According to Fritz Springmeier’s book, “The Illuminati Formula to Create a Mind Control Slave,” Dr. Mengele, a former Nazi concentration camp doctor, is considered the father of Monarch programming. Countless mind-controlled slaves in the U.S. reportedly had Dr. Green as their chief programmer.

Dr. Joseph Mengele, known for his work at Auschwitz, played a critical role in the development of the trauma-based Monarch Project and CIA’s MK ultra-mind control programs. After World War II, Mengele and about 5,000 high-ranking Nazis were secretly relocated to the United States and South America as part of Operation Paperclip. These Nazis continued their work in underground military bases, focusing on mind control and rocket technology. While the public was informed of the rocket technology aspect spearheaded by former Nazi greats such as Warner Von Braun, the true nature of the murderers, torturers, and mutilators of innocent people remained discreetly hidden. Project MK-ULTRA ran from the early 1950s to at least the late 1960s, using American and Canadian citizens as test subjects. Monarch Programming
Although the existence of Monarch programming has never been officially admitted, prominent researchers have documented the systematic use of trauma in subjects for mind control purposes. Some survivors, with the help of dedicated therapists, have succeeded in “deprogramming” themselves and subsequently publishing the gruesome details of their ordeals.

Monarch slaves are used primarily by organizations to conduct operations with patsies who have been trained to perform specific tasks, who do not question orders, who do not remember their actions, and who, if discovered, automatically commit suicide. They are the perfect patsies for high-profile assassinations (see Sirhan Sirhan), the ideal candidates for prostitution, slavery, and private film productions. They are also the perfect puppeteers for the entertainment industry.

Monarch’s programmers cause severe trauma to the subjects through electric shock, torture, abuse, and mind games to force them to disassociate from reality – a natural reaction in some people when faced with unbearable pain. The ability of subjects to dissociate is an important requirement, and it appears to be most likely to be found in children who come from families that have been abused over several generations. Mental dissociation allows practitioners to create compartmentalized personalities in the subject’s psyche that can then be programmed and triggered at will.

Monarchical mind control is used covertly by various groups and organizations for different purposes. According to Fritz Springmeier, these groups are known as “The Network” and form the backbone of the New World Order.

Origins of the name
Monarch mind control is named after the Monarch butterfly – an insect that begins life as a worm (representing undeveloped potential) and after a period of cocooning (programming) is reborn as a beautiful butterfly (the Monarch slave). Some characteristics of the Monarch butterfly are also applicable to mind control.

Method
The victim/survivor is referred to as a “slave” by the programmer/caretaker, who in turn is perceived as a “master” or “god” Approximately 75% of victims are female, as they have a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate more easily than men. Monarch handlers attempt to divide their subjects’ psyches into several separate personalities by using trauma to dissociate.

Once there is a split in the core personality, an “inner world” can be created and new personas programmed using tools such as music, films (especially Disney productions), and fairy tales. These visual and audio aids enhance the programming process through images, symbols, meanings, and concepts. The created alterations can then be accessed using trigger words or symbols programmed into the subject’s psyche by the handler. Some of the most common internal images seen by mind control slaves include trees, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, infinity loops, ancient symbols and letters, spider webs, mirrors, broken glass, masks, castles, labyrinths, demons, butterflies, hourglasses and clocks, and robots. These symbols are commonly inserted into popular culture films and videos for two reasons: to desensitize the majority of the population using subliminals and neurolinguistic programming and to purposefully construct specific triggers and keys to base programming of children who are very good at themselves be influenced.  Movies used in Monarch programming include The Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, and Sleeping Beauty.

The movie The Wizard of Oz is used by Monarch merchants to program their slaves. The symbols and meanings of the film become triggers in the slave’s mind, allowing the handler easy access to the slave’s mind. In popular culture, analogies to The Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland are often used in veiled references to Monarch programming.

In each case, the slave is given a particular interpretation of the plot of the film to enhance the programming. For example, a slave watching The Wizard of Oz is taught that “somewhere over the rainbow” is the “happy place” where dissociative trauma slaves must go to escape the unbearable pain inflicted upon them. With the help of the film, the programmers encourage the slaves to go “over the rainbow” and dissociate, effectively separating their minds from their bodies.
