You’ve got to have peace You know the divine doesn’t want to give more to people that don’t have the peace and unconditional love unconditional forgiveness and are good stewards of assets that you already have That you’re already in charge of not that you have everything belongs to the body You see that one there or you want to run a different one, but we’re ready for that.

We’re ready for the sister, honey grounding all grounding so If you guys could just take a minute and close your eyes and put your hands together and Intertwine your fingers and take a nice deep breath And let’s think about the crystals today I Want you to imagine that you’re on a really big slab You’re standing on it and that slab is amethyst So it’s that deep purple color and you’re standing on that beautiful color in your bare feet and it’s cool to the touch and smooth and You feel the grounding effect of that And I want you to imagine that you’re standing in the Sun at the same time and This rock this amethyst Goes down into the earth for miles and you can feel all that richness of the being that lives inside the amethyst and You can feel the resonance of the calm and The peace that lives there And I want you to take a really big deep breath and Know that it’s going to be warm Scented with pine and Calm your nervous system Now I want you to imagine that you sit down on this rock And you feel the Sun on your face And you put your hands on the rock next to your feet and You take another really deep breath And you feel the peace in your heart and you hear the birds begin to sing And you feel calm And you can hear the wind in the trees And you know that all is right with the world And then you’re safe here and you’re experiencing something that’s profound And I want you to go ahead and take another really deep breath And I want you to put your hands over your heart left hand first right hand second And just feel your heartbeat And know that you have this beautiful body this beautiful chance to be here in this time learning something That has never been learned before And creating something That we did not get to create in the first place Before as humanity, we did not get to create this we just showed up And now we’re going to recreate something absolutely beautiful Because earth will remain Humanity’s main planet where we live For the foreseeable future for a very very very long time We might branch out but this will always be home for humanity So feel that in your heart and take one more deep breath And go ahead and open your eyes I’m going to cut a little bell rang off on me, I don’t know what it was But I want to go through these reflection prompts and you can put them in the comments below What is your body asking for in this integration window?
