Fact-Checking PCR Tests and Vaccine Claims

So, I went into this one with the intent to disprove it. First thing I come across is a “fact check” article claiming it’s not true, but when you read the article, you can see the deceptive wording.
Here’s the link to the original article from Reuters: Johns Hopkins University did not say that you can be vaccinated with a PCR test.
Now, down at the bottom of that article, they quote directly from Johns Hopkins University, and this is where it gets interesting:
“Inspired by a parasitic worm that digs its sharp teeth into the intestines of its host, Johns Hopkins researchers have developed tiny, star-shaped micro-devices that attach to the intestinal mucosa and can deliver drugs into the body.”
