Video TranscriptionYou. We've been calling this now for over ten years. 18 days ago, I shared with you the five year plan card, and now they're sharing with you the five year plan card. Hey, everybody, rex Bear Leak Project reporting to you in a house next to a mountain. Beautiful day today out here in southern Colorado. And I wanted to share this with you because this is City Brain artificial general intelligence technologies that are being created.
And China, the CCP, seems to be spearheading this technology. I'm thinking of the Harkonnen, I'm thinking of the House of Atreides. I'm thinking of the film Dune, metaphorically speaking, and certainly hope it doesn't turn into doom, because this artificial general intelligence combined with the hardware it's going to have access to, is nothing short of extraordinary. So buckle up, buttercup. It's going to be a bumpy ride. Also, do yourselves a favor.
I don't know how many of you out there are a little bit concerned about the markets. Maybe you're concerned about your monies. Rightfully so. Many people are. One thing you can do to help secure your finances is keep an eye on the big banks. Now, there's never any guarantees. And if you look at where the big money goes, oftentimes smart money follows the big money, because big money knows how to make big money.
I'm referring to some of the largest banking institutions in the world that have been usurping enormous amounts of gold. Now, if you call it Noble Gold Investments, let them know Rex from Leak project sent you. If you convert your 401 or IRA through Noble Gold Investments and you qualify, you will be gifted a beautiful five ounce America. The beautiful silver coin at no additional cost. I have two of these coins.
They're collector coins. I don't know how long this special is going to be going on for, but there are some incredible prices right now in the gold and silver markets. Give them a call, click the link specific. Also, you will get free ebooks from this link. How to get out of the Rat race. It's leakprojectgold. com. All right, let's get into this, shall we? Let's go back to the City Brain artificial General intelligence that is being created.
They're creating City Brains, which is interesting because I talked about that about ten years ago. Also, these City Brains will help control these smart cities. And smart cities make stupid people. This was first launched September 2016. The EP City brain is a collaboration between Chinese technology giant Alibaba and several cities. I think they've got 23 cities now in Asia. This was a few years ago, so there could be even more now.
As of now, City Brain has been implemented in 23 cities across Asia, serving customers in 48 different specific application scenarios. Because they love you so much, folks, they want to take care of you. But this article in particular is the one that I wanted to share with you. Newsweek, China aims to replicate human brain and bid to dominate global AI. Aiming to be the first in the world with the most advanced forms of artificial intelligence, while also maintaining control over more than a billion people, elite Chinese scientists and their government have turned to something new, very old.
For inspiration, however, the human brain. In one of thousands of efforts underway, they are constructing a city brain to enhance the computers at the core of the smart cities already at the apex of surveillance. Complete control surveillance from Beijing's broad avenues to small town streets, collecting and processing terabytes of data from intricate networks of sensors, cameras and other devices that monitor traffic. The faces of humans, voices, gate.
They even look for gatherings, fights, anything that would cause a disturbance for the empire. Equipped with surveillance visual processing capabilities modeled on human vision, this new brain system will be more effective. It will use less energy, and it will improve governance. And wait until I get into the governance. This is going to blow your minds. Its developers say. We call it bionic retina computing. Interesting how WorldCoin was giving out free cryptocurrency if you would allow a metallic ball to scan your iris just to make sure you were human.
Oh yeah. Now, Gao Wen, a leading artificial intelligence researcher, wrote in the paper city Brain Challenges and Solution. The work of Gao and his cutting edge Pang Shang laboratory in the southern city of Shenzhen represents far more than just China's drive to expand its even more pervasive monitoring and surveillance of its citizens. It is also an indication of China's determination to win the race for what's known as Artificial General Intelligence.
Artificial General Intelligence AI could not only outthink people on a vast number of tasks and give whoever controls it enormous strategic advantage, which has also prompted warnings from experts of a potential threat to the existence of civilization, because it could outwit human masters and then create scenarios that you would think you were actually gaining. But in the end, it would be like chess, where it could put you in checkmate and you let it.
Gaos is just one of about a thousand papers seen by Newsweek that show China is foraging ahead and the race for artificial general intelligence, which is a step change. Beyond the large language models such as Chat, GPT or Bard, already taking societies by storm, they have incredible abilities to generate text as well as images. They can find vast amounts of information extremely fast, but they're not necessarily thinking for themselves.
They're running data sets. Artificial General Intelligence is the atomic bomb of the information field and the game winner in the competition between China and the United States, another leading Chinese AI scientist, Zhu Song Chun, said in July in his hometown of Izu By Wuhan in Hubei Province. According to Jing Chu Net, an online website of the Hubei Daily, a Communist Party's media outlet or a Communist Party media outlet just as in the when Chinese scientists were working around the clock, building the atomic bomb, intercontinental missiles and satellites.
We need to develop AI like the two bombs and one satellite, and form an AI ace army that represents the national will, Zhu said. So they are creating a super intelligence that thinks for itself, and at the core, it will represent their national ideologies. Think about that for a minute, if that doesn't cause alarm bells to go off. Wow. China aims to lead the world in AI by 2030.
There's that number again. 2030, singularity. Either it's like the return, or it's the beginning of something very new. This new intelligence, the birth of this new intelligence that they are working diligently on artificial general intelligence. But it's not general by any means, except for maybe the general. Listen to this. A goal made clear in the official China Brain Project, announced in 2016. AI and Brain science will also are also two of half a dozen frontier fields named in the state's 15 year national Science Plan, running from 2021 to 2035, which was I think it was 2045, the original time of the singularity.
Ray Kurzwell's predictions I think I could be wrong changed a little bit since then. There's AI and there's AGI. The difference is narrow. AI systems which we use now cannot think for themselves, but can perform tasks like writing, identifying faces, giving you directions, some intricate tasks as well. But it's not thinking for itself. Artificial general intelligence could one day do better than humans at many tasks. Oh, you don't say.
I mean, look at the average human. Right now, US scientists are also working on Adi, though efforts are mostly scattered. Okay, this is where it gets interesting. This and this. In April, Chinese leader Xi Jinping told the Politu Ro, or Palat Buro emphasized the importance of artificial general intelligence, create an innovative system for it, according to state news agency Zinhua. Z has frequently called for Chinese scientists to pursue AI at high speed at least 13 times in recent years.
Z also told the Polita bureau that scientists should pay attention to risk. Yet so far, the key AI related risk cited in China is political, with a new law introduced in August, putting first the rule that AI must adhere to socialist core values. Does that put a chill up your spine? Now this super intelligence is going to have socialist core values. I mean, if that's what you want.
I'm not looking forward to a super intelligence necessarily. That's going to permeate society, pushing a socialist core value system, especially with the amount of power that this thing could potentially have. I mean, imagine a bunch of terminators being created by something at the mainframe. It's like print computer terminators. Now use 3D printers, print them all up. And then now we will govern society. We will police society to make everybody to make sure that everybody has socialistic views.
And we will give them a socialistic credit score. And whoever has the best socialistic credit score, who is the most common, who is the most average, who is the most do what we say, not what we do listener, you will have the score to be the socialist. If you do not reach, we will have superbots come to you immediately and recondition you to make you completely socialist because we love you so much.
We create super intelligent city brains. To think as a socialist, it's brilliant. But it's not the socialist that you might think of, it's the socialist that we think of that gives us the most power. Oh, I love it. I can feel the energy going through my veins. Right? Wow. Wow. Lee Zhang, a researcher at the China Institute for Contemporary International Relations in Beijing, wrote in July that China was more concerned about national security and public interest than the EU or the US.
The US and Western countries place more emphasis on anti bias and anti discrimination in AI ethics, trying to avoid the interests of ethnic minorities and marginalized groups from being affected by algorithmic discrimination, Lee wrote in the Chinese language edition of Global Times. Developing countries such as China emphasize more on the strategic design and regulatory function of the government with socialistic core values, according to the CCP or whoever decides to put those in there, according to I don't know what could possibly go wrong 18 days ago I show this card the Five Year Plan.
The five year plan. And we're talking about smart cities. We're talking about, I mean, it was fun. We're having a blast, right? This is a couple of weeks ago well, in this Newsweek article, they bring up the Five Year Plan right here examining thousands of Chinese scientific papers on AI published between 2018 and 2022. The team of authors identified 850 that they saw show the country is seriously pursuing AGI, including via brain science, the goal singled out in China's current Five Year Plan.
Five Year Plan this card came out in 1995. This is a playing card deck from the Steve Jackson games titled the NWO Illuminati playing card set came out in 1995. This is one of the cards that I showed and as you can see right now, Newsweek two weeks later shares it with their information about smart cities that China is hoping for domination. If you have an AGI that can tell you the future with a pretty much 100% accuracy, would that not be the Holy grail of technology? Would that be not more powerful than an atomic bomb or what might be referred to as an atomic bomb of information? China Daily only a matter of time before AGI becomes reality professor china's striving to be first source of artificial general intelligence says think tank Beijing enlists Chinese big tech firms Alibaba Beidu to boost AI models computing power they might already have AGI.
Folks, I've been saying for a while now that the top people around the world are using artificial intelligence or artificial general intelligence to decide what they're going to do, what they're going to put in the movies. What kind? Of songs they're going to come out with? What kind of sitcoms are going to come out with, what kind of new platforms are going to come out with, what kind of new bills and rules and regulations and skirmages.
What are we going to do next? Well, let's ask the beast. What are we going to do next? Beast tell us. What do we do? What do we do to get what we want? And then it tells them, and then they do it. And most of the time, they get what it says they're going to get in the way that it says they're going to get it. I showed you this just a few days ago.
That's why you should definitely watch Leak Project. And also I had an incredible presentation that Pastor Paul Begley is awesome. I love Pastor Paul. I've known him now for over ten years. We've been doing podcasts for years, and he invited me to speak at the final countdown event and one of about a dozen speakers. And I actually decoded Revelation 13. And the way this all happened was very spiritual, very synchronistic, and I hope you have a chance to check it out.
So I'll leave the link for that in the video description box. But I appreciate you listening to me, and I want to get your thoughts on this. Do you want everything blockchained? Do you want all your decisions made for you? Do you want to live in a smart city that decides how your ideals and how you should think? Do you want something to decide that for you? Because they're working on it hard.
And if you don't want that, and if you don't say anything about it, if you don't even know about it, or if you do know about it and you're like, okay, hey, that's cool. I mean, that's totally your choice. And I think a lot of people will appreciate having a machine think for them. They will appreciate not having to do anything, let it do everything for them. They will appreciate the instant gratification and the lack of interest in reality will just be amazing for them.
And then other people will say, no, thank you. You're not going to assimilate me into the Borg. And what is the most effective way to stay out of the Borg? To be prepared, not scared. The more you know and the more you can implement what you know, the better off you're going to be, the better off your family is going to be. Is that important to you? I'm all for technology.
I do not want technology deciding what I do. And I wouldn't be surprised if we have in the future, depending on which route we decide to take, artificial General intelligence, that will actually be the global leader. It will be a machine, and people will give their power to the machine. I fully see this as well described in Revelation as the beast. And I explained that in pretty great detail with Revelation 13.
I also talked a bit about Revelation Twelve and some prior decodes to that. The beast itself referenced in there's different beasts, but the beast referenced in Revelation, it's also cyclical because there have been different beasts in the past and there will be different beasts in the future. This timeline that we're in currently though, this beast system is an artificial general intelligence in the image of man. Very interesting.
And the six six six is not a carbon atom, folks. It's not because the carbon atom is six protons, six neutrons, six electrons. The human body has much more water than carbon anyway. And so to say that that's what is referencing, I've thought about that before in the past too, but that has nothing to do with it, trust me. I'll be back. Be the change you want to see.
Thank you. Rebels, revolting, revolting. Reboot you ram. WAM. .
Navigating the Rise of City Brain: China’s AGI Ambitions and Financial Prudence
In the global race for AI supremacy, China is positioning itself at the forefront with its ambitious City Brain project. As AI permeates every facet of our daily lives, it’s imperative not only to understand its advancements but also to remain vigilant about its potential pitfalls.
- City Brain and China’s AI Ambition: China has never been discreet about its goals to dominate the AI landscape, with a clear roadmap targeting global leadership by 2030. The development of City Brain, an advanced artificial general intelligence (AGI), exemplifies this vision. Set to be rolled out across several Asian cities, this AI technology is poised to revolutionize multiple sectors and applications.
- The Double-Edged Sword of AGI: With any groundbreaking innovation, especially in the realm of AGI, come potential challenges. There are genuine concerns regarding the accuracy of such vast systems and the possibility of them being exploited. As AI systems become more autonomous, they risk becoming more unaccountable. Such advancements can indeed be a boon, enhancing efficiency and insights across sectors. Yet, without rigorous checks and balances, they could inadvertently threaten individual freedoms and personal autonomy. The emphasis here is on the need for people to be well-informed and maintain a critical perspective on such technologies.
- Financial Stability in Uncertain Times: With the rapid technological advancements and the uncertainties they bring, prudence in personal finance becomes even more paramount. Keeping a watchful eye on major banks and their activities can offer crucial insights. Moreover, considering alternative investments, such as gold, may serve as a safety net during volatile market conditions.
In conclusion, as the world edges closer to a future dominated by AGI, it’s paramount to strike a balance between embracing innovation and preserving individual freedoms. It’s not just about harnessing the power of AI, but doing so responsibly, ensuring that as we progress technologically, we don’t regress ethically or lose sight of individual agency.
