In the early 19th century, reports emerged of cities worldwide that seemed to be buried under layers of mud and debris. Entire structures were unearthed with windows and doors at ground level, suggesting they’d been completely covered in earth at some point, sparking what’s now called the Mud Flood Theory. Some proponents believe this event wasn’t a natural disaster, but rather a deliberate attempt to bury the Tartarian Empire, an advanced civilization said to have spanned vast portions of Europe and Asia. Seen on old maps, Tartaria was reputed for its architectural marvels, atmospheric energy harnessing, and other advanced technologies, which some believe were targeted and erased from history.
Tartaria (originally pronounced “Tataria,” without the first “r”) refers to the pre-Mongolian empire that originated in northern Asia and eventually spanned the entire northern hemisphere. Great Tartaria was the largest empire of its time, and it would still be considered the largest empire today. The Tartarian empire thrived, in part due to its advancements in technology, free energy, and grand architecture.
The name “Tartaria” is also linked to the Greek word “Tartarus.” The concept of lost souls spending eternity in Tartarus, the underworld, stems from the fact that the Tartarian Empire was buried and largely erased from history during what is referred to as the “mud flood.” Thus, the world of the Tartarians is often described as the world beneath our own.

Maps from the era show Tartaria as a massive entity, further feeding speculation about its influence and capabilities. Proponents argue that such technology was intentionally erased to monopolize energy distribution globally.
The Phoenix Phenomenon and the 2013 CIA-Documented Cataclysms
Another piece of this puzzle is the 2013 CIA declassified document known as “The Adam and Eve Story.” This document describes global cataclysms with cyclical patterns of destruction and rebirth, aligning with the theory that Earth has endured numerous resets. These cycles suggest that humanity may have risen and fallen multiple times, each reset burying or obscuring evidence of advanced civilizations. Theories around these resets, like the plasma apocalypse and pole shifts, imply that a vast power—whether natural or engineered—resets civilization by causing electrical disruptions and earth changes.
The Phoenix Phenomenon proposes that an engineered reset could be in the works today, erasing any remnants of our current world. Proponents argue that past resets eliminated not just populations but also knowledge, technology, and artifacts that might reveal advanced predecessors.

The Tartarians (or Tartars) were an indigenous people, possibly founded by Noah’s sons, who formed the world-renowned Tartarian Empire. The Tartarians were a notably tall people, averaging around eight to twelve feet in height. In comparison to our modern average height of around six feet, they would have been considered giants. Back then, a height of ten feet was common, and even earlier civilizations averaged heights of twelve feet, fifty feet, or more, with some believed to reach over two miles. Each preceding civilization tended to be taller than those that followed, and with every deluge and each new astrological age, average statures continued to diminish.
In the current astrological age (the Age of Pisces), civilizations are shorter than those of the previous Age of Aries and are expected to be taller than those of the next age, the Age of Aquarius.
The Tartarians are also thought to have been Breatharians—beings who did not rely on calories from food and water but instead drew energy directly from the aether. The aether, considered by some to be the very fabric of the space-time continuum, has associations with electrons, the wind, the Holy Spirit, and atmospheric gases like oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen. With a potentially different digestive system than ours today, the Tartarians may not have required food or water in the same way, and thus, had no need for toilets in their bathrooms. This could partly explain why, in more recent history, bathrooms became social gathering spaces or “powder rooms,” where people would freshen up, hear, and spread local gossip.
The Tartarians were skilled in masonry, brickwork, and steam-punk style technology, and they harnessed universally accessible free energy. Their architectural style, which blends Roman and Gothic elements, is still evident today in structures such as water ducts, city halls, banks, water stations, cathedrals, churches, hospitals, and various other public and civic buildings.
The Tartarians Had Free Energy
Churches, cathedrals, mosques, and other places of worship were originally designed as aetheric power stations, water stations, and acoustical healing centers.
In fact, the buildings that are currently used for religious purposes were once hospitals during the reign of the Tartarian Empire.
Tartarian architecture resembles the functionality of pyramids and temples found around the world more than what mainstream peer-reviewed science suggests.
Through ingenious engineering, intricate architecture, and advanced technology, the Tartarians transformed the Earth into a circuit board powered by the aether, much like the ancients did with pyramids and temples.
The crosses on top of Tartarian buildings served as aetheric electrical antennas connected to the rebar embedded throughout the structure of the buildings.
During the reign of the Tartarian Empire, streetlights acted as tall aetheric electrical antennas. These streetlights harnessed the power of the aether, causing the gases inside the upper bulbs to ionize and fluoresce.
The upper bulbs found on Tartarian streetlights and in the homes of the Tartars may not have been made of glass; they could have been crafted from a type of quartz crystal. If the pop culture phenomenon started by the Radium Girls is any indication, these bulbs could have contained various substances, such as mercury or radium, which reacted with the aether. Alternatively, the bulbs might have contained nothing at all, with the quartz crystal itself reacting with the aether.
**Tartarian Fireplaces and Chimneys**
Tartarian fireplaces were as ornate as the grand buildings in which they were located. They served as a showcase of the homeowner’s architectural taste, often acting as a form of bragging rights displayed to visiting guests and relatives.
Unlike today’s fireplaces, these structures were not designed to burn fuel. The chimneys were not utilized to expel smoke outside the home, and the rebar within the buildings was not primarily intended for structural support.
Instead, the rebar was connected to the dome atop the building, which may have been filled with various substances such as mercury, radium, or quartz crystal. Additionally, metal poles protruded from the top and sides of the structure. All of this metal was connected to the metallic back plating found inside the original Tartarian fireplaces and chimneys.
Similar to the crosses found atop churches, cathedrals, and mosques, the metal poles protruding from the tops and sides of homes and other Tartarian buildings functioned as aetheric electrical antennas. These antennas harnessed the power of the aether, channeling that free energy into the chimney.
Air ventilation shafts, or air ducts, located throughout the various rooms of the home were connected to the chimney, facilitating the flow of energy. The rebar, rooftop dome tower, and metal poles extending from the sides of the house collectively acted like a spider web, attracting and concentrating aetheric energy throughout the dwelling. Much like spiders, which can thrive without food or water as long as they remain in contact with their web, the Tartarians were able to sustain themselves without traditional nourishment while living in their energetically charged homes.
Tartarian fireplaces were not designed to burn fuel in the traditional sense. Instead, they featured a metal back plate inside the fireplace and chimney, connected to rebar, an upper tower dome, and external metal poles. This setup concentrated the power of the aether, focusing free energy onto the metal back plate within the chimney. As a result, this process ionized the air inside the chimney.
The ionized air, combined with the rising and falling of hot and cold air currents, creates a pressurized electric vacuum within the chimney. During winter, these chimneys function as pressurized electric vacuums that radiate trapped heat out through the fireplace, metal sculptures, and air ventilation ducts connected to the chimney. In the summer, the process reverses; the fireplace and air ventilation ducts draw heat from inside the house. The ionized air from the electrically charged metal backplate inside the chimney helps force the heat up and out of the house through the chimney.

Many buildings worldwide, some of which are hundreds of years old, are encased in mud that can rise up to several stories high, with some buildings entirely engulfed in mud.
