique about them, find their purpose. Like, to me, that’s my, my passion. I. I love teaching this stuff. And so for some people, this model really lands.

For other people, they’re like, this is gobbledygook. Like, I hate this. So the transurfing school exists for people who are like, I want to learn this model and, like, figure out how to get to my goal by using this model. Like I said at the beginning, it’s like, I think we’re told to follow our heart. It’s kind of corny. Whatever, that’s fine. But when we bring our mind along, this kind of model gives us a little bit of an instruction manual on how to do that. Abby’s living proof, you know, of someone who took these principles and it landed for her and she put them into practice.

You know, I. I have several clients that I’ve been working with who are doing, you know, really awesome stuff. Right? They’re not flying yet. We haven’t gotten to flying. But. But we’re, you know, we’re. How much does that cost? Like, what, what level are you talking about here? I mean, that’s five digits, six digits. You’ll have to book a discovery call to find out the answer to that question. Right. Starts and we thought like, like low 400. Well, I mean, you know, it depends. I have courses and different things like that, but then like to work with me, you know, individually, like, that’s, you know, whatever, you know, we.

It’s. It’s like a mentorship like that I have in a group. And so we, we take like the idea of this wave of fortune and consciously creating pendulums, consciously creating, you know, this. This group and experience where we’re helping each other and building up our. Each other’s winner effect. So it’s part of that. It’s a collaborative group where you can learn about these concepts and then implement them in your life. Share your findings, you know, share it. Share how you’ve, you know, tested the different things out. And the school platform is really cool for that. Like, it’s, It’s.

It’s awesome because that you have a classroom. I have a free course in there that teaches you reality transurfing. And then I have other courses too, that I’ve, like a purpose course that I did. I’ve got an audiobook that you can purchase. Or if you’re really active in the group, then you can earn that book, you know, and then meditations, same thing. You can purchase it for cash. Or you. If you’re really active in the group, then you can earn it, you know, so there’s like, really cool ways to motivate folks to learn the model. So if it.

If it lands for you, if it’s something that you think that could help you to accomplish your goal, and then that’s what I created the whole thing for. It really helped me, like, it really, really landed for me. And that’s why I started making videos, not even knowing that anyone would ever watch them. And then, like, all of a sudden, you know, like, I have quite a few that have done pretty well. So it was like, I didn’t even expect that to happen. It was just kind of an. A happy accident. And then, you know, I read the book and then made some summaries and different things like that.

And then, you know, with Abby, she’s in the group, she’ll come and do like a dream workshop or something once in a while. You know, I’ll have other special guests that come. We do live podcast tapings in there. In fact, I’ll have you in there. We’ll tape the podcast live in the school group, and then that way people can hang out, watch it, they can ask you questions, they can engage a little bit. And then, you know, there’s coaching and stuff from there as well as. As part of the group. So it’s really fun. We do Wednesday every day W I N S so that we can kind of, like, leverage, you know, the excitement and the.

The wins of everybody. And at first, I think the group felt like, this feels like bragging, you know, but we. We. But what we started to understand is, like, no one’s mad that you’re winning, that we want you to win. Like, we want you to do well. Like, we’re actively. Everyone’s cheering you on. Like, and so the more that we express that and the more that we harness our wins and that positive energy, the more that everyone is kind of building an active wave of positivity and good fortune for each other. So that’s really the point of the group.

And I’ve had a lot of fun with it and learned a lot about these principles by, like, actually implementing them with people. So that’s. That’s what it’s about. Okay. It’s a solid pitch. Where. Where should people go to find all this? So they can find me anywhere at bootsy Greenwood on YouTube. They can find me on Instagram and all the social medias. And then if they want to just find the school group, then they can go to school. S K-O-O-L s K-O-O-L dot com. And then they could just search transurfing, and it’s the Transurfing school. And I have a link to the transurfing school and all my YouTube videos.

It’s in my Instagram bio as well. So it’s. It should be pretty easy to find. Probably just Google the Transurfing school and find it. There’s a couple of them popping up now, but mine’s the one that has the most people in it, so it’s free also. Hey, man, you heard it from Boosie Greenwood himself. The future is trans. So sign up quickly. I’ll put all the links in the description, all the different things. Give us some, like, cool departing reality. Trans surfing, like, hacker stuff. Like, you’re gonna go in Monday and you’re gonna ask for that raise you’ve been waiting on.

Do I envision the boss naked? Like, what’s. What’s the hack here? I mean, always envision everyone. First of all, HR told me, actually, I was. I was not allowed to do that anymore. It was causing issues. People can feel it, bro. Those mirror neurons really. Well, I mean, I think one of the things that you can do, if that’s what you’re looking to do, is you can think about what other people want and endear them to you by thinking about their own success, the things that they want. Like, put yourself a little bit in their head and their perspective and then show them like a bit of an olive branch by what he calls frailing.

So you would basically like think about if your boss loves, you know, golf or, you know, whatever. You can think about him riding on a unicorn if he’s into, you know, fantasy novels or something like that. And then that would endear, that would endear him to you by basically opening up some space and appreciating and basically giving them positive wishes and feedback. So that’s a fun thing you can do. And then as you go, the best thing to do honestly is to log your wins. The brain always is default to the negative always because it’s trying to survive.

So your brain will actually lie to you and you’ll remember losing $100 and it has actually double the impact on your system to lose a hundred dollars as finding a hundred dollars would have. So you’ll forget about finding the 100, but you’ll always remember losing it. So if you can flip the script and you can start logging your wins, then it actually changes your brain chemistry and then you start to notice more opportunities as well. So start to focus on your wins. Allow them to land. It’s okay. It’s okay to celebrate a win. And really the biggest win to celebrate is you just taking action.

Even if it didn’t turn out the way that you thought it would, you did the thing. And that deserves a pat on the back. And so from there, give yourself the ability to let that land, feel that feeling in your body of. And appreciate yourself for taking an action toward your goal. You’re worth it. You’re worth it. And. And thanks, man. And everyone should definitely look out. I think I’m going to be going on to your transurfing school and talking about memory palaces, which is like one of the coolest freaking concepts ever. So look out for that.
