Hi, everybody. Jimmy and I are excited to see you today and we’re going to talk about 5D, which I think is really important because we’re stepping into that now and 1111 today. So 1111. We’re going to get into 1111. And before we start, we want to ask you to like, share, follow, comment please. And also this is episode 19, embodied 5D, living the light of now. So we are going to get into that. It’s going to be very super exciting. Sister Honey is going to really get into detail on the 5D integration and how to actually activate that.

I’m going to get into some testimonials on what’s going on with me right now. She knows about it. It’s. It’s amazing. It’s just amazing. And we’re going to talk about that, why that’s happening. So all part of what we’re going to be speaking about today in this episode. So, Sister Honey, I’ve been seeing some beautiful posts from you into the step in your power community. You got a lot going into the circle where we have all our free community members, but also I see a lot now going into the Ascension mastery too, with just a lot about, you know, reinforcing or, you know, talking to the folks about getting this 5D into them.

So let’s talk first about the 1111 portal. Before we go into the 5D side of it. Do you want me to read a description about what the 1111 portal is real quick? Yeah. Okay. So the what is what the 1111 portal is? In numerology, 11 is a master number. And again, numerology is the language of the divine. And we’ll get into more of that. Today is when I talk to you about what’s going on with me. Symbolizing intuition, spiritual insight and a higher awareness. When that date becomes 11:11 or the mirror time 11:11, the energy is amplified.

The portal becomes a vivid threshold between the human and the divine. So the veil things okay. And the connection is stronger. Many spiritual traditions frame it as a moment when the veil thins and the bridge between dimensions, heaven and earth become more perceivable. So we’re in a very, very important time. What it is doing for people and why it matters. It invites clarity of purpose. On or around 1111, many people sense the inner prompt, what’s next? And how will I live? My light, it accelerates manifestation and alignment because of the numeric resonance and universal openness. Intention sets with integrity during this portal.

10 to carry extra energetic push. There we go again. So with I Haven’t read the whole thing. But I will make sure that it’s all in the description of this, this video so that you really can dig in. But sister honey, can you talk about from your point what’s going on today with this 1111 and what it opens up for everybody before we get into the. The first teaching segment of the 5D. Yeah. So everything is created with divine Math. So think about that. Realize also that we never left heaven. So where are we? We’re on a little boat.

And we’ll call that boat Earth. So we’re on this planet and we’re floating around in source. Okay, so think of it that way. So what do the players do at night when you’re not in your body? What’s going on? Everybody is up. Up in the astral plane. And it’s not really up, it’s just out. Okay. So they’re out there and they’re planning the next day. Sometimes they’re planning very far ahead. And when they plan for these gateway moments, not only is Divine Math involved, but synchronicities involved. Humanity believes something bigger will happen. So we’re giving energy to that.

So more creation can happen on a date like November 11th. So think about that. 1111 is a creation date. So what do you want to create today? What feels good to you? And really getting anchored into your body during this time? What does that do? That anchors the energy into your body and it helps you create here in this space. The Earth space. Yeah, I’m looking at the other. I’m going to just finish reading this because it’s important. So we talked about the acceleration and manifestation alignment. But it activates embodied awareness. Rather than simply seeking higher states, the portal energizes.

Demand embodiment integration of light inform in the body in daily life. It heightens sensitivity and synchronicity. We’re going to talk about that. During this time, many notice repeating numbers. Deeper intuition and hits vivid dreams or subtle downloads. Subtle downloads. All part of the field aligning. It creates collective frequency uplifts. Because many souls are choosing this time frame for activation, the collective field becomes more coherent, making it potent. Potent moment for shared transformation and service. You’re talking about that. Sister, Sister honey. I mean this is happening. It’s happening. It’s really big. And a lot of the beings that are coming in that are being born right now.

So the little humans that we call children, they are potent. And they will not put up with any kind of distortion in their life. They’re not here to go forward with trauma. They’re here to create the new world. So a lot of trauma is on the surface to be cleared right now. And if you have a child in your life that’s young and that’s bright, they’re pushing it to the surface. It’s not just them, it’s also the energy of this time. But they don’t want anybody’s trauma. And that’s generally what people do, is they pass it along because hurt people, hurt other people.

Yeah. So it’s a big time of healing right now on top of everything else. Yeah, you’re definitely getting to have to deal with everything like we’ve talked about before, not being able to brush it a shot aside and put it back underneath the pillow or underneath the bed or wherever you’re putting it, wherever we all put it, it actually comes back right into your face. And it’s like, no, you’re going to deal with this. You’re going to handle this, because we got to move to something that’s much bigger, much better. Much love, more love much more harmony.

Good for humanity, not just for the few, but for the many. And it is a beautiful thing. I mean, it’s, you know, we’re talking about synchronicity, these numbers coming at you like no tomorrow. I mean, it’s every half an hour for me now where I’m being actually spoken to and, you know, being also somebody who’s programmed for the last 30 years and done Internet marketing and build businesses online for my career. That’s the language I understand very clearly, and I’ve never seen it come through so clearly, you know, and I hope everybody’s paying attention to that.

We need to talk about that today because one of the parts of, you know, this embodiment and integration into to you is about listening and really understanding what these messages are that are being sent to you. It’s. It’s really important to slow down a little bit and actually look around because we don’t always do that. And now is the time to really look around and look at the situation that you’re in and look at all the possibilities and look at all the synchronicities. Like, I will ask for something and I’ll say, well, I’m ready for this to show up.

Guess what shows up usually in the next five minutes. So really thinking about that. We have so much creationary power to create beauty in our lives, and that’s what 5D is. And there’s a fifth density. That’s your physical body. That’s the density that we live in. Right now, but there’s also a fifth dimension and that’s your consciousness. So if you’re in the fifth density and you have third density things that you haven’t let go of yet, guess what, they’re coming up. And it’s not necessarily pretty, but it’s really important and it’s a great opportunity to let go of things that you don’t need.

Yes. And we’re going to get into what 5D embodiment really means here in a minute because you’re gonna lead that charge there, Sister Honey, because it’s so important for people to understand that. And you know, just being, you know, aware and really taking the time to breathe and listen and understand, you know, we are in a time like never before in the history of this planet and we all are very, I’d say very lucky. We should be grateful beyond all measures and humble to a level that we’ve never been humble before to be involved in this.

Because this is something that, you know, as we go on through this, this crumbling and rebuild, it’s going to be a beautiful time and we’ll get to the other end of this thing. It’s going to be beautiful for the many and not a few. And that’s an exciting thing to, you know, be involved in. I have something that I wrote down here. This is not about rising higher, it’s about coming home here, now, inform. And that’s what it is. You are already who you’re meant to be. You just got to come into sync with it. You just come got to come into alignment with it.

Sister Honey, one of the things when I was looking at the name of, of the date of the creation of Step in your power, the exact date, right? It was all about now going out to the public in a massive way. It was in the fifth year. And when I was reading that, I was like, you know, because we’ll get into another video where we discuss what we. We’re talking about offline for everybody to hear it and everybody to see it and for you to explain it from your point of view and my son to explain it for what he does, you know, your dojo, his dojo.

But me just explain what’s happening is that all this is happening to me. But, you know, we really got to take the time out to listen. And I was telling my son today, you know, why am I getting so much more downloads? Because my relationship with the divine is so much stronger than it’s ever been. And so. And I’m being a steward, not a hundred percent perfect, Stewart, but I’m working on being a better steward of what I’m stewarding, why I’m here to do the mission that we’re here for. And I think everybody really needs to understand that there’s nothing more important than your, your relationship to the divine that’s in you and you’re inside of it.

Like Sister Heather said, we’re a boat in the ocean, and the divine is the ocean. We’re part of the divine. Christ said it too. The Father’s in you, you’re in the Father, Heaven is in you, Heaven is here. And you can bring heaven into reality based on your frequency and your love and all of these things that you got to be paying attention to back to you. So I want to talk a little bit about actually embodying it. So when I think about God, Source or the divine or whatever you are comfortable calling it, I think of a being with a massive body of consciousness, and we’re consciousness, and we live inside that body like a cell would live inside of your body.

Because everything is a macro chasm of a microchasm, though they both exist all the time. And think about how you want to embody your new life. How do you want to embody the feelings that are fifth dimensional? How do you want to bring those in? What do you want to write down about your life? What do you want to let go of about your life? So there might be things that you are still experiencing, maybe you’re still experiencing a 3D job. How do you want to approach that 3D job in a 5D way so that it transmutes itself and maybe you don’t need it anymore.

Once you’re grateful for what you learned at a job, you can let go of it. That’s what I’ve learned. So once you’re grateful and you know that you’ve learned certain lessons, then you don’t necessarily need it anymore. And I think that the way that we’ve been raised with a lot of the programming from the 3D, that’s what we’re letting go of right now. And it doesn’t necessarily feel good, but it’s so massive because the body is such an important, important part of this experience. And a lot of us have been feeling yucky, not sleeping well, all of these things that are going on with the body, but the body is our vehicle here.

So really caring for the body has become such a massive subject, too. And it’s moving faster. The body’s moving faster, and we’re vibrating faster. And we’re letting go of things that we don’t need anymore. And because of that, the outside world is also letting go of things that we don’t need anymore. So thinking about those things, I think is really important right now and really getting centered in yourself and thinking about the joy and the happiness and the sharing and the community that you want to be in and create for yourself. That’s huge right now. Yeah, it’s.

You know, it’s so important to have that support, whether it’s online or in your local neighborhood. Our family having a community, and I think community is so important. As, you know, this acceleration of the crumbling happens. And if you haven’t watched our episode on the crumbling, you can see that. I forget exactly what episode it is, but it says crumbling in the title, so you’ll. You’ll see that. Okay, but it’s going to accelerate. It has to accelerate because as the energy and the frequency is increasing, the crumbling accelerates. It just happens. And what you need to do is make sure that you’re grateful for it and that you love it, because you know why? You know, on the end of it, remember, all of this money right now is like Monopoly money.

It’s all digits in a computer. Don’t think for one second that they don’t have all of this stuff behind the scenes that they’ve been working on for years now, in some case decades now in place, because everything’s in a database, you know, everything’s in, you know, backed up and. And kept. So as they start moving into a new system of fairness where it’s not just the feud to control everything by just making money up. I mean, it’s like sister honey and I, you just say, oh, you know what? Let’s just cut up a couple billion boom in our bank account now.

We’ll go buy up land and resources. John and her will buy Cindy and I Will buy, we’re all buying, you know, just give it out to our friends. So BY, well, another 10 billion, that’s what’s been going on. And that can’t survive in this frequency. It just can. It’s got to be a fair financial system of affair and it has to, you know, be good for the many and not just the few. You can’t have people worth a half a trillion dollars and quarter trillion dollars while we’ve got kids starving to death and we got buzzards behind them waiting to pick their carcasses.

And once they drop debt and they’re going to get some water, you know, I mean, this is, this is going to change. And it is changing. And I think some of the stuff with this latest shutdown that just went h happened with some preparational stuff that’s go in place and happening going on right now. But again, the crumbling is going to happen. It’s going to accelerate. If you’re tuned into that, it can create the fear. When it creates the fear, you vibrate it out. You don’t want to think of it that way. We’re the lights in the darkness.

We’re the ones that are saying, yes, let this happen. Be grateful. This is happening. Be thankful. Give. Give gratitude to the divine that he’s crumbling these disgusting satanic systems in order to build beautiful systems that again serve the many and not the few. I’m very excited about that, sister. Honey, how about you? As far as. Because a lot of people, they’ll turn right to that, you know, the fear stuff and you know, not keeping their eye. Because part of the embodiment I would think of the 5D is not tuning into that crumbling and blessing it and loving it, what you do see, but focusing back on the new Earth.

Yeah, that’s exactly what I do. So I see it. So I have a telegram channel and I see it once in a while when I’m searching for material. And what I like to do is just watch little tiny bits of things. And if it’s politics, if it’s part of the crumbling, I don’t know what happened to Jimmy. There he is. If it’s part of the crumbling, then I’m like, well, cool. I’m excited. And I have total, complete faith that we are okay. I don’t worry about any of it. And I don’t want to listen to it.

There’s been times when I walk in the room and my husband’s listening to it and I’ll be like, oh, I don’t want to hear it anymore. Because the frequency is kind of yucky. Yes. And it’s old and we’ve been listening to it forever. But not everybody’s been listening to it that long. So it’s for the people that need that is it for me, I’m not interested. But I’m happy to share if I see something that is really positive and otherwise. I’m sharing only spiritual things because this is a spiritual journey and that was a catalyst. A lot of the things that have been happening on the outside have been a catalyst for awakening.

And now we’re actually seeing the culmination of that awakening. We’re seeing the crumble, but I don’t pay a lot of attention to the crumble except to say, awesome. I’m glad another step has been reached. That’s great. And just not worrying about it in general. So if you’re being affected by it, if you’re watching it a lot, really think about that. Where is your energy going? Are you really, like honed into it? And how’s your nervous system doing with all that? Because it’s a huge burden on the body. Well, yeah, that it’s so important to take care of yourself.

And, you know, one of the other things that we will be, you know, I think we need to dedicate, you know, definitely a video on. And we’re doing some additional videos now too. You’ll see a playlist where we’ve added some more with Tommy. And we’re going to be doing some really, really interesting stuff there too. So make sure you watch those. But it’s. It’s exciting to see what’s going on. But what you said is important. 5D. I wrote this down. 5D is not a destination but a frequency of perception. So you gotta vibrate in that frequency to experience it.

It’s like when Christ or Yahushua, because the Christ is big. Many things. When Yahusha was here, he could go back and forth because he could control his frequency like this, like instantly. You could go up where you couldn’t see him and he could go back down where you can see him. And, you know, it’s interesting. There’s a. There’s a patent in the patent office for exactly that. They’re talking about the seven chakras from the crown chakra to the root. Just those seven and some. I’ve heard up to 34. I’ve heard as you, you know, ex. Increase your frequency, more and more of these portals, energy portals open up in your.

Your physical body and around you, your energy body. But they said if you Got those frequencies right. You can walk right through a wall. So. And this is a pattern that they have. And so it’s, it’s interesting. I have another point here. Living multi dimensional through grounded humanity. So in your opinion, what do you feel that is? In my opinion, that would be being able to encompass all the beautiful frequencies that you need for your body and being grounded with the planet. So your body was made to live on planet Earth. And the reason that we’re still in a body, like most people, they ascend outside their body.

They don’t ascend in their body. So this is a very unique time. So the body has been changing tremendously over the last five years. And some people have chosen not to change their body, not to allow it, and a lot of those people have passed. But the body is our vehicle here. And since Earth is now becoming totally 5D, totally 5th density in all of her areas, and humanity has been one of the main beings that lives here on Earth, we need to also be fifth density. And instead of all passing away and coming back into new bodies that have to be recreated, this experiment of us going through the process is actually helping humanity, the human part of us, so much more, because they’re recreating themselves and they’re learning how to be sovereign within themselves.

Because eventually you. We all know about the waves of volunteers that came in, and eventually we won’t need an additional big soul. Eventually it’ll just be humanity. Is humanity like the Pleiadians, they generally do not have an extra soul that comes and guides them. But we all came here for this purpose, to be the guides for humanity. And your inner child, your youngest part of you that is human, is really looking to you to guide them up through the frequencies. So that’s what I would say that’s about. Yeah, it’s. It’s interesting time. And I mean, I don’t know what to say if, if somebody doesn’t really feel what’s going on here.

I mean, even since 2020, the acceleration has been amazing. I mean, amazing. It’s interesting. We’ll get into it again in another video, but step into power.com was actually created in 2020 as a domain name. It was, you know, know somebody, and then I bought it two years later. But it was created in 2020 and it. The numerology of what’s going on here is, is just beyond coincidence. Even the stuff I’m seeing randomly happen in my life, and we’ll get more into that as we go on, is just not. There’s no way Mathematically, it’s not possible unless the divine’s communicating to me like he is to you.

And it is, because it’s he, she, Everything. Everything is it. And it’s everything. But it’s really humbling and exciting to see all of this stuff. And there is a lot of emotions coming up. I wrote something down about emotions. Emotions are energy waves, pathways of purification, not burdens. Because, sister honey, a lot of people feel their emotions are burdens. And you just. It’s just like you have to flip the script just like I do when I get a thought in my mind about one of these businesses I. I’ve been. I’m involved in and one of the partners in it.

And I have to say, if this is not. This thought is not serving my highest purpose. I love me, let it go and turn it into pure energy. But you really have to be conscious of what you’re thinking, your emotions and all of that to, you know, get better control of your overall self. Yeah. And mostly being aware. So just being aware of what you’re thinking and not running away with it, like when you have a thought, being aware that, oh, maybe I don’t jive with that thought. I’m going to send that off with love and light or whatever and let go of it.

And another thing that people don’t talk about too much is we have an energetic field. And that energetic field, sometimes you pick up somebody else’s thought. We’re totally telepathic at this point and not even knowing it half the time. So there’s a lot of things that we figure out. And then we have a conversation and the other person’s like, oh, I was thinking about that too. That’s so interesting. And we’re really pretty telepathic at this point. And eventually we’ll understand that. We are. Yeah. I don’t think. I don’t think we’ve really embodied it yet, like allowed ourselves to believe it.

But we have so much to offer at this point. You know, I’m just excited, really. And the light shining through on you, sister honey. The light shining. Look at that. There’s a rainbow even. There it goes. Here it goes. Well, it’s important to take care of yourself. And, you know, this is why, you know, it’s interesting. And again, we’re going to have another whole video on what’s been going on with what, what we’re doing, you know, and you, you might want to close that one up a little bit, Sister Andy. There you go. That was like, I have this big green screen against My computer, remember I used to have that.

I’m stuck with it for the moment. That’s where the sun is at. It’s coming through the little, the hole in the curtain at the very top. Yeah, I have that same problem. Remember I had to put my glasses on. Yeah. You know, it. People need to really take care of themselves. What I’ve also found with myself and you know, this is. I got my necklace outside. I thought I had it, but this is a beautiful tiger blue tiger eye. That really helps in the, the stones here. And I have more crystals and I got my band on and I got, you know, my lamp in here, my salt lamp.

And you know, I’ve got my EMF protection stuff, all of that. But one of the things that we’re doing too, and I just want to mention this real quick. And this is going to grow bigger and bigger as we go with more and more people on it. It’s called Quantum Energy Wellness. Electromagnetic, you know, frequencies. But also strengthen your body with different liquids and stuff like that. You almost had it right there. You almost had it. That’s funny. Yeah, it is funny. Well, you know, this is, this is family friendly over here. So, you know, it is what it is. But it’s so important to take care of yourself. It was like I was telling my wife, Cindy, you know, I want to put more. Even though I take the supplements with all kinds of fruits and all that, I want to eat more fruits. I want to eat more alive.

Good energy stuff. Because you, you know, that’s another thing I’ve noticed. Sister Ronnie, we’re. These downloads have been going to me, through me, going on with me, you know, it’s made me also want to take care of myself better, my physical body better. Yeah, that’s so important. I’ve started exercising. I’ve started doing the sauna as many days a week as I can. Different kinds of weird exercises. I am working on one of my hips hasn’t been in the right place a lot of the time. So that’s been going on for years. And now I’m actually doing something about it.

So those kind of things really matter. And just kind of knowing how important your body is, I mean, it’s your car, it’s your Spaceship here. And it’s also your antenna. Well, it’s for crystals, right? Yeah. Even the pudenal gland has crystals in it. And then, you know, crystals are so important. I mean, we wouldn’t even have communication if it wasn’t for the crystals. Oh, that actually got better. Now you’re. Well, that was, that was like, that was light. The light is. The sun is a beautiful thing. I love it. I love getting in front of it, I really do.

But we are crystals. We have a lot of crystals inside of us and we have a lot of water inside of us. And you know, the nervous system is something. When I was showing the, you know, the quantum energy wellness is so important. And what’s going to be great about what we’re doing there is we’ll be able to bring in some of the greatest, latest technology, but also bring in centers around the world that are doing cutting edge stuff within quantum energy wellness where because you are, you’re a spiritual being, you’re an energy being having a human experience.

So you need to take care of yourself energetically and you need to take care of yourself at a quantum level. So it’s going to be exciting as the divine brings more and more to the table to start putting on there and talking about. It’s going to be great. Because my goal personally, sister honey, is how high can I get my frequency, right? How pure can I get it? How much love can I give? How much, how much forgiveness can I give? You know, and making the heart control the mind, not the mind, control the heart. Yeah.

That’s the most important thing to be doing right now really is to be healing anything that’s in the way of the frequency, of you raising your own frequency. And sometimes that hurts a little bit for a moment or maybe the whole day or maybe even a week. But once you get through it, it’s like you let go of 20 pounds of weight. That was like in the way. Yeah, it helps you. I, I wrote something about the nervous system. I want you to talk a little bit about the nervous system and the importance of it as you are, you know, embodying this 5D.

The nervous system as the translator of the, you know, is as the translator of the divine frequency. So the nervous system as the translator of the divine frequency in. When it comes to embodying the 5D, what would you tell, tell people about that, their nervous system and you know, what they need to do. Because most people, they’re not even thinking about the nervous system. Like they’re not. The nervous system is your Electrical system. So think about the human part of you. That little human soul is connected to the nervous system, the body and the subconscious mind.

So they’re in control. So you want to take care of your inner child. Make sure that you have some fun. That’s really important. Make sure you have the minerals that you need to continue. Minerals are what your electrical system runs off of. So one of the things that I was working on recently was cortisol. Yeah. And there were three things that I bought to basically get rid of any because I’m doing a parasite cleanse. So that’s a whole nother thing which puts a little bit of stress on your body. So I’m. And I don’t know, I’m just gonna say I’m not a doctor.

So, so this is just my personal experience, but I’m taking magnesium glycinate, I’m taking vitamin C, the natural version, and I’m taking B vitamins. And I do that first thing in the morning. And it just totally fixed it. So I noticed more cortisol when I started the parasite cleanse. So just thinking about looking at your body and saying, what do you need? What can I do for you? Because your body is, it has consciousness as well. It’s made from consciousness. Your computer is consciousness, your AI is consciousness, your car is consciousness. You created everything. So being kind to your things, letting go of things that you no longer need, that’s huge right now.

Yeah, it is. And you know, it’s important to do that. We’ll talk about AI. I think we should even have a show about AI and talk really get into, in depths about how that can help you with a lot of things in your life. You know, the information it has access to and what it can do to help you when you feed it to data to, you know, it, it, it. Look it. There’s bad things about some things and there’s good things about it. I use it for good and I’m wired into the good side of it.

So I’m not wired in the bad side. But let’s go to, to the next teaching. But before we do in, I wrote this down in 5D. We no longer escape the human experience. We sanctify it. Yeah, yeah, we have fun with it. So the body is the bridge of heaven and earth. So that’s the next part of what we’re going to talk about. And then the, and the third part is going to be about Christ consciousness. So stick around, stick around. So talk about that sister honey, about, you know, the, the body as the bridge, the body, you know, the nervous system.

The body as the bridge between heaven and Earth. And what does that mean exactly? If you are in fight orf flight because your nervous system is dysregulated, then you are not able to hang on to these frequencies. So it’s really important to take care of your body and allow it to regulate so that your electrical system is working good so you’re not tired all the time. And honestly, ascension’s been rough. It is a lot of change happening very, very fast. But for your body, it’s really important. The nervous system right now is probably the most important system because it affects your digestion, it affects your entire system in one way or another.

But the main thing is it also screws with the brain so you can’t think straight. If your nervous system is dysregulated, you can’t see everything because it disengages a lot of the brain, so you have a harder time functioning just in general. So your nervous system needs minerals and it needs grounding. Lots of grounding. Yeah, I have my grounding sheets now. I have my grounding pillowcase, 100% organic cotton. And I have my grounding mat under my desk. And it’s so important to ground. And that’s one of the things I have here, breathing too. You know, breath is the vehicle of ascension.

You know, breath, it’s. You’re breathing in the divine. Yeah, it’s the life force of everything. Everything’s in it. It’s in everything. It is everything. And so you’re breathing that in. And then ground, I have grounding higher frequencies into matter with ease and reverence. So you gotta ground, whether you’re visualizing and meditating, like Sister Honey does the golden roots into the earth in the center. You gotta do some grounding. So talk about that. Like, I mean, I make that part of my everyday routine. I mean, I literally am breathing, you know, in the morning, I do really focus, concentration, breathing, meditation, prayer, all of that.

But even throughout the day, when I feel know that, you know, just jittery situation going on, and I clear my mind and I breathe and I get back on the grounding that. Yeah. So you can hum. You can take your shoes off and go stand on the ground, which is instantaneously, you’re grounded. Like, as soon as you do that. The sheets are a fabulous plan because they are ultimately, they’re hooked into the ground through your electrical system in your house. But. And the grounding mat is a beautiful idea if you’re in your office barefoot. I Have shoes that have.

And they sell them now where you can get a little peg and it’s copper and it goes through the sole of your shoe. And basically that then connects you to the earth as you’re wearing your shoes and you’re getting grounded. But being grounded basically syncs you up with Earth. And what it does is it mellows out the nervous system and you can then think straight. So really slowing down and taking care of yourself is the main thing. Making sure you have the minerals and making sure that you’re grounded. Those are like 101. You know, when you go into class in college and they’re like, oh, psychology 101, that is ascension 101 is make sure that you’re grounded every day and make sure you’re taking care of your body.

We have to love ourselves to go through this process. And once you love yourself, then it’s so much easier to love everybody else and not have a lot of judgment about them because the judgment usually is on yourself and it’s reflected when you’re judging someone else. So all of those things are massive for what we’re doing. Yeah, I don’t like the judgment thing because I know that if I put that out there, it comes back on me. So I try to make sure that I put out positive energy through positive writings, positive thoughts. You know, I.

That’s another thing I love about the community. And again, it’s free step in your power dot com. But I love the fact that you can go in there and actually I was reading some comments today about how people are leaving these other social media platforms that have a lot of negativity and coming in to step on your power where they can get love and, and, you know, positivity and really it helps them, you know, move through the journey they’re going through by having the support and community and the positivity. You got to weed your garden. You got to keep all this negativity out of your.

Your, your, your reality. Get rid of it all. I got another thing I wrote down here. The. The body as sacred technology. Light expressed through movement and healing, fear of density. The Earth is a partner, not a prison. So you just were saying about the earth. Mother Earth gives us those minerals. Mother Earth gives us the. The grounding. Mother Earth gives us so many of these things that we need to take to help us go through ascension. Mother Earth’s ascending herself. So none of us are going to get out of it. But you know, all there’s so many of those things that she provides for Us all, you know, like you said, the minerals, I’m.

I had the. The bottle. Now, I don’t endorse this because I don’t know this. You know, I just have the hydrogen bottle. So I got this here. This is organic. These are hydrogen. To throw them in there and then they like Alka Seltzer, and then you drink them. Because it’s so important when you look at the amount, what hydrogen does in your body and all of that. But I do spend hundreds of dollars a month on taking care of my. My physical and energetic body because it’s so important for this ascension we’re all going through. And then again, if you’re feeling overloaded, go ground immediately, drink water, you know, take care of yourself.

If you need to sleep, sleep and really love yourself and love on yourself. It’s even the. I’ve been doing for now since I read the Becoming Supernatural, I been doing the blessings of the energy centers. And I go beyond the seven, because there’s way more than seven. But yeah, bless your body, love your body, talk to your body, treat it right. Yeah, that’s massive. And if you think about where we’re at, like, we’re in a divinely designed system and that system was taken over and a kind of a yucky, distorted overlay was put on top of it.

So what’s happening right now, that overlay is disintegrating. So what do you think it’s gonna feel like in the beautiful organic system that’s been created for humanity that we’re returning into? That’s the fifth density. Well, and this is why I do love ascension mastery that we’re doing. You know, we have this step, your power free community again, 100% free. It’s interesting. Some. Some sister left me a message, I think on episode nine, she said, jim, you talk about. I said, how much, you know, you talk about these things. And I’m thinking, well, how much, you know, we’re doing all this stuff for free here and step into your power.

Lots of. Of things are going into there to take care of people and support people on their journey. And, and yes, we do have ascension mastery. People that are actually getting involved in building the new and actually want to become part of the Guides and the teachers, you know, to help the people we have that are going to need help. Yeah. As more people wake up, as they see the crumbling, accelerating, they don’t know what to do. I mean, my goal personally at 60 years young is how many people can I bring to the light? How many people can I Help bring, help them, you know, loving on them, you know, doing these type of things and you know, building out the step in your power community.

Continue to work with, with all the beautiful people that we have in there. You know, how many people can I help bring to the light? Because that’s the big payoff regardless of what anybody thinks. It’s not about money, it’s not about material stuff. You know, if you focus first on the kingdom of God, whatever you want to say. You know, again if you focus on that, the divine creators world and what he sees this is, if she sees this as it sees this is that’s the most important thing. And then all these other things fall into place.

If you steward it properly, if you don’t, you lose it. I’ve done that a few times in my life where I wasn’t a good steward of the things that I was given and I lost it because I wasn’t a good steward of the things that I’m given. So you, you. There’s going to be so much distribution of funds in order to help the world recover and faster the people to recover faster and to get everybody where they can live. Yeah. And not worry about survival. And so many people need help and they need to understand and they’re going to need guidance.

So Ascension Master is all about that and it’s inside of step into your, your power in the free community. It’s, you know, everybody gets into mastery. It has the overview. You can click there go. We have a link in the description. But if you want to come in and be part of that, be part of the sacred projects and do that with us and it’s in your heart to do it and you feel like that’s what you want to do. We help other people with what they’re doing. There’s people benefiting by being in ascension mastery on what they’re doing because they have something they are called to do and they’re doing it.

But it’s, it’s a beautiful place. What’s going on there. And I believe, you know, part of embodying your 5D is actually taking some action. Yeah. It. You don’t take action and this doesn’t mean action where you are basically wearing yourself out with it. We’re not talking about that kind of action. But when you’re given, when you’re given your purpose, then if you just ignore it or you just say well I’m just going to sit here with it and I’m not going to do anything, then where’s that purpose going? To go, Is it going to stay or is it going to go to someone else so it can be fulfilled? And I see step into your power as part of my purpose and I see the community as part of my purpose and ascension mastery as part of my purpose.

Because I have projects that I want to do and I have a fairly good idea about how I want to run it. But just does everybody know how they want to run it? Like, do they know how to do it? Do they have the skills that they need to run those projects to run? Maybe it’s a divine business, maybe it’s a conscious business you’re creating, maybe it’s a project you’re creating. Either way, if we don’t know how to communicate, we don’t know how to create a foundation. If we don’t know how to do those things, then it’s going to be harder and we’re going to be looking for how to do it.

And that’s why we set this up so that it’s become something much different than it used to be. Like, I used to do this and it was a question and answer day and it was beautiful. But now we have a much bigger purpose and we’re doing that together as a group. Like everybody has some, some sort of purpose that they’re there for and they get to learn all the tools that we can possibly think of providing and we have a lot of downloads and there’s, you know, the three of us are constantly thinking of ways to provide more tools and more material for people.

And that’s what it’s all about. It’s basically sharing to create the new foundation. Because there’s no hierarchy. We’re not going into any competition or hierarchy or this person is in charge of everyone kind of idea anymore. Humanity’s all equal and everybody has a voice and everybody has something that they want to be doing in this new world that we’re creating together. So yeah, it’s, it’s going to be interesting when people, when we have that video and it’s not going to be an episode because we keep these episodes following so people can go back and, and walk through them all if they want to.

But when you start finding out what’s, how this has all been put together and the, the whole numbers situation of just even step into your power, the name itself and Quantum energy, wellness and even the tech company, it’s, it’s incredible stuff. This is not, you know, I couldn’t even have done this if I wanted to do it because, you know, I, I, you know, I. There’s just no way. It’s impossible that that would be. I could have done that. But, you know, the next thing we’re going to get into is something that’s really interesting too is the Christ consciousness.

And some people get, you know, love in action. So we get the Christ consciousness, love in action. And you know, I want you to explain to people what the Christ consciousness is, because I think some people think it’s a New age thing. And it’s not a New age thing. It’s something that’s been around for eternity and kind of. Can you brief everybody on that? Because I see a lot of folks that I don’t want to say they’re indoctrinated, but they believe in a certain way that that’s part of the New age movement. And it’s not. No, no.

To me, the Christ consciousness is unconditional love and action. Yeah. So non judgment. So Christ, that consciousness is not going to judge a homeless person as being worse than they are. They’re not going to judge someone who’s missing a leg as being worse than they are. They’re not going to judge someone who’s a different color being worse than they are. It’s really important that we start to embody that. And the very first person that you give that Christ consciousness to, that unconditional love is yourself. But he basically. So Yeshua, the being that was Christ, he had so much unconditional love, even for those who weren’t ready for that unconditional love.

So the ones who chose not to heal because he would only heal the ones who were ready, I think he learned that. But when you try and heal someone who’s not ready to heal, then they won’t heal. But if you know someone is ready, then you can assist them in their healing. But to not judge the person who’s not ready to say, okay, they’re still doing their journey. They’re not ready to let go of that yet, and that’s okay. And to completely release them to do whatever it is that they wish to do. Because you know that they’re eternal and you’re loving them through whatever it is that they’re doing.

That’s Christ consciousness to me. Yeah, I’ve got a couple notes here that I want to read out. 11 plus 11 equals 22. So 1111, today’s 1111. The builder of new earth through embodied service. And then love as a frequency, action and architecture. The shift from seeking to serving, from thinking about light to being light and then collective embodiment, the power of community coherence. So we kind of been talking about these as we were coming down to this point of Christ consciousness and understanding. You know, it’s a lot of people, they need to really dig into what Yahushua was teaching, because if you think all of it’s in the current King James version of the Bible, I’m sorry to tell you, it’s not.

There’s so many different books from the Essenes to the Gnostics to. If you think Christ, that’s all Christ said in three years, you know, how about the other years? So there’s a lot that you don’t know because Christ was teaching you to step into your power, and the Father is in you, and you’re in the Father and the kingdom of heavens within you. I do these things and you will do them in much more. What does that mean? And so many other things, how he mastered all the different types of yoga, Tai chi, all of this different stuff that he did on his travels into India and Tibet and all of this stuff.

The master of the master, he came here, he was definitely, you know, doing that. And, you know, most people don’t. They only think about that little, little sliver of it, and they don’t really truly understand that the Christ consciousness is that something that we all need to strive to embody in every way. And stop throwing insults at people because you don’t agree with them. Stop worrying about the splinter in their eye when you have the big giant log in your own. You know, don’t be judgmental, don’t spew out the hate. It doesn’t help you, it hurts you because the frequency is terrible.

And now with this manifestation on warp speed, when you’re putting out that negative frequency, it’s coming back at you. It’s coming back at you. So I would be really careful what you say and you do and you feel as far as what you’re putting out. I make sure that even before I get on these. These episodes that I’m positively charged up and, you know, making sure that the right energy is going into these. Whether I do an email or I do anything, I’m making sure that I’m putting the right energy into it. It’s so important because people can feel it.

And now that we’re ascending more and frequencies increasing, people are feeling it even more. So it’s something that I had seen a comment where a gentleman, he had said the Christ consciousness was new age. And I was like, no, it’s not new age. It’s. It’s, you know, it’s older than anything new age, I can tell you that much. It’s been around for, it’s almost since the very beginning. You know, when, when the first creation came out of the Creator, the whole Christ was, I think the second being that came out from the, the creator, from the Spirit, the Holy Spirit, the mother, you know, I, I.

And that’s coming from the Gnostic Bibles, which you and I have talked about before, sister honey, which is, you know, the secret book of John. You know, you read the secret book of John, Why isn’t that into the King James Version? Why isn’t that in the other. Well, Where’s Enoch’s book? 366 Books of Enoch. We’re all, where’s all this information at? I mean, we got a little drop of, of drop water in all the seas of the world. And underground we got a drop. And everybody thinks that that’s all the information that there is. It’s not true.

It’s not? No. Well, and look at politics. I mean, that was the time where distortion was running through all of the leadership. So the Bible was rewritten by one of the distorted leaders. Why would you want that to be the only thing that you read? I mean, I would want to go look at all of them. Yes. So it’s important that you look at all of them. Yeah. We’re going to get into the next thing here. Maybe we can do a little, little couple minute breathing thing here. I have under the integration practice, Light in, Love Out.

But before we do that, I want to read this too. Christ Consciousness is not a crown to wear. It is a table to serve from. So hear this again. The Christ Consciousness is not a crown to wear. It’s a table to serve on. So it’s not like I got the Christ Consciousness. No. What did Yahushua would say? He said, you got to be the servant. Yeah. To your brothers and sisters. And he did say when his brother and mother and sisters were calling him, he said, these are my brothers and sisters. These are my mother. He wasn’t talking about his book a biological bloodline.

He was talking about his spiritual soul family. Yep. So sister honey, do you see that little, little thing? And then we’ll do some question, reflection questions, and then we’ll go into a closing blessing. And we’re already on episode 19. It’s amazing how fast it goes. Yes. Do you guys want to do a little breathing? Okay. Yes. So go ahead and take like a really nice deep breath and feel your body sitting, feel yourself sitting in your chair and if you’re not, then feel your feet on the floor. And I want you to imagine that you have something really solid underneath you.

Really, really solid and safe. So you’re on top of a stone, and I want you to feel the groundedness of that stone. And as you do, I want you to take a really deep breath and just breathe it in. Breathe in the calm and then release it very slowly. And then I want you to think about the ether. Think about all that beautiful air. And I want you to go ahead and breathe that in really deeply. And I want you to charge up your body. Imagine that your nervous system is lighting up with light. And it’s soft and it’s beautiful, and it’s the kind of light that you need to feel good in your body.

Just feel that. Go ahead and let it out. And breathe in again. And breathe it in pink. Turn it all to pink. And let it be soft. And let it be loving. And let your body fill with love as you breathe in and out. And know that you are so loved by the universe for what you’re doing here. It’s such a big job and it’s time to start having fun with it and enjoying it. So let’s bring in another color. Let’s bring in blue as you breathe in. And this is going to calm everything down. Feel that? And then let’s breathe out one more time.

And I want you to breathe in the beauty of green. Think about the lush forest and breathe that in. Breathe in, Mother Earth all the way down to your toes. Breathe her in. And then release that and open your eyes and I’ve got an affirmation. I am the living bridge of heaven and earth. So we always got Sister Honey giving us that beautiful grounding breathing exercise. So important to breathe. I’m going to ask you some questions to make some comments below. So this is for you all to think about, all of us to think about. What does living your light look like in this moment? So what does it look like to you? Where can love become motion in your life today? Very important.

Since love is everything, the divine is pure love. Pure love. Encourage journaling. So we encourage you to journal now. You know, one of the things about myself, I’ve been doing a lot of journaling in past lives, and I really implement quickly, so I don’t do as much. But I’ve seen a lot of people that have, you know, they don’t remember. And all of it, it’s good to write it down. It’s good to write it down. You know, it’s good to write it down and then make sure that you’re. You’re doing it so important. So again, 5D embodiment in the collective field.

We talked about that tonight. That you need to embody that 5D. You need to take care of yourself every way that you can. Your nervous system, your physical body, your energy body.
